A one‐pot, two‐step synthesis of α‐O‐, S‐, and N‐substituted 4‐methylquinoline derivatives through Cu‐catalyzed aerobic oxidations of N‐hydroxyaminoallenes with alcohols, thiols, and amines is described. This reaction sequence involves an initial oxidation of N‐hydroxyaminoallenes with NuH (Nu=OH, OR, NHR, and SR) to form 3‐substituted 2‐en‐1‐ones, followed by Brønsted acid catalyzed intramolecular cyclizations of the resulting products. Our mechanistic analysis suggests that the reactions proceed through a radical‐type mechanism rather than a typical nitrone‐intermediate route. The utility of this new Cu‐catalyzed reaction is shown by its applicability to the synthesis of several 2‐amino‐4‐methylquinoline derivatives, which are known to be key precursors to several bioactive molecules.  相似文献

An efficient proline‐catalyzed synthesis of 4,5‐disubstituted‐N‐sulfonyl‐1,2,3‐triazoles has been accomplished from 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds and sulfonyl azides. The developed reaction is suitable for various symmetrical and unsymmetrical 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds, tolerates various functional groups and affords 4,5‐disubstituted‐N‐sulfonyl‐1,2,3‐triazoles in good yield with excellent regioselectivity. Rhodium‐catalyzed denitrogenative functionalization of 4,5‐disubstituted‐N‐sulfonyl‐1,2,3‐triazoles further demonstrates their utility in organic synthesis.  相似文献

A stereospecific synthesis of (2S)3‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)propane‐1,2‐diol from D ‐mannitol has been developed. The reaction of 2,3‐O‐isopropylidene‐D ‐glyceraldehyde with 2,4,5‐trifluorophenylmagnesium bromide gave [(4R)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxolan‐4‐yl](2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)methanol in 65% yield as a mixture of diastereoisomers (1 : 1). The Ph3P catalyzed reaction of the latter with C2Cl6 followed by reduction with Pd/C‐catalyzed hydrogenation gave (2S)‐3‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)propane‐1,2‐diol with >99% ee and 65% yield.  相似文献

The regioselective reactions of luminol with 1,3‐cyclohexanedione (or malononitrile) and aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by 2‐1′‐methylimidazolium‐3‐yl‐1‐ethyl sulfate were developed to synthesize 7‐amino‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐indazolo[2,1‐b]phthalazine‐1,6,11(13H)‐triones and 3,9‐diamino‐5,10‐dihydro‐5,10‐dioxo‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐2‐carbonitriles in good to excellent yields in short times.  相似文献

A regiospecific approach to each N‐methyl‐5‐(1H‐indol‐2‐yl)‐6,7‐dihydro‐2H‐indazole isomer is reported. The 1‐methyl isomer 1 was prepared from 5‐bromo‐1‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydro‐1H‐indazole 3 and indole‐2‐boronate 5 by palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling. The 2‐methyl regioisomer 2 was synthesized via addition of lithium (1‐carboxylato‐1H‐indole‐2‐yl)lithium 6 with 2‐methyl‐2,4,6,7‐tetrahydro‐indazol‐5‐one 8 followed by acid catalyzed dehydration.  相似文献

(E )‐δ‐Boryl‐substituted anti ‐homoallylic alcohols are synthesized in a highly diastereo‐ and enantioselective manner from 1,1‐di(boryl)alk‐3‐enes and aldehydes. Mechanistically, the reaction consists of 1) palladium‐catalyzed double‐bond transposition of the 1,1‐di(boryl)alk‐3‐enes to 1,1‐di(boryl)alk‐2‐enes, 2) chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed allylation of aldehydes, and 3) palladium‐catalyzed geometrical isomerization from the Z to E isomer. As a result, the configurations of two chiral centers and one double bond are all controlled with high selectivity in a single reaction vessel.  相似文献

