A copper(Ⅱ) complex Cu(L)2(NO3)2 constructed by the L (L = N-(4,6-dime- thoxylpyrimidin)-N'-(ethoxycarbonyl)thiourea) ligand crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 16.2416(16), b = 9.1385(7), c = 22.0008(18) (A),β = 108.077(2)°, V = 3104.3(5)(A)3, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, Z = 4, C20H28CuN10O14S2, Mr = 760.18, μ(MoKα) = 0.920 mm-1, F(000) = 1564, R = 0.0471 and wR = 0.1284 for 2239 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction shows the existence of weak complementary intramolecular N-H…O (DA) hydrogen bonds which further strengthen the coordination from the two L ligands with the Cu(II) ion, intermolecular C-H…O hydrogen bonds and weak π…π stacking interactions, leading to the formation of a multi-dimen- sional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The pentanuclear complex, [Cu5(SIP)2(HSIP)2(H2O)18](H2O)5 (H3SIP=5-sulfoi-sophthalic acid), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 with NaH2SIP at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a trielinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.0018(5), b = 11.9725(8), c = 19.0424(13) A, α = 78.8540(10), β = 85.1710(10),γ = 83.6080(10)~, V = 1553.24(19) A3, Z = 1, C32H60O51S4Cu5, Mr= 1706.74, Dc= 1.825 g/cm3,μ = 1.937 mm-1, F(000) = 869, the final R = 0.0709 and wR = 0.1503 for 4235 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The five Cu2+ ions are connected by two symmetry-related tridentate SIP3- ligands and charge-balanced by two monodentate HSIP2- ligands, giving a discrete pentanuclear structure. The pentanuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility data revealed weak ferromagnetic magnetic interactions between the Cu2+ ions.  相似文献

Redox reaction of a mixture of CuCl2·2H2O, H3PO3 and dpatrz(3,5-dipropyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole) at room temperature yields one new compound, [Cu(Ⅰ)(μ2-dpatrz)2Cu(Ⅰ)Cl2], with two independent cis- and trans-propyl side chain molecules. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.474(1), b = 17.807(1), c = 18.851(1) , β = 108.32(1)o, V = 2381.7(2) 3, Z = 4, C16H32Cl2Cu2N8, Mr = 534.48, Dc = 1.491 g·cm-3, μ = 2.03 mm-1, F(000) = 1104, GOOF = 1.050, the final R = 0.0445 and w R = 0.1162 for 3162 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2δ(Ⅰ)). Compound 1 shows discrete dimeric structures(A and B) containing inversion centers and the Cu(Ⅰ) ions are coordinated in triangle geometries. The isomers are connected by N–H···Cl hydrogen bonds, chains with graph-set C(7) and rings R22(14) and C–H···π interactions into stair-step chains(Tapes A and B) running parallel to the [01–1] direction. The N–H···Cl hydrogen bonds result in chain and cyclic structures with graph-sets C22(17) and R34(18) linking tapes A and B to form two-dimensional networks along the [031] direction. Packing of crystal 1 is stabilized by rings R34(18) and weak C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds parallel to the [01–2] direction. Bond valence sum(BVS) and UV-Vis absorption spectra support the existence of Cu(Ⅰ) ions. Compound 1 exhibits extensive green blue phosphorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new La(Ⅲ) complex, {[La(L)(NO3)(H2O)3]·H2O}n (L = 1,10-phenanthroline- 2,9-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7358(17), b = 8.1664(18), c = 28.271(6) , β = 95.184(4)°, V = 1778.6(7)3, Z = 4, C14H14LaN3O11, Mr = 539.19, Dc = 2.014 g/cm3, μ = 2.471 mm–1, F(000) = 1056, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0659. In this complex, each metal center adopts a ten-coordination geometry formed by two N atoms from a ligand L and eight O atoms from three H2O molecules, a nitrate ion and carboxylates of two ligands. Each ligand adopts a N2,O3-pentdentate coordination mode using two N and two O atoms chelating a La(III), and using another O atom of carboxylate to bridge another La(III) center resulting in a 1D helical chain molecule. Intermolecular strong O–H···O and weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds extend the 1D chain structure into a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Two new binary cocrystals formulated as POM·NBA 1 and POM·DNSA 2 (POM = 3-methyl-4-nitro-pyridine-N-oxide, NBA = o-nitrobenzoic acid, DNSA = 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid) have been successfully synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single- crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.621(4), b = 7.816(4), c = 11.702(5) , α = 87.957(10), β = 83.642(10), γ = 81.535(10)o, C13H11N3O7, Z = 2, Mr = 321.25, V = 685.1(6) 3, Dc = 1.557 g/cm3, F(000) = 332, μ = 0.129 mm-1, the final R = 0.0632 and wR = 0.0831. The crystal of 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.910(9), b = 5.904(3), c =19.321(12) , β = 110.583(10)o, C13H10N4O10, Z = 4, Mr = 382.25, V = 1592.1(16) 3, Dc = 1.595 g/cm3, F(000) = 784, μ = 0.140 mm-1, the final R = 0.0598 and wR = 0.1589. Further structure analysis reveals that the POM with NBA and DNSA molecules in 1 and 2 are linked into 3D structures by the combination of strong O–H…O and weak C–H…O hydrogen bonds, π…π stackings and diverse short contacts, in which different C–H…O weak hydrogen bonds may play a key role in constructing the network structures.  相似文献

