An effective one‐pot, convenient process for the synthesis of 1‐ and 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles from nitriles and amines is described using1,4‐dihydroxyanthraquinone–copper(II) supported on Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic porous nanospheres as a novel recyclable catalyst. The application of this catalyst allows the synthesis of a variety of tetrazoles in good to excellent yields. The preparation of the magnetic nanocatalyst with core–shell structure is presented by using nano‐Fe3O4 as the core, tetraethoxysilane as the silica source and poly(vinyl alcohol) as the surfactant, and then Fe3O4@SiO2 was coated with 1,4‐dihydroxyanthraquinone–copper(II) nanoparticles. The new catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, thermogravimetric analysis, vibration sample magnetometry, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherm analysis and inductively coupled plasma analysis. This new procedure offers several advantages such as short reaction times, excellent yields, operational simplicity, practicability and applicability to various substrates and absence of any tedious workup or purification. In addition, the excellent catalytic performance, thermal stability and separation of the catalyst make it a good heterogeneous system and a useful alternative to other heterogeneous catalysts. Also, the catalyst could be magnetically separated and reused six times without significant loss of catalytic activity. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A strategy has been developed for the synthesis, characterization and catalysis of magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd core‐shell structure supported catalyst. The P(GMA‐EGDMA) polymer layer was coated on the surface of hollow magnetic Fe3O4 microspheres through the effect of KH570. The core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA) modified by ‐NH2 could be grafted with HPG. Then, the hyperbranched glycidyl (HPG) with terminal ‐OH were modified by ‐COOH and adsorbed Pd nanoparticles. The hyperbranched polymer layer not only protected the Fe3O4 magnetic core from acid–base substrate corrosion, but also provided a number of functional groups as binding sites for Pd nanoparticles. The prepared catalyst was characterized by UV–vis, TEM, SEM, FTIR, TGA, ICP‐OES, BET, XRD, DLS and VSM. The catalytic tests showed that the magnetic Fe3O4/P(GMA‐EGDMA)‐NH2/HPG‐COOH‐Pd catalyst had excellent catalytic performance and retained 86% catalytic efficiency after 8 consecutive cycles.  相似文献

Polydopamine‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles synthesized through a facile solvothermal reaction and the self‐polymerization of dopamine have been employed as a magnetic solid‐phase extraction sorbent to enrich four phenolic compounds, bisphenol A, tetrabromobisphenol A, (S)‐1,1′‐bi‐2‐naphthol and 2,4,6‐tribromophenol, from environmental waters followed by high‐performance liquid chromatographic detection. Various parameters of the extraction were optimized, including the pH of the sample matrix, the amount of polydopamine‐coated Fe3O4 sorbent, the adsorption time, the enrichment factor of analytes, the elution solvent, and the reusability of the nanoparticles sorbent. The recoveries of these phenols in spiked water samples were 62.0–112.0% with relative standard deviations of 0.8–7.7%, indicating the good reliability of the magnetic solid‐phase extraction with high‐performance liquid chromatography method. In addition, the extraction characteristics of the magnetic polydopamine‐coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles were elucidated comprehensively. It is found that there are hydrophobic, π–π stacking and hydrogen bonding interactions between phenols and more dispersible polydopamine‐coated Fe3O4 in water, among which hydrophobic interaction dominates the magnetic solid‐phase extraction performance.  相似文献

α‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles are uniformly coated on the surface of α‐MoO3 nanorods through a two‐step hydrothermal synthesis method. As the anode of a lithium‐ion battery, α‐Fe2O3@α‐MoO3 core–shell nanorods exhibit extremely high lithium‐storage performance. At a rate of 0.1 C (10 h per half cycle), the reversible capacity of α‐Fe2O3@α‐MoO3 core–shell nanorods is 1481 mA h g?1 and a value of 1281 mA h g?1 is retained after 50 cycles, which is much higher than that retained by bare α‐MoO3 and α‐Fe2O3 and higher than traditional theoretical results. Such a good performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect between α‐Fe2O3 and α‐MoO3, the small size effect, one‐dimensional nanostructures, short paths for lithium diffusion, and interface spaces. Our results reveal that core–shell nanocomposites have potential applications as high‐performance lithium‐ion batteries.  相似文献

