介绍了能量色散X荧光分析方法在含水Fe样品测量中的应用.用ANTG -2000型海底X荧光探测系统对含Fe为10%~60%的Fe样进行测量,建立水分对Fe元素特征K α射线影响的校正模型.结果表明,通过该模型校正,对含饱和水情况下Fe样品的分析相对误差小于4%,具有良好的分析效果.  相似文献

Minimate EDXRF谱仪是由低功率X射线管、封闭式正比计数管和2048道分析器组成,可分析原子序数11以上的元素(其中钠和镁需通氦气).作者用该仪器分析了粉末状水泥中MgO、Al_2O_3、SiO_2、SO_3、K_2O、CaO和Fe_2O_3等组成,并对水泥生料的取样误差作了估计.结果表明,该仪器可满足水泥制品的控制分析.  相似文献

利用三维荧光光谱即激发发射矩阵荧光光谱与化学计量学的基于平行因子分析(PARAFAC)算法的二阶校正方法相结合,尝试对血浆样中泛昔洛韦及其活性代谢物喷昔洛韦的含量进行同时定量测定.当算法选取组分数为3时,解析得到血浆样中泛昔洛韦和喷昔洛韦的平均回收率分别为(102.4±3.4)%和(105.1±2.3)%.结果表明该分析策略可准确可靠地实现血浆样中泛昔洛韦和喷昔洛韦的直接同时快速定量测定.  相似文献

采用近红外光谱分析技术在线测量苯乙烯(St)/丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)乳液聚合体系中残余单体的含量. 共设计9个半连续方式的St/BA乳液共聚反应, 在反应过程中实时取样测量其残余单体含量, 并记录取样时刻对应的聚合体系的近红外光谱. 采用多元散射校正法(MSC)处理光谱, 有效地克服了乳胶粒子散射效应对近红外光谱分析的影响. 采用主成分分析法(PCA)对乳液体系的近红外光谱数据进行了解析. 选取6个聚合反应对应不同反应时间的72个样品, 用于建立校正模型, 另外3个聚合反应共取36个样品用于校正模型的验证, 并在反应设计上体现了乳化剂用量的变化, 从而使校正模型对乳化剂用量的变化具有一定的适应性. 研究结果表明, 所得模型对残余单体St和BA含量的预测结果标准差(SEP)分别为0.08026和0.05305.  相似文献

采用直接固体进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(SS-GFAAS)测定农产品中镉、铅、铜和铬重金属元素含量.通过标准物质、质控样品和电感耦合等离子体质谱法比对试验验证,各元素方法检出限均低于25 pg.方法操作简单、对环境友好、重复性好、结果准确、检出限低,满足农产品检测要求.  相似文献

温度对测定乙醇含量近红外模型的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以不同浓度的乙醇溶液为实验材料,研究了温度对近红外光谱法定量分析结果的影响.对体积百分比在5%~70%范围内的乙醇溶液,在15,18,20,25℃和28℃等5个温度点做了研究.对光谱经过不同预处理后,使用不同浓度的20个样品建立了测定乙醇含量的眦校正模型,根据模型评价参数选择了最佳模型.分析结果显示,温度在20℃时采用一阶导数(3点平滑)光谱预处理所建立的模型最佳.其相关系数为0.9986,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)和预测标准误差(SEP)分别为0.0079和0.0081.通过对模型进行t-检验,在显著性水平大于0.05的条件下,其测定结果与GC的测定结果对比,两者无显著性差异.应用于测定酒样中乙醇的含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

能量色散X荧光分析(EDXRF)过程中,存在吸收增强效应影响分析准确性的问题。利用EDXRF测量Fe、Ni、Zn三种元素与Cu的六组伪二元系样品,根据实验结果对元素间的影响特征和影响程度进行了分析。并利用La-chance-Trail算法得到三组元素间的影响因子数值,Cu和Fe以及Cu和Zn之间的影响效应随元素含量变化较明显,分别在0.38~0.70和0.43~0.65之间,Cu和Ni之间的影响效应不明显。对Cu-Zn二元系中Cu含量实际计算结果相对误差均在5%以内。  相似文献

利用能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)探针技术,研究了旧县坪遗址出土的一件青瓷样品的制造工艺与产地。从青瓷样品的器壁部,用切割法取下一个断面,用探针进行线性扫描分析。结果表明:在胎釉间存在的白色层状物的化学成分介于胎釉之间,断定其应为在烧制过程中经一系列理化反应而形成的反应层。经对该青瓷样品胎釉化学成分的聚类分析,发现其与宋代河南临汝窑青瓷的胎釉化学成分基本一致。并且,该样品与临汝窑青瓷在釉色和装饰风格上都相近。因此,旧县坪遗址的这件青瓷样品应为临汝窑制品。  相似文献

