The design and self-assembly of novel rhomboidal metallodendrimers via coordination-driven self-assembly is described. By employing newly designed 60° ditopic donor linkers substituted with Fréchet-type dendrons and appropriate 120° rigid di-Pt(II) acceptor subunits, a variety of [G-1]-[G-3] rhomboidal metallodendrimers with well-defined shape and size were prepared under mild conditions in high yields. The supramolecular metallodendrimers were characterized with multinuclear NMR ((1)H and (31)P), mass spectrometry (CSI-TOF-MS), and elemental analysis. Isotopically resolved mass spectrometry data support the existence of the metallodendrimers with rhomboidal cavities, and NMR data were consistent with the formation of all ensembles. The shape and size of all rhomboidal metallodendrimers were investigated with the PM6 semiempirical molecular orbital method.  相似文献

A new family of 60° dendritic di-Pt(II) acceptor tectons have been successfully designed and synthesized, from which a series of novel "three-component" triangular metallodendrimers were prepared via [3 + 3] coordination-driven self-assembly. The structures of newly designed triangular metallodendrimers are characterized by multinuclear NMR ((1)H and (31)P), (1)H DOSY NMR, mass spectrometry (CSI-TOF-MS), and elemental analysis. The synthesis and characterization of low-generation pyridylimine Rh(i) metallodendrimers is described. These metallodendrimers were obtained via a Schiff base condensation of tris-2-(aminoethyl)amine with 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde to afford the tris-2-(2-pyridylimine ethyl) amine ligand (1). Subsequent complexation reactions with [RhCl(CO)(2)](2) and [RhCl(COD)](2) yielded the corresponding metal-containing dendrimers containing -RhCl(CO) and -Rh(COD) moieties on the periphery. These new rhodium metallodendrimers (2 and 3) and their precursor ligand (1) are thermally stable and have been characterized using (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, (31)P NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis as well as mass spectrometry. The Rh(i) metallodendrimers are highly active and chemo- and regioselective in the hydroformylation of 1-octene. Aldehydes were favoured at moderate to high temperatures (95 °C and 75 °C) and pressure (30 bars), while more iso-octenes were formed at low temperature (55 °C) and pressures (5 and 10 bars). The mononuclear analogues (5 and 6) also produced more aldehydes (albeit showing catalyst decomposition at 95 °C and 75 °C, 30 bars) and these aldehydes were mostly branched.  相似文献

A new family of 120° carbazole‐based dendritic donors D1 – D3 have been successfully designed and synthesized, from which a series of novel supramolecular carbazole‐based metallodendrimers with well‐defined shapes and sizes were successfully prepared by [2+2] and [3+3] coordination‐driven self‐assembly. The structures of newly designed rhomboidal and hexagonal metallodendrimers were characterized by multinuclear NMR (1H and 31P) spectroscopy, ESI‐TOF mass spectrometry, FTIR spectroscopy, and the PM6 semiempirical molecular orbital method. The fluorescence emission behavior of ligands D1 – D3 , rhomboidal metallodendrimers R1 – R3 , and hexagonal metallodendrimers H1 – H3 in mixtures of dichloromethane and n‐hexane with different n‐hexane fractions were investigated. The results indicated that D1 – D3 featured typical aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) properties. However, different from ligands D1 – D3 , metallodendrimers R1 – R3 and H1 – H3 presented interesting generation‐dependent AIE properties. Furthermore, evidence for the aggregation of these metallodendrimers was confirmed by a detailed investigation of dynamic light‐scattering, Tyndall effect, and SEM. This research not only provides a highly efficient strategy for constructing carbazole‐based dendrimers with well‐defined shapes and sizes, but also presents a new family of carbazole‐based dendritic ligands and rhomboidal and hexagonal metallodendrimers with interesting AIE properties.  相似文献

