The treatment of SiCl4 with 4 equiv of Li2(Nnaph) (naph = 1-naphthyl) in diethyl ether gives (Et2O.Li)4[Si(Nnaph)4] (4), which, upon reaction with excess tBuNH3Cl or MeO3SCF3, generates Si[N(H)naph]4 (5) or Si[N(Me)naph]4 (6), respectively. The centrosymmetric dimer (THF.Li3[Si(NiPr)3(NHiPr)])2 (7), formed via trilithiation of Si[N(H)iPr]4 with n-butyllithium, consists of a bis-THF-solvated Li6(NiPr)6 cyclic ladder bicapped by two SiN(H)iPr units. Crystal data for 7: C32H74Li6N8O2Si2, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 10.661(7) A, b = 16.964(5) A, c = 12.405(4) A, beta = 93.22(4) degrees, V = 2239.9(15) A3, and Z = 2.  相似文献

New quaternary lithium - d(0) cation - lone-pair oxides, Li(6)(Mo(2)O(5))(3)(SeO(3))(6) (Pmn2(1)) and Li(2)(MO(3))(TeO(3)) (P2(1)/n) (M = Mo(6+) or W(6+)), have been synthesized and characterized. The former is noncentrosymmetric and polar, whereas the latter is centrosymmetric. Their crystal structures exhibit zigzag anionic layers composed of distorted MO(6) and asymmetric AO(3) (A = Se(4+) or Te(4+)) polyhedra. The anionic layers stack along a 2-fold screw axis and are separated by Li(+) cations. Powder SHG measurements on Li(6)(Mo(2)O(5))(3)(SeO(3))(6) using 1064 nm radiation reveal a SHG efficiency of approximately 170 × α-SiO(2). Particle size vs SHG efficiency measurements indicate Li(6)(Mo(2)O(5))(3)(SeO(3))(6) is type 1 nonphase-matchable. Converse piezoelectric measurements result in a d(33) value of ~28 pm/V and pyroelectric measurements reveal a pyroelectric coefficient of -0.43 μC/m(2)K at 50 °C for Li(6)(Mo(2)O(5))(3)(SeO(3))(6). Frequency-dependent polarization measurements confirm that Li(6)(Mo(2)O(5))(3)(SeO(3))(6) is nonferroelectric, i.e., the macroscopic polarization is not reversible, or 'switchable'. Infrared, UV-vis, thermogravimetric, and differential thermal analysis measurements and electron localization function calculations were also done for all materials.  相似文献

A new series of anhydrous mixed alkali-metal borophosphates-Li(2) Cs(2) B(2) P(4) O(15) (1), LiK(2) BP(2) O(8) (2), Li(3) K(2) BP(4) O(14) (3), and Li(3) Rb(2) BP(4) O(14) (4)-have been successfully synthesized by using the conventional solid-state reaction method. Compound 1 contains a novel fundamental building unit (FBU), [B(4) P(8) O(30) ], with B/P=1:2. Compound 2 contains an FBU of [B(2) P(4) O(16) ] with B/P=1:2. Compounds 3 and 4 are isotypic, and they have a [B(P(2) O(7) )(2) ] unit as their FBU. In all four compounds, their FBUs are connected through corner sharing to generate layered anionic partial structures, and then further linked with metallic polyhedra to form three-dimensional (3D) frameworks. Most interestingly, three of the four compounds contain direct P-O-P connections in their structures, which is extremely rare among borophosphates. Thermal analyses, IR spectroscopy, and UV/Vis/near-IR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy have also been performed on the four title compounds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Li7[Mn(V)N4] was re-determined. Isolated tetrahedral [Mn(V)N4](7-) ions are arranged with lithium cations to form a superstructure of the CaF2 anti-type (P4bar3n, No. 218, a = 956.0(1) pm, Z = 8). According to measurements of the magnetic susceptibility, the manganese (tetrahedral coordination) is in a d(2) S = 1 state. Thermal treatment of Li7[Mn(V)N4] under argon in the presence of elemental lithium at various temperatures leads to Li24[Mn(III)N3]3N2, Li5[(Li1-xMnx)N]3, and Li2[(Li1-xMn(I)x)N], respectively. Li24[Mn(III)N3]3N2 (P3bar1c, No. 163, a = 582.58(6) pm, c = 1784.1(3) pm, Z = 4/3) crystallizes in a trigonal unit cell, containing slightly, but significantly nonplanar trigonal [MnN3](6-) units with C3v symmetry. Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility reveal a d(4) S = 1 spin-state for the manganese (trigonal coordination). Nonrelativistic spin-polarized DFT calculations with different molecular models lead to the conclusion that restrictions in the Li-N substructure are responsible for the distortion from planarity of the [Mn(III)N3](6-). Li5[(Li1-xMnx)N]3 (x = 0.59(1), P6bar2m, No. 189, a = 635.9(3) pm, c = 381.7(2) pm, Z = 1) is an isotype of Li5[(Li1-xNix)N]3 with manganese in an average oxidation state of about +1.6. The crystal structure is a defect variant of the alpha-Li3N structure type with the transition metal in linear coordination by nitrogen. Li2[(Li1-xMn(I)x)N] (x = 0.67(1), P6/mmm, No. 191, a = 371.25(4) pm, c = 382.12(6) pm, Z = 1) crystallizes in the alpha-Li3N = Li2[LiN] structure with partial substitution of the linearly nitrogen-coordinated Li-species by manganese(I). Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility are consistent with manganese (linear coordination) in a low-spin d(6) S = 1 state.  相似文献

