A novel super-molecular complex, [Na(DB18C6)(CH3CN)]2Mo6O19, was obtained by solvothermal reaction and characterized by elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR, gumbc spectrum and X-Ray diffraction experiment. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a=1.187 1(3) nm, b=2.096 3(6) nm, c=1.415 8(4) nm, β=110.854(5)° and Z=4. The complex contains four basic units: Na+, CH3CN, DB18C6和Mo6O192-. Sodium ions located in the cavity of dibenzo-18-crown-6 with 6 Na-O bonds and the crown ether-sodium ion complex is supported on the terminal oxygen atoms of the typical Lindqvist isopolyanion Mo6O192- via the coordinative interactions. Mo6O192- located between two DB18C6 and led to the formation of the “hamburger” structure. The crystal is stabilized by van der waals force and interaction of π-π system. CCDC: 272936.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-tungsten(Ⅵ) complex, (NH2CH2CH2NH2)[(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2WO2(NHC6H4NH)2]2·H2O is synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of sodium tungstate with o-phenylenediamine. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/ c, a=0.712 8(2) nm, b=3.081 1(10) nm, c=0.981 9(3) nm, β=102.615(4)°, V=2.104 4(11) nm3, Z=2, μ=55.26 cm-1, F(000)=1 176. Compared the complex with its analogous biomimetic complexes of the cofactor of molybdoenzymes and tungstoenzymses, it is found that the variance of the coordination atoms and the metal ions center have no influence on the coordination feature, and exhibits distored octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo o-phenylenediamine. Cis-dioxo-catecholatotungsten(Ⅴ) complex (NH2CH2CH2NH3)4[WO2(OC6H4O)2]2(NH3CH2CH2NH3)·H2O (1) was synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of tetrabutyl ammonium decatungstate with catechol in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and NH2CH2CH2NH2. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c,a=0.712 8(3) nm, b=3.082 3(11) nm, c=0.982 8(4) nm, β=102.639(6)°, V=2.106 8(14) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.062 8, wR2=0.183 7. Compared the complex with its analogous complexes (NH2CH2CH2NH3)3[MoO2(OC6H4O)2], it is found that the coordination structure of W have no changes in the processing of electron transfer of tungsten-containing enzymes from the result of the similarity of the EPR spectra of the complexes and flavoenzyme from milk. A new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)22-C2O4)](NO3)2, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. The coordination polymer [Ca(L)2·(CH3OH)2]n (HL=N-phenylanthranilic acid) (1) was synthesized by the reaction of calcium perchlorate with N-phenylanthranilic acid in the CH3OH/H2O. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the title complex [Ca(L)2·(CH3OH)2]n belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.751 5(3) nm, b=1.079 6(4) nm, c=1.629 5(6) nm, α=83.547(5)°, β=89.001(6)°, γ=72.257(5)°, V=1.251 0(8) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.403 Mg·m-3, F(000)=556, and final R1=0.066 8, wR2=0.140 4. The complex comprises a seven-coordinated calcium(Ⅱ) center, with a O7 distorted pengonal bipyramidal coordination environment. Adjacent Ca(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by N-phenylanthranilicate groups, resulting in a 1D chain structure. The adjacent Ca…Ca distances are 0.382 8 nm and 0.384 6 nm. The title compound [Zn(DMF)6]H2SiW12O40·(CH3)2NH was synthesized in mixed solvent of aqueous and acetonitrile, and its crystal structure had been determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/m, a=2.0654(4)nm, b=1.3306(3)nm, c=1.3194(3)nm, β=119.59(3)°, V=3.1531(11)nm3, Dc=3.606Mg·m-3, Z=2, R=0.0462, Rw=0.0836. The title compound comprises of a [Zn(DMF)6]2+ unit, a polyanion and a free (CH3)2NH molecule. The ESR spectrum of the title compound shows that charge-transfer between organic groups and polyanion takes place under irradiation of the sunlight in solid state. The TG study of the title compound shows that it had four stages of the weight loss, and the increase of the de-composition temperature for the polyanion shows that the stability of the polyanion was enhanced due to the influence of Zn2+ ion. Reaction of the trivacant heteropolyanions α-A-PW9O349- with CH3SiCl3 leads to the formation of the organosilyl derivative (TBA)3[α-A-PW9O34(CH3SiO)3(CH3Si)]. The crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the crystal belongs to orthorhombic with space group Pca21, M=3177.09 and the unit cell parameters: a=25.761(5)?,b=14.519(3)?,c=24.396(5)?.V=9124(3)?3,Z=4,Dc=2.225g·cm-3,μ(MoKα)=11.438mm-1,F(000)=5464,R=0.0561,Rw=0.0866. The anion consists of one α-A-PW9O349- anion linked by three CH3SiO+ groups, which attached to the fourth CH3Si through three Si-O-Si bridges.  相似文献

