A multilayer heterostructure composite thin films consisting of alternating layers (Pb0.76Ca0.24)TiO3 (PCT) and CoFe2O4 (CFO) were grown on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100) substrate by a sol–gel process. X-ray measurements indicated high quality of crystallization of both PCT and CFO layers. The magnetic and ferroelectric properties of the composite were investigated. Well-defined polarization vs. electric field (PE) and magnetic hysteresis (M-H) loops were obtained. A strong magnetoelectric (ME) response was observed in the sample which was subjected to an alternating magnetic field, and a high ME voltage coefficient αE = 870 mV/Oe cm was obtained for the composite thin films when applied magnetic field parallel to the sample plane.  相似文献

0引言 TiO2薄膜是众多氧化物半导体薄膜中研究最为广泛的一种材料.其表面的超亲水性和表面自清洁效应开辟了光催化薄膜功能材料的新的研究领域,已成为众多研究者研究的对象。但是如果薄膜仅由TiO2组成,当光照停止,水在TiO2薄膜表面的润湿角逐渐升高.并恢复原始状态。TiO2的禁带较宽,普通光线如太阳光等都不能将其激发.限制了其实际应用。因此如何使TiO2材料的光谱响应范围由紫外光反扩展到可见.光区一日如何更长时间地保持薄膜良好的亲水性是目前研究的重点。  相似文献

采用电化学方法制备Ag_2S/Ag_3PO_4/Ni复合薄膜,以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UVVis DRS)对薄膜的表面形貌、晶相结构、光谱特性及能带结构进行了表征,以罗丹明B为模拟污染物对薄膜的光催化活性和稳定性进行了测定,采用向溶液中加入活性物种捕获剂的方法对薄膜的光催化机理进行了探索。结果表明:最佳工艺制备的Ag_2S/Ag_3PO_4/Ni是由均匀的球形纳米颗粒构成的薄膜,其光催化活性明显优于纯Ag_3PO_4/Ni薄膜和纯Ag_2S/Ni薄膜,且在保持薄膜光催化活性基本不变的前提下可循环使用6次。提出了可见光下Ag_2S/Ag_3PO_4/Ni复合薄膜光催化降解罗丹明B的反应机理。  相似文献

Double-scale composite lead zirconate titanate Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 (PZT) thin films of 360 nm thickness were prepared by a modified composite sol-gel method. PZT films were deposited from both the pure sol and the composite suspension on Pt/Al2O3 substrates by the spin-coating method and were sintered at 650°C. The composite suspension formed after ultrasonic mixing of the PZT nanopowder and PZT sol at the powder/sol mass concentration 0.5 g mL−1. PZT nanopowder (≈ 40–70 nm) was prepared using the conventional sol-gel method and calcination at 500°C. Pure PZT sol was prepared by a modified sol-gel method using a propan-1-ol/propane-1,2-diol mixture as a stabilizing solution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that the thin films possess a single perovskite phase after their sintering at 650°C. The results of scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses confirmed that the roughness of double-scale composite PZT films (≈ 17 nm) was significantly lower than that of PZT films prepared from pure sol (≈ 40 nm). The composite film consisted of nanosized PZT powder uniformly dispersed in the PZT matrix. In the surface micrograph of the film derived from sol, large round perovskite particles (≈ 100 nm) composed of small spherical individual nanoparticles (≈ 60 nm) were observed. The composite PZT film had a higher crystallinity degree and smoother surface morphology with necklace clusters of nanopowder particles in the sol-gel matrix compared to the pure PZT film. Microstructure of the composite PZT film can be characterized by a bimodal particle size distribution containing spherical perovskite particles from added PZT nanopowder and round perovskite particles from the sol-matrix, (≈ 30–50 nm and ≈ 100–120 nm), respectively. Effect of the PZT film preparation method on the morphology of pure and composite PZT thin films deposited on Pt/Al2O3 substrates was evaluated.  相似文献

