In this work, a new stir cake sorptive extraction (SCSE) using polymeric ionic liquid monolith as sorbent was prepared. The sorbent was obtained by in situ copolymerization of an ionic liquid, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoro methyl)sulfonyl]imide (AMII) and divinylbenzene (DB) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide. The influence of the content of ionic liquid and the porogen in the polymerization mixture on extraction performance was studied thoroughly. The physicochemical properties of the polymeric ionic liquid were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The usefulness of SCSE–AMIIDB was demonstrated by the enrichment of trace benzimidazole anthelmintics. Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, and under the optimized conditions, a simple and effective method for the determination of trace benzimidazoles residues in water, milk and honey samples was established by coupling SCSE–AMIIDB with high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection (SCSE–AMIIDB–HPLC/DAD). Results indicated that the limits of detection (S/N = 3) for target compounds were 0.020–0.072 μg L−1, 0.035–0.10 μg L−1 and 0.026–0.076 μg L−1 in water, milk and honey samples, respectively. In addition, an acceptable reproducibility was achieved by evaluating the repeatability and intermediate precision with relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 9% and 11%, respectively. Finally, the established AMII–SCSE–HPLC/DAD method was successfully applied for the determination of benzimidazoles residues in milk, honey and environmental water samples. Recoveries obtained for the determination of benzimidazole anthelmintics in spiking samples ranged from 70.2% to 117.6%, with RSD below 12% in all cases.  相似文献

The capabilities of four commercially available and low cost polymeric materials for the extraction of polar and non-polar contaminants (log Kow = −0.07–6.88, from caffeine to octocrylene, respectively) from water samples was compared. Tested sorbents were polyethersulphone, polypropylene and Kevlar, compared to polydimethylsiloxane as reference material. Parameters that affect the extraction process such as pH and ionic strength of the sample, extraction time and desorption conditions were thoroughly investigated. A set of experimental partition coefficients (Kpw), at two different experimental conditions, was estimated for the best suited materials and compared with the theoretical octanol–water (Kow) partition coefficients of the analytes. Polyethersulphone displayed the largest extraction yields for both polar and non-polar analytes, with higher Kpw and lower matrix effects than polydimethylsiloxane and polypropylene. Thus, a sorptive microextraction method, followed by large volume injection (LVI) gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS), was proposed using the former sorbent (2 mg) for the simultaneous determination of model compounds in water samples. Good linearity (>0.99) was obtained for most of the analytes, except in the case of 4-nonylphenol (0.9466). Precision (n = 4) at 50 and 500 ng L−1 levels was in the 2–24% and limits of detection (LODs) were in the 0.6–25 ng L−1 range for all the analytes studied.  相似文献

In this work the development and validation of a new procedure for the simultaneous determination of 9 nitro and polycyclic musk compounds: musk ambrette (MA), musk ketone (MK), musk mosken (MM), celestolide (ADBI), phantolide (AHMI), tonalide (AHTN), traseolide (ATII), cashmeran (DPMI) and galaxolide (HHCB) in environmental water samples (estuarine and wastewater) using microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) followed by large volume injection-gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (LVI-GC–MS) was carried out. Apart from the optimization of the different variables affecting MEPS (i.e., nature of the sorbent, nature of the solvent elution, sample load, and elution/injection volume) extraction recovery was also evaluated, not only for water samples but also for environmental water matrices such as estuarine and waste water. The use of two deuterated analogs ([2H3]-AHTN and [2H15]-MX) was successfully evaluated in order to correct matrix effect in complex environmental matrices such as influent samples from wastewater treatment plants. Method detection limits (MDLs) ranged from 5 to 25 ng L−1, 7 to 39 ng L−1 and 8 to 84 ng L−1 for influent, effluent and estuarine samples, respectively. Apparent recoveries were higher than 75% for all target compounds in all the matrices studied (estuarine water and wastewater) and the precision of the method, calculated as relative standard deviation (RSD), was below 13.2% at 200 ng L−1 concentration level and below 14.9% at low level (20 ng L−1 for all the target analytes, except for AHTN which was set at 40 ng L−1 and HHCB at 90 ng L−1, due to the higher MDL values presented by those target compounds). Finally, this MEPS procedure was applied to the determination of the target analytes in water samples, including estuarine and wastewater, from two estuaries, Urdaibai (Spain) and Adour (France) and an established stir-bar sorptive extraction-liquid desorption/large volume injection-gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (SBSE-LD/LVI-GC–MS) method was performed in parallel for comparison. Results were in good agreement for all the analytes determined, except for DPMI.  相似文献