分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)是模拟抗原-抗体识别机制,人工构筑的对目标物具有专一识别性的材料,构建具有优异水相识别能力的MIPs是分子印迹领域长期面临的挑战。近年来水相识别MIPs以其优异的抗基质干扰和水中识别能力,引起了分析化学家、材料学家和环境学家的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来水相识别MIPs在样品预处理中的应用研究。首先,简要介绍了MIPs的构筑原理、优势及面临水相识别困难的挑战。其次,介绍了样品前处理技术及其重要性。再次,结合各类新兴材料和MIPs制备技术,从样品前处理技术的角度(包括固相萃取、分散固相萃取、磁固相萃取、固相微萃取、管尖固相萃取和搅拌棒吸附萃取)全面总结了水相识别MIPs在含水样品分析中的应用,并结合材料性能和分析参数讨论了各类方法的分析优势。最后,分别从水相识别MIPs构建和预处理两方面提出了该领域面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

The work presents an investigation on metal availability in sediments during 13 months using the dispersive-energy X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) and atomic emission spectrometry with induced argon plasma (ICP-OES) techniques and single extraction (0.1 mol l−1 HCl) and Tessie’s sequential speciation methods. The EDXRF technique could yield essentially the same profile as ICP-OES for the seasonal variation of metals in sediments, but in a more practical way. The sequential extraction procedure (SEP) was more efficient in metal dissolution than single extraction. The Pb, Ni, Al, Cr, and Fe elements were less efficiently extracted with single extraction in relation to sequential extraction. For Co both methodologies were equivalent, but for Cu and Mn the extraction was higher with single extraction. Single extraction does not mobilize Pb, Ni, Al, Cr, and Fe adsorbed on oxides and bound to organic matter. However for Cu and Mn, not only extracted these metals from the four fractions, but it also dissolved part of the fifth fraction (residual). Principal Component Analysis discriminated seasonal variations in the content of several metals, mainly Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn. The mobility of metallic ions in the sediments is conditioned to the seasonal flow of organic and inorganic material coming from the river or by the erosion of adjacent soils.  相似文献

In this study, we have developed a sensitive, rapid and simple procedure for the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometry measurement of tungsten in tobacco plant parts. Only 0.1 g of dried plant material is needed instead of the usual 1 g. EDXRF spectrometry is used for quantitative measurement, after the foliar application of solutions of tungstophosphoric acid (WPA), its magnesium salt and compounds with glycine (Gly) and alanine (Ala), in exact quantities. After that, the leaves, trunks and summits were collected and prepared separately. Tungsten is determined directly in raw dried material, and the overlap of the tungsten peak with zinc's that is present is avoided by the spectral deconvolution to obtain quantitative results. The prepared dry tablets weighed 100 mg, and measurement time was 2000 s. The radioisotope excitation source used was 109Cd and tungsten was identified and quantified at the Lα1 and Lα2 lines at the energies of 8397.6 eV and 8335.2 eV, respectively. EDXRF spectrometry was applied in a wide range of concentrations (up to 2000 mg/kg), with an estimated detection concentration limit of 15 mg/kg, calculated on dried material. Quantitative analysis of different parts of the treated plant plus the washings gave 94.47% recovery of the applied tungsten in different compound forms. After the foliar application of investigated WPA compounds, there were noticed both vertical and horizontal distributions of tungsten through out the tobacco plants, according to the EDXRF spectrometry results. This conclusion is also in agreement with the positive effects of WPA on Tobacco mosaic tobamovirus (TMV) infection of Nicotiana tabacum (Solanaceae).  相似文献

为了更准确地分析饮用水体中有机物的污染程度,采用燃烧氧化―非分散红外吸收法中直接法和差减法相结合的新方法测定饮用水中总有机碳(TOC),对单独使用直接法或差减法进行了优化。通过实验确定了该方法的检出限为0.12 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.62%~1.97%,加标回收率为94%~102%,可用于测定饮用水中的总有机碳。  相似文献

利用CIEMAT/NIST方法在液体闪烁计数装置上测量放射性核素55Fe,高质量样品是得到好的测量结果的关键。影响样品源质量的因素有闪烁液的选择,混合物的兼容性、均匀性、稳定性、放射性活度以及液闪计数瓶。在Ultima–GoldAB闪烁液中进行混合物配方试验,优化液体闪烁计数性能,完善满足测量需要的样品源制备方法和影响因素的解决办法,得到55Fe探测效率为0.48的理想结果。  相似文献

This work describes the application relevant characterization of eight commercially available silica powders dependent on dispersing procedure using different instruments: photon correlation spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption, and particle charge detector. The particle size of silica was found to be different in dispersion from that of all types of fumed silica, where, after proper dispersion, the measured average particle size is similar and much higher than the primary particle size.
