The nucleophilic addition of amidoximes R'C(NH(2))═NOH [R' = Me (2.Me), Ph (2.Ph)] to coordinated nitriles in the platinum(II) complexes trans-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1t.Et), Ph (1t.Ph), NMe(2) (1t.NMe(2))] and cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN)(2)] [R = Et (1c.Et), Ph (1c.Ph), NMe(2) (1c.NMe(2))] proceeds in a 1:1 molar ratio and leads to the monoaddition products trans-[PtCl(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}]Cl [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([3a]Cl), Ph ([3b]Cl)], cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = NMe(2); R' = Me (4a), Ph (4b)], and trans/cis-[PtCl(2)(RCN){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}] [R = Et; R' = Me (5a, 6a), Ph (5b, 6b); R = Ph; R' = Me (5c, 6c), Ph (5d, 6d), correspondingly]. If the nucleophilic addition proceeds in a 2:1 molar ratio, the reaction gives the bisaddition species trans/cis-[Pt{HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)]Cl(2) [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([7a]Cl(2), [8a]Cl(2)), Ph ([7b]Cl(2), [8b]Cl(2))] and trans/cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)] [R = Et; R' = Me (10a), Ph (9b, 10b); R = Ph; R' = Me (9c, 10c), Ph (9d, 10d), respectively]. The reaction of 1 equiv of the corresponding amidoxime and each of [3a]Cl, [3b]Cl, 5b-5d, and 6a-6d leads to [7a]Cl(2), [7b]Cl(2), 9b-9d, and 10a-10d. Open-chain bisaddition species 9b-9d and 10a-10d were transformed to corresponding chelated bisaddition complexes [7d](2+)-[7f](2+) and [8c](2+)-[8f](2+) by the addition of 2 equiv AgNO(3). All of the complexes synthesized bear nitrogen-bound O-iminoacylated amidoxime groups. The obtained complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, high-resolution ESI-MS, IR, and (1)H NMR techniques, while 4a, 4b, 5b, 6d, [7b](Cl)(2), [7d](SO(3)CF(3))(2), [8b](Cl)(2), [8f](NO(3))(2), 9b, and 10b were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A series of new (silylamino)phosphines that contain sterically bulky silyl groups on nitrogen were prepared by deprotonation/substitution reactions of the hindered disilylamines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NH (1, R = Me; 2, R = Ph) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NH (3). Sequential treatment of the N-lithio derivatives of 1-3 with PCl(3) or PhPCl(2) and MeLi gave the corresponding (silylamino)phosphines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(R')Me (5, R = Me, R' = Ph; 6, R = Ph, R' = Me) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NP(R)Me (11, R = Me; 12, R = Ph) in high yields. Two of the P-chloro intermediates t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(Ph)Cl (7, R = Ph; 9, R = Me) were also isolated and fully characterized. Hydrolysis of 7 afforded the crystalline PH-substituted aminophosphine oxide t-BuPh(2)SiN(H)P(Ph)(=O)H (10). Thermal decomposition of 7 occurred with elimination of Me(3)SiCl and formation of a novel P(2)N(2) four-membered ring system (36) that contains both P(III) and P(V) centers. Reactions of the N-lithio derivatives of amines 1 and 2 with phosphorus trihalides afforded the thermally stable -PF(2) derivatives t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPF(2) (13, R = Me; 14, R = Ph) and the unstable -PCl(2) analogue 17 (R = Ph). Reduction (using LiAlH(4)) of the SiPh-substituted dihalophosphines 14 and 17 gave the unstable parent phosphine t-BuPh(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPH(2) (15). The P-organo-substituted (silylamino)phosphines underwent oxidative bromination to afford high yields of the corresponding N-silyl-P-bromophosphoranimines t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)Br (18, R = R' = Me; 19, R = Me, R' = Ph; 20, R = Ph, R' = Me) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)Br (23, R = Me; 24, R = Ph). Subsequent treatment of these reactive PBr compounds with lithium trifluoroethoxide or phenoxide produced the corresponding PO derivatives t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)OR' ' (25 and 26, R' ' = CH(2)CF(3); 28-30, R' ' = Ph) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)OR' (31 and 33, R' = CH(2)CF(3); 32 and 34, R = Ph), respectively. Many of the new compounds containing the bulky tert-butyldiphenylsilyl group, t-BuPh(2)Si, were solids that gave crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction studies. Consequently, the crystal structures of three (silylamino)phosphines (6, 7, and 14), one (silylamino)phosphine oxide (10), one N-silylphosphoranimine (30), and the cyclic compound 36 were determined. Among the (silylamino)phosphines, the P-N bond distances [6, N-PMe(2), 1.725(3) A; 7, N-P(Ph)Cl, 1.68(1) A, 14, N-PF(2), 1.652(4) A] decreased significantly as the electron-withdrawing nature of the phosphorus substituents increased. The N-silylphosphoranimine t-BuPh(2)SiN=PMe(2)OPh (30), which is a model system for poly(phosphazene) precursors, had a much shorter P=N distance of 1.512(6) A and a wide Si-N-P bond angle of 166.4(3) degrees. A similar P=N bond distance [1.514(7) A] and Si-N-P angle [169.9(6) degrees ] were observed for the exocyclic P=N-Si linkage in the ring compound 36, while the phosphine oxide 10 had P-N and P=O distances of 1.637(4) and 1.496(3) A, respectively, and a Si-N-P angle of 134.3(2) degrees.  相似文献

