A hybrid material of palladium supported on diaminoglyoxime‐functionalized Fe3O4 was used as an effective and recyclable catalyst in Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions. The catalyst was very effective for the Mizoroki–Heck reaction of aryl halides with styrene and conversion was in most cases excellent. The yields of the products were in the range 75–98%. The catalyst showed good stability and could be recovered and reused for six reaction cycles without significant leaching and loss its catalytic activity. An effective approach of one‐pot catalytic Strecker reaction between aromatic aldehydes, aniline or toluidine and trimethylsilyl cyanide in the presence of amine‐functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles grafted with gallic acid (GA) as a powerful catalyst was developed. The fabricated reusable catalyst demonstrated high efficiency in the synthesis of α‐aminonitriles along with facile work‐up procedure. Fe3O4@SiO2‐NH2‐GA was characterized by Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy image, vibrating‐sample magnetometer curve, energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

A protocol is introduced for the preparation of a new cage‐like Pd–Schiff base organometallic complex supported on Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@Schiff‐base‐Pd). The structure of the nanomagnetic catalyst was comprehensively characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller measurements, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray mapping, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. In the second stage, the catalytic activity of this catalyst was studied in the Suzuki and Heck cross‐coupling reactions in water as a green solvent. In this sense, simple preparation of the catalyst from commercially available materials, high catalytic activity, simple operation, short reaction times, high yields and use of green solvent are some advantages of this protocol. Finally, the nanocatalyst was easily recovered, using an external magnet, and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic efficiency. In addition, the stability of the catalyst after recycling was confirmed using SEM, XRD and FT‐IR techniques.  相似文献

A new magnetically reusable nanosolid, Fe3O4@PPCA@Pd(0) (PPCA = piperidine‐4‐carboxylic acid), as a versatile and highly effective catalyst was fabricated and characterized using transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive spectroscopies and vibrating sample magnetometry. This nanosolid shows great catalytic activity for the synthesis of biphenyl compounds in short reaction times and with high yields. The magnetic character of this catalyst allows retrieval and multiple uses without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity. Our system not only solves the basic problems of catalyst separation and recovery, but also the reactions can be performed in green media. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We describe the synthesis of a novel Fe3O4/amidoxime (AO)/Pd nanocatalyst by grafting of AO groups on Fe3O4 nanoparticles and subsequent deposition of Pd nanoparticles. Prior to grafting of AO, the 2‐cyanoethyl‐functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles prepared through combining 2‐cyanoethyltriethoxysilane and Fe3O4 were treated with hydroxylamine. The AO‐grafted Fe3O4 nanoparticles were then used as a platform for the deposition of Pd nanoparticles. The catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, vibrating sample magnetometry, wavelength‐ and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies and inductively coupled plasma analysis. Fe3O4/AO/Pd is novel phosphine‐free recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for Sonogashira reactions. Interestingly, the novel catalyst could be recovered in a facile manner from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnet device and recycled seven times without any significant loss in activity. Novel Pd nanoparticles were prepared in five successive stages: 1) preparation of the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs), 2) coating of Fe3O4 MNPs with SiO2 (Fe3O4@SiO2), 3) functionalization of Fe3O4@SiO2 with 3‐chloropropyltrimethoxy‐ silane (CPTMS) ligand (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS), 4) further functionalization with 3,5‐diamino‐1,2,4‐triazole (DAT) ligand (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS @DAT), and 5) the complexation of Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS@DAT with PdCl2 (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS@ DAT@Pd). Then, the obtained Pd nano‐catalyst characterized by different methods such as the elemental analysis (CHN), FT‐IR, XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM, TG‐DTA and VSM. Finally, the Pd catalyst was applied for the synthesis of various 2‐imino‐3‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrobenzo[d]oxazol‐5‐ols.  相似文献

Fe3O4@SiO2@propyltriethoxysilane@o‐phenylendiamine as an environmentally‐benign functionalized silica‐coated magnetic organometallic nanomaterial has been synthesized and characterized by Fourier transforms infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analyses. Then, its catalytic activity was investigated for the one‐pot three‐component condensation reaction between dimedone, malononitrile and various substituted aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding 2‐amino‐4H‐chromene derivatives under mild reaction conditions. This nanocatalyst can be easily recovered from the reaction mixture by using a magnet and reused for at least five times without significant decrease in catalytic activity.  相似文献

