We introduce the generic central character of an irreducible discrete series representation of an affine Hecke algebra. Using this invariant we give a new classification of the irreducible discrete series characters for all abstract affine Hecke algebras (except for the types En(1){E_{n}^{(1)}} , n=6, 7, 8) with arbitrary positive parameters and we prove an explicit product formula for their formal degrees (in all cases).  相似文献

We give a detailed account of a combinatorial construction, due to Cherednik, of cyclic generators for irreducible modules of the affine Hecke algebra of the general linear group with generic parameter q.  相似文献

The bispectral quantum Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov (BqKZ) equation corresponding to the affine Hecke algebra H of type A N-1 is a consistent system of q-difference equations which in some sense contains two families of Cherednik’s quantum affine Knizhnik–Zamolodchikov equations for meromorphic functions with values in principal series representations of H. In this paper, we extend this construction of BqKZ to the case where H is the affine Hecke algebra associated with an arbitrary irreducible reduced root system. We construct explicit solutions of BqKZ and describe its correspondence to a bispectral problem involving Macdonald’s q-difference operators.  相似文献

We define exact functors from categories of Harish–Chandra modules for certain real classical groups to finite-dimensional modules over an associated graded affine Hecke algebra with parameters. We then study some of the basic properties of these functors. In particular, we show that they map irreducible spherical representations to irreducible spherical representations and, moreover, that they preserve unitarity. In the case of split classical groups, we thus obtain a functorial inclusion of the real spherical unitary dual (with “real infinitesimal character”) into the corresponding p-adic spherical unitary dual.  相似文献

In the present paper, we generalize the construction of the nil Hecke ring of Kostant–Kumar to the context of an arbitrary formal group law, in particular, to an arbitrary algebraic oriented cohomology theory of Levine–Morel and Panin–Smirnov (e.g., to Chow groups, Grothendieck’s \(K_0\) , connective \(K\) -theory, elliptic cohomology, and algebraic cobordism). The resulting object, which we call a formal (affine) Demazure algebra, is parameterized by a one-dimensional commutative formal group law and has the following important property: specialization to the additive and multiplicative periodic formal group laws yields completions of the nil Hecke and the 0-Hecke rings, respectively. We also introduce a formal (affine) Hecke algebra. We show that the specialization of the formal (affine) Hecke algebra to the additive and multiplicative periodic formal group laws gives completions of the degenerate (affine) Hecke algebra and the usual (affine) Hecke algebra, respectively. We show that all formal affine Demazure algebras (and all formal affine Hecke algebras) become isomorphic over certain coefficient rings, proving an analogue of a result of Lusztig.  相似文献

We introduce the spin Hecke algebra, which is a q-deformation of the spin symmetric group algebra, and its affine generalization. We establish an algebra isomorphism which relates our spin (affine) Hecke algebras to the (affine) Hecke-Clifford algebras of Olshanski and Jones-Nazarov. Relation between the spin (affine) Hecke algebra and a nonstandard presentation of the usual (affine) Hecke algebra is displayed, and the notion of covering (affine) Hecke algebra is introduced to provide a link between these algebras. Various algebraic structures for the spin (affine) Hecke algebra are established.  相似文献

We define a higher level version of the affine Hecke algebra and prove that, after completion, this algebra is isomorphic to a completion of Webster's tensor product algebra of type A. We then introduce a higher level version of the affine Schur algebra and establish, again after completion, an isomorphism with the quiver Schur algebra. An important observation is that the higher level affine Schur algebra surjects to the Dipper-James-Mathas cyclotomic q-Schur algebra. Moreover, we give nice diagrammatic presentations for all the algebras introduced in this paper.  相似文献

We study a class of representations called ‘calibrated representations’ of the rational and trigonometric double affine Hecke algebras of type GLn. We give a realization of calibrated irreducible modules as spaces of coinvariants constructed from integrable modules over the affine Lie algebra gl?m. We also give a character formula of these irreducible modules in terms of a generalization of Kostka polynomials. These results are conjectured by Arakawa, Suzuki and Tsuchiya based on the conformal field theory. The proofs using recent results on the representation theory of the double affine Hecke algebras will be presented in the forthcoming papers. To cite this article: T. Suzuki, C. R. Acad. Sci. We prove that the cell modules of the affine Temperley-Lieb algebra have the same composition factors, when regarded as modules for the affine Hecke algebra of type A, as certain standard modules which are defined homologically. En route, we relate these to the cell modules of the Temperley-Lieb algebra of type B, which provides a connection between Temperley-Lieb algebras on n and n−1 strings. Applications include the explicit determination of some decomposition numbers of standard modules at roots of unity, which in turn has implications for certain Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials associated with nilpotent orbit closures. The methods involve the study of the relationships among several algebras defined by concatenation of braid-like diagrams and between these and Hecke algebras. Connections are made with earlier work of Bernstein-Zelevinsky on the “generic case” and of Jones on link invariants.  相似文献