An at-line analysis protocol is presented that allows the determination of four UV filters, two polycyclic musk compounds and caffeine in water at concentration level of ng L−1. The fully automated method includes analytes enrichment by Microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) coupled directly to large volume injection-gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Two common SPE phases, C8 and C18, were examined for their suitability to extract the target substances by MEPS. The analytes were extracted from small sample volumes of 800 μL with recoveries ranging from 46 to 114% for the C8-sorbent and 65–109% for the C18-sorbent. Limits of detection between 34 and 96 ng L−1 enable the determination of the analytes at common environmental concentration levels. Both sorbents showed linear calibration curves for most of the analytes up to a concentration level of 20 ng mL−1. Carryover was minimized by washing the sorbents 10 times with 100 μL methanol. After this thorough cleaning, the MEPS are re-used and up to 70 analyses can be performed with the same sorbent. The fully automated microextraction GC–MS protocol was evaluated for the influence of matrix substances typical for wastewater. Dilution of samples prior to MEPS is recommended when the polar caffeine is present at high concentration. Real water samples were analyzed by the MEPS-GC–MS method and compared to standard SPE.  相似文献

A new generation polymeric ionic liquid (PIL), poly(1-4-vinylbenzyl)-3-hexadecylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide (poly(VBHDIm+ NTf2)), was synthesized and is shown to exhibit impressive selectivity towards the extraction of 12 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from aqueous samples when used as a sorbent coating in direct-immersion solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled to gas chromatography (GC). The PIL was imparted with aromatic character to enhance π–π interactions between the analytes and the sorbent coating. For comparison purposes, a PIL with similar structure but lacking the π–π interaction capability, poly(1-vinyl-3-hexadecylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide) (poly(HDIm+ NTf2)), as well as a commercial polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) sorbent coating were evaluated and exhibited much lower extraction efficiencies. Extraction parameters, including stir rate and extraction time, were studied and optimized. The detection limits of poly(VBHDIm+ NTf2), poly(HDIm+ NTf2), and PDMS coatings varied between 0.003–0.07 μg L−1, 0.02–0.6 μg L−1, and 0.1–6 μg L−1, respectively. The partition coefficients (log Kfs) of eight PAHs to the three studied fiber coatings were estimated using a static SPME approach. This study represents the first report of analyte partition coefficients to any PIL-based material.  相似文献

Sensitive and unequivocal determination of analytes/contaminants in complex matrices is a challenge in the field of food safety control. In this study, various acquisition modes (Full MS/AIF, Full MS + tMS/MS, Full MS/dd MS/MS and tSIM/ddMS/MS) and parameters of a quadrupole–orbitrap hybrid mass spectrometer (Q Exactive) were studied in detail. One of the main conclusions has been that, reducing the scan range for Full MS (using the quadrupole) and targeted modes give higher signal-to-noise (S/N) ratios and thereby better detection limits for analytes in matrix. The use of Q Exactive in a complex case, for the confirmatory analysis of hormones in animal urine is presented. A targeted SIM data dependent MS/MS (tSIM/ddMS/MS) acquisition method for determination of eight synthetic hormones (trenbolone, 17α ethinylestradiol, zeranol, stanozolol, dienestrol, diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol, taleranol) and a naturally occurring hormone (zearalenone) in animal urine were optimized to have sensitive precursors from targeted SIM mode and trigger MS/MS scans over the entire chromatograph peak. The method was validated according to EC/657/2002. CCα (decision limit) for the analytes ranged between 0.11 μg L−1 and 0.69 μg L−1 and CCβ (detection capability) ranged between 0.29 μg L−1 and 0.90 μg L−1.  相似文献

Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS) was utilized to develop a rapid, sensitive and reliable method without solid phase extraction (SPE) pre-concentration for trace analysis of 11 pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in in?uent and ef?uent from municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). This method not only shortened the analysis time but also reduced analysis cost significantly by omitting SPE process and avoiding the consumption of SPE cartridge. Detection parameters for UHPLC–MS/MS analysis were optimized, including sample pH, eluent, mobile phase (solvent and additive), column temperature, and ?ow rate. Under the optimal conditions, all analytes were well separated and detected within 8.0 min by UHPLC–MS/MS. The method quantification limits (MQLs) for the 11 PPCPs ranged from 0.040 to 88 ng L−1 and from 0.030 to 90 ng L−1 for influent and effluent, respectively. The matrix effect was systematically investigated and quantified for different types of samples. The analysis of in?uent and ef?uent samples of two WWTPs in Hong Kong revealed the presence of 11 PPCPs, including acyclovir, benzophenone-3, benzylparaben, carbamazepine, ethylparaben, fluconazole, fluoxetine, methylparaben, metronidazole, propylparaben, and ranitidine. Their concentrations ranged from 9.1 to 1810 ng L−1 in influent and from 6.5 to 823 ng L−1 in effluent samples collected from Hong Kong WWTPs.  相似文献

Present study developed a new method for the sensitive determination of pyrethroid insecticides with solid phase extraction in combination with high performance liquid chromatography and UV detector. SiO2 microspheres, a new SiO2 based material, was investigated for the enrichment ability and applicability as the solid phase extraction sorbent. Four pyrethroid pesticides such as fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, fenvalevate and biphenthrin were used as the target analytes. Parameters that maybe influence the extraction efficiency such as the eluent type and its volume, sample flow rate, sample pH, and the sample volume were optimized in detail, and the optimal conditions were as followed: sample volume, 100 mL; concentration of methanol, 30%; acetone volume, 5 mL; sample flow rate, 4.2 mL min−1; sample pH, 7. The experimental results indicated that there was good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1–50 μg L−1 except biphenthrin in the range of 0.05–25 μg L−1. The detection limits for fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, fenvalevate and biphenthrin were in the range of 0.02–0.08 μg L−1. The intra-day and day to day precisions (RSDs, n = 6) were in the ranges of 2.6–4.4% and 5.3–7.2%, respectively. The method was validated with five real environmental water samples, and all these results proved that proposed method could be used as a good alternative for the routine analysis for such pollutants in environmental samples.  相似文献

A simple and fast sample preparation method for the determination of nonylphenol (NP) and octylphenol (OP) in aqueous samples by simultaneous derivatization and dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) was investigated using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS). In this method, a combined dispersant/derivatization catalyst (methanol/pyridine mixture) was firstly added to an aqueous sample, following which a derivatization reagent/extraction solvent (methyl chloroformate/chloroform) was rapidly injected to combine in situ derivatization and extraction in a single step. After centrifuging, the sedimented phase containing the analytes was injected into the GC port by autosampler for analysis. Several parameters, such as extraction solvent, dispersant solvent, amount of derivatization reagent, derivatization and extraction time, pH, and ionic strength were optimized to obtain higher sensitivity for the detection of NP and OP. Under the optimized conditions, good linearity was observed in the range of 0.1–1000 μg L−1 and 0.01–100 μg L−1 with the limits of detection (LOD) of 0.03 μg L−1 and 0.002 μg L−1 for NP and OP, respectively. Water samples collected from the Pearl River were analyzed with the proposed method, the concentrations of NP and OP were found to be 2.40 ± 0.16 μg L−1 and 0.037 ± 0.001 μg L−1, respectively. The relative recoveries of the water samples spiked with different concentrations of NP and OP were in the range of 88.3–106.7%. Compared with SPME and SPE, the proposed method can be successfully applied to the rapid and convenient determination of NP and OP in aqueous samples.  相似文献

A method for the determination of nine UV filter compounds [benzophenone-3 (BP-3), isoamyl methoxycinnamate, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, octocrylene (OC), butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, ethylhexyl dimethyl p-aminobenzoate (OD-PABA), ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate (EHMC), ethylhexyl salicylate and homosalate] in water samples was developed and evaluated. The procedure includes non-porous membrane-assisted liquid–liquid extraction (MALLE) and LC–atmospheric pressure photoionisation (APPI)–MS/MS. Membrane bags made of different polymeric materials were examined to enable a fast and simple extraction of the target analytes. Among the polymeric materials tested, low- and high-density polyethylene membranes proved to be well suited to adsorb the analytes from water samples. Finally, 2 cm length tailor-made membrane bags were prepared from low-density polyethylene in order to accommodate 100 μL of propanol. The fully optimised protocol provides recoveries from 76% to 101% and limits of detection (LOD) between 0.4 ng L−1 (OD-PABA) and 16 ng L−1 (EHMC). The interday repeatability of the whole protocol was below 18%. The effective separation of matrix molecules was proved by only marginal matrix influence during the APPI-MS analysis since no ion suppression effects were observed. During the extraction step, the influence of the matrix was only significant when non-treated wastewater was analysed. The analysis of lake water indicated the presence of seven UV filter compounds included in this study at concentrations between 40 ng L−1 (BP-3) and 4381 ng L−1 (OC). In non-treated wastewater several UV filters were also detected at concentration levels as high as 5322 ng L−1 (OC).  相似文献