The preparation of a large series of new N-silyl-P-alkylphosphoranimines and their (silylamino)phosphine precursors is reported. Oxidative bromination of the P-functional (silylamino)phosphines, (Me(3)Si)(2)NP(R)X [R = n-Pr, n-Bu, i-Pr, t-Bu; X = Br, OR' (R' = CH(2)CF(3), Ph)], occurred smoothly at 0 degrees C and afforded the desired P-bromophosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(R)(X)Br. Nucleophilic substitution reactions of the P-dibromo members of this series with LiOR' gave the corresponding P-trifluoroethoxy- and P-phenoxyphosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(R)(OR')(2) (R' = CH(2)CF(3), Ph). All of these N-silylphosphoranimines, which are potential precursors to new cyclic and/or polymeric phosphazenes, were obtained as thermally stable, distillable liquids and were characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of phosphine oxides R(3)P═O [R = Me (1a), Et (1c), (i)Pr (1d) and Ph (1e)], with the bromophosphoranimines BrPR'R'P═NSiMe(3) [R' = R' = Me (2a); R' = Me, R' = Ph (2b); R' = R' = OCH(2)CF(3) (2c)] in the presence or absence of AgOTf (OTf = CF(3)SO(3)) resulted in a rearrangement reaction to give the salts [R(3)P═N═PR'R'O-SiMe(3)]X (X = Br or OTf) ([4]X). Reaction of phosphine oxide 1a with the phosphoranimine BrPMe(2)═NSiPh(3) (5) with a sterically encumbered silyl group also resulted in the analogous rearranged product [Me(3)P═N═PMe(2)O-SiPh(3)]X ([8]X) but at a significantly slower rate. In contrast, the direct reaction of the bulky tert-butyl substituted phosphine oxide, (t)Bu(3)P═O (1b) with 2a or 2c in the presence of AgOTf yielded the phosphine oxide-stabilized phosphoranimine cations [(t)Bu(3)P═O·PR'(2)═NSiMe(3)](+) ([3](+), R' = Me (d), OCH(2)CF(3) (e)). A mechanism is proposed for the unexpected formation of [4](+) in which the formation of the donor-stabilized adduct [3](+) occurs as the first step.  相似文献