We propose a notion of algebra of twisted chiral differential operators over algebraic manifolds with vanishing 1st Pontrjagin class. We show that such algebras possess families of modules depending on infinitely many complex parameters, which we classify in terms of the corresponding algebra of twisted differential operators. If the underlying manifold is a flag manifold, our construction recovers modules over an affine Lie algebra parameterized by opers over the Langlands dual Lie algebra. The spaces of global sections of “smallest” such modules are irreducible [^(\mathfrakg)]{{\hat{{\mathfrak{g}}}}} -modules, and all irreducible \mathfrakg{{\mathfrak{g}}} -integrable [^(\mathfrakg)]{{\hat{{\mathfrak{g}}}}} -modules at the critical level arise in this way.  相似文献

We conjecture an explicit bound on the prime characteristic of a field, under which theWeyl modules of affine sl2 and the minimal series modules of Virasoro algebra remain irreducible, and Goddard-Kent-Olive coset construction for affine sl2 is valid.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish connections between the first extensions of simple modules and certain filtrations of of standard modules in the setting of graded Hecke algebras. The filtrations involved are radical filtrations and Jantzen filtrations. Our approach involves the use of information from the Langlands classification as well as some deeper understanding on some structure of some modules. Such module arises from the image of a Knapp-Stein type intertwining operator and is a quotient of a generalized standard module. As an application, we compute the Ext-groups for irreducible modules in a block for the graded Hecke algebra of type C 3, assuming the truth of a version of Jantzen conjecture.  相似文献

We express the multiplicities of the irreducible summands of certain tensor products of irreducible integrable modules for an affine Kac-Moody algebra over a simply laced Lie algebra as sums of multiplicities in appropriate excellent filtrations (Demazure flags). As an application, we obtain expressions for the outer multiplicities of tensor products of two fundamental modules for \(\widehat {\mathfrak {sl}}_{2}\) in terms of partitions with bounded parts, which subsequently lead to certain partition identities.  相似文献

Given a quiver, a fixed dimension vector, and a positive integer n, we construct a functor from the category of D-modules on the space of representations of the quiver to the category of modules over a corresponding Gan–Ginzburg algebra of rank n. When the quiver is affine Dynkin, we obtain an explicit construction of representations of the corresponding wreath product symplectic reflection algebra of rank n. When the quiver is star-shaped, but not finite Dynkin, we use this functor to obtain a Lie-theoretic construction of representations of a “spherical” subalgebra of the Gan–Ginzburg algebra isomorphic to a rational generalized double affine Hecke algebra of rank n. Our functors are a generalization of the type A and type BC functors from [1] and [4], respectively.  相似文献

Let k be a field and q a nonzero element in k such that the square roots of q are in k. We use Hq to denote an affne Hecke algebra over k of type G2 with parameter q. The purpose of this paper is to study representations of Hq by using based rings of two-sided cells of an affne Weyl group W of type G2. We shall give the classification of irreducible representations of Hq. We also remark that a calculation in [11] actually shows that Theorem 2 in [1] needs a modification, a fact is known to Grojnowski and Tanisaki long time ago. In this paper we also show an interesting relation between Hq and an Hecke algebra corresponding to a certain Coxeter group. Apparently the idea in this paper works for all affne Weyl groups, but that is the theme of another paper.  相似文献

We compute the cohomology of modules over the algebra of twisted chiral differential operators over the flag manifold. This is applied to (1) finding the character of G-integrable irreducible highest weight modules over the affine Lie algebra at the critical level, and (2) computing a certain elliptic genus of the flag manifold. The main tool is a result that interprets the Drinfeld–Sokolov reduction as a derived functor.  相似文献

This paper has two main purposes. Firstly, we generalise Ram’s combinatorial construction of calibrated representations of the affine Hecke algebra to the multi-parameter case (including the non-reduced BC n case). We then derive the Plancherel formulae for all rank 1 and rank 2 affine Hecke algebras, using our calibrated representations to construct all representations involved.  相似文献

In this paper, we will fully describe the irreducible representations of the crystallographic rank two affine Hecke algebras using algebraic and combinatorial methods, for all possible values of q. The focus is on the case when q is a root of unity of small order.  相似文献

We construct irreducible representations of affine Khovanov–Lauda–Rouquier algebras of arbitrary finite type. The irreducible representations arise as simple heads of appropriate induced modules, and thus our construction is similar to that of Bernstein and Zelevinsky for affine Hecke algebras of type A. The highest weights of irreducible modules are given by the so-called good words, and the highest weights of the ‘cuspidal modules’ are given by the good Lyndon words. In a sense, this has been predicted by Leclerc.  相似文献
