In this paper, Adomian’s decomposition method (ADM) has been used for solving time-fractional host-parasitoid system. The derivatives are understood in the Caputo sense. The reason of using fractional order differential equations (FOD) is that FOD are naturally related to systems with memory which exists in most biological systems. Also they are closely related to fractals which are abundant in biological systems. Numerical example justifies the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this Letter we propose a new generalization of the two-dimensional differential transform method that will extend the application of the method to a diffusion-wave equation with space- and time-fractional derivatives. The new generalization is based on generalized Taylor's formula and Caputo fractional derivative. Theorems that are never existed before are introduced with their proofs. Several illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results. The results reveal that the technique introduced here is very effective and convenient for solving partial differential equations of fractional order.  相似文献

In this paper, numerical solutions of a reaction-diffusion chemotactic model of fractional orders for bacterial growth will be present. A new solution is constructed in power series. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. We compare the experimental result obtained with those obtained by simulation of the chemotactic model without fractional derivatives. The results show that the solution continuously depends on the time-fractional derivative. The resulting solutions spread faster than the classical solutions and may exhibit asymmetry, depending on the fractional derivative used. We present results of numerical simulations to illustrate the method, and investigate properties of numerical solutions. The Adomian’s decomposition method (ADM) is used to find the approximate solution of fractional ‘reaction-diffusion chemotactic model. Numerical results show that the approach is easy to implement and accurate when applied to partial differential equations of fractional order.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a generalized unified method for finding multiwave solutions of the time-fractional (2+1)-dimensional Nizhnik–Novikov–Veselov equations. The fractional derivatives are described in the modified Riemann–Liouville sense. The fractional complex transform has been suggested to convert fractional-order differential equations with modified Riemann–Liouville derivatives into integer-order differential equations, and the reduced equations can be solved by symbolic computation. Multiauxiliary equations have been introduced in this method to obtain not only multisoliton solutions but also multiperiodic or multielliptic solutions. It is shown that the considered method is very effective and convenient for solving wide classes of nonlinear partial differential equations of fractional order.  相似文献

The fractional derivatives in the sense of Caputo and the homotopy analysis method are used to construct an approximate solution for the nonlinear space-time fractional derivatives Klein-Gordon equation. The numerical results show that the approaches are easy to implement and accurate when applied to the nonlinear space-time fractional derivatives KleinGordon equation. This method introduces a promising tool for solving many space-time fractional partial differential equations. This method is efficient and powerful in solving wide classes of nonlinear evolution fractional order equations.  相似文献

Based upon the Adomian decomposition method, a scheme is developed to obtain numerical solutions of a fractional Boussinesq equation with initial condition, which is introduced by replacing some order time and space derivatives by fractional derivatives. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. So the traditional Adomian decomposition method for differential equations of integer order is directly extended to derive explicit and numerical solutions of the fractional differential equations. The solutions of our model equation are calculated in the form of convergent series with easily computable components.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the numerical solution of time-fractional partial differential equations using the element-free Galerkin (EFG) method, which is based on the moving least-square approximation. Compared with numerical methods based on meshes, the EFG method for time-fractional partial differential equations needs only scattered nodes instead of meshing the domain of the problem. It neither requires element connectivity nor suffers much degradation in accuracy when nodal arrangements are very irregular. In this method, the first-order time derivative is replaced by the Caputo fractional derivative of order α (0<α ≤1). The Galerkin weak form is used to obtain the discrete equations, and the essential boundary conditions are enforced by the penalty method. Several numerical examples are presented and the results we obtained are in good agreement with the exact solutions.  相似文献

Laminar unsteady multilayer axial flows of fractional immiscible Maxwell fluids in a circular cylinder are investigated. The flow of fluids is generated by a time-dependent pressure gradient in the axial direction and by the translational motion of a cylinder along his axis. The considered mathematical model is based on the fractional constitutive equation of Maxwell fluids with Caputo time-fractional derivatives. Analytical solutions for the fractional differential equations of the velocity fields with boundary and interfaces conditions have been determined by using the Laplace transform coupled with the Hankel transform of order zero and the Weber transform of order zero. The influence of the memory effects on the motion of the fluid has been investigated for the particular case of three fractional Maxwell fluids. It is found that for increasing values of the fractional parameter the fluid velocity is decreasing. The memory effects have a stronger influence on the velocity of the second layer.  相似文献