The reaction of diazabutadienes of type R'N=C(R)-C(R)=NR', L (R = H, Me; R' = cycloalkyl, aryl) with Re(V)OCl(3)(AsPh(3))(2) has furnished Re(V)OCl(3)(L), 1, from which Re(III)(OPPh(3))Cl(3)(L), 2, and Re(V)(NAr)Cl(3)(L), 3, have been synthesized. Chemical oxidation of 2(R = H) by aqueous H(2)O(2) and of 3(R = H) by dilute HNO(3) has yielded Re(IV)(OPPh(3))Cl(3)(L'), 5, and Re(VI)(NAr)Cl(3)(L'), 4, respectively, where L' is the monoionized iminoacetamide ligand R'N=C(H)-C(=O)-NR'(-). Finally, the reaction of Re(V)O(OEt)X(2)(PPh(3))(2) with L has furnished bivalent species of type Re(II)X(2)(L)(2), 6(X = Cl, Br). The X-ray structures of 1 (R = Me, R' = Ph), 3 (R = H, R' = Ph, Ar = Ph), and 4 (R = H, R' = cycloheptyl, Ar = C(6)H(4)Cl) are reported revealing meridional geometry for the ReCl(3) fragment and triple bonding in the ReO (in 1) and ReNAr (in 3 and 4 ) fragments. The cis geometry (two Re-X stretches) of ReX(2)(L)(2) is consistent with maximized Re(II)-L back-bonding. Both ReX(2)(L)(2) and Re(NAr)Cl(3)(L') are paramagnetic (S = (1)/(2)) and display sextet EPR spectra in solution. The g and A values of Re(NAr)Cl(3)(L') are, respectively, lower and higher than those of ReX(2)(L)(2). All the complexes are electroactive in acetonitrile solution. The Re(NAr)Cl(3)(L) species display the Re(VI)/Re(V) couple near 1.0 V versus SCE, and coulometric studies have revealed that, in the oxidative transformation of 3 to 4, the reactive intermediate is Re(VI)(NAr)Cl(3)(L)(+) which undergoes nucleophilic addition of water at an imine site followed by induced electron transfer finally affording 4. In the structure of 3 (R = H, R' = Ph, Ar = Ph), the Re-N bond lying trans to the chloride ligand is approximately 0.1 A shorter than that lying trans to NPh. It is thus logical that the imine function incorporating the former bond is more polarized and therefore subject to more facile nucleophilic attack by water. This is consistent with the regiospecificity of the imine oxidation as revealed by structure determination of 4 (R = H, R' = cycloheptyl, Ar = C(6)H(4)Cl).  相似文献

The metal halides of Group 5 MX(5) (M = Nb, Ta; X = F, Cl, Br) react with ketones and acetylacetones affording the octahedral complexes [MX(5)(ketone)] () and [TaX(4){kappa(2)(O)-OC(Me)C(R)C(Me)O}] (R = H, Me, ), respectively. The adducts [MX(5)(acetone)] are still reactive towards acetone, acetophenone or benzophenone, giving the aldolate species [MX(4){kappa(2)(O)-OC(Me)CH(2)C(R)(R')O}] (). The syntheses of (M = Ta, X = F, R = R' = Ph) and (M = Ta, X = Cl, R = Me, R' = Ph) take place with concomitant formation of [(Ph(2)CO)(2)-H][TaF(6)], and [(MePhCO)(2)-H][TaCl(6)], respectively. The compounds [acacH(2)][TaF(6)], and [TaF{OC(Me)C(Me)C(Me)O}(3)][TaF(6)], have been isolated as by-products in the reactions of TaF(5) with acacH and 3-methyl-2,4-pentanedione, respectively. The molecular structures of, and have been ascertained by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

To learn more about the bleaching action of pulps by (hydroxymethyl)phosphines, lignin chromophores, such as the alpha,beta-unsaturated aromatic aldehydes, sinapaldehyde, coniferylaldehyde, and coumaraldehyde, were reacted with the tertiary phosphines R2R'P [R = R' = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH, iPr, cyclo-C6H11, (CH2)2CN; R = Me or Et, R' = Ph; R = Ph, R' = Me, m-NaSO3-C6H4] in water at room temperature under argon. In all cases, initial nucleophilic attack of the phosphine occurs at the activated C=C bond to form a zwitterionic monophosphonium species. With the phosphines PR3 [R = Me, Et, (CH2)3OH] and with R2R'P (R = Me or Et, R' = Ph), the zwitterion undergoes self-condensation to give a bisphosphonium zwitterion that can react with aqueous HCl to form the corresponding dichloride salts (as a mixture of R,R- and S,S-enantiomers); X-ray structures are presented for the bisphosphonium chlorides synthesized from the Et3P and Me3P reactions with sinapaldehyde. With the more bulky phosphines, iPr3P, MePPh2, (cyclo-C6H11)3P, and Na[Ph2P(m-SO3-C6H4)], only an equilibrium of the monophosphonium zwitterion with the reactant aldehyde is observed. The weakly nucleophilic [NC(CH2)2]3P does not react with sinapaldehyde. An analysis of some exceptional 1H NMR data within the prochiral phosphorus centers of the bisphosphonium chlorides is also presented.  相似文献