A new class of surface-modified dendrimers has been prepared by reactions of 8 equiv of the terpyridine-functionalized polyether monodendrons with a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) core. Subsequent reactions of these spherically shaped organic dendrimers with Ru(II)-based precursors afford photo- and redox-active metallodendrimers. These new dendrimers have been characterized using a combination of mass spectral analysis (MALDI-TOF/MS, ESI/MS, and FAB/MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 13C, 29Si, and 31P(1H) NMR), photophysical analyses (electronic absorption, emission, excited-state lifetime, and quantum yield) and electrochemical measurement (cyclic voltammetry). Specifically, 31P(1H) NMR is used to monitor the completion of reactions and the purity of dendrimers and metallodendrimers. These new metallodendrimers exhibit large extinction coefficients that coincide with the number of peripheral Ru(II)-based chromophores. With the use of (-CH2-Ph-tpy)RuII(bpy)2 type of chromophores, all metallodendrimers are found emissive at room temperature, with lifetimes in the range of 605-890 ns. Photophysical data also indicate similar steady-state emission maxima and single-exponential decay kinetics for all metallodendrimers, and the observed overall quantum yields of the G1, G2, and G3 metallodendrimers are found to be 14, 20, and 7 times higher than that of the monomeric model complex (CH3-Ph-tpy)Ru(bpy)2(PF6)2. Electrochemical studies reveal the presence of surface-confined species, in addition to the ligand-centered and metal-centered redox processes.  相似文献

The noncovalent synthesis of "layer-block" metallodendrimers containing hydrophobic shells of covalent dendritic wedges at the periphery is described. Starting from first- and second-generation Fréchet wedges having phosphines at their focal point, convergent dendritic growth yields third- and fourth-generation metallodendrimers in which the coordination of nitriles, pyridines, and phosphines to SCS Pd(II) pincers is used as the assembly motif. In this convergent growth, the number of terminal hydrophobic phosphine wedges increases with generation. The solubility of the dendritic structures in apolar organic solvents such as chloroform and dichloromethane increases accordingly, in contrast to previously reported metallodendrimers. All dendritic structures were characterized by (1)H and (31)P NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.  相似文献

We demonstrate that n-octylethyl ammonium hexafluorophosphate (G) can thread through the cavity of 1,4-dimethoxypillar[5]arene to form a [2]pseudorotaxane with a binding constant of 1.09 (±0.31) × 10(3) M(-1) in chloroform. The formation of this threaded structure has been confirmed by proton NMR spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and X-ray single crystal analysis. The complexation between 1,4-dimethoxypillar[5]arene and G in chloroform can be switched off by adding Cl(-). For comparison, the complexation between 1,4-bis(n-propoxy)pillar[5]arene and G has also been investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of [Re6(mu3-Se)8(PEt3)5(MeCN)](SbF6)2 with an excess of 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (L1) and (E)-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene (L2) produced [Re6(mu3-Se)8(PEt3)5(L1)](SbF6)2 and [Re6(mu3-Se)8(PEt3)5(L2)](SbF6)2, respectively, each bearing an accessible pyridyl N atom capable of further metal coordination. Reacting these cluster complex-based ligands with [Re6(mu3-Se)8(MeCN)6](SbF6)2 afforded two heptacluster metallodendrimers, each featuring a central [Re6(mu3-Se)8]2+ cluster core surrounded by six units of [Re6(mu3-Se)8(PEt3)5]2+ via the bridging interactions of its respective dipyridyl-based ligands. Their identity and stereochemistry have been established, with the most convincing evidence furnished by a unique 77Se NMR spectroscopic study. Electrochemical studies suggest very interesting electronic properties of these novel metallodendrimers.  相似文献

Abstract  

A series of cyanonitrovinyl neonicotinoids were designed and synthesized via five steps in about 35% overall yields. All compounds were structurally characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, infrared (IR), and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 2-[1-[(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl]-2-imidazolidinylidene]-2-nitroacetonitrile revealed that the double bond is (E)-configured. The preliminary agriculture bioassay indicated that one compound exhibited moderate insecticidal activity against pea aphid.  相似文献

