以二氯甲基硅烷、三氯化硼、六甲基二硅氮烷为起始原料,采用缩聚法合成了一种新型SiBNC陶瓷先驱体-聚硼硅氮烷(PBSZ)。通过调节原料二氯甲基硅烷的用量可获得不同软化点的先驱体。通过改进的毛细管流变仪,首次对熔融纺丝状态时聚硼硅氮烷(PBSZ)的流变特性展开了研究。结果表明:PBSZ熔融纺丝时,剪切速率在10~110s-1时,为切力变稀流体。非牛顿指数为0.83~0.90,粘流活化能约为142KJ/mol,表观粘度440~2460Pa·s,PBSZ对温度变化的敏感性较聚碳硅烷小,可纺温区较宽。PBSZ纺丝性能良好,纤维连续无断头长度﹥1600m,纤维直径﹤20μm。 相似文献

新型SiBNC陶瓷先驱体——聚硼硅氮烷的合成与表征 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
以甲基氢二氯硅烷、三氯化硼、六甲基二硅氮烷为起始原料, 采用共缩合的方法合成了一种新型的可溶可熔的SiBNC陶瓷先驱体--聚硼硅氮烷(PBSZ). 该法合成工艺简单, 且合成收率约为91% (w%). 采用元素分析、傅立叶红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、X射线光电子能谱、动态热机械分析、热重分析等对PBSZ的组成、结构和性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 先驱体的主要骨架为-Si-N-B-, 其中, B, N以硼氮六环形式存在, 而C则以Si-CH3形式存在. 该先驱体熔点为69 ℃, 数均分子量为10802, 分子量分散系数为1.50. 此外, 所合成的先驱体具有优良的成型性, 在80 ℃的N2气氛中可纺丝得到15~20 μm的有机纤维, 1000 ℃时相应陶瓷产率约为63% (w%). 相似文献

通过锂化四甲基二乙烯基二硅氮烷分别与甲基氢二氯硅烷和二甲基氢氯硅烷的亲核取代反应合成了AB4和AB2型单体AB4M和AB2M,两种单体通过Karstedt催化剂催化的硅氢加成反应分别生成聚碳硅氮烷PAB4M和PAB2M.单体和聚合物的结构通过FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、29Si-NMR和体积排除色谱-多角度激光光散射联用(SEC-MALLS)技术进行了表征,结果表明,单体的结构与设计结构相符合;单体聚合时主要以α-硅氢加成方式为主;聚合物具有超支化结构并由N(Si—C)3链节和大量端基双键组成.PAB4M和PAB2M的重均分子量分别为7800和5860g/mol,分子量分布系数分别为2·54和2·31·对PAB4M稳定性的初步研究表明,该聚合物对氯硅烷和在中性条件下对水稳定,但在HCl水溶液中可以降解,且通过控制HCl浓度可以调节其降解速度,从而实现对其控制降解. 相似文献

在二乙酰丙酮铂存在下, 以紫外光引发AB4型单体双(N,N-二烯丙基胺基)甲基硅烷发生硅氢加成反应, 制备了超支化聚碳硅氮烷. 聚合产物通过FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和29Si NMR谱和体积排除色谱/激光光散射联用技术进行表征. 与常规加热条件下Karstedt's催化剂催化的硅氢加成聚合相比, 光引发聚合的反应速度快. 波谱分析表明, 聚合过程中以α位硅氢加成反应为主. 光引发聚合制备的超支化聚碳硅氮烷支化度(DB)和平均支化数(ANB)分别为0.46和0.53, 与理论值相近. 其重均分子量为12500 g/mol, 分子量分布系数为2.1, Mark-Houwink方程指数α为0.44, 与热聚合制备的超支化聚碳硅氮烷的参数相近. 相似文献

A red-brown zirconium nitride was prepared by ammonolysis of ZrCl4. Chemical analysis leads to a composition of Zr3N4. It is not possible to distinguish between the space groups Pnam and Pna21 in the case of Zr3N4 using powder methods. The lattice constants are: a = 972.94(5) pm, b = 1081.75(6) pm, c = 328.10(1) pm (Z = 4). X-ray powder diffraction data were used for structure refinement. The high temperature behavior was investigated with in situ XRD methods. Zr3N4 decomposes into ZrN and nitrogen gas at temperatures above 800°C. 相似文献

A Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(L)1.5(OSO3)]·3H2O (1) [L=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene] was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CuSO4·5H2O using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.948 8(2), b=1.078 5(2), c=1.108 4(2) nm, α=74.820(2), β=81.331(2), γ=72.638(2)°, V=1.041 5(3) nm3, Z=2, Dcalc=1.687 g·cm-3, F(000)=544, μ=1.205 cm-1, the final R=0.062 3 and wR=0.132 8. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom has distorted square-pyramidal environment with a N3O2 donor set. Each L ligand links two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms using its imidazole groups to form an infinite one-dimensional (1D) ladder-like chain, which further linked by SO42- to form a two-dimensional (2D) network structure. The crystal structure of a sodium titanium oxide Na2TiO3 obtained by high temperature solid state reaction method was determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Mr = 141.88, a = 9.885(1), b = 6.4133(8), c = 5.5048(7) A, β = 115.50(3)°, V = 314.99(7) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.992 g/cm^3, 2 = 0.71073A,μ = 27.80 cm^-1, F(000) = 272, T= 295 K, R = 0.0189 and wR = 0.0512 for 30 variables and 370 contributing unique reflections. The three-dimensional structure in Na2TiO3 is constructed by the TiO(1)4O(2) and NAO(1)3O(2)2 groups. The titanium atoms are grouped in the form of trigonal bipyramid and arranged along the c axis by sharing the edges. The structure is compared with other structures of related A2BO3 compounds. 相似文献