A Trihydrated complex of benzimidazole copper(Ⅱ) sulfate [(C7H6N2)4CuSO4]·3H2O was synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of this compound is built up of six solvated water molecules and two dissimilar copper ions identified as Cu1 and Cu2. The coordination geometry of copper(Ⅱ) is a slightly distorted square pyramid. The four equivalent tertiary nitrogen atoms of the benzimidazole ligand form an equatorial plane, while the oxygen atoms of sulfato occupy the axial site. In the solid state, the title compound forms a three dimensional network structure via hydrogen bonds. The benzimidazole, sulfato ion and H2O moieties are connected by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The (EPR) spectrum shows axial symmetry with g⊥=2.039 and g∥=2.285. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility shows that there is a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

The title compound, (2R,3R)-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone 3-acetate, is a flavanonol derivative which was first isolated from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray and characterized by MS, NMR and CD spectra. In addition, the structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic lattice, space group P21 with a = 10.686(3), b = 6.862(2), c = 11.267(3) , β = 107.46(1), V = 788.3(4) 3, Z = 2, C17H16O7, Mr = 332.30, Dc = 1.400 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.110 mm-1, F(000) = 348, the final R = 0.0283 and wR = 0.0826 for 3428 independent reflections (Rint = 0.017) and 1500 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). The structure consists of one flavone and one water molecule. The flavone molecules form a 1D column by the p…π stacking interactions and C–H…O hydrogen bonds. The weak intermolecular/intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bonds observed in the crystal give further rise to a complicated network structure. Primary bioassay showed that the title compound has high inhibitory activity against Magnaporthe grisea with the EC50 values of 199.41 μg/mL.  相似文献

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.  相似文献

Lanthanum complex (phenH)2[La(NO3)5(phen)]·CH3OH (1, phen=phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=20.3040(3), b=10.7091(1), c=19.0771(2), β=102.090(1)°, V=4056.07(8)3, Z=4, Dc=1.676 g/cm3, μ= 1.142 mm-1, F(000)=2056, the final R=0.0346 and wR=0.0793 for 9981 (Rint=0.0358) independent reflections. The mononuclear complex 1 consists of four parts: two phenH+ cations formed by the protonation of phen, one complex anion [La(NO3)5(phen)]2-, and one solvent methanol molecule. The complex anion contains one phen and five nitrate ligands which both chelate the center La(III) ion, adopting a distorted twelve-coordinated icosahedral geometry. The cations, anion and solvent molecule are linked together by hydrogen bonds. One of the protonated phenanthrolines (phenH+) acting as cation connects to the anion via N–H…O hydrogen bond directly, and the other one links to the anion through an intermediate solvent CH3OH via N–H…O and O–H…O hydrogen bonds. By the plentiful additional weak C–H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the compound molecules construct a two-dimensional layer structure.  相似文献