The influence of ring size ( 5 or 6 ), chain length ( 1 , 2 or 3 ) and bulkiness of N‐aryl substituents in amine‐bridged bis(phenol) ligands ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) on palladium‐catalyzed aqueous C‐C coupling reactions were revealed. The homocoupling of arylboronic acid can be completed in neat water with the aid of a catalytic amount of p‐toluenesulfonyl chloride (TsCl) in a very short time under anaerobic or aerobic conditions. Interestingly, the same catalytic system was efficient for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction in aqueous acetone under aerobic conditions in the absence of TsCl. The crystal structures of ligand 1 and three unsymmetrical fluorine‐substituted biaryl derivatives were also reported. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The present work describes the use of Pd(0)‐ S‐propyl‐2‐aminobenzothioate Complex immobilized onto functionalized magnetic nanoporous MCM‐41(Fe3O4@MCM‐41@Pd‐SPATB) as efficient and recyclable nano‐organometallic catalyst for C–C bond formation between various aryl halides with phenylboronic acid (Suzuki reaction), aryl halides with triphenyltin chloride (Stille reaction), and aryl halides with n‐butyl acrylate (Heck reaction). All the reactions were carried out in PEG‐400 as green solvent with short reaction time and good to excellent yields. This catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR spectroscopy, XRD, TGA, VSM, ICP‐OES, TEM, EDX and SEM techniques. Ease of operation, high efficiency, recovery and reusability for five continuous cycles without significant loss of its catalytic activities or metal leaching are the noteworthy features of the currently employed heterogeneous catalytic system.  相似文献

A strategy has been developed for the synthesis, characterization and catalysis of magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd core‐shell structure supported catalyst. The P(GMA‐EGDMA) polymer layer was coated on the surface of hollow magnetic Fe3O4 microspheres through the effect of KH570. The core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA) modified by ‐NH2 could be grafted with HPG. Then, the hyperbranched glycidyl (HPG) with terminal ‐OH were modified by ‐COOH and adsorbed Pd nanoparticles. The hyperbranched polymer layer not only protected the Fe3O4 magnetic core from acid–base substrate corrosion, but also provided a number of functional groups as binding sites for Pd nanoparticles. The prepared catalyst was characterized by UV–vis, TEM, SEM, FTIR, TGA, ICP‐OES, BET, XRD, DLS and VSM. The catalytic tests showed that the magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd catalyst had excellent catalytic performance and retained 86% catalytic efficiency after 8 consecutive cycles.  相似文献

l ‐Proline has been successfully anchored on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles and characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. These nanoparticles as a chiral catalyst have been employed to promote the direct asymmetric Mannich reaction. The corresponding products are obtained in high yields with high level of diastereoselectivity (up to 99:1 dr) in the presence of Fe3O4– l ‐proline. Also this heterogeneous catalyst can be recovered easily and reused many times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A Pd(II) salen complex anchored to multi‐walled carbon nanotubes showed excellent catalytic activity and stability for the Mizoroki–Heck and Hiyama cross‐couplings of aryl halides with olefins and phenylsiloxanes. Furthermore, the heterogeneous catalyst could be reused up to four times with the catalytic activity being recovered easily after simple manipulations. Palladium supported on silica–chitosan hybrid material was prepared and characterized using thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric analyses, scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies. The prepared Pd‐CS@SiO2 catalyst (1 mol%) was used for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides and arylboronic acids in 95% ethanol at 80 °C and the Mizoroki–Heck reaction in dimethylformamide at 110 °C using K2CO3 as a base. The developed catalyst is well suitable for the 3R approach (recoverable, robust, recyclable) for cross‐coupling reactions without appreciable loss of its activity. Eight heteroleptic palladium complexes containing both N‐heterocyclic carbenes and NH‐heterocycle azoles (pyrazole and indazole) were synthesized and characterized, and their structures were unambiguously confirmed using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Further investigation of the complexes as catalysts in the Suzuki–Miyaura reaction and Buchwald–Hartwig amination revealed good reactivities for aryl chlorides.  相似文献