Factors affecting the coordination mode of an amidato group on aluminum will be presented. The reaction of N-tert-butylalkylacetamide ((t)BuNHCR([double bond]O)) with 1.1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in refluxing hexane affords a pentacoordinated, dimeric compound [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(R)(mu(2)-O)]](2) (3, R = p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4); 4, R = 2,6-F,F-C(6)H(3); 5, R = Me; 6, R = CF(3); 7, R = p-F(3)C-C(6)H(4)). However, in the presence of 2.2 molar equiv of Me(3)Al, N-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylbenzamide ((t)BuNHC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))([double bond]O in refluxing hexane gives [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))(mu(2)-O)]AlMe(3)], 8. In contrast, the reaction of R'NHCR' '([double bond]O) with 1 molar equiv of R(3)Al at room temperature produces tetracoordinated, dimeric, eight-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu,eta(2)-R'NC(R' ')O]](2) (9, R = Me, R' = 2,6-(i)Pr, (i)()Pr-C(6)H(3), R' ' = Ph; 10, R = Me, R' = (i)Bu, R' ' = Ph; 11, R = Et, R' = Bn, R' ' = Ph; 12, R = Me, R' = Ph, R' ' = CF(3); 13, R = Me, R' = Bn, R' ' = CF(3)). On the other hand, 4'-chlorobenzanilide ((p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NHCPh([double bond]O)) reacts with R(3)Al to produce trimeric, twelve-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu, eta(2)-(p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NC(Ph)O]](3) (14, R = Me; 15, R = Et). Furthermore, the reaction of 2'-methoxybenzanilide with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in hexane yields a dinuclear aluminum complex [Me(2)Al(o-OMe-Ph)NC(Ph)(O)AlMe(3)], 16.  相似文献

Reduction of [M(CO)2(eta-RC[triple bond]CR')Tp']X {Tp' = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate, M = Mo, X = [PF6]-, R = R' = Ph, C6H4OMe-4 or Me; R = Ph, R' = H; M = W, X = [BF4]-, R = R' = Ph or Me; R = Ph, R' = H} with [Co(eta-C5H5)2] gave paramagnetic [M(CO)2(eta-RC[triple bond]CR')Tp'], characterised by IR and ESR spectroscopy. X-Ray structural studies on the redox pair [Mo(CO)2(eta-PhC[triple bond]CPh)Tp'] and [Mo(CO)2(eta-PhC[triple bond]CPh)Tp'][PF6] showed that oxidation is accompanied by a lengthening of the C[triple bond]C bond and shortening of the Mo-C(alkyne) bonds, consistent with removal of an electron from an orbital antibonding with respect to the Mo-alkyne bond, and with conversion of the alkyne from a three- to a four-electron donor. Reduction of [Mo(CO)(NCMe)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'][PF6] with [Co(eta-C5H5)2] in CH2Cl2 gives [MoCl(CO)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'], via nitrile substitution in [Mo(CO)(NCMe)(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'], whereas a similar reaction with [M(CO){P(OCH2)3CEt}(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp']+ (M = Mo or W) gives the phosphite-containing radicals [M(CO){P(OCH2)3CEt}(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp']. ESR spectroscopic studies and DFT calculations on [M(CO)L(eta-MeC[triple bond]CMe)Tp'] {M = Mo or W, L = CO or P(OCH2)3CEt} show the SOMO of the neutral d5 species (the LUMO of the d4 cations) to be largely d(yz) in character although much more delocalised in the W complexes. Non-coincidence effects between the g and metal hyperfine matrices in the Mo spectra indicate hybridisation of the metal d-orbitals in the SOMO, consistent with a rotation of the coordinated alkyne about the M-C2 axis.  相似文献

