In this paper, we investigate the spinor field realizations of the W2,4 algebra, making use of the fact that the W2,4 algebra can be linearized through the addition of a spin-1 current. 用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的b3lyp方法,在Lanl2dz基组水平上对WnNim(n+m=8)团簇的各种可能构型进行几何参数全优化,得到它们的基态构型;并对基态构型的轨道能级分布、能隙、HOMO、LUMO能级、芳香性和热力学性质进行分析,结果表明:团簇W5Ni3和W6Ni2的Alpha轨道和Beta轨道是完全简并的,所有电子都是严格两两配对的;团簇W2Ni6能隙最小,化学活性最强,组成前线轨道的成分基本相同;W6Ni2能隙最大,化学活性最弱;团簇W1Ni7,W5Ni3,W6Ni2,W7Ni1具有芳香性,W2Ni6具有反芳香性;团簇的生成焓都是负值,为放热反应,热力学上是稳定的.  相似文献

钨氧化物纳米线在高灵敏度低功耗气体传感器中极具应用潜力, 且通过掺杂改性可进一步显著改善其敏感性能. 本文以WCl6为钨源, NH4VO3为掺杂剂, 采用溶剂热法合成了钒掺杂的W18O49纳米线. 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱仪表征了纳米线的微结构, 并利用静态气敏性能测试系统评价了掺杂纳米线的NO2敏感性能. 研究结果表明: 五价钒离子受主掺杂进入氧化钨晶格结构, 抑制了纳米线沿轴向的生长并导致了纳米线束的二次集聚; 室温下, 钒掺杂W18O49纳米线接触NO2气体后表现出反常的p型响应特性; 随工作温度逐渐升高至约110 ℃时, 发生从p型到n型的电导特性转变; 该掺杂纳米线气敏元件对浓度低至80 ppb (1 ppb=10-9) 的NO2气体具有明显的室温敏感响应和良好的响应稳定性. 分析并探讨了钒掺杂W18O49纳米线的高室温敏感特性及其p-n电导转型机理, 认为钒掺杂W18O49纳米线在室温下的良好敏感响应及反常p型导电性与掺杂纳米线表面高密度非稳表面态诱导的低温气体强吸附有关. 关键词: 氧化钨 纳米线 气体传感器 室温灵敏度  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论框架下的第一性原理平面波超软赝势方法,通过理论建模,研究了Ti掺杂的非化学计量比W18O49纳米线的几何与能带结构以及电子态密度,并通过进一步计算NO2/Ti-W18O49纳米线吸附体系的吸附能、电荷差分密度与电荷布居,分析了Ti掺杂W18O49纳米线的气体吸附与敏感性能. 计算发现,Ti掺杂改变了W18O49纳米线的表面电子结构,引入的额外的杂质态密度和费米能级附近能带结构的显著变化,使掺杂纳米线带隙与费米能级位置改变,纳米线导电性能增强. 吸附在W18O49纳米线表面的NO2作为电子受体从纳米线导带夺取电子,导致纳米线电导降低,产生气体敏感响应. 与纯相W18O49纳米线相比,NO2/Ti-W18O49纳米线吸附体系内部存在更多的电子转移,从理论上定量地反映了Ti掺杂对改善W18O49纳米线气敏灵敏度的有效性. 对Ti掺杂纳米线不同气体吸附体系电子布居的进一步计算表明,Ti掺杂纳米线对NO2气体具有良好的灵敏度和选择性. 关键词: 密度泛函计算 Ti掺杂 18O49纳米线')" href="#">W18O49纳米线 气敏  相似文献