采用对向靶磁控溅射法在不同气压和Ar/O2流量比条件下, 以氟化SnO2 (FTO)导电玻璃为基底制备了多晶TiO2薄膜. 台阶仪测量结果显示所制备TiO2薄膜的平均厚度约为200 nm. 随着溅射气压的升高, TiO2薄膜由锐钛矿与金红石混晶结构转变为纯锐钛矿结构. 分别采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了不同气压和Ar/O2流量比对TiO2薄膜表面形貌的影响, 结果显示TiO2薄膜的表面粗糙度随溅射总气压和Ar/O2流量比的增加而增大. 以初始浓度为100×10-6 (体积分数)的异丙醇(IPA)气体为目标物检测所制备TiO2薄膜的光催化性能, 并分析该气相光催化反应的机理, 在紫外照射条件下异丙醇先氧化为丙酮再被氧化为CO2.当总溅射气压为2.0 Pa、Ar/O2流量比为1:1时, 溅射所得TiO2薄膜具备最优光催化活性并可在IPA降解反应中保持较高的催化活性和稳定性.  相似文献

Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si and interlayer/Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by radio frequency (r.f.) magnetron sputtering with a Pb1.1Zr0.53Ti0.47O3 target. The crystallization of the PZT thin films was formed only by substrate temperature. When interlayer (PbO/TiO2) was inserted between the PZT thin film and the Pt electrode, the grain growth and processing temperature of the PZT thin films were considerably improved. Compared to PZT/Pt structure, the dielectric constant and polarization properties of the PZT/interlayer/Pt structure were fairly improved. In particular, PZT/interlayer/Pt at the substrate temperature of 400 °C showed prevalent ferroelectric properties (r=475.97, tanδ=0.0591, Pr=23 μC/cm2). As a result of an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) depth-profile analysis, it was found that PZT/interlayer/Pt deposited only by substrate temperature without the post-annealing process via r.f. magnetron sputtering method remained independent of each other regardless of substrate temperatures.  相似文献

Thin films of La2Zr2O7 (LZO) are highly regarded as possible buffer layers in the coated conductor configuration. This report describes a new synthesis for thin crystalline LZO films, based on a largely water-based solution, mainly containing metal acetates, acetic acid and an organic amine-base: triethanolamine. Initially, a thin layer of amorphous material is deposited on the textured Ni-5 at%W substrate by means of dip-coating. Only by careful control of the thermal treatment can the layer be transformed into a crystalline layer. Important parameters in this respect are the heating rate and the dwell time. The amorphous gel is analysed by HR-TGA/DTA and HR-TEM. The textured layers are analysed by XRD, pole figures, RHEED, AFM and SEM.  相似文献

Multiferroic nanostructured composite thin films consisting of CoFe2O4 (CFO) and Pb1−xSrxTiO3 (PST; x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5) layers have been deposited on Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si and quartz substrates by using metallo-organic decomposition process and spin coating. The effect of Sr content on the multiferroic and optical properties have been investigated. The phase purity such as spinel structure of CFO and perovskite structure of PST has been verified by X-ray diffraction. Cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy images revealed clear interface between CFO and PST layers without any noticeable diffusion. The multiferroic properties of CFO/PST composite films have been confirmed by magnetic and ferroelectric hysteresis loops with low leakage current density. The residual strain sensitivity of multiferroic and optical properties has been observed in the composite films. The decrease in saturation magnetization and saturation polarization with increase in Sr content has been observed which could be attributed to the decrease in residual strain of CFO/PST composite films. The magnetic phase transition temperature of the CFO/PST composite films is also reduced. The optical refractive index decreases with increase of amount of Sr content. The photoluminescence spectra of the CFO/PST composite films possess a blue shift which can be attributed to the Pb and oxygen vacancies as localized sensitizing centers. We show that the multiferroic and optical properties of the CFO/PST composite films are highly sensitive to the heterostructure strains which can be controlled by Sr content.  相似文献

