The known alkaloid lepenine and the new diterpene alkaloid akirine have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum kirinense Nakai. To establish the structure of akirine, its spectral characteristics have been studied and an x-ray structural analysis has been made. It is 1α,8β-dihydroxy-16β-methoxy-9β,14β-methylenedioxy-3β,4β-epoxy-N-ethylaconitane — the first diterpene alkaloid with a lycoctonine skeleton containing a 9,14-methylenedioxy group and a β-oriented substituent at C14.  相似文献

The epigeal part ofAconitum barbatum gathered in the early vegetation period in the environs of Ulan-Bator has yielded delcosine, lycoctonine, songorine, and the new base bataconine. The structure of bataconine has been shown on the basis of spectral characteristics (IR, NMR, and mass spectra) and also of a correlation with the known alkaloid neoline.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbek SSR Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 237–239, March–April, 1988.  相似文献

The new C20-diterpene alkaloid acoridine has been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum coreanum (Levl.) Rapaics, and the structure of 14-hydroxy-2-propionylhetisine has been established for it on the basis of spectral characteristics. Acoridine is the first diterpene alkaloid esterified by propionic acid.Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 91–93, January–February, 1991.  相似文献

A new C20-diterpene alkaloid of the coryphine type has been isolated from the plantAconitum coreanum (Levl.) Rapaics, and it has been called coryphidine. Its structure has been established on the basis of an analysis of IR and1H and13C NMR spectra. This is the second diterpene alkaloid having a hexahydro-N-methylindole fragment at C-17. Coryphidine contains an imide grouping, which is unusual for a diterpene skeleton.Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 243–246, March–April, 1992.  相似文献

Total alkaloids ofAconitum tuberosumroots afforded neoline and two new alkaloids, tuberaconitine and tubermesaconitine. The structures of the new alkaloids were proved based on spectral data and chemical transformations from aconitine and mesaconitine  相似文献

The epigeal part ofAconitum talassicum M. Pop. has yielded, in addition to five alkaloids known previously, kobusine, pseudokobusine, and the new alkaloid actaline. The structure of the latter has been established on the basis of an x-ray structural analysis. Actaline is the first C20 diterpene alkaloid with a lycoctonine skeleton.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbek SSR Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Three new C-20 diterpene alkaloids (talassamine (I), talassimidine (II), and talassimine (III)) and the known alkaloid lappaconitine have been isolated from the epigeal part ofAconitum talassicum (Ranunculaceae). The structures of the new alkaloids proposed on the basis of spectral characteristics and chemical transformations have been confirmed by an x-ray structural analysis of talassimine.Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent.