Urea‐based ionic liquid stabilized on silica‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, {Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3‐Urea‐SO3H/HCl}, as an unexceptionable and smooth releasing urea fertilizer in alkali soils was synthesized and fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, atomic force microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The nanostructure catalyst as a novel, green and efficient catalyst was applied for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methane derivatives via the condensation reaction between 2‐methylindole and aldehydes at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. Also, pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidinone derivatives were prepared in the presence of the nanomagnetic urea‐based catalyst by the one‐pot three‐component condensation reaction of 1,3‐dimethylbarbituric acid, aldehydes and malononitrile under solvent‐free conditions at 60 °C. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the synthesis of urea‐based ionic liquid stabilized on silica‐coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. So the present work can open up a new and promising insight in the course of rational design, synthesis and applications of task‐specific fertilizer‐based nanomagnetic ionic liquids with desirable properties as unexceptionable substances for sustainable processes. An advanced novel magnetic ionic liquid based on imidazolium tagged with ferrocene, a supported ionic liquid, is introduced as a recyclable heterogeneous catalyst. Catalytic activity of the novel nanocatalyst was investigated in one‐pot three‐component reactions of various aldehydes, malononitrile and 2‐naphthol for the facile synthesis of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4H‐pyran derivatives under solvent‐free conditions without additional co‐catalyst or additive in air. For this purpose, we firstly synthesized and investigated 1‐(4‐ferrocenylbutyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate, [FcBuMeIm][OAc], as a novel basic ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid. This ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid was then linked to silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 to afford a novel heterogeneous magnetic nanocatalyst, namely [Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐Fc][OAc]. The synthesized novel catalyst was characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, and transmission and field emission scanning electron microscopies. Combination of some unique characteristics of ferrocene and the supported ionic liquid developed the catalytic activity in a simple, efficient, green and eco‐friendly protocol. The catalyst could be reused several times without loss of activity.  相似文献

A novel nanomagnetic basic catalyst of caesium carbonate supported on hydroxyapatite‐coated Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@HAP‐Cs2CO3) was prepared. This new catalyst was fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometry techniques, and then the catalytic activity of this catalyst was investigated in the synthesis of 1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐dione derivatives. Also, Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@HAP‐Cs2CO3 could be reused at least five times without significant loss of activity and could be recovered easily by applying an external magnet. Thus, the developed nanomagnetic catalyst is potentially useful for the green and economic production of organic compounds. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this research, green procedure was employed for biosynthesis of magnetic nanoparticles of iron oxide (Fe3O4‐MNPs) by reduction of ferric chloride solution with Orange peel water extract. Also, dihydro‐2H‐cyclopenta[d][1,3]oxazole was generated through multicomponent reaction of 1,3‐oxazole‐2(3H)‐thione, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, α‐haloketones, and Fe3O4‐MNPs as catalyst at ambient temperature in good yield. Initially, 1,3‐oxazole‐2(3H)‐thione derivatives as one of the precursors are produced through the reaction of alkyl bromides, isothiocyanate, sodium hydride, and Fe3O4‐MNPs as catalyst water at ambient temperature in 83–95% yields. Also, diphenyl‐picrylhydrazine radical trapping and ferric reduction activity potential assays are used for evaluation of antioxidant activity of some synthesized compounds. Among investigated compounds, 4b has good power for radical trapping activity and 4d has good reduction power to butylated hydroxytoluene and 2‐tert‐butylhydroquinone.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of l ‐arginine‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 particles (Fe3O4@l ‐arginine) proves they are a novel magnetic catalyst without the use of heat and reflux for the synthesis of 1,3‐diaryl‐2‐N‐azaphenalene derivatives and n‐acyl‐1,3‐diaryl‐2‐N‐azaphenylene derivatives in a one‐pot pseudo‐five‐component condensation reaction of compounds of 2,7‐naphthalene diol, aldehydes, and ammonia derivatives (ammonium acetate or ammonium hydrogen phosphate) and solvent (water and alcohol) with high yield and short reaction times, economical, and simple workup. The structure and magnetic properties of the obtained nanoparticles were characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM). The results demonstrated that the average size of the synthesized magnetite nanoparticles is about 21 nm. In addition, the heterogeneous catalyst can be easily recovered magnetically and can be reused for further runs without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Semicarbazide functionalized with chlorosulfonic acid on the surface of silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles, {Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3Semicarbazide‐SO3H/HCl}, as a novel magnetic Brønsted acid catalyst according to the aims of green chemistry was synthesized and fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron, transmission electron and atomic force microscopies and thermogravimetric analysis. The capability and excellent activity of this nanoparticle catalyst were exhibited in the synthesis of two series of compounds with important biological activities, namely 3,3′‐(arylmethylene)bis(4‐hydroxycoumarin) and 1‐carbamato‐alkyl‐2‐naphthol derivatives, under mild, green and solvent‐free conditions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study of the synthesis and application of {Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3Semicarbazide‐SO3H/HCl} as Brønsted acid solid magnetic nanoparticles. Consequently the present study can open up a novel and promising intuition in the sequence of logical design, synthesis and applications of task‐specific Brønsted acid magnetic nanoparticle catalyst with favourable properties as a full‐fledged efficient material for sustainable approaches. A novel Prussian blue (PB)‐Fe3O4 composite has been prepared for the first time by self‐template method using PB as the precursor. According to this method, Fe3O4 nanoparticles distributed uniformly on the surface of PB cube. The feed ratio of sodium acetate to PB has been proved to be a key factor for magnetic properties and electro‐catalysis properties of the composite. Under the experimental conditions, the saturation magnetization value (Ms) of PB‐Fe3O4–2 composite was 22 emug?1, while the Ms value of other samples reduced. The composites also showed a good peroxidase‐like activity for the oxidation of substrate 3,3,5,5‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in the presence of H2O2. The catalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide capacity was PB‐Fe3O4–1> PB‐Fe3O4–2> PB‐Fe3O4–3> PB‐Fe3O4–0, which confirmed the Fe(II) centres in PB surface and Fe3O4 nanoparticles had synergistic effect on catalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

