Highly diastereoselective synthesis of cis-β-lactams via [2+2] cycloaddition reactions of imines derived from a chiral bicyclic aldehyde and ketenes is described. The chiral bicyclic aldehyde as well as chiral acids were prepared from commercially available inexpensive isosorbide. The cycloaddition reaction was found to be highly diastereoselective; in some cases giving a single diastereomer of cis-azetidin-2-one in very good yields. A moderate diastereoselectivity was observed with chiral ketenes derived from isosorbide.  相似文献

Several attempts have been made to transform the organometallic Re(VII) compound MTO and the (MoO2)2+ moiety to chiral epoxidation catalysts by addition of chiral organic ligands. Being very efficient epoxidation catalysts in achiral reactions, it was hoped that these compounds could be transformed into chiral epoxidation catalysts by adding chiral Lewis base ligands. The major flaw of most of these attempts, however, was the weak coordination of the chiral Lewis base ligands to the metal center, which led either to high ees only at the very beginning of the catalytic reaction (low conversion) or to generally low enantiomeric excesses. The heterogenisation of the Mo(VI) complexes was, at least in some cases, successfully achieved but with the same drawbacks with respect to the ees as in the homogeneous phase. Currently, attempts are being made to synthesize organometallic Re(VII) and Mo(VI) complexes with stronger interactions between the metal containing moiety and the chiral ligand(s).  相似文献

The first total synthesis of (+)-tricycloclavulone having a unique tricyclo[5,3,0,01,4]decane skeleton and six chiral centers was achieved in a highly stereoselective manner. It includes a catalytic enantioselective [2+2]-cycloaddition reaction using novel chiral copper catalyst, extremely effecting an intramolecular ester transfer reaction, and asymmetric reduction of the carbonyl group on the alpha-chain using Noyori's chiral ruthenium catalyst.  相似文献

Although a number of chalcogenostannates have been obtained by using [M(amine)m]n+ as the structure director, these materials with chiral metal complex ions are usually achiral because they are a racemic mix of chiral complex cations. A chiral selenidostannate, [Mn(tepa).Sn3Se7]n (1; tepa = tetraethylenepentamine), containing incorporated [Mn(tepa)]2+ units, is reported herein. The unique structure is just like a grapevine appended with chiral grapes. In the same reaction, a centrosymmetric compound, [Mn(tepa)]2(mu2-Sn2Se6) (2), in which the Sn2Se64- anion acts as a bridge coordinating to [Mn(tepa)]2+ cations, has also been obtained. This is a reaction-time-related process in which compound 2 transformed gradually to 1 after prolonging the reaction time. This phenomenon demonstrates a transformation from achiral to chiral and dimeric to polymeric selenidostannate.  相似文献

The enantioselective [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of 1,6-diynes with alpha-methylene lactones and cyclic ketones gave various chiral spirocyclic compounds. The reaction proceeded with high enantioselectivity when the rhodium-xylylBINAP complex was used as a chiral catalyst. Not only exo-methylene cyclic compounds but also exo-methylene acyclic compounds could be used as coupling partners for diynes. The present protocol provides access to a new chiral library possessing a quaternary carbon center, including a spirocyclic system.  相似文献

Using n-PrPPh2 as the nucleophilic catalyst, the [4+2] cycloaddition reaction of the sulfamate-derived cyclic imines with allenoates works efficiently to yield various sulfamate-fused tetrahydropyridines in high yields with excellent diastereoselectivities. Using amino acid-based bifunctional phosphine as chiral catalyst, an asymmetric [4+2] cycloaddition reaction was achieved, giving chiral sulfamate-fused tetrahydropyridines in high yields with good enantiomeric excesses.  相似文献

Diastereoselective synthesis of spiro-β-lactams via [2+2] cycloaddition reaction of imines and chiral ketenes is described. The chiral ketene was prepared from commercially available, inexpensive d-glucose. Although, theoretically four diastereomers are possible, the reaction yielded only two diastereomers stereoselectively in good to moderate yields. The stereochemical outcome of the reaction was in accordance with the torquoelectronic model.  相似文献

Microwave irradiation of various dialdehydes and chiral diamines afforded chiral macrocyclic imines in moderate to good yields. Linked dialdehydes predominantly form [2+2] macrocycles whereas dialdehydes without linkers yield [3+3] macrocycles. This is the first report of template-free synthesis of calixsalen-type macrocycles formed in shorter reaction times under microwave conditions. In all the reactions, the salts of chiral diamines were used in contrast to the free diamines normally employed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] We have established an enantioselective synthesis of both C2 symmetric and unsymmetric tetra-ortho-substituted axially chiral biaryls through rhodium-catalyzed double [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition (up to >99% ee). This method serves as an attractive new route to enantioenriched tetra-ortho-substituted axially chiral biaryls in view of the one-step access to substrate diynes and tetraynes starting from readily available alkynes.  相似文献

An asymmetric ring-opening reaction of meso-aziridines with TMSN3 was developed using a catalyst prepared from Y(OiPr)3 and chiral ligand 2 in a 1:2 ratio. Excellent enantioselectivity was realized from a wide range of substrates with a practical catalyst loading. The products were efficiently converted to enantiomerically enriched 1,2-diamines, which are versatile chiral building blocks for pharmaceuticals and chiral ligands. This reaction was applied to a catalytic asymmetric synthesis of Tamiflu, a very important anti-influenza drug containing a chiral 1,2-diamino functionality.  相似文献

The reaction of stabilized allylic-type carbocations with electron rich olefins was investigated. In most cases a facile cyclobutane ring formation was observed by [2+2] cycloaddition reaction promoted by Brønsted or Lewis acids. Some attempts were made to investigate the mechanistic pathway. [2+2+2] Cycloaddition of electron-deficient olefins to norbornadiene in the presence of nickel bisphosphine catalysts was studied. The influence of the bisphosphine structure on the regio- and stereoselectivity of the reaction as well as on the yields of the reaction products was investigated. A chiral iridium complex catalyzed a consecutive and enantioselective [2+2+2] cycloaddition of polyynes to give axially chiral compounds. Intermolecular reaction of tetraynes, possessing aryl groups on their termini, with protected but-2-yne-1,4-diols gave C2-symmetrical quateraryl compounds. Intramolecular reaction of hexaynes, possessing aryl or alkyl groups on their termini gave C2-symmetrical biaryl compounds. The reaction of lithium aryl borohydrides with salts of beta-amino alcohols provides a new route for the synthesis of oxazaborolidines. This method also leads to the first synthesis of hitherto elusive N-methyl oxazaborolidine cations, specifically the cationic proline derivative 3. Compound 3 is a strong chiral Lewis acid which is very effective for catalysis of [4 + 2]-cycloaddition reactions in good yield and with high enantioselectivity. Several diverse examples illustrate the scope of these catalytic reactions.  相似文献