The title compound {[(p-MeC6H4CH2)2Sn]2(O)(Cl)OC2H5}2 was synthesized by the reaction of bis(p-met-hylbenzyl)tin dichloride with KOH in ethanol. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X- ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.114 0(19) nm, b=2.423 1(3) nm, c=2.521 1(3) nm, β=99.398(3)°, V=6.714(16) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.493 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=15.94 cm-1, F(000)=3 024, R1=0.049 9, wR=0.101 7. The crystal structure shows that the coordination geometry of tin is a distorted trigonal bipyramid, and the ladder-like structure is shaped by three Sn2O2 planar four-membered rings. Three tin (Ⅳ) complexes with N,N-dialkyl dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CN(CH3)C6H5 (1),Ph3SnS2CN(C4H8NH) (2) and Sn(Cl)2(S2CNEt2)2 (3) have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray sin- gle crystal diffraction. A crystal of the complex 1 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.9485(3)nm, b=1.0491(3)nm, c=1.3631(4)nm, α=70.996(4)°, β=72.294(4)°, γ=79.609(4)°, Z=2, V=1.2168(6)nm3, Dc=1.453g·cm-3, μ=1.234mm-1, R=0.0442, wR=0.0858. A crystal of the complex 2 is monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c, a=1.2214(2)nm, b=1.1651(2)nm, c=1.5769(3)nm,β=99.039(2)°, Z=2, V=2.2162(7)nm3, Dc=1.532g·cm-3, μ=1.352mm-1, R=0.0267, wR=0.0591. A crystal of the complex 3 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.7179(2)nm, b=0.9256(3)nm, c=1.5327(5)nm,α=93.857(4)°,β=98.992(4)°, γ=109.481(4)°, Z=2, V=0.9405(5)nm3, Dc=1.717g·cm-3, μ=2.076mm-1, R=0.0263, wR=0.0662. In the complexes 1 and 2 the tin atoms rendered five-coordination in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure and in the complex 3 the tin atom rendered six-coordination in a distorted octahedron structure. A new complex with mixed-quadriligand [Ce(CH2=C(CH3)-COO)2(NO3)(phen)]2 has been synthesized in aqueous solution of slight acidity and characterized by elementary analysis, IR and TGA. The crystal structure determination shows that the complex belongs to triclinic, space group P1, a=9.614?, b=10.047?, c=11.821?, Z=2, α=100.88(3)°, β=106.29(3)°, γ=97.93(2)°, V=1054(5)?3, Dc=1.741g·cm-3, F(000)=546.00, μ(MoKα)=22.06cm-1. A nickel(Ⅱ) complex Ni(DPBP-SAH)2·2CH3CH2OH, (DPBP-SAH=N-(1,3-diphenyl-4-benzylidene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.737 9(4) nm, b=1.249 2(2) nm, c=1.760 8(2) nm, β=120.212(9)°, Mr=1 065.84, V=5.204(1) nm3, Z=4. The X-ray diffraction reveals that the nickel(Ⅱ) ion in the title complex is in a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement of the ON donor atoms of two DPBP-SAH and two O-donor atoms in ethanol. A 2D copper coordination polymer of [Cu2(3-PyOH)2(EDTA)]n (EDTA4-=ethylenediaminetetraacetate quadrivalent anion C10H12N2O8, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.327 5(3) nm, b=0.930 39(19) nm, c=0.948 44(19) nm, β=108.21(3)°, and V=1.112 8(4) nm3, Z=2, R=0.025 2, wR=0.066 1. Each copper(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by three O atoms and one N atom from two different EDTA4- groups and one N atom from 3-PyOH ligand, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Two adjacent copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the bis-tetradentate EDTA4- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along bc plane. A mixed complex [Zn(CF3COO)2(C7H6NS)2] was synthesized based on the reaction of Zn(CF3COO)2 and 2-aminobenzothiazol (C7H6NS) in methanol. The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. A new three-dimensional (3D) lanthanide-aromatic monocarboxylate dimer supramolecular network [La2(DNBA)4(DMF)8][W6O19] (DNBA=3,5-dinitrobenzoate, DMF=dimethylfomamide) was synthesized using hexatungstate anion (W6O192-) as template. The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=1.334 54(18) nm, b=1.387 52(19) nm, c=1.426 06(19) nm, α=102.189(2)°, β=101.023(2)°, γ=116.349(2)°, V=2.187 2(5) nm3, Dc=2.364 