The A1, O, AlO, A12O, Al2O2, WO2, and WO3, partial pressures in the vapor over Al2O3 in a tungsten Knudsen effusion cell between 2300 and 2600 K were derived from A1+, O+, AlO+, A12O+, Al2O2+, WO2+, and WO3+, ion intensities. The mass spectrometer was calibrated against the equilibrium constant of the WO3(g) = WO2(g) + O(g) reaction. Refined values of the ionization cross sections of AlO and A12O2 were used in the partial pressure calculations. The enthalpies of atomization of aluminum suboxides were determined to be

Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solutions with 0, 4, 7, 10 and 20 mol% of corundum were synthesized using a high-pressure/high-temperature apparatus
and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction.
Calorimetric measurements were carried out using DSC-111 (Setaram). Heat capacity was measured by the enthalpy method in a
temperature range of 260–340 K, near magnetic phase transition in pure Cr2O3 (305 K). Magnetic contribution into the heat capacity was derived and found to change irregularly with the composition. 相似文献

using monometallic and bimetallic catalysts (5% Rh/Al2O3, 5% Rh-0.5% Cu/Al2O3, 5% Rh-1.5% Cu/Al2O3, 5% Rh-5% Cu/Al2O3 and a physical mixture of 5% Rh/Al2O3 and 1.5% Cu/Al2O3) was studied in a slurry reactor operating at atmospheric pressure. Kinetic measurements were performed for a low concentration
of nitrate (0.4 × 10−3−3.2 × 10−3 mol dm−3) and the temperature range 293–313 K. From the experimental data, it was found that the reduction of nitrate is first order
with respect to nitrate. On the basis of the rate constants, the apparent activation energy was established using a graphic
method.

La2Mo2O9 samples were prepared from freeze-dried powder precursors and characterized by XRD, TG/DTA, SEM, electrical and electrochemical measurements. Pellets with different density were obtained by sintering at temperatures between 900 and 1100 °C to obtain nearly dense samples with grain sizes in the range 1–8 m. The electrical conductivity was measured using impedance spectroscopy. The capacitance and relaxation frequencies of the main contributions to the spectra were used to ascribe the contributions of grain interiors and internal interfaces, and their temperature dependence. A coulometric titration technique was used to evaluate the change of oxygen stoichiometry under moderately reducing conditions, and to estimate the stability limits under strongly reducing conditions. An ion-blocking method was used to evaluate the onset of n-type conductivity, and a combination of these results with total conductivity measurements was used to obtain the ionic transport number. Quantum chemical calculations of the [Mo3S7(Et2dtc)3](Et2dtc) complex in different solvents are performed. It is shown that the binding energy between the cluster [Mo3S7(Et2dtc)3]+ cation and the outersphere (Et2dtc)? anion exponentially decreases with increase in the solvent dielectric permittivity. By DOSY NMR it is determined that in chloroform, the cationic and anionic moieties of the complex form an associate (contact ion pair), while in strongly polar dimethyl sulfoxide these moieties move independently of one another. 相似文献

Certain stages of the classical procedure for preparing aluminum-platinum catalysts, whose understanding is important from both the basic and practical viewpoints, are considered on the molecular level. Properties of both participants (active component precursor solution and oxide surface) are shown to be inhomogeneous, which can affect interaction of the components at the fixing stage. Existing views (and their evolution) on the mechanism of adsorption of platinum complexes from aqueous solutions on aluminum oxide surface are discussed. The role of chemical processes on the stage of fixing precursor on the electronic and structural properties of the supported metal is demonstrates. Strong metal-support interaction is shown to endow platinum with specific adsorption and catalytic properties in hydrocarbon transformation reactions. 相似文献