Mono- and diprotonated carbocations and the two-electron oxidation dications derived from parent pyrene and its nonalternant isomers "azupyrene"(dicyclopenta[ef,kl]heptalene)(DCPH) and dicyclohepta[ed,gh]pentalene (DCHP) were studied by DFT at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The most likely site(s) for mono- and diprotonation were determined based on relative arenium ion energies and the structures of the energetically most favored carbocations were determined by geometry optimization. The NMR chemical shifts for the protonated mono- and dications and the oxidation dications were computed by GIAO-NMR at the B3LYP/6-31G(d)//B3LYP/6-31G(d) level and their charge delocalization paths were deduced based on magnitude of the computed [capital Delta][small delta](13)C values and the NPA-derived changes in charges. Relative aromaticity/antiaromaticity in various rings in the energetically favored mono- and dications was estimated via NICS and [capital Delta]NICS. Calculated NMR chemical shift data for and were compared with the available experimental NMR values. The available data on chemical and physical properties of DCPH and DCHP are extremely limited and biological activity data are non-existent. The present study provides the first glance into their carbocations and oxidation dications, while augmenting and reinforcing the previous stable ion data on the pyrenium cations.  相似文献

Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) has been used to probe the interaction of the anticancer drug cisplatin with oligonucleotides. The binding kinetics, the nature of the adducts formed, and the location of the binding site within the specifically designed double-stranded DNA oligonucleotides, ds(GTATTGGCACGTA) and ds(GTACCGGTGTGTA), were determined by recording mass spectra over time and/or employing tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). The FT-ICR MS studies show that binding to DNA takes place via a [Pt(NH 3) 2Cl] (+) intermediate prior to formation of bifunctional [Pt(NH 3) 2] (2+) adducts. Tandem MS reveals that the major binding sites correspond to GG and GTG, the known preferred binding sites for cisplatin, and demonstrates the preference for binding to guanosine within the oligonucleotide. The obtained results are discussed and compared to published data obtained by other mass spectrometric techniques, NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) is found to gently and efficiently transfer small to large as well as singly to multiply charged [X+]n[A-]m supramolecules of imidazolium ion (X+) ionic liquids to the gas phase, and to reveal "magic numbers" for their most favored assemblies. Tandem mass spectrometric experiments (ESI-MS/MS) were then used to dissociate, via low-energy collision activation, mixed and loosely bonded [A- - - -X- - - -A']- and [X- - - -A- - - -X']+ gaseous supramolecules, as well as their higher homologues, and to estimate and order via Cooks' kinetic method (CKM) and B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) calculations the intrinsic solvent-free magnitude of hydrogen bonds. For the five anions studied, the relative order of intrinsic hydrogen-bond strengths to the 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ion [X1]+ is: CF3CO2- (zero) > BF4- (-3.1) > PF6- (-10.0) > InCl4- (-16.4) and BPh4- (-17.6 kcal mol(-1)). The relative hydrogen-bond strength for InCl4- was measured via CKM whereas those for the other anions were calculated and used as CKM references. A good correlation coefficient (R=0.998) between fragment ion ratios and calculated hydrogen-bond strengths and an effective temperature (Teff) of 430 K demonstrate the CKM reliability for measuring hydrogen-bond strengths in gaseous ionic liquid supramolecules. Using CKM and Teff of 430 K, the intrinsic hydrogen-bond strengths of BF4- for the three cations investigated is: 1-n-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium ion (0) > 1,3-di-[(R)-3-methyl-2-butyl]-imidazolium ion (-2.4) > 1,3-di-[(R)-alpha-methylbenzyl]-imidazolium ion (-3.0 kcal mol(-1)). As evidenced by "magic" numbers, greater stabilities are found for the [(X1)2(BF4)3]- and [(X1)5A4]+ supramolecules (A not equal InCl4-).  相似文献

Cobalt(II) complexes of poly(aryl ester) dendrimer porphyrins [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(II)] (generation number n=0-4), in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) at 60 degrees C, underwent alkenylation with several alkynes at the metal center. A complete inhibition of double-bond migration (secondary transformation) was observed for [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(II)] (n=3 and 4), which gave [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(III)-C(=CH(2))R] (n=3 and 4) exclusively. Overall reaction rates for [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(II)] (n=0-3) were hardly dependent on the size of the dendritic substituents, while a notable retardation was observed for the largest dendrimer, [(m-[G4]TPP)Co(II)]. Mechanistic studies on double-bond migration with pure [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(III)-C(=CH(2))Bu] (n=0-4) demonstrated that the secondary transformation involves participation of [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(III)H] (n=0-4), derived from [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(II)] and AIBN, rather than [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(II)] alone. Crossover experiments using [(m-[Gn]TPP)Co(III)-C(=CH(2))Bu] (n=2-4), in combination with nondendritic [(m-[G0]TPP)Co(II)] and AIBN, indicated a high level of steric protection of the active center by a robust [G4]-dendritic cage, as suggested by a (1)H NMR pulse relaxation time profile of m-[G4]TPPH(2).  相似文献

