提出了采用双波长自由载流子吸收技术同时测量半导体材料载流子体寿命和前表面复合速率的方法.通过数值模拟,定性分析了不同载流子体寿命和前表面复合速率对信号的影响,同时对测量参数的可接受范围和不确定度进行计算并与传统频率扫描自由载流子吸收方法测量结果进行比较.结果表明:提出的双波长自由载流子吸收方法可明显减小载流子体寿命和前表面复合速率的测量不确定度,提高参数测量精度;表面杂质和缺陷越多的样品,其前表面复合速率测量不确定度越小.进一步分析表明,此现象与不同波长激光抽运产生的过剩载流子浓度分布不同有关. 相似文献

Four bulk polycrystalline samples of gold were subjected to different polishing treatments using diamond pastes of grain size 10, 6, 3 and 1 μm. The effect of surface roughness on the optical constants n and k is studied by 45° angle-of-incidence ellipsometry at 632.8 nm. Results for n and k are extrapolated to the case of an ideal surface which we believe to be highly representative of gold. Comparison with published results for the optical constants of gold thin films is presented. 相似文献

The surface composition of as-grown and annealed ZnO nanorods arrays (ZNAs) grown by a two-step chemical bath deposition method has been investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XPS confirms the presence of OH bonds and specific chemisorbed oxygen on the surface of ZNAs, as well as H bonds on surfaces which has been first time observed in the XPS spectra. The experimental results indicated that the OH and H bonds play the dominant role in facilitating surface recombination but specific chemisorbed oxygen also likely affect the surface recombination. Annealing can largely remove the OH and H bonds and transform the composition of the other chemisorbed oxygen at the surface to more closely resemble that of high temperature grown ZNAs, all of which suppresses surface recombination according to time-resolved photoluminescence measurements. 相似文献

This paper presents the influence of Ar8+ and O6+ ion implantation on the recombination parameters of n and p type Si samples. These parameters were determined from the fitting of theoretical characteristics to the experimental photothermal radiometric (PTR) characteristics. We found that with the increasing ion implantation doses (i) the changes of the bulk recombination lifetimes and the carrier diffusivity were not observed; (ii) the increasing of the surface recombination velocities and the parameter A were observed. This paper also proves that it is possible to interpret the experimental PTR characteristics with a relatively simple effective model of a PTR signal. 相似文献

采用AMPS-1D程序模拟分析了前后接触少子复合速率以及吸收层的厚度和少子迁移率对非晶硅/单晶硅异质结太阳电池光伏性能的影响.模拟发现,与太阳电池的前接触少子复合速率相比,背接触少子复合速率对太阳电池光伏性能的影响更为显著.吸收层单晶硅的厚度对太阳电池光伏性能的影响要受到单晶硅隙间缺陷态密度以及背接触少子复合速率的制约.当背接触复合占主要地位时,吸收层越厚电池的转换效率越高;当吸收层隙间缺陷复合占主要地位时,电池的转换效率在某一厚度处达到峰值.吸收层的少子迁移率对太阳电池性能的影响,也要受到背接触少子复合速率的制约.当背接触复合速率较低时,少子迁移率越大,电池的转换效率越高;当背接触复合速率较高时,少子迁移率越小,电池的转换效率越高. 相似文献

The generation, and stability of nanobubbles are of particular interest for fundamental research and have potential application in numerous fields. Several attempts were made in the literature to produce nanobubbles through acoustic cavitation. However, the generation and stability mechanisms of nanobubbles in the acoustic field are unclear. Here, we review the effect of ultrasound parameters on bulk nanobubbles and surface nanobubbles. On this basis, we discuss the proposed generation and stability mechanisms of nanobubbles from the perspective of transient and stable acoustic cavitation. Moreover, we propose some future research directions for a deeper understanding of the role of ultrasound in the generation and stability of nanobubbles. 相似文献