This work reports a new sensitive multi-residue liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for detection, confirmation and quantification of forty-six pesticides and transformation products belonging to different chemical classes in wines. The proposed method makes use of a solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure with Oasis HLB cartridges that combines isolation of the pesticides and sample clean-up in a single step. Analysis is performed by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) operated in the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode, acquiring two specific precursor-product ion transitions per target compound. An investigation of matrix effects has been performed during method validation showing medium to low effects for the majority of the compounds. Limits of detection (LODs) were in the range 0.0003–0.003 mg L−1 and limits of quantification (LOQs) were in the range 0.001–0.01 mg L−1. The average recoveries, measured at two concentration levels (0.010 and 0.050 mg L−1), were in the range 70–110% for most of the compounds tested with % relative standard deviations below 20%, while a value of 0.010 mg L−1 has been established as the method limit of quantification (MLOQ) for all target species. Expanded uncertainty values were in the range 10–40% while the Horrat ratios were below 1. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of 60 wine samples in the course of an annual monitoring study with carbendazim-benomyl, thiophanate-methyl and carbaryl being the most frequently determined pesticides.  相似文献

We describe the development of a liquid chromatography with negative-ion atmospheric pressure photoionization tandem mass spectrometric (LC/NI-APPI/MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBP-A) and five polybrominated diphenyl ethers (BDE-47, BDE-99, BDE-100, BDE-153 and BDE-154) in water. A mobile phase methanol/acetone/water was used, where acetone acts also as dopant. NI-APPI produced precursor ions corresponding to [M−H] for TBBP-A, [M−Br+O], and [M−2Br+O] for the BDE congeners studied. Each compound was quantified operating in multiple reaction monitoring mode. Linearity was observed in the range 0.025–10 ng injected for all compounds. Coefficients of determination R2 ranged from 0.9934 to 0.9982. BDEs were poorly retained by solid-phase extraction (SPE) from river water and sewage treatment plant effluent, thus liquid–liquid extraction (LLE) by n-hexane should be used for these samples. The recoveries of TBBP-A and PBDEs from tap water (SPE), river water and industrial wastewater (LLE) were in the range of 81–88%, 78–92%, and 43–99%, respectively, with relative standard deviations below 17%. The limits of detection, based on signal-to-noise ratio of 3, ranged from 0.004 to 0.1 ng injected, and method quantification limits were 0.2–3.3 ng L−1 but BDE47 (20.3 ng L−1). Only TBBP-A was found in a treated industrial sewage at 4 ng L−1, while BDE-99 and BDE-100 were detected on suspended solids.  相似文献

In present study, a convenient, sensitive and environmentally friendly method for the determination of five benzoylurea insecticides (BUs) in water and juice samples was developed. To extract trace benzoylurea insecticides effectively, poly(methacrylic acid-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) monolith was prepared and used as the sorbent of multiple monolithic fiber solid-phase microextraction (MMF-SPME). The influences of preparation conditions of monolith and extraction parameters of MMF-SPME on BUs were studied thoroughly. Under the optimized conditions, the combination of MMF-SPME with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (MMF-SPME-HPLC-DAD) showed expected analytical performance for target analytes. The limits of detection (S/N = 3) of the developed method were 0.026–0.075 μg L−1 in water and 0.053–0.29 μg L−1 in juice samples. Good linearity was obtained for analytes with the correlation coefficients (R2) above 0.99. Satisfactory repeatability and reproducibility was achieved, with relative standard deviations (RSD) of both less than 10%. Finally, the established MMF-SPME-HPLC-DAD method was successfully applied for the determination of BUs residues in juice and environmental water samples. Recoveries obtained for the determination of BUs in spiking samples ranged from 65.1% to 118%, with RSD below 10% in all cases.  相似文献