[(Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)(mu-Cl)Cl)(2)] and [(Ru(eta(3):eta(3)-C(10)H(16))(mu-Cl)Cl)(2)] react with Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2) (R = Et (1a), Ph (1b)) affording complexes [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(2)(kappa(1)-P-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))] (R = Et (2a), Ph (2b)) and [Ru(eta(3):eta(3)-C(10)H(16))Cl(2)(kappa(1)-P-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))] (R = Et (6a), Ph (6b)). While treatment of 2a with 1 equiv of AgSbF(6) yields a mixture of [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(kappa(2)-P,O-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OEt)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)] (3a) and [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(kappa(2)-P,N-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OEt)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)] (4a), [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(kappa(2)-P,O-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OPh)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)] (3b) and [Ru(eta(3):eta(3)-C(10)H(16))Cl(kappa(2)-P,O-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)] (R = Et (7a), Ph (7b)) are selectively formed from 2b and 6a,b. Complexes [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)(kappa(3)-P,N,O-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)](2) (R = Et (5a), Ph (5b)) and [Ru(eta(3):eta(3)-C(10)H(16))(kappa(3)-P,N,O-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))][SbF(6)](2) (R = Et (8a), Ph (8b)) have been prepared using 2 equiv of AgSbF(6). The reactivity of 3-5a,b has been explored allowing the synthesis of [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)X(2)(kappa(1)-P-Ph(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OR)(2)]Ph(2))] (R = Et, Ph; X = Br, I, N(3), NCO (9-12a,b)). The catalytic activity of 2-8a,b in transfer hydrogenation of cyclohexanone, as well as theoretical calculations on the models [Ru(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))Cl(kappa(2)-P,N-H(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OH)(2)]H(2))]+ and [Ru(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))Cl(kappa(2)-P,O-H(2)PCH(2)P[=NP(=O)(OH)(2)]H(2))]+, has been also studied.  相似文献

Alkylzinc complexes, (Ttz(R,Me))ZnR' (R = tBu, Ph; R' = Me, Et), show interesting reactivity with acids, bases and water. With acids (e.g. fluorinated alcohols, phenols, thiophenol, acetylacetone, acetic acid, HCl and triflic acid) zinc complexes of the conjugate base (CB), (Ttz(R,Me))ZnCB, are generated. Thus the B-N bonds in Ttz ligands are acid stable. (Ttz(R,Me))ZnCB complexes were characterized by (1)H, (13)C-NMR, IR, MS, elemental analysis, and, in most cases, single crystal X-ray diffraction. The four coordinate crystal structures included (Ttz(R,Me))Zn(CB) [where R = Ph, CB (conjugate base) = OCH(2)CF(3) (2), OPh (6), SPh (8), p-OC(6)H(4)(NO(2)) (10); R = tBu, CB = OCH(CF(3))(2) (3), OPh (5), SPh (7)*, p-OC(6)H(4)(NO(2)) (9) (* indicates a rearranged Ttz ligand)]. The use of bidentate ligands resulted in structures [(Ttz(Ph,Me))Zn(CB) (CB = acac (12), OAc (14))] in which the coordination geometries are five, and intermediate between four and five, respectively. Interestingly, three forms of (Ttz(Ph,Me))Zn(p-OC(6)H(4)(NO(2))) (10) were analyzed crystallographically including a Zn coordinated water molecule in 10(H(2)O), a coordination polymer in 10(CP), and a p-nitrophenol molecule hydrogen bonded to a triazole ring in 10(Nit). Ttz ligands are flexible since they are capable of providing κ(3) or κ(2) metal binding and intermolecular interactions with either a metal center or H through the four position nitrogen (e.g. in 10(CP) and HTtz(tBu,Me)·H(2)O, respectively). Preliminary kinetic studies on the protonolysis of LZnEt (L = Ttz(tBu,Me), Tp(tBu,Me)) with p-nitrophenol in toluene at 95 °C show that these reactions are zero order in acid and first order in the LZnEt.  相似文献

