在分析测试磺化聚醚砜时,包裹在SPES中的自由硫酸常影响着测试结果。为此本文提出利用非水溶剂的区分效应和对SPES的良好溶解性能,通过电导滴定分析SPES和自由硫酸的混合产物。经过透析实验和采用不同碱式滴定剂进行非水滴定实验表明:电导滴定能简便,快速、准确地测出自由硫酸含量和磺化度。同时了相关实验和理论方面的讨论。  相似文献

Concentrated homogeneous mineral acids have been widely used as catalysts in industrial processes for several decades. These catalysts are corrosive to the apparatus, and there are large volumes of chemically reactive waste stream that are difficult to deal with[1]. In order to solve these problems, investigators have replaced these mineral acids with solid acid catalysts. Besides inorganic solid acid catalysts such as zeolite, solid organic polymeric resins containing acid groups, especially sulfuric acid resins such as Amberlyst[2], have attracted much attention. Compared with most inorganic acid catalysts, they have the advantages of their potentially high acidity, controllable surface area and porosity[3]. This article reports a novel sulfonated poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (S-PPESK) resin and its application to isobutene oligomerization. S-PPESK exhibits high catalytic activity and excellent dimerization selectivity.  相似文献

制备了一类侧链型含氟磺化聚醚砜(s SPFES)与磺化聚酰亚胺(SPI)共混质子交换膜(s SPFES/SPI),研究了其吸水率、尺寸变化、质子电导率及稳定性等性能.结果表明,2种磺化聚合物以三乙胺盐型溶液共混及铸膜时相容性良好,制备的s SPFES/SPI共混质子交换膜结构均一,透明结实,离子交换容量为1.76~1.88 mmol/g.s SPFES/SPI共混质子交换膜表现出横向低于纵向的各向异性尺寸变化特性,在60℃水中横向尺寸变化率低于10%,经140℃加压水处理24 h后仍能保持较好的机械强度,质量损失低于6.1%.当温度高于50℃时,完全水合状态下的s SPFES/SPI共混质子交换膜的质子电导率均达到0.1 S/cm.  相似文献

采用磺酸化的方法制备了一种热稳定性能良好的新型固体酸树脂催化剂——磺化聚醚砜酮树脂(S-PPESK),并应用在异丁烯的低聚反应中.S-PPESK在较低的温度条件下对异丁烯的低聚反应表现出了很高的催化活性和二聚反应选择性.对S-PPESK的热稳定性能采用预处理的方法进行了测试,结果显示它的预处理温度高达180 ℃,与商业磺酸树脂的预处理温度相比高出约40 ℃. S-PPESK在异丁烯的低聚反应中表现出了良好的催化活性、优良的二聚反应选择性和很好的热稳定性能,其应用前景广泛.  相似文献

为了提高膜的阻醇性能和高温下的质子传导性, 在磺化聚醚砜(SPES)中掺杂一种吸湿性的无机物AlOOH, 制备了一种新型的SPES/AlOOH复合质子交换膜. 并经傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、热失重(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对膜的结构和性能进行了表征. 结果表明: 复合膜较纯SPES膜具有更高的热稳定性和吸水率; SEM图片显示AlOOH在膜中分布均匀. 复合膜在高温下具有良好的质子传导性, 掺杂量为10%(w)的复合膜在120 °C下的质子传导率仍可保持在0.014 S·cm-1左右; 随着AlOOH含量的增加, 复合膜的阻醇性能大大提高, 这表明该复合膜在直接甲醇燃料电池中具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

以磺化聚醚酰亚胺(SPEI)和聚醚砜(PES)为原料, 采用溶液共混法成功制备出了SPEI/PES共混型质子交换膜,并经热重分析、AFM、SEM等对膜的结构和性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 共混膜较纯SPEI膜具有更高的热稳定性和较低的溶胀性; 在室温环境下, 共混膜在干态和湿态时均具有优异的机械性能; 与纯SPEI膜相比, 共混膜的形态结构更为致密, 这将有利于降低甲醇的渗透性. 采用交流阻抗法和隔膜扩散法分别考察了膜的质子传导性和阻醇性能, 对于共混质量比为50/50的膜来说, 其质子传导率达到了5.5 mS·cm-1的水平, 能满足质子交换膜的需求, 但其甲醇渗透系数明显降低, 仅为市用Nafion 112膜的5%, 这表明该共混膜有望作为一种新型的直接甲醇燃料电池用质子交换膜.  相似文献