The reaction of ((t)BuNH)(3)PNSiMe(3) (1) with 1 equiv of (n)BuLi results in the formation of Li[P(NH(t)Bu)(2)(N(t)Bu)(NSiMe(3))] (2); treatment of 2 with a second equivalent of (n)BuLi produces the dilithium salt Li(2)[P(NH(t)Bu)(N(t)Bu)(2)(NSiMe(3))] (3). Similarly, the reaction of 1 and (n)BuLi in a 1:3 stoichiometry produces the trilithiated species Li(3)[P(N(t)Bu)(3)(NSiMe(3))] (4). These three complexes represent imido analogues of dihydrogen phosphate [H(2)PO(4)](-), hydrogen phosphate [HPO(4)](2)(-), and orthophosphate [PO(4)](3)(-), respectively. Reaction of 4 with alkali metal alkoxides MOR (M = Li, R = SiMe(3); M = K, R = (t)Bu) generates the imido-alkoxy complexes [Li(3)[P(N(t)Bu)(3)(NSiMe(3))](MOR)(3)] (8, M = Li; 9, M = K). These compounds were characterized by multinuclear ((1)H, (7)Li, (13)C, and (31)P) NMR spectroscopy and, in the cases of 2, 8, and 9.3THF, by X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, 2 exists as a dimer with Li-N contacts serving to link the two Li[P(NH(t)Bu)(2)(N(t)Bu)(NSiMe(3))] units. The monomeric compounds 8 and 9.3THF consist of a rare M(3)O(3) ring coordinated to the (LiN)(3) unit of 4. The unexpected formation of the stable radical [(Me(3)SiN)P(mu(3)-N(t)Bu)(3)[mu(3)-Li(THF)](3)(O(t)Bu)] (10) is also reported. X-ray crystallography indicated that 10 has a distorted cubic structure consisting of the radical dianion [P(N(t)Bu)(3)(NSiMe(3))](.2)(-), two lithium cations, and a molecule of LiO(t)Bu in the solid state. In dilute THF solution, the cube is disrupted to give the radical monoanion [(Me(3)SiN)((t)BuN)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Li(THF)(2)](.-), which was identified by EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Five-coordinate and six-coordinate 2-methyl-2-propanethiolato complexes of zirconium, [Li(DME)(3)][Zr(SCMe(3))(5)] (1) and [(THF)Li](2)Zr(SCMe(3))(6) (2), were obtained from the ZrCl(4)/LiSCMe(3) reaction system. The control of the Zr coordination number, by the ether ligands, THF or DME, bound to Li, is demonstrated by the conversion of 2 into 1 upon dissolution in DME. 1 and 2 were crystallographically characterized. The structures are extensively disordered. Oxo(tert-butylimido) or bis(tert-butylimido)osmium(VI) porphyrins Os(Por)(O)(NBut) and Os(Por)(NBut)2, [Por=meso-tetrakis(p-tolyl)porphyrinato (TTP) and meso-tetrakis(4-chlorophe-nyl)porphyrinato (4-Cl-TPP)] were