Dichloro and chloromethyl Ga(III) complexes of general formulae [XClGa-eta2-{R2P(E)NP(E'R'2-E,E'}](X = Cl, R, R'= Ph, E, E'= O (1), S (2), Se (3); R = Ph, R'= OEt, E = O, E'= S (4); R = Me, R'= Ph, E, E'= S (5) and X = Me, E, E'= O (6), S (7), Se (8)) were synthesised by either metathesis reactions between GaCl3 and the potassium salt of the ligand (X = Cl) or by methane eliminations from in situ prepared GaMe2Cl and the protonated ligands LH (X = Me). Redistribution reaction of (3) in either CDCl3 or THF afforded the solvent-free tetracoordinate gallium spirocycle cation [Ga-{eta2-{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se'})2]+ (9+). The molecular structures of complexes 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9(+) show non-planar gallacycle rings.  相似文献

Coupling reactions of allenylphosphonates (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C=CRR' [R, R' = H (1a), R = H, R' = Me (1b), R = R' = Me (1c)] with aryl iodides, iodophenol, and iodobenzoic acid in the presence of palladium(II) acetate are investigated and compared with those of phenylallenes PhCH=C=CR2 [R = H (2a), Me (2b)] and allenyl esters EtO(2)CCH=C=CR(2) [R = H (2c), Me (2d)]. While 1b and 1c couple with different stereochemical outcomes using PhI in the presence of Pd(OAc)(2)/PPh(3)/K(2)CO(3) to give phenyl-substituted 1,3-butadienes, 1a does not undergo coupling but isomerizes to the acetylene (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CCMe (7). In the reaction of 1c with PhI, use of K(2)CO(3) affords the butadiene (Z)-(OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C(Ph)-C(Me)=CH(2) (12); in contrast, the use of Ag(2)CO(3) leads to the allene (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)C(Ph)=C=CMe(2) (20), showing that these bases differ very significantly in their roles. The reaction of 1a with PhI or PhB(OH)2 in (t)he presence of Pd(OAc)2/CsF/DMF leads mainly to (E)-(OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH=C(Me)Ph (21) and (OCH(2)CMe(2)CH(2)O)P(O)CH2-C(Ph)=CH(2) (22) and is thus a net 1,2-addition of Ph-H. Compound 1b reacts with iodophenol in the presence of Pd(OAc)(2)/PPh(3)/K(2)CO(3) to give a benzofuran that has a structure different from that obtained by using 1c under similar conditions. Treatment of 1a with iodophenol/Pd(OAc)(2)/CsF/DMF also gives a benzofuran whose structure is different from that obtained by using 2a under similar conditions. In the reaction with 2-iodobenzoic acid, 1a and 2c afford one type of isocoumarin, while 1b,c and 2a,b give a second type of isocoumarin. The structures of key compounds are established by X-ray crystallography. Utility of the phosphonate products in the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction is demonstrated.  相似文献

Reactions of imido complexes [M(Cp)(=NR')(PR'3)2] (M=V, Nb) with silanes afford a plethora of products, depending on the nature of the metal, substitution at silicon and nitrogen and the steric properties of the phosphine. The main products are [M(Cp)(=NR')(PR3)(H)(SiRnCl3-n)] (M=V, Nb; R'=2,6-diisopropylphenyl (Ar), 2,6-dimethylphenyl (Ar')), [Nb(Cp)(=NR')(PR'3)(H)(SiPhR2)] (R2=MeH, H2), [Nb(Cp)(==NR')(PR'3)(Cl)(SiHRnCl2-n)] and [Nb(Cp)(eta 3-N(R)SiR2--H...)(PR'3)(Cl)]. Complexes with the smaller Ar' substituent at nitrogen react faster, as do more acidic silanes. Bulkier groups at silicon and phosphorus slow down the reaction substantially. Kinetic NMR experiments supported by DFT calculations reveal an associative mechanism going via an intermediate N-silane adduct [Nb(Cp){=N(-->SiHClR2)R'}(PR'3)2] bearing a penta-coordinate silicon centre, which then rearranges into the final products through a Si--H or Si--Cl bond activation process. DFT calculations show that this imido-silane adduct is additionally stabilized by a Si--HM agostic interaction. Si--H activation is kinetically preferred even when Si--Cl activation affords thermodynamically more stable products. The niobium complexes [NbCp(=NAr)(PMe3)(H)(SiR2Cl)] (R=Ph, Cl) are classical according to X-ray studies, but DFT calculations suggest the presence of interligand hypervalent interactions (IHI) in the model complex [Nb(Cp) (==NMe)(PMe3)(H)(SiMe2Cl)]. The extent of Si--H activation in the beta-Si--HM agostic complexes [Cp{eta 3-N(R')SiR2--H}M(PR'3)(Cl)] (R'=PMe3, PMe2Ph) primarily depends on the identity of the ligand trans to the Si--H bond. A trans phosphine leads to a stronger Si--H bond, manifested by a larger J(Si--H) coupling constant. The Si--H activation diminishes slightly when a less basic phosphine is employed, consistent with decreased back-donation from the metal.  相似文献