A new ligand, 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole, H2pbmCl2(1), and a novel MnIII complex, [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2](2),(DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal of compound 1(C13H8Cl2N2O, Mr = 279.12) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 3.770(5), b = 25.20(3), c = 5.865(7) , = 92.727(17)o, V = 556.6(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.665 g/cm3, S = 1.137, μ= 0.568 mm-1, F(000) = 284, the final R = 0.0876 and wR = 0.2334 for 1848 independent reflections. The molecule is planar due to the presence of a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between O–H group of phenol and N atom of imidazole. H2pbmCl2(1) molecules are arranged into a one-dimensional linear chain through intermolecular hydrogen bonds(N–H···O and C–H···Cl). The crystal of complex 2(C32H27Cl4MnN6O4, Mr = 756.34) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.043(10), b = 10.808(5), c = 18.704(11), = 115.540(6)o, V = 3473(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.446 g/cm3, S = 1.3, μ = 0.733 mm-1, F(000) = 1544, the final R = 0.1219 and wR = 0.2681 for 7811 independent reflections. The Mn ion adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by two deprotonated H2pbmCl2 ligands and two DMF molecules. The [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2] molecules are arranged into a three-dimensional structure through hydrogen bonds(N–H···N, C–H···N and C–H···Cl) and weak π···πinteractions. The activity measurements suggest that complex 2 is able to serve as a catalyst for H2O2 disproportionation reaction to form O2 in neutral water solution.  相似文献

The title mononuclear Schiff base nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]· 2NO3·2C2H3N was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=15.534(2),b=7.647(1),c=16.435(2),β=103.252(2)o,V=1900.3(4)3,Z=2,Dc=1.750 g/cm3,Mr=1000.99,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,μ=4.776 mm-1,F(000)=996,the final R=0.0368 and wR=0.0724. A total of 3988 unique reflections were collected,of which 2764 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The complex consists of a mononuclear [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]2+ cation,two nitrate anions and two acetonitrile molecules. The Ni atom,lying on the inversion centre,is six-coordinated by two Schiff bases and two water molecules to assume an octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N–H…O,N–H…Br,O–H…O,O–H…N and C–H…O to form layers.  相似文献

Self-assembly of Ag(Ⅰ) nitrate, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) and phthalic acid monopotassium salt (KHphth) in CH3OH-H2O solution produced the title complex,{[Ag(bpp)]2(Hphth)(NO3)·(H2O)2}n, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and photoluminescent spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with α =15.4174(5), b = 8.6398(2), c = 25.2466(8) (A), β = 91.072(1)°, V = 3362.34(17) (A)3, Z = 4,C34H37N5O9Ag2, Mr = 875.43, Dc = 1.729 g/cm3, μ = 1.228 mm-1, F(000) = 1768, the final R =0.0749 and wR = 0.1580 for 5754 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Ag atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two bpp molecules in an approximately linear geometry. The Ag(Ⅰ) ions are linked by the bpp molecules to form one-dimensional zigzag chains propagating along the c axis. The Hphth-and nitrate counter-ions are bridged by solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a one-dimensional chain extending along the b axis. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions, extensive hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions are responsible for the three-dimensional supramolecular structure. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence with the maximum at 436 nm upon excitation at 344 nm.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N?-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1 with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) , α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19) 3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm–1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two Natoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1)  and Cd(1)…Cd(1B) of 5.852(1). In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.883(2),b = 12.3320(13),c = 13.5951(16) ,β = 112.906(2),V = 3997.2(7) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.524 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.050mm-1,F(000) = 1852,S = 1.098,the final R = 0.0630 and wR = 0.1847 for 2542 reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ). The centrosymmetric title complex contains a dimer in which two distorted octahedral Mn(Ⅲ) centers are bridged equatorially by phenolic oxygen of the Schiff base ligand. The units of the complex are linked via weak C-H···N hydrogen bonds,leading to the formation of 1D chains along the b axis. The weak π-π packing interactions and weak intermolecular C(3)-H(3)···N(3) hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