采用固相烧结法制备了纯相Li2MnO3正极材料及靶材,采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)法在氧气气氛、不同温度下沉积了Li2MnO3薄膜. 通过X射线衍射(XRD)和拉曼(Raman)光谱表征了薄膜的晶体结构,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察薄膜形貌及厚度,利用电化学手段测试了Li2MnO3薄膜作为锂离子电池正极材料性能. 结果表明,PLD 方法制备的纯相Li2MnO3薄膜随着沉积温度升高薄膜结晶性变好. 25 ℃沉积的薄膜难以可逆充放电,400 ℃沉积的薄膜具有较高的电化学活性和循环稳定性. 相对于粉末材料,400与600 ℃制备的Li2MnO3薄膜电极平均放电电位随着循环次数的衰减速率明显低于相应的粉体材料.  相似文献

采用一步电化学法在金属 Bi板上成功制备了 Bi OCl0.5Br0.5/Bi PO4双层异质结薄膜,并通过多种表征手段对薄膜的晶型结构、元素组成及化合价、形貌和尺寸特征、吸光性能和荧光强度进行了表征。结果表明,制备得到的复合薄膜呈现出上层为梭子状的 Bi PO4颗粒层分散在下层为 Bi OCl0.5Br0.5固溶体层的双层结构。这样的双层膜排列顺序使得光生电子和空穴在不同组分之间的界面电场作用下分别向薄膜两侧流动,促进光致载流子的分离,提高了 Bi OCl0.5Br0.5/Bi PO4复合薄膜的光催化活性。活性测试结果表明,在模拟太阳光照射 120 min 后,Bi OCl0.5Br0.5/Bi PO4复合薄膜对苯酚的降解率达到了 99.97%,是相同条件下制备的 Bi OCl/Bi PO4和 Bi O...  相似文献

Epitaxial growth and electron doping of 12CaO·7Al2O3 (C12A7) and 12SrO·7Al2O3 (S12A7) are reported. The C12A7 films were prepared on Y3Al5O12 (YAG) single-crystal substrates by pulsed laser deposition at room temperature and subsequent thermal crystallization. X-ray diffraction patterns revealed the films were grown epitaxially with the orientation relationship of (001)[100] C12A7 || (001)[100] YAG. For S12A7, pseudo-homoepitaxial growth was attained on the C12A7 epitaxial layer. Upon electron doping, metallic conduction was achieved in the C12A7 film and the S12A7/C12A7 double-layered films. Analyses of optical absorption spectra for the S12A7/C12A7 films provided the densities of free electrons in each layer separately. Hall measurements exhibited larger electron mobility in the S12A7/C12A7 film than those in C12A7 and S12A7 films, suggesting free electrons may be accumulated at the S12A7/C12A7 interface due presumably to a discontinuity of the cage conduction bands.  相似文献

Nano-sized Al2O3/polyimide (PI) hybrid films based on 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) were prepared by incorporation with different content of nano-sized Al2O3 via in situ polymerization. The TEM and SEM micrographs indicated that the Al2O3 particles were homogenously dispersed in the polyimide matrix by means of the ultrasonic treatment and the addition of coupling agent. The mechanical properties and thermal stability of the pure PI film can be improved by adequate addition of Al2O3. The PI hybrid film was strengthened and toughened simultaneously by the introduction of the well-dispersed Al2O3 particles. The PI hybrid films showed improved electrical aging performance as compared with pure PI film. Especially, the PI hybrid films with 10 wt.% of Al2O3 content exhibited obviously enhanced electrical aging performance with the time to failure of 3.4 times longer than that of pure PI film. The improved electrical aging performance of the hybrid film was attributed to the nano-sized Al2O3 particles highly dispersed in the hybrid film, which confirmed by the investigation of the morphology and the surface composition of PI hybrid film before and after electrical aging.  相似文献