In this work,the equilibrium structure,electronic and elastic properties of L12-ordered Co-Al-W and Co-Al-W-X(X=Ti and Nb)phase were calculated,using first-principles calculations.Among six nonequivalent sites(Al1,Al2,Co3,Co4,W5,W6),Ti and Nb prefer to occupy the W6site,since the formation enthalpy of the system is lowest when Ti and Nb occupy the W。site.Both Ti and Nb most affect the density of states of Al atoms.Compared with the Al2 site,which is the sub-preference site of Ti and Nb,the density of states of Al atoms is higher with the addition of Ti and Nb in the W6site,which means that the latter system is more stable.According to the bulk modulus B,shear modulus G,Young's modulus E,hardness Hv and Poisson's ratioσ,for Co3(AI,W)alloy,the addition of Ti and Nb in the W6site decreases its hardness hut increases its duetility.This work cnnfirms that Ti and Nh can stahilize the Cag(Al,W)alloy and have a positive effect in solving the relatively poor ductility of this alloy,which has important implications for the development of cobalt.based alloys.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波超软赝势方法,在广义梯度近似下,研究了W_(20)O_(58)晶胞、W_(20)O_(58)(010)表面结构及其氢吸附机理.计算结果表明:W_(20)O_(58)晶体理论带隙宽度为0.8 eV,为间接带隙,具有金属性.W_(20)O_(58)晶体中W—O共振较强,以共价键居多.W_(20)O_(58)(010)表面有WO终止(010)表面和O终止(010)表面,表面结构优化后使得W—O键长和W—O—W键角改变,从而实现表面弛豫.分别计算了H_2分子吸附在WO终止(001)表面和O终止(001)表面的WO-L-O_(1c),WO-V-O_(1c),WO-L-O_(2c),WO-V-O_(2c),O-L-O_(1c)和O-V-O_(1c)六种吸附构型,其中WO-L-O_(1c),WO-V-O_(1c)和WO-L-O_(2c)这三种吸附构型不稳定;而WO-V-O_(2c),O-L-O_(1c)和O-V-O_(1c)这三种吸附构型都很稳定,H_2分子都解离成两个H原子,吸附能均为负值,分别为-1.164,-1.021和-3.11 eV.WO-V-O_(2c)吸附构型的两个H原子分别吸附在O和W原子上;O-L-O_(1c)吸附构型的两个H原子,一个与O原子成键,另一个远离了表面.其中O-V-O_(1c)吸附构型最稳定,两个H原子失去电子,为O原子提供电子.分析其吸附前后的态密度,H的1s轨道电子与O的2p,2s轨道电子相互作用,均形成了一些较强的成键电子峰,两个H原子分别与O_(1c)形成化学键,最终吸附反应生成了一个H_2O分子,同时产生了一个表面氧空位.  相似文献

String length differentials are shown to arise naturally in a BRST hamiltonian approach to the closed bosonic string. A gauge-covariant quadratic action is proposed which is shown to lead to the correct equations of motion. We exhibit the topological symmetry of the bosonic string in the framework ofthe BRST formalism. To get the Slavnov–Taylor symmetry independent of thediffeomorphism one, we extend the latter by introducing an antiderivation. We specialize the gauge-fixing procedure for the Witten action of the open bosonic string, given in a preceding paper, choosing the Siegel gauge. We find that the BRST-invariant gauge-fixed action is the gauge invariant one with ghost number unrestricted plus a gauge-fixing term. 采用高温固相法制备了LiGd(W_yMo_(1-y))_2O_(8-x/2)F_x∶0.4Eu~(3+)(x=0~1,y=0~1)系列白光LED用红色荧光粉。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪对荧光粉的形貌、结构、光学性能进行了表征。结果表明,Eu~(3+)、F-和WO_4~(2-)的掺杂没有改变LiGd(MoO_4)_2的四方晶系白钨矿结构;F~-和WO_4~(2-)最佳掺杂量分别为x=0.6,y=0.4。在396 nm激发下,LiGd(W_(0.4)Mo_(0.6))_2O_(7.7)F_(0.6)∶0.4Eu~(3+)的发光强度比未掺杂样品提高了60%,量子效率可达66.23%。当温度升高至100℃时,样品的发射强度降为25℃时的76.6%。在460 nm激发下,样品的最强窄带发射峰位于617 nm处,归属于~5D_0→~7F_2跃迁,色坐标为(0.649 9,0.346 3)。5D0能级的荧光寿命曲线遵循单指数规律衰减,随着F-掺杂浓度的增加,5D0能级的荧光寿命不断增加,归因于低声子能量的F-掺入有效减小了能量的无辐射跃迁概率。所制备的LiGd(W_(0.4)Mo_(0.6))_2O_(7.7)F_(0.6)∶0.4Eu~(3+)荧光粉有望应用于白光LED。  相似文献

We consider string junctions with endpoints on a set of branes of IIB string theory defining an ADE-type gauge Lie algebra. We show how to characterize uniquely equivalence classes of junctions related by string/brane crossing through invariant charges that count the effective number of prongs ending on each brane. Each equivalence class defines a point on a lattice of junctions. We define a metric on this lattice arising from the intersection pairing of junctions, and use self-intersection to identify junctions in the adjoint and fundamental representations of all ADE algebras. This information suffices to determine the relation between junction lattices and the Lie-algebra weight lattices. Arbitrary representations are built by allowing junctions with asymptotic (p,q) charges, on which the group of conjugacy classes of representations is represented additively. One can view the (p, q) asymptotic charges as Dynkin labels associated to two new fundamental weight vectors.  相似文献

The string bracket introduced by Chas and Sullivan is reinterpreted from the point of view of topological field theories in the Batalin–Vilkovisky or BRST formalisms. Namely, topological action functionals for gauge fields (generalizing Chern–Simons and BF theories) are considered together with generalized Wilson loops. The latter generate a (Poisson or Gerstenhaber) algebra of functionals with values in the S1-equivariant cohomology of the loop space of the manifold on which the theory is defined. It is proved that, in the case of GL(n,) with standard representation, the (Poisson or BV) bracket of two generalized Wilson loops applied to two cycles is the same as the generalized Wilson loop applied to the string bracket of the cycles.