synthesized by air oxidation of bis(tert-butylamme)osmium(II) porphyrins [Os(Por)(H2NBut)2 (Por=TPP, 4-Cl-TPP], depending on whether tert-butylamine is present. The bis(tert-butylamine)ruthenium(II) porphyrins [Ru(Por)(H2NBut)2, Por=TTP, 4-Cl-TPP] can undergo bromine oxidation to give oxo(tert-butylimido)ruthenium(VI) complexes in quantitative yields. Compounds [Rb(18-crown-6)]4As14.6NH3 (1) and [Li(NH3)4]4P14.NH3 (2) were prepared by the reaction of Rb4As6 with SbPh3 and 18-crown-6 and by the reduction of white phosphorus with elemental lithium in liquid ammonia, respectively. Both were characterized by low-temperature single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. They were found to contain the Ci symmetrical Pn14(4-) anion (Pn = P, As), which consists of two nortricyclane-like Pn7-cages connected by a single bond. Molecular complexes of [Rb(18-crown-6)(NH3)]2[Rb(18-crown-6)]2As14 are formed in 1, which are connected to fanfold sheets via N-H...O bonds. The anion is isolated in 2, and N-H...N bonds result in the formation of {[Li(NH3)4](mu-NH3)2[Li(NH3)4]}2+ cationic complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of the chelating ligand tBuNTe(mu-NtBu)2TeNtBu (L) with LiI in THF yields [Li(THF)2L](mu 3-I)[LiI(L)] (3). This complex is also formed by the attempted oxidation of [Li2Te(NtBu)3]2 with I2. An X-ray analysis of 3 reveals that the tellurium diimide dimer acts as a chelating ligand toward (a) [Li(THF)2]+ cations and (b) a molecule of LiI. An extended structure is formed via weak Te...I interactions [3.8296(7)-3.9632(7) A] involving both mu 3-iodide counterions and the iodine atoms of the coordinated LiI molecules. The oxidation by air of [Li2Te(NtBu)3]2 in toluene produces the radical (Li3[Te(NtBu)3]2), which exhibits an ESR spectrum consisting of a septet of decuplets (g = 2.00506, a(14N) = 5.26 G, a(7Li) = 0.69 G). The complexes [(THF)3Li3(mu 3-X)(Te(NtBu)3)] (4a, X = Cl; 4b, X = Br; 4c, X = I) are obtained from the reaction of [Li2Te(NtBu)3]2 with lithium halides in THF. The iodide complex, 4c, has a highly distorted, cubic structure comprised of the pyramidal [Te(NtBu)3]2- dianion which is linked through three [Li(THF)]+ cations to I- Crystal data: 4c, triclinic, space group P1, a = 12.611(8) A, b = 16.295(6) A, c = 10.180(3) A, alpha = 98.35(3) degrees, beta = 107.37(4) degrees, gamma = 108.26(4) degrees, V = 1829(2) A3, Z = 2.  相似文献