The detection of N-nitrosamines (NAms) in water supplies is an environmental and public health issue because many NAms are classified as probable human carcinogens. Non-aromatic (aliphatic and cyclic) NAms are more toxic than aromatic ones as their maximum admissible concentration is limited in drinking water (20–2000 ng L−1). From that premise, a simple and novel method to discriminate between both fractions of NAms according to their toxicity was proposed. An automatic solid-phase extraction unit containing two sequential sorbent columns was constructed. A sample volume of 25 mL was passed through a C60 fullerene column in which only the aromatic fraction was retained, and the effluent was then passed through a Merck LiChrolut EN column where the non-aromatic fraction was retained. Following elution of the non-aromatic NAms with 150 μL of ethyl acetate–acetonitrile (9:1), 1 μL of the extract was injected into a GC/MS. A comparative study of C60 and C70 fullerenes and nanotubes revealed C60 fullerene to be the best choice to selectively retain the aromatic fraction. The method exhibits a linear range of 15–20,000 ng L−1; limits of detection of 4–15 ng L−1; and an RSD of ∼5%. Recoveries throughout the whole method were between 95% and 102% for six non-aromatic NAms spiked into several types of waters. Our study demonstrates that a simple and fast SPE system (10 min per sample) with a customary GC–MS instrument permits the quantification of these amines in complex matrices with considerable sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献

A gas chromatography–mass spectrometric (GC–MS) method has been established for the determination of hydrazine in drinking water and surface water. This method is based on the derivatization of hydrazine with ortho-phthalaldehyde (OPA) in water. The following optimum reaction conditions were established: reagent dosage, 40 mg mL−1 of OPA; pH 2; reaction for 20 min at 70 °C. The organic derivative was extracted with methylene chloride and then measured by GC–MS. Under the established condition, the detection and the quantification limits were 0.002 μg L−1 and 0.007 μg L−1 by using 5.0-mL of surface water or drinking water, respectively. The calibration curve showed good linearity with r2 = 0.9991 (for working range of 0.05–100 μg L−1) and the accuracy was in a range of 95–106%, and the precision of the assay was less than 13% in water. Hydrazine was detected in a concentration range of 0.05–0.14 μg L−1 in 2 samples of 10 raw drinking water samples and in a concentration range of 0.09–0.55 μg L−1 in 4 samples of 10 treated drinking water samples.  相似文献

A novel Fe3O4–poly(aniline-naphthylamine)-based nanocomposite was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization process as a magnetic sorbent for micro solid phase extraction. The scanning electron microscopy images of the synthesized nanocomposite revealed that the copolymer posses a porous structure with diameters less than 50 nm. The extraction efficiency of this sorbent was examined by isolation of rhodamine B, a mutagenic and carcinogenic dye, from aquatic media in dispersion mode. Among different synthesized polymers, Fe3O4/poly(aniline-naphthylamine) nanocomposite showed a prominent efficiency. Parameters including the desorption solvent, amount of sorbent, desorption time, sample pH, ionic strength, extraction time and stirring rate were optimized. Under the optimum condition, a linear spiked calibration curve in the range of 0.35–5.00 μg L−1 with R2 = 0.9991 was obtained. The limits of detection (3Sb) and limits of quantification (10Sb) of the method were 0.10 μg L−1 and 0.35 μg L−1 (n = 3), respectively. The relative standard deviation for water sample with 0.5 μg L−1 of RhB was 4.2% (n = 5) and the absolute recovery was 92%. The method was applied for the determination of rhodamine B in dishwashing foam, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, pencil, matches tips and eye shadows samples and the relative recovery percentage were in the range of 94–99%.  相似文献

In the present study, a novel analytical approach for the simultaneous determination of 27 brominated flame retardants (BFRs), namely polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), isomers of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and several novel BFRs (NBFRs), together with 18 perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) in indoor dust was developed and validated. To achieve integrated isolation of analytes from the sample and their fractionation, a miniaturized method based on matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) was employed. Principally, after mixing the dust (<0.1 g) with the Florisil®, the mixture was applied on the top of a sorbent (Florisil®) placed in glass column and then analytes were eluted using solvents with different polarities. For the identification/quantification of target compounds largely differing in polarity, complementary techniques represented by gas and liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS and LC–MS/MS) were used. The results of validation experiments, which were performed on the SRM 2585 material (for PBDEs, HBCDs and TBBPA), were in accordance with the certified/reference values. For other analytes (NBFRs and PFASs), the analysis of an artificially contaminated blank dust sample was realized. The method recoveries for all target compounds ranged from 81 to 122% with relative standard deviations lower than 21%. The quantification limits were in the range of 1–25 ng g−1 for BFRs and 0.25–1 ng g−1 for PFASs. Finally, 18 samples (6 households × 3 sampling sites) were analyzed. The high variability between concentrations of PFASs and BFRs in the dust samples from various households as well as collecting sites in a respective house was observed. The total amounts of PFASs and BFRs were in the range of 1.58–236 ng g−1 (median 10.6 ng g−1) and 39.2–2320 ng g−1 (median 325 ng g−1), respectively. It was clearly shown that dust from the indoor environment might be a significant source of human exposure to various organohalogen pollutants.  相似文献

