The aluminium(III) complex with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole, namely [Al2(μ-OH)2L4)]·6DMF·2HL (1·6DMF·2HL) (HL = 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters a = 23.6752(13) ?, b = 20.8253(12) ?, c = 18.1645(10) ?, α = 90°, β = 91.929(1)°, γ = 90°, Z = 4, V = 8950.8(9) ?3. The dimeric structure of 1, featuring [Al2(μ-OH)2] core has been studied with the density functional theory level (DFT) calculation and molecular orbital analyses.  相似文献

Abstract  Two structures containing pseudo-tetrahedral Cu(II)N2Cl2 coordination complexes are reported. The first molecular structure (A) of the compound, 1,1′bis(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)propane copper(II) dichloride (triEtBBIM)Cu(II)Cl2, 1, is reported. The complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.616(3) ?, b = 9.302(3) ?, c = 14.314(4) ?, α = 85.613(6)°, β = 85.170(6)°, γ = 66.117(6)° and V = 1044.1(5) ?3 with Z = 2. The second structure (B) contains 1 and (3,3′bis(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pentane) copper(II) dichloride (tetEtBBIM)Cu(II)Cl2, 2, both of which, cocrystallize in an equal molar ratio with a nitromethane solvate molecule. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 18.876(4) ?, b = 14.975(3) ?, c = 18.344(4) ?, β = 116.75(3)°, and V = 4630.3(16) ?3 with Z = 4. The cocrystallization of such discrete complexes has been coined a chemical Janus. Graphical Abstract  The title complexes contain pseudo-tetrahedral Cu(II)N2Cl2 coordination. One of the structures is the result of an unusual cocrystallization, in which two different discrete Cu(II) molecules cocrystallize in an equimolar ratio with a nitromethane solvate molecule.   相似文献

Abstract

The title compound, C17H14ClF2NO2, crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimension of a = 16.276(3) ?, b = 7.5030(15) ?, c = 13.812(3) ?, α = 90°, β = 111.11(3)°, γ = 90° and Z = 4. The structure of the title compound reveals a Z configuration with respect to the C=C double bond in aminoacrylate fragment. The molecule is stabilized by intramolecular N–H···F and N–H···O hydrogen bonds. In the ethyl 2-aryl-3-arylaminoacrylates, electronic properties of the substituents in the aniline motif clearly affected the attached C–N bond length, and such effect is very little relative to Z-/E-configuration with respect to the C=C double bond.  相似文献

Abstract

The O-alkylation of thiacalix[4]arene and of two derivatives substituted in p-position by NO2 and p-N=N–C6H4–NO2 with allylbromide leads to tetraallyl ethers in the 1,3-alternate conformation (13) as proved by X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 crystallized in the trigonal space group P3221 with unit cell parameters a = 10.9608(4) ?, b = 10.9608(4) ?, c = 24.6730(12) ?; α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 120° and Z = 3. Compound 2 crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with unit cell parameters a = 12.8608(4) ?, b = 17.5209(5) ?, c = 33.6527(9) ?; α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90° and Z = 8. Compound 3 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters a = 18.7825(19) ?, b = 17.6662(13) ?, c = 19.7828(18) ?; α = 90°, β = 114.152(7)°, γ = 90° and Z = 4. Subtle differences in the molecular shape of the calix[4]arene core were found. The unsubstituted compound 1 forms three alternating layers with parallel tubes of different orientation, while for 3 all molecules are arranged in tubes parallel to the a-axis. Layers of molecules parallel to the a, b-plane are found for compound 2.  相似文献

Abstract

The X-ray crystal structure of (C54 H42 B2 N12 Zn)*2(C H Cl3) is reported. The title compound is a chloroform-solvated neutral complex crystallizing in the Triclinic space group, P − 1, with two half complexes (each located on a crystallographic center of inversion) and two full chloroform molecules appearing in the asymmetric unit. The capping ligands are related by symmetry and together form, essentially, an octahedral coordination sphere. Strain is apparent in the complex as indicated by asymmetric bond distances and angles. Final statistical data: R = 4.60% with I > 2σ(I), a = 11.2912(8) ?, b = 14.7912(11) ?, c = 17.0047(13) ?, α = 72.3560(10)°, β = 89.8950(10)°, γ = 88.1010(10)°, Z = 2.  相似文献