Velocity of ultrasound waves has proved to be a useful indicator of bone biomechanical competence. A detailed understanding of the dependence of ultrasound parameters such as velocity on bone characteristics is a key to the development of bone quantitative ultrasound (QUS). The objective of this study is to investigate the relative contributions of porosity and mineralized matrix properties to the bulk compressional wave velocity (BCV) along the long bone axis. Cross-sectional slabs from the diaphysis of four human femurs were included in the study. Seven regions of interest (ROIs) were selected in each slab. BCV was measured in through-transmission at 5 MHz. Impedance of the mineralized matrix (Zm) and porosity (Por) were obtained from 50 MHz scanning acoustic microscopy. Por and Zm had comparable effects on BCV along the bone axis (R = −0.57 and R = 0.72, respectively). 相似文献

Based on simple analytical equations, short circuit current density
(JSC) of the organic bulk heterojunction solar cells has
been calculated. It is found that the optical interference effect
plays a very important role in the determination of JSC;
and obvious oscillatory behaviour of JSC was observed as a
function of thickness. At the same time, the influence of the
carrier lifetime on JSC also cannot be neglected. When the
carrier lifetime is relatively short, JSC only increases at
the initial stage and then decreases rapidly with the increase of
active layer thickness. However, for a relatively long carrier
lifetime, the exciton dissociation probability must be considered,
and JSC behaves wave-like with the increase of active layer
thickness. The validity of this model is confirmed by the

In c-Si solar cells, surface recombination velocity increases as the wafer thickness decreases due to an increase in surface to volume ratio. For high efficiency, in addition to low surface recombination velocity at the rear side, a high internal reflection from the rear surface is also required. The SiOxNy film with low absorbance can act as rear surface reflector. In this study, industrially feasible SiO2/SiOxNy stack for rear surface passivation and screen printed local aluminium back surface field were used in the cell structure. A 3 nm thick oxide layer has resulted in low fixed oxide charge density of 1.58 × 1011 cm−2 without parasitic shunting. The oxide layer capped with SiOxNy layer led to surface recombination velocity of 155 cm/s after firing. Using single layer (SiO2) rear passivation, an efficiency of 18.13% has been obtained with Voc of 625 mV, Jsc of 36.4 mA/cm2 and fill factor of 78.7%. By using double layer (SiO2/SiOxNy stack) passivation at the rear side, an efficiency of 18.59% has been achieved with Voc of 632 mV, Jsc of 37.6 mA/cm2, and fill factor of 78.3%. An improved cell performance was obtained with SiO2/SiOxNy rear stack passivation and local BSF. 相似文献

Monitoring blood flow velocity could have great value for biomedical research and clinical diagnostics. One of current restrictions to determine flow velocity by the use of Doppler optical coherence tomography (Doppler OCT) is that the Doppler angle should be predefined. However, from a practical point of view, it is not easy to predetermine Doppler angle for a flow beneath the tissue surface. In this work, a novel method for measuring both flow velocity and Doppler angle simultaneously by the use of Doppler OCT is proposed and demonstrated. Based on Doppler spectrum analysis, this technique measures both longitudinal and transverse components of flow velocity by detecting its Doppler shift and Doppler bandwidth to determine velocity and Doppler angle simultaneously. Such a technique extends flow velocity measurement into a broadening practical use of Doppler OCT where Doppler angle would not need to be predefined, for example, blood flow beneath the tissue surface. Therefore, with this technique, Doppler OCT could be applied to more practical diagnoses of microcirculation. 相似文献

We first recall the main linear optical properties of semiconductor-doped glasses in the strong confinement regime. We then discuss the origin of the photodarkening effect and its consequences on the luminescence and absorption spectra. Photodarkening and, at high excitation intensity, Auger processes strongly modify carrier recombination as studied by time-resolved luminescence measurements. This is further supported by using nonlinear optical techniques such as optical phase conjugation. We finally recall the origin of the nonlinear response of such media in the resonant regime and the size dependence of the corresponding figure of merit. 相似文献

