This paper deals with the problem of reliable stabilization and H control for a class of continuous-time switched Lipschitz nonlinear systems with actuator failures. We consider the case that actuators suffer “serious failure”—the never failed actuators cannot stabilize the given system. The differential mean value theorem (DMVT) allows transforming the switched Lipschitz nonlinear systems into switched linear parameter varying (LPV) systems. Based on average dwell time scheme and under the condition that activation time ratio between stabilizable subsystems and unstabilizable ones is not less than a specified constant, sufficient conditions for reliable exponential stabilization of the switched systems are derived by hybrid observer-based output feedback control. The result is also extended to the reliable H control problem.  相似文献

The distribution dependent stochastic differential equations (DDSDEs) describe stochastic systems whose evolution is determined by both the microcosmic site and the macrocosmic distribution of the particle. The density function associated with a DDSDE solves a nonlinear PDE. Due to the distribution dependence, some standard techniques developed for SDEs do not apply. By iterating in distributions, a strong solution is constructed using SDEs with control. By proving the uniqueness, the distribution of solutions is identified with a nonlinear semigroup Pt1 on the space of probability measures. The exponential contraction as well as Harnack inequalities and applications are investigated for the nonlinear semigroup Pt1 using coupling by change of measures. The main results are illustrated by homogeneous Landau equations.  相似文献

We take advantage of recent (see Graf et al., 2008; Pages and Wilbertz, 2012) and new results on optimal quantization theory to improve the quadratic optimal quantization error bounds for backward stochastic differential equations (BSDE) and nonlinear filtering problems. For both problems, a first improvement relies on a Pythagoras like Theorem for quantized conditional expectation. While allowing for some locally Lipschitz continuous conditional densities in nonlinear filtering, the analysis of the error brings into play a new robustness result about optimal quantizers, the so-called distortion mismatch property: the Ls-mean quantization error induced by Lr-optimal quantizers of size N converges at the same rate N?1d for every s(0,r+d).  相似文献