Abstract  Addition LiNHPh to a [(NacNac)Cr(μ-I)]2 [NacNac = 2,4 pentane-N-N′-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl) ketiminato] in THF yields a dimeric anilido complex, 1, that crystallizes in P21/n with unit cell parameters a = 13.390(2) ?, b = 26.298(5) ?, c = 21.326(4) ?, β = 93.905(4)°, V = 7492(2) ?3 and Z = 4. The same reaction in the presence of aniline yields a monomeric anilido complex, 2, with a coordinated aniline molecule. Complex 2 crystallizes in P2 1 /c with unit cell parameters a = 28.530(5) ?, b = 10.8116(18) ?, c = 26.492(5) ?, β = 115.685(3)°, V = 7364(2) ?3 and Z = 8. Addition of aniline to isolated 1 yields 2. Addition of LiNPh2 to [(NacNac)Cr(μ-I)]2 in THF yields a monomeric complex that crystallizes in P21/n with the unit cell parameters a = 11.152(6) ?, b = 23.820(12) ?, c = 17.915(9) ?, β = 106.223(9)°, V = 4569(4) ?3 and Z = 4. All complexes have been spectroscopically and structurally characterized. Graphical Abstract  Addition of LiNHPh or LiNPh2 to [(NacNac)Cr(μ-I)]2 yields a dimeric or a monomeric complex whereas addition of LiNHPh in the presence of aniline yields the monomeric anilido complex.   相似文献

Abstract  Two new palladium(II) complexes, dichloro-{bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II)PdCl2(3,5-Me2bpza)], (1) (3,5-Me2bpza = 3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid) and dichloro-{bis(3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II), [PdCl2(3,5-tBu2bpza)], (2a) [3,5- t Bu2bpza = 3,5-ditertiarybutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid] complexes, were synthesized from the reactions of pyrazol-1-yl ligands with palladium salts. Attempts to crystallize 2a led to a hydrolyzed product, dichloro-{3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-yl}palladium(II) (2b), in which the acetic acid moiety in the ligand backbone of 1 is lost. Both complexes 1 and 2b have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Both complexes crystallized in triclinic system (− 1 space group). The cell parameters are: complex 1 (a = 8.7960(14) Å, b = 16.238(2) Å, c = 16.430(2) Å, α = 78.038(10)°, β = 77.817(11)°, γ = 89.970(10)°) and complex 2b (a = 10.1492(2) Å, b = 12.4001(2) Å, c = 13.108(3) Å, α = 103.0690(10)°, β = 97.4120(10)°, γ = 107.2450(10)°). The asymmetric unit of 1 contains two crystallographic independent monomeric units of 1 and three molecules of DMSO solvent, whilst that of 2b has got one monomeric unit with one molecule of chloroform solvent. Abstract

Three new 1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole derivatives, 3-acetyl-2-ethyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (I), 2-benzyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (II), and 3-trimethylsilylethynyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (III), have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. (I), C18H17NO3S, is triclinic with space group P-1 and cell constants: a = 8.6129(2) Å, b = 8.8366(2) Å, c = 11.0108(2) Å, α = 72.7920(1)°, β = 75.0120(1)°, γ = 77.2550(1)°, V = 763.79(3) Å3 and Z = 2. (II), C21H17NO2S, is monoclinic with space group P21/n and cell constants: a = 10.8355(18) Å, b = 10.6987(19) Å, c = 14.472(3) Å, β = 75.0120(1), V = 1675.2(5) Å3 and Z = 4. (III), C19H19NO2SSi, is monoclinic with, space group P21/c and cell constants: a = 12.9596(1) Å, b = 10.543(3) Å, c = 13.543(2) Å, β = 93.58°, V = 1846.8(6)Å3 and Z = 4. All three have the same (phenylsulfonyl)indole skeleton with different ligands attached to the 2- and 3-sites of the indole ring. The angle between the mean planes of the indole and benzyl groups is 76.9(6)° (I), 82.9(3)° (II), 89.6(2)° (III) and between the sulfonyl group with the indole and benzyl rings is 61.2(9)° (I), 59.0((5)° (II), 51.5(6)°, 42.5(8)° (III) and 51.5(6)°(I), 44.3(8)° (II), 47.2(8)° (III), respectively. In addition to the ligand substitutions, weak intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bond interactions and π stacking interactions between the π orbitals of nearby indole and phenyl rings influence these twist angles. Comparison to a MOPAC AM1 computational calculation supports these observations.  相似文献