采用基团贡献法对聚醚砜、聚聚砜及其不同磺化度磺化产物的溶度参数分量δd、δp和δh进行了估算,提出了计算其任意磺化度产物的溶度参数的通式,同时补充了砜基和1,2,4-三取代苯基的基团贡献值Fdi,Fpi和Ehi并提出了计算聚合物溶度参数极性分量(δp)的数学模型,估算得到的结果与文献中的实验结果相吻合。  相似文献

本文研究了聚醚砜(PES)的二甲基甲酰胺溶液的荧光光谱。发现在通常情况下,浓度在0.0004mg/mL~1mg/mL的范围内,只有聚醚砜的单分子荧光峰。但用波长为280nm的紫外光照射样品溶液能形成激基缔合物,且Ιem与照射时间有关。  相似文献

Summary: PTFE/PES composites were prepared by precipitation of Radel A® into a PTFE latex containing nanoparticles with average diameters of 48 nm and spherical shape. Several samples were prepared by varying the relative ratio between the Radel A® and PTFE content. The combination of SEM and AFM analysis indicates that the precipitation of Radel A in the presence of PTFE leads mainly, if not exclusively, to a bimodal mixture of the two homoparticles. The fractionated crystallization behaviour of these samples is revealing of the PTFE dispersion degree within the Radel A® matrix. When the PTFE amount is lower than 2%, a perfect PTFE nanoparticle dispersion is obtained. When the amount of PTFE is comprised between 5 and 30%, larger PTFE clusters are obtained that, after melting, coalesce and crystallize at higher temperatures depending on the crystallization propensity of their individual heterogeneous nuclei. Finally, in case of samples 40%, only one crystallization exotherm is observed at 310 °C indicating the formation of very large clusters that after melting coalesce into wide domains.  相似文献

以双酚S型含萘环的聚芳醚酮为增容剂,研究了对聚醚砜(PES)与对苯二酚型-1,4-萘环的聚芳醚酮(1,4-NA-PAEK)共混体系的相容性及力学性能.结果表明,双酚S型含萘环的聚芳醚酮可显著降低PES/NA-PAEK共混体系中NA-PAEK分散相尺寸,改善两组分间的相容性,并且增容剂的加入使共混体系形成了双连续的互锁结构,提高了共混物的力学性能.  相似文献

结合紫外光电子能谱实验和量子化学计算方法研究了三氯化碘的电离能.实验得到的ICl3的紫外光电子能谱是一氯化碘和氯气的混合能谱,这表明ICl3分解为ICl和Cl2.采用B3LYlP方法在6-311 G(df)基组水平上得到了ICl3分解的过渡态.计算表明ICl3分解吸收少量热量,反应的活化能为168.4kJ/mol.采用HF方法和外壳层格林函数方法(OVGF)预测了ICl3不同轨道的电离能,OVGF方法得到的ICl3第一垂直电离能为10.372eV.  相似文献

Blends of polyetheretherketone and polyethersulfone (PEEK–PES blends) were prepared either by mechanically mixing fine PEEK and PES powders or by mixing PEEK and PES solutions in H2SO4 (98%). Partially compatible blends were obtained in the latter method. The sulfurization of PEEK or PES in concentrated sulphuric acid did not occur provided that the experiment was performed within 30 min. The Tg of the PEEK component increased and that of PES component decreased with the increase of PES weight fraction; the melting exothermic peak of the PEEK component did not appear in the DSC curves of the quenched blends, suggesting that PES can effectively reduce the crystallization of PEEK component. The major absorbances of the bands were characterized by IR spectroscopy; the frequency difference between PEEK or PES and their blends were observed. A linear correlation of absorbance ratios with PEEK weight fraction was found.  相似文献