We describe a specific procedure for the synthesis of deuterium-labelled 2-(1-methylalkyl)succinate established via alkylation of diethyl malonate,Krapcho decarboxylation reaction with D_2O and hydrolysis reaction.Two novel compounds,2-[~2H]-2-ethylsuccinic acid and 2-[~2H]-2-(1-methylheptyl)succinic acid were prepared via this synthetic route and characterized by mass spectrometry and 'H NMR.The results showed that the 2-(1-methylalkyl)succinic acids were deuterated at the β-position,which is considered as an important reaction centre in the anaerobic degradation of n-alkanes.  相似文献

Divalent metal complexes of phosphocholines, [Metal(II)(L)(n)](2+) (where Metal=Cu(2+), Co(2+), Mg(2+), and Ca(2+), L=1,2-dihexanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine [6:0/6:0GPCho] and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine [16:0/18:1GPCho] and n=2-5), were formed upon electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI/MS) of 8 mM solution of phosphocholine (L) with 4 mM metal salt (Metal). The electron capture dissociation (ECD) reactions of these [Metal(II)(L)(n)](2+) complexes were examined via Fourier-transform ion-cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. A rich and complex chemistry was observed, including charge reduction and fragmentation involving losses of a methyl radical, trimethylamine, and the acyl chains. The predominant reaction channel was dependent on the size (n) of the complex, the metal and ligand used, and the size of the acyl chain. Thus charge reduction dominates the ECD spectra of the larger phosphocholine, 16:0/18:1GPCho, but is largely absent in the smaller 6:0/6:0GPCho. For complexes of 16:0/18:1GPCho, n=4-5, fragmentation from the head group mainly occurs via loss of the methyl radical and trimethylamine. At n=3, the relative abundance of fragments due to loss of acyl chain radicals increases. The abundances of ions arising from these radical losses increase further for the n=2 complexes, thereby providing information on the composition and position of the 16:0 and 18:1 acyl groups. Thus ECD of metal complexes provides structurally useful information on the phosphocholine, including the nature of the head group, the acyl chains, and the positions of the acyl chains.  相似文献

我们以1,4-二正丙氧基-2,5-双甲氧甲基苯为原料用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂在二氯甲烷中制备了1,4-双正丙氧基柱[5]芳烃, 1,4-双正丙氧基柱[6]芳烃和1,4-双正丙氧基柱[7]芳烃. 我们用氢谱, 碳谱和质谱对它们进行了表征. 它们有不同的氢谱却有相似的碳谱. 对比它们的空腔尺寸, 柱[5]的内径大约是4.6 Å, 与葫芦脲[6]及α-环糊精类似. 柱[6]的内径大约是6.7 Å, 与葫芦脲[7]及β-环糊精类似. 柱[7]的内径大约是8.7 Å, 与葫芦脲[8]及γ-环糊精类似. 我们用正辛基三乙基六氟磷酸铵盐作为模型客体研究了它们之间的主客体络合. 柱[5]与之有微弱的络合, 柱[6]显示了良好的络合, 而柱[7]与之没有络合.  相似文献

An efficient catalyst-free synthesis of 3′-benzoyl-4′,5′-diphenyl-2H-spiro[acenaphthylene-1,2′-pyrrolidin]-2-one derivatives via one-pot 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of acenaphthenequinone, arylmethyl amines, and chalcones with high regioselectivity is described. The structure of the cycloadducts were characterized by infrared, high-resolution mass spectrometry (electrospray ionization), 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra, and the structure of 4a was confirmed using x-ray single-crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

A self-assembled dimeric macrocycle between 4,4'-bis(4-pyridylmethoxy)biphenyl (L) and (en)Pd(NO(3))(2) was constructed, and its interactions with cyclodextrins of different cavity size resulted in the formation of [2]catenane and [2]pseudorotaxane systems, respectively. The structures were identified by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and cold spray ionization mass (CSI-MS) spectrometry.  相似文献