This paper presents extensions to the classical stochastic Liouville equation of motion that contain the Riemann-Liouville and Caputo time-fractional derivatives. At first, the dynamic equations with the time-fractional derivatives are formally obtained from the classical Liouville equation. A feature of these new equations is that they have the same common formal solution as the classical Liouville equation and therefore may be used for study of the Hamiltonian system dynamics. Two cases of the time-dependent and time-independent Hamiltonian are considered separately. Then, the time-fractional Liouville equations are deduced from the short- and long-time asymptotic expansions of the obtained dynamic equations. The physical meaning of the resulting equations is discussed. The statements of the Cauchy-type problems for the derived time-fractional Liouville equations are given, and the formal solutions of these problems are presented. At last, the projection operator formalism is employed to derive the time-fractional extensions of the Zwanzig kinetic equations and the corresponding formal statistical operators from the time-fractional Liouville equations.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the applications of five different methods including the sub-equation method, the tanh method, the modified Kudryashov method, the \(\left( \frac{G'}{G}\right)\)-expansion method and the Exp-function method to construct exact solutions of time-fractional two-component evolutionary system of order 2. We first convert this type of fractional equations to the nonlinear ordinary differential equations by means of fractional complex transform. Then, the five methods are adopted to solve the nonlinear ordinary differential equations. As a result, some new exact solutions are obtained. It is also shown that each of the considered methods can be used as an alternative for solving fractional differential equations.  相似文献

Fractional partial differential equations with more than one fractional derivative in time describe some important physical phenomena, such as the telegraph equation, the power law wave equation, or the Szabo wave equation. In this paper, we consider two- and three-dimensional multi-term time and space fractional partial differential equations. The multi-term time-fractional derivative is defined in the Caputo sense, whose order belongs to the interval (1,2],(2,3],(3,4] or (0,m], and the space-fractional derivative is referred to as the fractional Laplacian form. We derive series expansion solutions based on a spectral representation of the Laplacian operator on a bounded region. Some applications are given for the two- and three-dimensional telegraph equation, power law wave equation and Szabo wave equation.  相似文献

This article utilizes the local fractional derivative and the exp-function method to construct the exact solutions of nonlinear time-fractional differential equations (FDEs). For illustrating the validity of the method, it is applied to the time-fractional Camassa–Holm equation and the time-fractional-generalized fifth-order KdV equation. Moreover, the exact solutions are obtained for the equations which are formed by different parameter values related to the time-fractional-generalized fifth-order KdV equation. This method is an reliable and efficient mathematical tool for solving FDEs and it can be applied to other non-linear FDEs.  相似文献

In this Letter, by introducing He's polynomials in the correct functional, we propose a new fractional variational iteration method to solve nonlinear time-fractional partial differential equations involving Jumarie's modified Riemann-Liouville derivative. Several examples have been solved to illustrate the proposed method is quite effective and convenient for solving kinds of nonlinear fractional order problems.  相似文献

Motivated by the widely used ansätz method and starting from the modified Riemann-Liouville derivative together with a fractional complex transformation that can be utilized to transform nonlinear fractional partial differential equations to nonlinear ordinary differential equations, new types of exact traveling wave solutions to three important nonlinear space- and time-fractional partial differential equations are obtained simultaneously in terms of solutions of a Riccati equation. The results are new and first reported in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of initial value problems for nonlinear Langevin equation involving three fractional orders are discussed. We use a new norm that is convenient for the fractional and singular differential equations. This norm and the contraction mapping principles are the main tools for investigating the existence and uniqueness of the desired issue. The fractional derivatives are described in Caputo sense.

In this article, we have introduced a Taylor collocation method, which is based on collocation method for solving fractional Riccati differential equation. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. This method is based on first taking the truncated Taylor expansions of the solution function in the fractional Riccati differential equation and then substituting their matrix forms into the equation. Using collocation points, the systems of nonlinear algebraic equation are derived. We further solve the system of nonlinear algebraic equation using Maple 13 and thus obtain the coefficients of the generalized Taylor expansion. Illustrative examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