We have developed green, efficient and powerful protocols for the preparation of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines and 1,8‐dioxodecahydroacridines in the presence of Fe3O4@TiO2@O2PO2(CH2)2NHSO3H as a sulfonic acid‐functionalized titana‐coated magnetic nanoparticle catalyst under mild and solvent‐free reaction conditions. These protocols furnished the desired products in short reaction times with good to high yields (20–40 min and 80–86% in the case of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines; 15–90 min and 80–93% in the case of 1,8‐dioxodecahydroacridines). The final step of the mechanistic route in the synthesis of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines proceeds via an anomeric‐based oxidation. Also, the nanomagnetic core–shell catalyst can be recycled and reused in both cases of the scrutinized one‐pot multicomponent reactions with high turnover number and turnover frequency.  相似文献

Polyethersulfone (PES) and poly(1‐vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) were used to prepare ultrafiltration membranes with grafted Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2). The structure of synthesized PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 was confirmed by FT‐IR and SEM analysis. Physical properties of blend membranes such as thermal resistance, Tensile strength, water uptake, and hydrophilicity were also investigated. Blended membranes of PES/PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 have exhibited higher thermal resistance due to increasing the modified nanoparticle content. The hydrophilicity of the synthesized PES/PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 membranes also improved by increasing the PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 content. As expected, increasing the hydrophilicity of blended membrane, caused enhancement of fouling resistance in membranes. Results showed that the content of PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 has different effects on the properties of synthesized composite membranes. Despite increasing the content of PVP‐g‐Fe3O4@SiO2 has a negative effect on elongation, positive effects on maximum stress was observed. Moreover, the water uptake of synthesized membranes was significantly enhanced in comparison to other similar studies.  相似文献

New polymer supported Cu(II) complexes based on an epoxy functionalized gel type resin were prepared using the multi‐stage procedures. The reactions of epoxy groups with ethylenediamine or tris(2‐aminoethyl)amine, and then NH2 groups with salicylaldehydes were used for the preparation of a series of amine‐imine functionalized polymer supports. Copper(II) acetate was used as a source of metal ions. The complexes were characterized using ICP‐OES, FTIR, DR UV–Vis and TGA techniques, and tested as catalysts in two model C‐N and a series of A3 coupling reactions. Their catalytic activity was rather low in the C‐N coupling reactions between imidazole and iodobenzene or phenylboronic acid. However, the second of the reactions could be conducted effectively under milder conditions. The complexes were efficient used as recyclable catalysts in the A3 coupling reactions. A series of aromatic aldehydes and secondary amines and phenylacetylene could be coupled using 1% mol catalyst.  相似文献

In this work, biosynthesized Fe3O4@Ni nanoparticles using Euphorbia maculata aqueous have been used as effective catalysts in the synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted benzo[b]furan derivatives using three component coupling of aldehydes, secondary amines and alkynes (A3 coupling reaction). Using novel nanoscale materials, the current green, practical and economical method leads to short reaction times and high yields. The biosynthesized catalyst was also successfully employed in the Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions of various aryl halides with phenylacetylene. The best performance was observed using just 20 mg of the catalyst and ethanol as a green solvent. The developed protocol provides easy workup, short reaction times and good to excellent product yields. Furthermore, since the composite is highly stable, an external permanent magnet can be easily used for separating the catalyst. Thus, the catalyst can be recycled several times without considerable loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Phosphinated polymer‐incarcerated (PI) Pd catalysts were prepared by immobilization of palladium with phosphinated polymers by using the PI method. The phosphinated PI Pd catalysts showed good catalytic activity without externally added phosphine ligands in the amination of aryl halides for C N bond‐forming reactions, as well as in Suzuki–Miyaura and Sonogashira coupling. No leaching of palladium from the immobilized Pd was observed by fluorescence X‐ray analysis. Furthermore, it was found that immobilization of Pd by the PI process facilitated the suppression of poisoning of the metal by amines. These effects can be ascribed to stabilization of the catalyst by both the phosphine moieties and the benzene rings in the swollen polymer support. The phosphinated PI Pd catalysts could also be recovered by simple filtration and reused several times without leaching of palladium in both the amination and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions.  相似文献
