The large pore molecular sieves VPI-5 and Si VPI-5 were synthesized by using three organic amines (dipropylamine, diisopropylamine and dipentylamine) as the structure-directing agents. Compared with general alumlnophosphate molecular sieves, the synthesis of the molecular sieves of VPI-5 type ls of many unique features. Both VPI-5 and Si-VPI-5 were characterized by XRD, IR, TG-DTA, and MAS-NMR.  相似文献

5,5-Fulvalenedimanganesehexacarbonyl (dicymantrenyl) was acetylated and benzoylated by RC(O)Cl+AlCl3 in CH2Cl2, under conditions of the Friedel-Crafts reaction. The reaction involves both nonequivalent positions of the cyclopentadienyl rings to give mixtures of two isomeric ketones. Under 488 nm excitation, the positions and intensities of bands between 640–690 nm in the luminescence spectrum of HoCl63− change, depending upon the cubic elpasolite host lattice. In neat Cs2NaHoCl6 the 5F55I8 transition is observed in this spectral region, whereas in Cs2NaYbCl6:HoCl63− this transition is absent and the 5F35I7 transition is observed instead. Both transitions are apparent in the spectra of Cs2NaLCl6HoCl63− (L = Y, Gd). Decay measurements enable the luminescence behaviour to be explained and detailed analyses of the 20 K spectra permit all 5I7, 5I8 crystal-field levels to be located. The assignments are in agreement with those from analysis of the 5I75I8 luminescence spectrum. New assign- ments are made for the crystal-field components of 5F3.  相似文献

Bicyclic furano-and pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine nucleosides and purine nucleosides modified at the N1 atom and/or the 6-position have been synthesized. Among the tested nontoxic bicyclic nucleosides and N6-carboxyalkyladenosines, only furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine with the C10H21 substituent and N6-carboxymethyladenosine exhibit moderate anti-HCV activity in the virus replicon system and N1-hydroxyinosine exhibits high anti-HCV activity and significant cytotoxicity. The corresponding 5′-triphosphates have been synthesized and studied as substrates/inhibitors of HCV enzymes: NS5B protein (RNA-dependent RNA polymerase) and NS3 protein (NTP-dependent RNA helicase).  相似文献

Abstract

Specific conformational changes in DNA and RNA can be induced via a transient pentacoordination of the phosphorus atoms in the helix backbone. The details of this conformational transmission mechanism are discussed briefly, using experimental data that were obtained with a set of 5′-pIV and 5′-pV phosphorylated tetrahydrofurfuryl systems. A conformational study on the more realistic model system, the dinucleotide 2 in which a stabilized pentacoordinated phosphorus forms the internucleoside linkage, is presented. Furthermore, it has been found that methylation of the phosphate groups in d(TpTpTpTpTpT) results in the formation of a non-Watson & Crick type parallel duplex DNA structure, in which the two strands are joined via hydrogen bonding between the thymidine bases. Various physico-chemical techniques (e.g. NMR methods and UV hyperchromicity) were used to elucidate the structural details of the parallel duplex. Characteristic properties (parallellity, slimness, symmetry) are presented.  相似文献

Proline derivatives with a C(γ)-exo pucker typically display a high amide bond trans/cis (K(T/C)) ratio. This pucker enhances n→π* overlap of the amide oxygen and ester carbonyl carbon, which favors a trans amide bond. If there were no difference in n→π* interaction between the ring puckers, then the correlation between ring pucker and K(T/C) might be broken. To explore this possibility, proline conformations were constrained using a methylene bridge. We synthesized discrete gauche and anti 5-fluoro- and 5-hydroxy-N-acetylmethanoproline methyl esters from 3-syn and 3-anti fluoro- and hydroxymethanopyrrolidines using directed α-metalation to introduce the α-ester group. NBO calculations reveal minimal n→π* orbital interactions, so contributions from other forces might be of greater importance in determining K(T/C) for the methanoprolines. Consistent with this hypothesis, greater trans amide preferences were found in CDCl(3) for anti isomers en-MetFlp and en-MetHyp (72-78% trans) than for the syn stereoisomers ex-MetFlp and ex-MetHyp (54-67% trans). These, and other, K(T/C) results that we report here indicate how substituents on proline analogues can affect amide preferences by pathways other than ring puckering and n→π* overlap and suggest that caution should be exercised in assigning enhanced pyrrolidine C(γ)-exo ring puckering based solely on enhanced trans amide preference.  相似文献