In the present study, a new (E)‐rich‐enyne π‐conjugated polymer containing a carbazole was designed and synthesized. Two different synthesis methods of poly[N‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐3,6‐carbazolyleneethynylene‐(E)‐vinylene] (PCZEV) have been prepared from 3,6‐diethynyl‐9(2‐ethylhexyl)carbazole by using the palladium‐carbene‐catalyzed reaction and/or by using the organolanthanide‐catalyzed reaction leading to well‐defined polymer, and their general properties were studied. Compared to poly[N‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐3,6‐carbazolyleneethynylene] (PCE), the UV‐vis absorption and photoluminescence of the PCZEV was red‐shifted, which indicates the extension of conjugation length. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A nickel‐catalyzed arylation at the carbon center of o‐carborane cages has been developed, thus leading to the preparation of a series of 1‐aryl‐o‐carboranes and 1,2‐diaryl‐o‐carboranes in high yields upon isolation. This method represents the first example of transition metal catalyzed C,C′‐diarylation by cross‐coupling reactions of o‐carboranyl with aryl iodides.  相似文献

Spirocyclic C‐arylglycosides were synthesized from the appropriately protected δ‐gluconolactones. Addition of lithium acetylide followed by glycosylation with 3‐(trimethylsilyl)propargyl alcohol converted the δ‐gluconolactones into silylated diynes. After desilylation, subsequent ruthenium‐catalyzed cycloaddition of the resultant diynes with alkynes or chloroacetonitrile gave spirocyclic C‐arylglycosides in good yields and selectivity. This strategy was also extended to the synthesis of spirocyclic C‐arylribosides from the known γ‐ribonolactone derivative. Moreover, silver‐catalyzed iodination of the sugar diynes followed by ruthenium‐catalyzed cycloaddition with acetylene delivered spirocyclic C‐iodophenylglycosides and ‐ribosides, which were subjected to palladium‐catalyzed C? C bond‐forming reactions and copper‐catalyzed coupling with nitrogen heterocycles to lead to various derivatives.  相似文献

Twenty‐two 3‐alkyl‐4‐hydroxy‐1H‐pyrrol‐2(5H)‐ones were prepared and underwent Mn(III)‐catalyzed aerobic oxidation in the presence of 1,1‐diarylethenes to produce very stable crystalline 6‐alkyl‐8‐aza‐4,4‐diaryl‐1‐hydroxy‐2,3‐dioxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonan‐7‐ones in high yields.  相似文献

A novel Cu(OAc)2·H2O catalyzed coupling reaction of N‐substituted‐2‐iodobenzamides with malononitrile to afford N‐substituted‐3‐amino‐4‐cyano‐isoquinoline‐1(2H)‐ones is described. The reaction proceeded in DMSO at 90°C for 5 h in nitrogen without external ligands.  相似文献

A concise synthesis of α‐benzylidene‐γ‐methyl‐γ‐butyrolactones 5a – g from substituted benzaldehydes is described. Compounds 1a – g on reaction with phosphorane 2 , provide the pentenoates 3a – g , which can be hydrolyzed to the acids 4a – g . The latter are cyclized to the corresponding butyrolactones 5a – g in excellent yields. The pentenoates 3a – g , on acid catalyzed cyclization, also provide 5a – g in very high yields.  相似文献

A palladium‐catalyzed intramolecular α‐arylation of an amide in the presence of a bulky chiral N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand is the key step in the first catalytic synthesis of (3R)‐6‐chloro‐3‐(3‐chlorobenzyl)‐1,3‐dihydro‐3‐(3‐methoxyphenyl)‐2H‐indol‐2‐one ((R)‐ 5 ). This oxindole, in racemic form, had been shown previously to be an anticancer agent. (R)‐ 5 was obtained with an overall yield of 45% and with 96% enantioselectivity.  相似文献

Optically active αhydroxyphosphinates with both C‐ and P‐stereogenic centers are obtained by rhodium‐ or iridium‐catalyzed substrate‐directed stereoselective addition of the optically pure H‐phosphinates to aldehydes.