A series of DMAP-stabilized (DMAP=4-dimethylaminopyridine) N-silylphosphoranimine cations [DMAPPR(2)==NSiMe(3)](+), bearing R=Cl ([8](+)), Me ([10 a](+)), Me/Ph ([10 b](+)), Ph ([10 c](+)), and OCH(2)CF(3) ([10 d](+)) substituents, have been synthesized from the reactions of the parent phosphoranimines Cl(3)P==NSiMe(3) (3) and XR(2)P==NSiMe(3) (X=Cl (9), Br (11); R=Me (9 a and 11 a), Me/Ph (9 b and 11 b), Ph (9 c and 11 c), and OCH(2)CF(3) (9 d and 11 d)) with DMAP and silver salts as halide abstractors. Reactions in the absence of silver salts yield the corresponding cations, with halide counterions. The stability of the salts is highly dependent on the phosphoranimine substituent and the nature of the counteranion, such that electron-withdrawing substituents and non-coordinating anions yield the most stable salts. X-ray structural determination of the cations reveal extremely short phosphoranimine P--N bond lengths for the cations [8](+) and [10 d](+) (1.47-1.49 A) in which electron-withdrawing substituents are present and a longer phosphoranimine P--N length for the cation [10 a](+) (1.53 A) in which electron-donating substituents are present. Very wide bond angles at nitrogen are observed for the salts containing the cation [10 d](+) (158-166 degrees ) and indicate significant sp hybridization at the nitrogen centre.  相似文献

Reaction of [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]TiCl(NMe2) (1) with 1 equiv of PhCH2K, MeMgBr, or Me3SiCH2Li gave corresponding organotitanium alkyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(R)(NMe2) (R = CH2Ph (2), CH2SiMe3 (4), or Me (5)) in good yields. Treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of n-BuLi afforded the decomposition product {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (3). Complex 5 slowly decomposed to generate a mixed-valence dinuclear species {[eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti}2(mu-NMe2)(mu:sigma-CH2NMe) (6). Complex 1 reacted with 1 equiv of PhNCO or 2,6-Me2C6H3NC to afford the corresponding monoinsertion product [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-OC(NMe2)NPh] (7) or [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(Cl)[eta(2)-C(NMe2)=N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (8). Reaction of 4 or 5 with 1 equiv of R'NC gave the titanium eta(2)-iminoacyl complexes [eta:(5)sigma-Me2C(C5H4)(C2B10H10)]Ti(NMe2)[eta(2)-C(R)=N(R')] (R = CH2SiMe3, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (9) or tBu (10); R = Me, R' = 2,6-Me2C6H3 (11) or tBu (12)). The results indicated that the unsaturated molecules inserted into the Ti-N bond only in the absence of the Ti-C(alkyl) bond and that the Ti-C(cage) bond remained intact. All complexes were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 6-8, and 10-12 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Reactions of [PdCl2(COD)] with 1 equiv. of the iminophosphorane-phosphine ligands Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2 (R=Et, Ph) lead to the novel Pd(II) derivatives cis-[PdCl2(kappa2-(P,N)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)] (R=Et, Ph). Pd-N bond cleavage readily takes place upon treatment of these species with a variety of two-electron donor ligands. By this way, complexes cis-[PdCl2(kappa1-(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)(L)] (R=Et, L=CNtBu, CN-2,6-C6H3Me2, py, P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3; R=Ph, L=CNtBu, CN-2,6-C6H3Me2, py, P(OMe)3, P(OEt)3) have been synthesized in high yields. The addition of two equivalents of ligands to dichloromethane solutions of [PdCl2(COD)] results in the formation of complexes trans-[PdCl2(kappa1-(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)2] (R=Et, Ph), which can be converted into the dicationic species [Pd(Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OR)2}Ph2)2][SbF6]2 (R=Et, Ph) by treatment with AgSbF6. Complex also reacts with CNtBu to afford trans-[Pd(kappa1(P)-Ph2PCH2P{=NP(=O)(OPh)2}Ph2)2(CNtBu)2][SbF6]2. The structures of and have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. In addition, the ability of these Pd(II) complexes to promote the catalytic cycloisomerization of (Z)-3-methylpent-2-en-4-yn-1-ol into 2,3-dimethylfuran has also been studied.  相似文献