In this study, diverse types of Fe3O4 nanocomposites modified by polyaniline, polypyrrole, and aniline–pyrrole copolymer were synthesized through chemical oxidative polymerization process for dispersive-μ-solid phase extraction (D-μ-SPE) in the presence of various dopants. The results showed that the nanocomposite modified by polyaniline with p-toluene sulfonic acid as a dopant demonstrated higher extraction efficiency for lorazepam (LRZ) and nitrazepam (NRZ). Also the synthesized magnetic sorbents were characterized. The nanocomposite sorbent in combination with high performance liquid chromatography–UV detection was applied for the extraction, preconcentration and determination of lorazepam and nitrazepam in urine and plasma samples. Different parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including: sample pH, amount of sorbent, sorption time, elution solvent and its volume, salt content, and elution time were optimized. The obtained optimal conditions were: sample pH, 6; amount of sorbent, 5 mg; sorption time, 5.0 min; elution solvent and its volume, 0.5 mM cethyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in acetonitrile, 150 μL; elution time, 2.0 min and without addition of NaCl. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 1–2000 μg L−1. The limits of detection (LODs) were achieved in the range of 0.5–1.8 μg L−1 for NRZ and 0.2–2.0 μg L−1 for LRZ, respectively. The percent of extraction recoveries and relative standard deviations (n = 5) were in the range of 84.0–99.0, 6.1–7.8 for NRZ and 90.0–99.0, 4.1–7.0 for LRZ, respectively. Ultimately, the applicability of the method was successfully confirmed by the extraction and determination of NRZ and LRZ in human urine and plasma samples.  相似文献

An analytical method to determine the total content (i.e., not only in the soluble fraction but also in the particulate one) of eight commonly used UV filters in seawater samples is presented for the first time. Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) is used as microextraction technique to pre-concentrate the target analytes before their determination by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). In order to release the UV filters from the suspended particles an ultrasound treatment is performed before DLLME. The ultrasound treatment time was studied in order to achieve a quantitative lixiviation of the target analytes. The type and volume of both disperser and extraction solvent, the sample volume, the pH and the ionic strength involved in the DLLME have been optimized to provide the best enrichment factors. Under the optimized conditions, the method was successfully validated showing good linearity, enrichment factors between 112 and 263 depending on the analyte, limits of detection and quantification in the low ng L−1 range (10–30 ng L−1 and 33–99 ng L−1, respectively) and good intra- and inter-day repeatability (RSD <15%). No significant matrix effects were found. Finally, the method was satisfactorily applied to the analysis of three seawater samples from different origin. Results showed significant amounts of UV filters in the particulate fraction that would have been ignored if only the soluble fraction had been considered. This fact shows that the UV filters are also accumulated in the suspended particles contained in water, what should be taken into account from an environmental standpoint.  相似文献

In this paper, a new version of salting-out homogenous liquid–liquid extraction based on counter current mode combined with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction has been developed for the extraction and preconcentration of some pesticides from aqueous samples and their determination by gas chromatography–flame ionization detection. In order to perform the method, aqueous solution of the analytes containing acetonitrile and 1,2-dibromoethane is transferred into a narrow bore tube which is filled partially with NaCl. During passing the solution through the tube, fine droplets of the organic phase are produced at the interface of solution and salt which go up through the tube and form a separated layer on the aqueous phase. The collected organic phase is removed and injected into de-ionized water for more enrichment of the analytes. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the method shows broad linear ranges for the target analytes. Enrichment factors and limits of detection for the selected pesticides are obtained in the ranges of 3480–3800 and 0.1–5 μg L−1, respectively. Relative standard deviations are in the range of 2–7% (n = 6, C = 50 or 100 μg L−1, each analyte). Finally, some aqueous samples were successfully analyzed using the developed method.  相似文献
