类金刚石薄膜激光损伤阈值低,已经严重制约其在红外激光系统中的应用。基于非平衡磁控溅射技术,在硅基底上沉积类金刚石薄膜;采用离子束流后处理技术,用正交实验法确定影响处理效果的主要因素,对已沉积完成的DLC薄膜进行离子束轰击;在不同处理工艺下,观测薄膜样品的光学常数及拉曼光谱,最后进行了激光损伤测试。从测试结果可知,离子束流后处理参数:离子能量1000 eV、放电电流30~40 mA、轰击时间8 min时,透射率由原来的60.65%提高到了65.98%;消光系数在900 nm后明显降低,DLC薄膜的激光损伤阈值从0.69 J/cm2提高到1.01 J/cm2。 相似文献

对氧化物薄膜的双离子束溅射沉积作用了系统地实验研究。考察了离子束溅射工艺参数对薄膜光学特性的影响。制备了折射率接近于块材料的TiO2和ZrO2薄膜,显著降低了TiO2,ZrO2和SiO2薄膜的光吸收损耗,TiO2和ZrO2薄膜的抗激光损伤阈值得到显著提高。用双离束溅射沉积1.06μm多层高反,是到了大于99.5%的高反射率,经高温退火处理的双离子束溅射沉积高反膜的抗激光损伤阈值同热蒸发沉积的高反膜 相似文献

研究了由Ta2O5和SiO2组成的多层氧化物激光薄膜的双离子束溅射制备工艺。简要介绍了离子束溅射技术的基本工作原理和应用,着重分析了薄膜厚度均匀性的调控方法。先后得到了Ta2O5和SiO2单层薄膜厚度均匀性调控结果以及不同波长处薄膜折射率,并定性地分析比较了离子束溅射和电子束蒸发制备的薄膜结构;制备并测试了633nm,1 315nm反射薄膜以及增透膜。结果表明:采用离子束溅射技术能够制备出优良的、满足需要的激光高反射薄膜元件。 相似文献

利用电子束热蒸发方法在K9玻璃基底上沉积氧化锆薄膜,并对其中一些样品用低能O2+进行了后处理。采用表面热透镜技术测量薄膜样品表面弱吸收,采用显微镜观察样品离子后处理前后的显微缺陷密度。测试结果表明:经离子后处理样品表面的缺陷密度从18.6/mm2降低到6.2/mm2,且其激光损伤阈值从15.9 J/cm2提高到23.1 J/cm2,样品的平均吸收率从处理前的1.147×10-4降低到处理后的9.56×10-5。通过对处理前后样品的表面微缺陷密度、吸收率及损伤形貌等的分析发现:离子后处理可以降低薄膜的显微缺陷和亚显微缺陷,从而降低薄膜的平均吸收率,同时增强了薄膜与基底的结合力,提高了薄膜的激光损伤阈值。 相似文献

The influence of laser beam size on laser-induced damage performance, especially damage probability and the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT), is investigated. It is found that damage probability is dependent on beam size when various damage precursors with different potential behaviors are involved. This causes the damage probability and the LIDT to be different between cases under a large-aperture beam and a small-aperture beam. Moreover, the fluence fluctuation of the large-aperture laser beam brings out hot spots, which move randomly across the beam from shot to shot. Thus this leads the most probable maximum fluence after many shots at any location on the optical component to be several times the average beam fluence. These two effects result in the difference in the damage performance of the optical component between the cases under a large-aperture and small-aperture laser. 相似文献

Pure hydrogenated amorphous carbon (α-C:H) and nitrogen doped hydrogenated amorphous carbon (α-C:H:N) thin films were prepared using end-Hall (EH) ion beam deposition with a beam energy ranging from 24 eV to 48 eV. The composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, scanning probe microscopy (SPM), and nano-scratch tests. The films are uniform and smooth with root mean square roughness values of 0.5-0.8 nm for α-C:H and 0.35 nm for α-C:H:N films. When the ion energy was increased from 24 eV to 48 eV, the fraction of sp3 bonding in the α-C:H films increased from 36% to 55%, the hardness increased from 8 GPa to 12.5 GPa, and the Young's modulus increased from 100 GPa to 130 GPa. In the α-C:H:N films, N/C atomic ratio, the hardness and Young's modulus of the α-C:H:N films are, 0.087, 15 and 145 GPa, respectively. The results indicate that both higher ion energy and a small amount of N doping improve the mechanical properties of the films. The results have demonstrated that smooth and uniform α-C:H and α-C:H:N films with large area and reasonably high hardness and Young's modulus can be synthesized by EH ion source. 相似文献

The range of isotopes available at the TRIUMF Isotope Separator Accelerator (ISAC) facility has been greatly enhanced by adding
a Resonance Ionization Laser Ion Source (RILIS). A large wavelength range is accessible with the fundamental, second and third
harmonic generation of titanium-sapphire laser light. In addition a dedicated laser is available for non-resonant laser ionization.
The first on-line beam 62Ga was delivered in Dec. 2004. In general RILIS improves the intensity, purity and emittance of ion beams. 62Ga and 26Al and Be beams have been delivered so far on-line.

A Novel exploding wire type ion source device is proposed as a metallic ion source of intense pulsed heavy ion beam (PHIB) accelerator. In the device, multiple shot operations are realized without breaking the vacuum. The basic characteristics of the device are evaluated experimentally with an aluminum wire of diameter 0.2 mm and length 25 mm. A capacitor bank of capacitance 3 μF and a charging voltage of 30 kV was used, and the wire was successfully exploded by a discharge current of 15 kA with a rise time of 5.3 μs. Plasma flux of ion current density around 70 A/cm2 was obtained at 150 mm downstream from the device. The drift velocity of ions evaluated by a time-of-flight method was 2.7×104 m/ s, which corresponds to the kinetic energy of 100 eV for aluminum ions. From the measurement of the ion current density distribution, the ion flow is found to be concentrated toward the direction where the ion acceleration gap is placed. From the experiment, the device is found to be acceptable for applying the PHIB accelerator. 相似文献

为HL-2A 装置中性束注入器研制了引出束功率为1MW 的射频离子源。在测试平台上,实验离子源已经成功引出了束能量和束电流分别为35keV 和12.4A、束质子比为79%、脉宽为100ms 的氢离子束,达到了设计束功率要求的44%。在射频离子源实验平台上,利用多普勒频移光谱方法测量了离子源引出束流成分比例,对比了束流成分和射频离子源引出束流之间的关系。实验数据分析表明,在10A 引出束流的情况下,离子流成分 H+ 1、H+ 2 和H+ 3 分别为75%、18%和7%。并且当引出束流从3.3A 升至10.4A 时,H+ 1 从37%升至78%,而H+ 3 则从19%降至9%。 相似文献

Mass analyzed highly charged ion beams of energy ranging from a few keV to a few MeV plays an important role in various aspects
of research in modern physics. In this paper a unique low energy ion beam facility (LEIBF) set up at Nuclear Science Centre
(NSC) for providing low and medium energy multiply charged ion beams ranging from a few keV to a few MeV for research in materials
sciences, atomic and molecular physics is described. One of the important features of this facility is the availability of
relatively large currents of multiply charged positive ions from an electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) source placed entirely
on a high voltage platform. All the electronic and vacuum systems related to the ECR source including 10 GHz ultra high frequency
(UHF) transmitter, high voltage power supplies for extractor and Einzel lens are placed on a high voltage platform. All the
equipments are controlled using a personal computer at ground potential through optical fibers for high voltage isolation.