Both compounds exhibit the unprecedented [Au(S(2)O(7))(2)](-) anion in which a square planar coordination of the central gold atom is achieved by the chelating attachment of two disulfate groups. The disulfates were characterized by means of IR spectroscopy and DTA/TG measurements. For both compounds, the decomposition occurs via several steps and is finished at about 450 °C at the stage of elemental gold and the sulfates M(2)SO(4) (M = Li, Na), as revealed by X-ray powder diffraction of the residues.  相似文献

Single crystals of Sr3Li6M2O11 (M = Nb, Ta) were grown out of a high-temperature Sr(OH)2/LiOH/KOH flux. The single crystal X-ray diffraction data were indexed to the orthorhombic Pmma system, with a = 10.5834(15) A, b = 8.3103(13) A, c = 5.8277(8) A, V = 512.55(13) A(3), and Z = 2 for Sr3Li6Nb2O11 and a = 10.5936(6) A, b = 8.3452(5) A, c = 5.8271(4) A, V = 515.15(6) A(3), and Z = 2 for Sr3Li6Ta2O11. The crystal structure consists of sheets of interconnected SrO8 polyhedra that are separated by M-O layers and an intervening LiO(x) polyhedral framework, representing a new structural type. The M-O layers exhibit a rare occurrence of both five- and six-coordinated M(5+) ions in the same structure. The oxides, upon excitation at 250 nm, exhibit violet emission at room temperature.  相似文献

Alkali phosphomolybdate glasses have been prepared by quenching melted mixtures of P2O5, MoO3 and A2O(A=Li, Na). The composition dependence of the transition temperature of glasses belonging to ternary A2O–(MoO3)2–P2O5 (A=Li, Na) systems is studied for several series of glasses corresponding to either a fixed A2O rate or a constant Mo/P ratio. The interpretation of the results is based on the presence of different types of molybdenum and phosphorous structural groups and P–O–M (M=P, Mo) linkages in glasses. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The reaction of Cl(3)PNSiMe(3) with 3 equiv of LiHNR (R = (i)Pr, Cy, (t)Bu, Ad) in diethyl ether produces the corresponding tris(amino)(imino)phosphoranes (RNH)(3)PNSiMe(3) (1a, R = (i)Pr; 1b, R = Cy; 1c, R = (t)Bu; 1d, R = Ad); subsequent reactions of 1b-d with (n)BuLi yield the trilithiated tetraimidophosphates {Li(3)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]} (2a, R = Cy; 2b, R = (t)Bu; 2c, R = Ad). The reaction of [((t)BuNH)(4)P]Cl with 1 equiv of (n)BuLi results in the isolation of ((t)BuNH)(3)PN(t)Bu (1e); treatment of 1e with additional (n)BuLi generates the symmetrical tetraimidophosphate {Li(3)[P(N(t)Bu)(4)]} (2d). Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) NMR spectroscopy; X-ray structures of 1b,c were also obtained. Oxidations of 2a-c with iodine, bromine, or sulfuryl chloride produces transient radicals in the case of 2a or stable radicals of the formula {Li(2)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]LiX.3THF}* (X = Cl, Br, I; R = (t)Bu, Ad). The stable radicals exhibit C(3) symmetry and are thought to exist in a cubic arrangement, with the monomeric LiX unit bonded to the neutral radical {Li(2)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]}* to complete the Li(3)N(3)PX cube. Reactions of solvent-separated ion pair {[Li(THF)(4)]{Li(THF)(2)[(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)]Li(THF)(2)} (6) with I(2) or SO(2)Cl(2) produce the persistent spirocyclic radical {(THF)(2)Li(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(mu-N(t)Bu)Li(THF)(2)}* (10a); all radicals have been characterized by a combination of variable concentration EPR experiments and DFT calculations.  相似文献

Superalkalies with low ionization potentials (IPs) can exhibit behaviors reminiscent of alkali atoms and hence be considered as potential building blocks for the assembly of novel nanostructured materials. A new series of binuclear superalkali cations M(2)Li(2k+1)(+) (M = F, O, N, C) has been studied using ab initio methods. The structural features of such cations are found to be related to the central atoms. In the preferred structures of F(2)Li(3)(+), O(2)Li(5)(+), and N(2)Li(7)(+), two central atoms are bridged by lithium atoms. While in the global minima of C(2)Li(9)(+), two central carbon atoms directly link each other and the C-C unit extends to the surface of the whole system. These M(2)Li(2k+1)(+) species exhibit very low vertical electron affinities of 2.74-4.61 eV at the OVGF/6-311+G(3df) level and hence should be classified as superalkali cations.  相似文献