Optically active polyurethane/titania/silica (LPU/TiO2/SiO2) multilayered core–shell composite microspheres were prepared by the combination of titania deposition on the surface of silica spheres and subsequent polymer grafting. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 was characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), SEM and TEM, and the infrared emissivity value (8–14 μm) was investigated in addition. The results indicated that titania and polyurethane had been successfully coated onto the surfaces of silica microspheres. LPU/TiO2/SiO2 exhibited clearly multilayered core–shell construction. The infrared emissivity values reduced along with the increase of covering layers thus proved that the interfacial interactions had direct influence on the infrared emissivity. Besides, LPU/TiO2/SiO2 multilayered microspheres based on the optically active polyurethane took advantages of the orderly secondary structure and strengthened interfacial synergistic actions. Consequently, it possessed the lowest infrared emissivity value.  相似文献

Al2O3 and TiO2 thin films were deposited by atomic layer deposition at 80-250 °C on various polymeric substrates such as polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and ethylenetetrafluoroethylene (ETFE). The films were studied with FESEM, EDX, XRD, contact angle measurements and adhesion tests. The film growth rates on the thermoplastics were close to the corresponding growth rates on Si substrates. The adhesion of the films was good on PEEK and poor on PTFE. All coated surfaces showed lower water contact angles than the uncoated thermoplastics. Furthermore, the water contact angles on all TiO2-coated surfaces decreased upon UV illumination, most efficiently with crystalline TiO2 coatings.  相似文献

Films of Y2O3, La2O3, and La2CuO4 were prepared by an ultrasonic nebulization and pyrolysis method using acetylacetonates of the corresponding metals in alcohol solvents as source materials. Homogeneous, uniform films with good adherence have been obtained using this simple technique. As-deposited yttrium and lanthanum oxide films were poorly crystallized. After postannealing in oxygen at higher temperature, they crystallized into cubic and hexagonal phases, respectively. Transparent yttrium and lanthanum oxide films have high electric breakdown voltages. Single phase polycrystalline La2CuO4 thin films were obtained from a source solution with a La:Cu ratio of 2:1.  相似文献

The clinopyroxene compounds LiFeSi2O6 and LiFeGe2O6 have been investigated by constant wavelength neutron diffraction at low temperatures and by bulk magnetic measurements. Both compounds are monoclinic, space group P21/c and do not exhibit a change in nuclear symmetry down to 1.4 and 5 K respective. However, they transform to a magnetically ordered state below 20 K. LiFeSi2O6 shows a simple magnetic structure with no indication of an incommensurate modulation. The magnetic space group is P21/c′ and the structure is described by a ferromagnetic coupling of spins within the infinite M1 chains of edge-sharing octahedra, while the coupling between these M1 chains is antiferromagnetic. The magnetic phase transition is accompanied by magnetostriction of the lattice when passing through the magnetic phase transition. The magnetic structure of LiFeGe2O6 is different to the silicate: the space group is and the magnetic unit cell doubled along the a-direction. Within the M1 chains spins are coupled antiferromagnetically, while the chain to chain coupling is antiferromagnetic when coupling goes via the GeB tetrahedron and ferromagnetic when it goes via the GeA tetrahedron.  相似文献

The composite films consisting of hydroxyapatite (HAP) submicron particles embedded in the gel composed of the titania nanoparticles were prepared on commercial Ti6A14V plates with titania buffer layer obtained by a spin-coating technique. The films were calcined in air at various temperatures, and the bioactivities of the films were investigated by immersing them in acellular simulated body fliud (SBF). X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Field emission-scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and Energy dispersive X-ray (EDS) analysis were employed to investigate the phase formation and structure of the films before and after immersion, and the variations of Ca and P contents in SBF were measured by Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy(ICP). The results show that the as-prepared films were dense, homogeneous, all well-crystallized, and there was a close interracial bond between the film and the substrate. The characterisatics of the grown layer on the surfaces of the HAP/TiO2 films after immersion in SBF for different periods of time are specially discussed.  相似文献