Abstract

Three dioxomolybdenum complexes namely dioxo(5-chlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazonato) dimethylsulfoxide molybdenum(VI) (C1), dioxo(5-chlorosalicylaldehyde 2-ethylthiosemicarbazonato) dimethylsulfoxide molybdenum(VI) (C2) and dioxo(5-chlorosalicylaldehyde N-phenylthiosemicarbazonato) dimethylsulfoxide molybdenum(VI) (C3) were prepared. The compounds all crystallize in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 7.3184(3) ?, b = 7.5035(3) ?, c = 14.9713(6) ?, α = 85.005(2)°, β = 85.616(2)°, γ = 66.987(2)° for C1, a = 8.2339(1) ?, b = 10.1739(1) ?, c = 10.4017(1) ?, α = 78.486(1)°, β = 89.312(1)°, γ = 81.730(1)° for C2, a = 7.0591(1) ?, b = 9.5603(1) ?, c = 14.5762(2) ?, α = 76.280(1)°, β = 81.351(1)°, γ = 81.985(1)° for C3. In general, the overall geometry of these complexes can be regarded as a distorted octahedron with the tridentate thiosemicarbazonato ligands (L2−) bonded to the MoO2 2+ core, with the imine nitrogen, phenoxyl oxygen, sulfur atom and one of the terminal oxygen atoms of the dioxomolybdenum occupying the equatorial position. The sixth coordination site is occupied by the dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solvent molecules. The adjacent molecules of C1 are linked by N–H···N intermolecular hydrogen bonding, forming polymeric chains that run parallel to the bc plane. On the other hand, C2 is a discrete molecule while the molecules of C3 associate via weak N–H···O hydrogen bonding interaction to form a polymeric chain that runs along the a-axis.  相似文献

Abstract

The tridentate Schiff base phenol-containing ligand (2-hydroxybenzyl)(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (Hbpa) reacts with copper(II) perchlorate to give the phenolato-bridged dinuclear complex [Cu(bpa)(H2O)]2·2ClO4 (1). Each copper(II) ion exhibits a distorted square-pyramidal environment, being coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two phenolato oxygen atoms of the two deprotonated bpa ligands, and one oxygen atom of the water molecule. It crystallizes in the triclinic system P-1 with a = 7.8790(6), b = 8.9345(7), c = 12.0207(9) ?, α = 69.158(1), β = 85.307(1), γ = 76.629(1)°, V = 769.39(10) ?3, Z = 1. Cyclic voltammetry of 1 gives two oxidation and two reduced processes.  相似文献

Abstract  The zinc(II) complex with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole, namely [Zn(2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazolate)2]·C2H5OH (· C2H5OH) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography and photoluminescent analysis. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a = 10.156(1) ?, b = 25.771(3) ?, c = 9.674(1) ?, α = 90°, β = 103.641(2)°, γ = 90°, Z = 4, V = 2460.4(4) ?3. The central Zn(II) is four-coordinate and has a tetrahedral geometry. The steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescent spectra for the title compound have also been studied. The emission property can be ascribed to ligand-centered charge-transfer transition (LCCT) with π → π* property. Index Abstract   A new co-crystal of Zn(II) complex of 2-(2-hydroxylphenyl)benzimidazole with ethanol solvate has been prepared, characterized by X-ray crystallography and fluorescent studies.   相似文献

Abstract

(S)-N-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide was synthesized from Cbz-l-proline through two steps and characterized by NMR and MS. The crystal structure was determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21, with unit cell dimensions a = 7.284(6) ?, b = 10.262(9) ?, and c = 7.975(7) ?, α = 90.00°, β = 114.451(14)°, γ = 90.00° and Z = 2. The absolute configuration of the chiral center is determined as S. In the crystal structure, intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds are responsible for the formation of a 1-dimensional network.  相似文献