Density functional theory calculations have been performed for the dimethylgallyl complexes of iron, ruthenium, and osmium [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(L)(2)M(GaMe(2)] (M = Fe, Ru, Os; L = CO, PMe(3)) at the DFT/BP86/TZ2P/ZORA level of theory. The calculated geometry of the iron complex [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(CO)(2)Fe(GaMe(2))] is in excellent agreement with structurally characterized complex [(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(CO)(2)Fe(Ga(t)Bu(2))]. The Pauling bond order of the optimized structures shows that the M-Ga bonds in these complexes are nearly M-Ga single bond. Upon going from M = Fe to M = Os, the calculated M-Ga bond distance increases, while on substitution of the CO ligand by PMe(3), the calculated M-Ga bond distances decrease. The π-bonding component of the total orbital contribution is significantly smaller than that of σ-bonding. Thus, in these complexes the GaX(2) ligand behaves predominantly as a σ-donor. The contributions of the electrostatic interaction terms ΔE(elstat) are significantly smaller in all gallyl complexes than the covalent bonding ΔE(orb) term. The absolute values of the ΔE(Pauli), ΔE(int), and ΔE(elstat) contributions to the M-Ga bonds increases in both sets of complexes via the order Fe < Ru < Os. The Ga-C(CO) and Ga-P bond distances are smaller than the sum of van der Waal radii and, thus, suggest the presence of weak intermolecular Ga-C(CO) and Ga-P interactions.  相似文献

Novel polycarbonates from 5-allyloxy-1, 3-dioxan-2-one (ATMC) with 5, 5-dimethyl- 1, 3-dioxan-2-one (DTC) were successfully synthesized for the first time using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) as catalyst. The resulting copolymers were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The molecular weight (Mn) of the copolymer with molar feed ratio of 10:90 (ATMC:DTC) was 9300 and the polydispersity was 1.31, while the Mn increased to 14300 and polydispersity of 1.25 with the feed ratio of 50:50. Moreover, the composition of the copolymers agreed well with the monomer feed.  相似文献

The complex (η5-C5H5)Cr(CO)3Cp42 H5 has been made and its reactions with σ donor ligands L (L = (MeO)3P and (EtO)3P) and with SO2 studied. The alkyl phosphites give compounds of the composition (η5-C5H5)Cr(CO)2LC2H5, and sulfur dioxide gives the corresponding S-sulfinato (η5-C5H5)Cr(CO)3SO2C2H5.  相似文献

The atomic structures of crystal hydrates were determined at 173 and 293 K for NaKSbF5·1.5H2O (I) and at 293 K for NaRbSbF5·1.5H2O (II). Crystals I and II are isostructural, space group . The dynamics of water molecules and complex ions was investigated by NMR in the range 170-440 K. The existence of a phase transition of order–disorder type in compounds I and II was established. A mechanism leading to the diffusion motion of fluoride ions in II is suggested, and dehydration of the compounds is considered.  相似文献

A general method for accessing 5-alkyl-5-aryl-γ-lactams has been developed using readily available aryl bromides, nitroalkanes, and methyl acrylate as the starting materials. The palladium-catalyzed arylation of nitroalkanes gave the 1-aryl-substituted nitroalkanes, which underwent the DBU-mediated Michael addition with methyl acrylate at room temperature to afford the methyl 4-aryl-4-nitroalkanoates. The latter were then subjected to the nitro reduction using NaBH4–NiCl2·6H2O in MeOH at 0 °C to furnish, after treatment with aqueous K2CO3 at room temperature, the 5-alkyl-5-aryl-γ-lactams in good to excellent overall yields. Selected examples of N-alkylation of the γ-lactams were also illustrated.  相似文献

Physicochemical and catalytic properties of phosphorus and boron modified HZSM-5 zeolites treated with 100% steam at 673K were investigated.The acidity and distribution of acidic sites were studied by infrared spectroscopy using pyridine as probe molecule and temperature programmed desortion (TPD) of ammonia.The structure of the samples was characterized by XRD,and the textural properties of the catalysts were determined by nitrogen isothermal adsorption-desorption measurements and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The XRD results show that the modified samples have no novel crystalline phase,indicating a high dispersion of phosphorus and boron species.After treatment,the microporous volume and surface area of the samples markedly decrease,implying the bolockage of the channel.The nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements suggest that the isothermal type of all samples is a combination of isothermal type Ⅰ and Ⅳ,and all hysteresis loops resemble the H4-type in the IUPAC classification.The total acidity of the modified samples,determined by pyrldine adsorption IR and TPD of ammonia,decreases in contrast to that of the parent HZSM-5.The conversion of n-heptane over P and B steammodified HZSM-5 is higher than that of P and B-modified HZSM-5 zeolites but lower than that of the parent HZSM-5.  相似文献