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=1 453.40. The single crystal structure reveals that two La(Ⅲ) ions are bridged by four 3,5-dinitrobenzoate anions as asymmetrically bridging ligands, leading to dimeric cores, [La2(DNBA)4(DMF)8]2+; [La2(DNBA)4(DMF)8]2+ groups are joined together by π-π stacking interaction between the aromatic groups to form a two-dimensional grid-like network; the 2D supramolecular layers are further extended into 3D supramolecular network with a 1D box-like channels by hydrogen bonding interactions, in which hexatungstate polyanions reside. [Mn(ECZ)3](NO3)2 is newly prepared by the aqueous solutions of Mn(NO3)2 and ethyl carbazate (ECZ). The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. It belongs to monoclinic with space group of P21/n. The crystal parameters are: a=1.3974(2) nm, b=0.8796(2) nm, c=3.4322(7) nm, β=91.25(1) °, V= 4.2175(1) nm3, Z=8. Its molecular weight is 491.30. Mn2+ is located on the center of the molecular structure. Ethyl carbazate serves as a bidentate ligand which coordinates to the metal cations with its carbonyl oxygen atom and the terminal hydrazine nitrogen atom, forming five-member chelating rings, and three such rings are formed in each molecule. The coordination number of the metal ion is six and the coordination configuration of the central ion is octahedral. Specially, antimer configuration phenomenon is found in the molecule. The complex is further characterized by element analysis and IR measurements. The thermal decomposition mechanism is studied by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques. CCDC: 215675.  相似文献

The novel copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and hexamethylenetetramine ligands, {Cu(μ2-C10H8N2O3)( μ2-C6H12N4)1/2}n (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal of the title coordination polymer belongs to monoclinic space group C2/c, the cell parameters are as follows: a=1.787 5(2) nm, b=0.730 93(9) nm, c=2.038 2(2) nm, β=92.890(2)°, and V=2.659 6(5) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.687 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo )=1.659 mm-1, F(000)=1 384, R=0.031 1, wR=0.079 0 for 2 454 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)) out of 2887 unique reflections. In this copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, each copper(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a geometry of distorted square-pyramid. Two oxygen atoms of the carboxyl of each C10H8N2O32- acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chainlike coordination polymer. Each chain is linked by coordinated hexamethylenetetramines with its neighbors to form an infinite two-dimensional network structure. CCDC: 255347.  相似文献

A novel heteropoly compound, containing two kinds of coordinated cations, [K(H2O)2Ni(H2O)6]2[V10O28], has been synthesized through routine process and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 51V NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.87382(17) nm, b=1.075 4(2) nm, c=1.111 1(2) nm, α=65.10(3)°, β=75.01(3)°, γ=70.63(3)°, V=0.884 8(3) nm3 and Z=1. The X-ray analysis reveals that the two kinds of coordinated cations are linked by three shared coordinated water molecules, and K+ cations coordinate with ten oxygen atoms: five of which come from V10O286- anion, the other five from water molecules. The title compound exhibits extended 2D array building up of V10O286- groups connected by ten-coordinated K+ cations. The hexahydrated nickel cations Ni(H2O)62+ lie in neat apposition to three adjacent V10O286- clusters. CSD: 413271.  相似文献

The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 0.729 08(10) nm, b= 1.020 01(14) nm, c= 1.126 28(15) nm, α = 71.644(2) °, β = 80.437(2) °, γ = 89.160(2)°, V= 0.78328(18) nm3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.547 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo) = 1.417 mm-1, F(000) = 374. The final R1 = 0.030 6, wR2= 0.084 2 for 2 992 observed reflections [I≥2σ(I)] out of 3357 unique reflections. In this complex, copper(Ⅱ) ion is square-pyramidally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of tridentate C10H8N2O32- ligand, one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand, and one oxygen atom of water molecule with the oxygen atom of water molecule locating at the apical position. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 222656.  相似文献
