通过16例人肺鳞癌和小细胞肺癌组织中表达蛋白的二维电泳分离和质谱分析,经数据库检索鉴定了53个蛋白,其中24个蛋白与肺癌发病机制相关,4个蛋白在其它癌症中有报道.表达呈现差异的蛋白点有44个,其中34个在表达量上有差异,10个蛋白在鳞癌和小细胞癌间表现为有和无的关系.蛋白功能分析提示人肺鳞癌与小细胞癌的蛋白质组表达存在差异,分析这些差异蛋白有利于肺癌分型及其生物标志物研究.  相似文献

The title compound, 2-( 4-fluorophenyl ) -2-oxo-1-( 1H-1, 2,4-triazol-1-yl ) ethyl morpholine-4-carbodithioate, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, 1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The title compound, N‘-( 4-methoxybenzylidene ) -2-( IH-1, 2,4-triazol-1-yl ) acetohydrazide, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS,^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound has a low antifungal activity.  相似文献

N'-(4-fluorobenzylidene)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)acetohydrazide was synthesized by the reaction of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde with 2-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl) acetohydrazide. The structure was confirmed via elemental analysis, MS,1H NMR, IR, and X-ray diffraction. It crystallized in a monoclinic system with space group P2 ( 1 ), a =0.4905(1) nm, b=0.8160(2) nm, c=1.4105(3) nm,β=93.33(3)°,Z=2, V=0.5636(2) nm3, Dc =1.457 Mg/m3,μ=0.112 mm-1 , F(000) =256, and final R1 =0. 0685. Several intermolecular hydrogen-bond interactions existed in the crystal structure, facilitating the stabilization of the compound.  相似文献

A series of title compounds 2 were efficiently synthesized via the condensation of 1-phenyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethanone oxime with various asymmetric thiophosphoryl chlorides in sodium hydroxide powder and acetonitrile system. The structures of title compounds 2 were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, EI-MS, and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassays indicated that the title compounds 2 possessed good to moderate insecticidal activity against aphides at the dosage of 250 mg/L, and some of them exhibited moderate fungicidal activities at the concentration of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

通过硫代水杨酸与(1-氯甲基)-1,2,4-三唑盐酸盐在碱性条件下的反应, 合成了2-[(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基硫代]苯甲酸. 利用该酸与(R3Sn)2O(R=Et, n-Bu, Ph), Cy3SnOH(Cy为环己基)或Et2SnO反应, 得到了5个有机锡羧酸酯. 用X射线单晶衍射测定了三正丁基锡2-[(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基硫代]苯甲酸酯的晶体结构. 在该化合物中, 锡为五配位的三角双锥结构. 该化合物通过三唑四位氮原子与锡配位, 形成一维链状配位高分子. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所有的有机锡化合物都表现出了明显的抗真菌活性.  相似文献

以广西的优势资源松香为原料, 脱氢松香酸与亚硫酰氯、硫氰化钾分别在回流条件下反应6 h和1.5 h, 得到脱氢松香酰异硫氰酸酯, 产率52%; 然后与胺在加热回流条件下反应1.5 h, 得到11种1-脱氢松香酰基-3-取代硫脲4, 产率63%~94%; 4a~4f 分别与水合肼在搅拌下回流反应3~6 h, 得到6种5-(脱羧脱氢松香-4-基)-3-芳氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑化合物5, 产率70%~94%; 所有化合物的结构均经IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和元素分析确认. 初步生物活性测试表明, 4e, 4f, 4j, 5b对枯草杆菌抑菌率较高, 特别是4j在浓度为50 mg/L时就达到较好效果; 4b, 4h, 4i, 5e在100 mg/L时对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果较好.  相似文献

以3,3-二甲基-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基)-2-丁酮肟为原料,经醚化、肼解及腙化3步反应得到(E)-N'-(取代苯亚甲基)-2-[(Z)-3,3-二甲基-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丁基-2-亚甲氨氧基]乙酰肼(3a~3u),化合物3与二乙酸碘苯(IBD)反应,合成了21个(Z)-3,3-二甲基-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-丁酮肟-(5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)甲基醚(4a~4u),化合物4的化学结构经核磁共振谱、高分辨质谱和元素分析确证.采用单晶X射线衍射仪测定了化合物4c的晶体结构.抑菌活性测试结果表明,在500 mg/L浓度下,化合物4k,4f,4j和4n对纹枯病菌的防效率分别为70.9%,60.2%,60.0%和60.6%;在25 mg/L浓度下,化合物4b,4c,4d和4e对菌核病菌的抑制率为71.8%~76.9%.  相似文献