We have developed green, efficient and powerful protocols for the preparation of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines and 1,8‐dioxodecahydroacridines in the presence of Fe3O4@TiO2@O2PO2(CH2)2NHSO3H as a sulfonic acid‐functionalized titana‐coated magnetic nanoparticle catalyst under mild and solvent‐free reaction conditions. These protocols furnished the desired products in short reaction times with good to high yields (20–40 min and 80–86% in the case of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines; 15–90 min and 80–93% in the case of 1,8‐dioxodecahydroacridines). The final step of the mechanistic route in the synthesis of 2,4,6‐triarylpyridines proceeds via an anomeric‐based oxidation. Also, the nanomagnetic core–shell catalyst can be recycled and reused in both cases of the scrutinized one‐pot multicomponent reactions with high turnover number and turnover frequency.  相似文献

Sensitive and rapid detection of multiple analytes and the collection of components from complex samples are important in fields ranging from bioassays/chemical assays, clinical diagnosis, to environmental monitoring. A convenient strategy for creating magnetically encoded luminescent CdTe@SiO2@n Fe3O4 composite nanoparticles, by using a layer‐by‐layer self‐assembly approach based on electrostatic interactions, is described. Silica‐coated CdTe quantum dots (CdTe@SiO2) serve as core templates for the deposition of alternating layers of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles and poly(dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride), to construct CdTe@SiO2@n Fe3O4 (n=1, 2, 3, …?) composite nanoparticles with a defined number (n) of Fe3O4 layers. Composite nanoparticles were characterized by zeta‐potential analysis, fluorescence spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, and transmission electron microscopy, which showed that the CdTe@SiO2@n Fe3O4 composite nanoparticles exhibited excellent luminescence properties coupled with well‐defined magnetic responses. To demonstrate the utility of these magnetically encoded nanoparticles for near‐simultaneous detection and separation of multiple components from complex samples, three different fluorescently labeled IgG proteins, as model targets, were identified and collected from a mixture by using the CdTe@SiO2@n Fe3O4 nanoparticles.  相似文献

The Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs) were modified with 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐diol and the relevant Co complex (Fe3O4@Phendiol@Co) synthesized as a nano‐magnetic heterogeneous catalyst to be used for the N ‐formylation of various amines at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. Also, in order to find the better concept of the catalyst role, the N ‐formylation reaction was carried out by the use of ultrasound irradiation in the absence of the Co nano‐catalyst and the results were compared. The catalyst characterized by different methods such as the elemental analysis (CHN), ICP, FT‐IR, XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM, TG‐DTA, VSM and XPS. In addition, the antioxidant and the antibacterial activities of the Fe3O4@Phendiol@Co nano‐catalyst and its Phendiol ligand were in vitro screened by 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging and disc diffusion methods. Results showed that they possess strong antioxidant activity (IC50; 0.182 ± 0.006 mg/ml) and good antibacterial potential in comparison to standards.  相似文献