Tantalum complexes [TaCp*Me{κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(CH(2)NMe(2))=CH)py}] (4) and [TaCp*Me{κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(CH(2)NH(2))=CH)py}] (5), which contain modified alkoxide pincer ligands, were synthesized from the reactions of [TaCp*Me{κ(3)-N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCH)py}] (Cp* = η(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with HC≡CCH(2)NMe(2) and HC≡CCH(2)NH(2), respectively. The reactions of [TaCp*Me{κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(Ph)=CH)py}] (2) and [TaCp*Me{κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(SiMe(3))=CH)py}] (3) with triflic acid (1:2 molar ratio) rendered the corresponding bis-triflate derivatives [TaCp*(OTf)(2){κ(3)-N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(Ph)=CH(2))py}] (6) and [TaCp*(OTf)(2){κ(3)-N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(SiMe(3))=CH(2))py}] (7), respectively. Complex 4 reacted with triflic acid in a 1:2 molar ratio to selectively yield the water-soluble cationic complex [TaCp*(OTf){κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(CH(2)NHMe(2))=CH)py}]OTf (8). Compound 8 reacted with water to afford the hydrolyzed complex [TaCp*(OH)(H(2)O){κ(3)-N,O,O-(OCH(2))(OCHC(CH(2)NHMe(2))=CH(2))py}](OTf)(2) (9). Protonation of compound 8 with triflic acid gave the new tantalum compound [TaCp*(OTf){κ(4)-C,N,O,O-(OCH(2))(HOCHC(CH(2)NHMe(2))=CH)py}](OTf)(2) (10), which afforded the corresponding protonolysis derivative [TaCp*(OTf)(2){κ(3)-N,O,O-(OCH(2))(HOCHC(CH(2)NHMe(2))=CH(2))py}](OTf) (11) in solution. Complex 8 reacted with CNtBu and potassium 2-isocyanoacetate to give the corresponding iminoacyl derivatives 12 and 13, respectively. The molecular structures of complexes 5, 7, and 10 were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

New spirocyclic (amino/amido)tetraoxyphosphoranes CH(2)(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C(6)H(2)O)(2)P(NRR')(O(2)C(6)Cl(4)) [R = Me, R' = Ph (1), R = R' = i-Pr (2); R = R' = H (3); R = H, R' = Ph (4)] and the isothiocyanatotetraoxyphosphorane CH(2)(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C(6)H(2)O)(2)P(NCS)(O(2)C(6)Cl(4)) (5) have been synthesized. X-ray crystallography for these compounds reveals that -N(Me)Ph, -N(i-Pr)(2), and -NCS groups occupy an apical position whereas -NH(2) and -NHPh groups occupy an equatorial position in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry around phosphorus. These results are in contrast with the common assumption that a sterically bulky and less electronegative substituent [e.g. -N(i-Pr)(2)] should be less apicophilic than a sterically small and more electronegative substituent (e.g. -NH(2)). The possible rationalization for these results is discussed. Variable-temperature ((1)H, (31)P) NMR spectra of these compounds show some unusual features not reported before for pentacoordinate phosphorus. Probable intramolecular processes involving (i) apical-equatorial <--> equatorial-apical exchange, (ii) apical-equatorial <--> equatorial-equatorial exchange, and (iii) boat-chair <--> tub (for the eight-membered ring) interconversion as well as cessation of the P-N bond rotation have been invoked to explain the spectral features.  相似文献