根据氮唑类和苄胺类抗真菌药物的构效关系和作用机理,设计合成了23种1-[2-(N-甲基-N-取代苄基)氨基-2-(4-叔丁基苯基)乙基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑类化合物,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振谱分析证实.体外抑菌实验结果表明:目标化合物对常见的9种致病真菌均有一定活性,对浅表真菌活性优于深部真菌,其中化合物3,4,6,10,12,14和15对羊毛样小孢子菌具有较强的活性.  相似文献

The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. In this work, we present a simple way to achieve 4-arylselanyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from selenium-containing carbinols in a one-pot strategy. The selenium-containing carbinols were used as starting materials to produce a range of selanyl-triazoles in moderate to good yields, including a quinoline and Zidovudine derivatives. One-pot protocols are crucial to the current concerns about waste production and solvent consumption, avoiding the isolation and purification steps of the reactive terminal selanylalkynes. We could also isolate an interesting and unprecedented by-product with one alkynylselenium moiety connected to the triazole.  相似文献

A series of novel 1-glycosyl-4-{N-[(2'-morpholinethoxy)phenyl]aminomethyl}-1H-1,2,3-triazoles was designed and synthesized through a simple and efficient multistep synthetic method in good yields. The 1,2,3-triazole moiety acted as a single disubstituted ring and a linker between carbohydrates(D-glucose, D-galactose, maltose and lactose) and morpholine. The compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra(MS). Two different deprotection methods were discussed. The effects of compounds 5a, 5c and 6e on the intracellular calcium ion concentration([Ca2+]i) in the central neurons of S. exigua were well investigated by calcium imaging technique. The results demonstrated that compound 6e could elevate the calcium concentration in the glial cells, not in the neurons.  相似文献

A novel series of 1,2,3-triazolyl isoxazole derivatives is synthesized from the corresponding propargylated isoxazoles and a number of aryl azides by the Click reaction. The highest yields of the reaction are achieved in the presence of copper sulphate pentahydrate and sodium ascorbate, and using DMF:water (2:1) as a medium. The compounds structures are elucidated from various spectral data. Antimicrobial activity tests of the title compounds demonstrate their moderate to good results compared to the standard.

Abstract

A series of novel α-amino phosphonate derivatives containing both pyridine and 1,2,3-triazole moieties 4 were synthesized via a multi-step reaction. First, the condensation of 5-amino-1-[(6-chloropyridin-3-yl) methyl]-4-cyano-1H-1,2,3-triazole with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of magnesium perchlorate afforded imines 3 in moderate yields; second, imines 3 reacted with dialkyl phosphites or triphenyl phosphite to give the title compounds 4 in moderate to good yields. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data (IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, ESI-MS) and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay (in vitro) indicated that some of the title compounds 4 possessed moderate herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous plants (Brassica campestris L) at a concentration of 100 mg/L. However, compounds 4 did not exhibit herbicidal activities against Brassica campestris L at a concentration of 10 mg/L.

通过活性基团拼接的方法,将氨基甲酸酯结构和1H-1,2,4-三唑-5-胺有机结合,设计合成了一系列结构新颖的多取代1H-1,2,4-三唑-5-氨基甲酸酯类化合物(5和6),所有化合物的结构经核磁共振(NMR),红外光谱(IR),高分辨质谱(HRMS)及元素分析等方法确证.初步杀虫活性测定结果表明,大部分化合物对桃蚜[Myzus persicae(Sulzer)]具有良好的杀虫活性,致死率大于90%.精密毒力测试结果表明,化合物5b的半致死浓度(LC_(50))为9.49μg/m L,具有进一步研究开发的价值.抑菌活性初步测试结果表明该类化合物的抑菌活性一般,在50μg/m L浓度下少数化合物也表现出一定的离体抑菌活性.对此类化合物的构效关系进行了讨论.  相似文献

The title compound N-(5,7-dimethoxy-2H-[1,2,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidin-2- ylidene)-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propanamide 3 has been synthesized through using bromine as cyclic reagent in 66% isolated yield. Suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained by recrystallization from the mixture solvents at room temperature. Crystallographic data of 3: C32H28Ci4N8O9S2, Mr = 874.56, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.612(8), b = 14.084(6), c = 14.757(6) A, α = 90.00, β = 95.505(7), ), = 90.00°, Z = 4, V= 3850(3) A^3, Dc = 1.509 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1792, R = 0.0704, wR = 0.1454 and ° = 0.479 mm^-1. The title compound 3 was found to be effective in herbicidal activity.  相似文献