Biodiesel containing almost no glycerol has been produced by coupling reaction carried out over K2CO3 supported by calcium oxide as solid base catalysts. The solid base catalysts synthesized by wet impregnation exhibit an exceedingly high activity in biodiesel production. It was found that the reaction time required for the highest yield of biodiesel, 99.2%, can be shortened to 30 min over K2CO3/Al2O3 under the optimum reaction conditions: 8: 1: 1 molar ratio of methanol/DMC/oil, 30 wt % K2CO3/Al2O3 catalyst, and 65°C reaction temperature. Solid basic catalysts examined in the study were characterized by BET surface area, XRD, CO2-TPD, and SEM techniques. The strong interaction between K2CO3 and the support yields a new basic active site, which can be probably responsible for the high activity of K2CO3/Al2O3. 相似文献

Thick aluminum oxide films are prepared on Al plates by anodizing. On the ceramic surface thus obtained a very thin Ag film
is deposited via vacuum thermal evaporation. The Ag/Al2O3/Al samples prepared are irradiated by Nd:YAG laser through a suitable metal mask in order to remove the top metal film in
the exposed areas. Thus, a negative silver image of the copied mask is obtained. Further, the samples are processed in Ni
electroless chemical bath activated by the rest of silver. All processing steps are studied by scanning electron microscopy
(SEM). EDS X-ray mapping is applied to study the final distribution of Al and Ni in the processed areas. In addition, the
DC conductivity of the fabricated Ni wires obtained is measured. The proposed new method for selective chemical deposition
of electroconductive Ni onto laser microstructured Ag/Al2O3/Al samples is simple, versatile and not restricted to the metal/ceramic system studied as well as to the electroless deposited

We show a feasibility of preparing a highly homogeneous composite gel (CG) based on hydrolysis products of Al2O3-ZrO2 salts. Со-Мо/Al2O3 and Ni-W/Al2O3 catalysts were tested in hydrotreating of light cycle oil from catalytic cracking, of the straight-run gasoil, and of their mixture under typical hydrotreating conditions used in industry. The catalysts prepared using PMo12 and PW12 heteropoly acids exhibit high catalytic activity. The Со-Мо/Al2O3 catalyst is more active in hydrodesulfurization and hydrogenation of olefin and diene hydrocarbons, whereas the Ni-W/Al2O3 catalysts are more active in hydrogenation of mono- and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Comparison of the quality characteristics of the hydrogenizates obtained with the requirements of the technical regulations shows that the required levels of the sulfur content and cetane number of the hydrogenizates at practically accessible process parameters can be reached for mixtures of the straight-run gasoil and light cycle oil from catalytic cracking with high content of the latter component only when the process with the Со-Мо/Al2O3 system and Ni-W/Al2O3 catalysts is performed in two steps. 相似文献

Applying of the most toxic halogenated and aromatic flame retardants is limited with respect to the environmental requirements. Nontoxic Al(OH)3 nanoparticles were synthesized via a simple surfactant-free precipitation reaction at room temperature. The effect of various precipitation-agents on the morphology of the products was investigated. Al(OH)3 nanoparticles were added to the polysulfone and poly styrene (PS) matrices. Electron microscope images show excellent dispersion of aluminium hydroxide in PS matrix. Nanoparticles appropriately enhanced both thermal stability and flame retardant property of the polymeric matrices. The enhancement of flame retardancy is due to endothermic decomposition of Al(OH)3 that absorbs heat and simultaneously releases of water (makes combustible gases diluted and cold). Dispersed nanoparticles play the role of a barrier layer against flame, oxygen and polymer volatilization. Al(OH)3 was converted to Al2O3 and its photo-catalyst property in degradation three different organic dyes as pollutants was investigated. 相似文献

Isonicotinato cadmium(II) complex [Cd(C6H4NO2)2(H2O)4] has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic-spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Density functional theory (DFT) method calculations of the structure, atomic charges distribution, electronic spectra, natural population analysis and the thermodynamic properties at different temperatures have been performed. The calculated results show the electronic transitions are mainly derived from the contribution of bands π → π* and the decomposition of the title compound should first occur at the bond of Cd—O, then at the bond of Cd—N, which agrees very well with the experimental data. 相似文献