A robust, safe and magnetically recoverable palladium catalyst was synthesized by anchoring Pd(II) onto ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid‐coated Fe3O4 (Fe3O4@EDTA) magnetic nanoparticles. The Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticle‐supported Pd(II)–EDTA complex catalyst thus obtained was characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopies, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry, X‐ray diffraction, and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies. Fe3O4@EDTA–Pd(II) was screened for the Suzuki reaction and reduction of nitro compounds in water. The Pd content of the catalyst was measured to be 0.28 mmol Pd g?1. In addition, the Fe3O4@EDTA–Pd catalyst can be easily separated and recovered with an external permanent magnet. The anchored solid catalyst can be recycled efficiently and reused five times with only a very slight loss of catalytic activity. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

An amino‐functionalized silica‐coated Fe3O4 nanocomposite (Fe3O4@SiO2/APTS) was synthesized. The Fe3O4@SiO2 microspheres possessed a well‐defined core–shell structure, uniform sizes and high magnetization. An immobilized ruthenium nanoparticle catalyst (Fe3O4@SiO2/APTS/Ru) was obtained after coordination and reduction of Ru3+ on the Fe3O4@SiO2/APTS nanocomposite. The Ru nanoparticles were not only ultra‐small with nearly monodisperse sizes but also had strong affinity with the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2/APTS. The obtained catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic performance for the hydrogenation of a variety of aromatic nitro compounds, even at room temperature. Moreover, Fe3O4@SiO2/APTS/Ru was easily recovered using a magnetic field and directly reused for at least five cycles without significant loss of its activity.  相似文献

Butane‐1‐sulfonic acid immobilized on magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2‐Sultone) was easily prepared via direct ring opening of 1,4‐butanesultone with nanomagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2. The prepared reagent was characterized and used for the efficient promotion of the synthesis of barbituric acid and pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidine derivatives. All reactions were performed under mild and completely heterogeneous reaction conditions affording products in good to high yields. The catalyst is easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation and can be reused at least eight times without significant loss in activity.  相似文献

To address the obstacles facing the use of palladium‐based homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts in C─C cross‐coupling reactions, a novel semi‐heterogeneous support was developed based on hyperbranched poly(ethylene glycol)‐block ‐poly(citric acid)‐functionalized Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@PCA‐b ‐PEG). Because of the surface modification of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with amphiphilic and hyperbranched polymers (PCA‐b ‐PEG), these hybrid materials are not only soluble in a wide range of solvents (e.g. water, ethanol and dimethylformamide) but also are able to trap Pd2+ ions via complex formation of free carboxyl groups of the PCA dendrimer with metal ions. The reduction of trapped palladium ions in the dendritic shell of Fe3O4@PCA‐b ‐PEG leads to immobilized palladium nanoparticles. The morphology and structural features of the catalyst were characterized using various microscopic and spectroscopic techniques. The catalyst was effectively used in the palladium‐catalysed Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction in water as a green solvent. In addition, the catalyst can be easily recovered from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnetic field and reused for more than ten consecutive cycles without much loss in activity, exhibiting an example of a sustainable and green methodology.  相似文献

This paper reports a green magnetic quasiheterogeneous efficient palladium catalyst in which Pd0 nanoparticles have been immobilized in self‐assembled hyperbranched polyglycidole (SAHPG)‐coated magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4‐SAHPG‐Pd0). This catalyst has been used for effective ligandless Pd catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of different aryl halides with substituted boronic acids at room temperature and in aqueous media. Herein, SAHPG is used as support; it also acts as a reducing agent and stabilizer to promote the transformation of PdII to Pd0 nanoparticles. Also, this environmental friendly quasiheterogeneous catalyst is employed for the first time in the synthesis of new pyrimido[4,5‐b]indoles via oxidative addition/C? H activation reactions on the pyrimidine rings, which were obtained with higher yield and faster than when Pd(OAc)2 was used as the catalyst. Interestingly, the above‐mentioned catalyst could be recovered in a facile manner from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnet device and recycled several times with no significant decrease in the catalytic activity.  相似文献

This is the first report of supporting zinc cation on ƛ‐carrageenan/Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. The structural and magnetic properties of this hybrid (Zn2+/ƛ‐carrageenan/Fe3O4 nanoparticles) were identified using various techniques. This green and efficient catalytic system was applied in the synthesis of biologically important quinolines. The products were obtained in good to high yields (52–95%) from a one‐pot reaction procedure involving aromatic aldehydes, enolizable aldehydes and aniline derivatives. Our method has many advantages such as mild reaction conditions, easy work‐up, use of a reusable magnetic catalyst and high yields of products.  相似文献