A new dinuclear La(III) complex [La2(4-cba)4[H(4-cba)2]2(phen)2(H2O)4] (4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction in an ethanol/water mixed solution at 100 ℃ and structurally characterized by single- crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data: C88H58La2N12O20, Mr = 1881.28, triclinic P1, a = 7.518(3), b = 17.033(6), c = 17.551(6), α = 115.333(4), β = 92.9910(10), γ = 99.366(5)°, V = 1985.3(12)3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.574 g/cm3, F(000) = 944 μ = 1.145 mm–1, the final R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0686 for 6708 reflections with I > 2σ(I). In 1, two nine-coordinated La(III) ions are connected by two 4-cba ligands in a syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and the other six 4-cba ligands terminate the La(III) ions, resulting in an isolated dinuclear structure. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, asymmetrical O-H…O and symmetrical O…H…O, exist in the crystal. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2-D layered network. The thermogravimetric analysis of 1 has also been discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol, ethylenediamine and Cu(Ⅱ) in the proportion of 3:2:2 yields a new tetranuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2L]2(ClO4)2·2H2O (H3L = N,N'-bis(4-(3'-formyl-5'-methylsalicyclidene)iminoethyl)-4-methyl-2,6-bimethyliminophenol). The complex has been characterized by ES-MS, IR and X-ray diffraction analysis, and its crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.8673(11), b = 12.0829(12), c = 14.4834(15) A, α = 111.946(2), β = 105.828(2), γ = 99.583(2)°, V = 1618.5(3) A3, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, Z = 2, Mr = 1564.26, F(000) = 800.0,μ(MoKa) = 1.460/mm, S = 1.063, R = 0.0612 and wR = 0.1163 for 6245 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The complex is a dimer of dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) acylic enantiomorph subunit [Cu2L]CIO4·H2O, held together by π…π, weak coordination and hydrogen bonding interactions. In addition, the π…π interactions related to phenyl moieties as well as CH=N…π interactions were also found to stabilize the supramolecular architectures in the solid state.  相似文献

A new complex AgCu(IO_3)_3 is synthesized by mild hydrothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetization measurement.AgCu(IO_3)_3 is triclinic,space group P1,with a = 7.3081(1),b = 7.8089(1),c = 8.2447(1) ?,α = 67.159(1),β = 74.982(1),γ = 80.982(1)°,and Z = 2.AgCu(IO_3)_3 is isostructral with Ag Pb(IO3)3.The structure of Ag Cu(IO3)3 consists of CuO_6 chain columns parallel to the c axis,formed by corner-sharing Cu(1) and Cu(2) octahedra and flanked by corner-sharing IO3 groups; these CuO_6 columns are cross-linked into a three-dimensional framework through I–O and Ag–O bonds.I(1),I(2) and I(3) are coordinated respectively with 3 oxygens on the same side to form trigonal pyramids confirming the presence of a stereochemically active lone pair of each I~(5+) cation.In the CuO_6 chain columns,Cu(1)O_6 and Cu(2)O_6 octahedra are tetragonally distorted with four shorter bonds in the square planes and two longer apical bonds.Cu(1)O_6 octahedra were corner sharing with Cu(2)O_6 octahedra with a shorter Cu(1)–O(1) bond in the square planes and a longer apical Cu(2)–O(1) bond,which forms a Cu(1)–Cu(2) magnetic chain along the c direaction.Magnetization measurement shows weak antiferromagnetic property in low temperature range.Ag Cu(IO_3)_3 provides a new example of a quasi-one-dimensional magnetic system.  相似文献