The optical speckle-displacement correlation (OSDC) technique was developed to increase the reliability of surface displacement field recovery near stress concentrators. The performance of optical speckle correlators based on joint transform correlator (JTC) architecture and a joint power spectrum (JPS) nonlinear filtering (median thresholding, adaptive median thresholding, ring median thresholding) is studied by using computer models of these correlators. The design of hybrid joint transform speckle correlator is detailed. Example results of correlation signal using computer models of digital speckle correlation and OSDC techniques and created hybrid joint transform speckle correlator setup are described. 相似文献

Under the influence of the external transverse electric fields, the effective mass and optical properties of armchair-edge silicene nanoribbons (ASiNRs) are investigated using the first-principles based on density functional theory (DFT). The results show that, comparing without the external transverse electric fields, the band gaps decrease monotonously, and the effective masses of the electrons and holes change non-monotonously with the absolute value of the electric fields, respectively. The total density of states (DOS) shows that, under the external electric fields, 9-ASiNR exhibits p-type semiconductor characters. Because of the obvious difference of the imaginary parts between the//x and//y directions, 9-ASiNR shows an optical anisotropy. In//x direction, the peaks of the dielectric function have evident red shift which are all associated with the electrons transition between Si 3p orbit and Si 3p, 3s orbits. 相似文献

利用激光衍射对液体表面张力和毛细波波速与温度的关系进行了研究.当激光斜入射到毛细波上,观察到稳定的、清晰的衍射图样,运用光栅衍射理论对该实验现象进行了分析,测量了不同温度下蒸馏水的表面张力和毛细波波速,用最小二乘法对实验数据进行拟合,给出了表面张力和毛细波波速与温度的解析关系,发现表面张力和毛细波波速随着温度的增加而减小,并和温度呈近似线性关系.根据其机理,建立了激光衍射法实时的和非接触的测量不同温度下液体表面张力和毛细波波速的方法. 相似文献

Density, ultrasonic velocity, surface tension, excess volume and viscosity of quaternary non-electrolyte solution n-pentane+tolune+n-heptane+cyclohexane has been experimentally determined at 25 °C over a wide range of composition. Assuming a quaternary fluid solution to be made of six binaries, a statistical approach of Prigogine–Flory–Patterson (PFP) theory has been extended to develop the expressions for dynamic viscosity, surface tension excess volume and ultrasonic velocity of quaternary fluid system. A reasonable agreement has been achieved between theory and experiment. An attempt has also bee made to explain the nature of molecular interactions involved in the light of excess thermodynamic functions whose sign and magnitude depend upon the chain length and size of the component fluids and also studied the role of order breakers (toluene and cyclohexane) on these properties. 相似文献

Pure and tin doped zinc oxide (Sn:ZnO) thin films were prepared for the first time by NSP technique using aqueous solutions of zinc acetate dehydrate, tin (IV) chloride fendahydrate and methanol. X-ray diffraction patterns confirm that the films are polycrystalline in nature exhibiting hexagonal wurtzite type, with (0 0 2) as preferred orientation. The structural parameters such as lattice constant (‘a’ and ‘c’), crystallite size, dislocation density, micro strain, stress and texture coefficient were calculated from X-ray diffraction studies. Surface morphology was found to be modified with increasing Sn doping concentration. The ZnO films have high transmittance 85% in the visible region, and the transmittance is found to be decreased with the increase of Sn doping concentration. The corresponding optical band gap decreases from 3.25 to 3.08 eV. Room temperature photoluminescence reveals the sharp emission of strong UV peak at 400 nm (3.10 eV) and a strong sharp green luminescence at 528 nm (2.34 eV) in the Sn doped ZnO films. The electrical resistivity is found to be 106 Ω-cm at higher temperature and 105 Ω-cm at lower temperature. 相似文献

Titanium oxide inorganic ion exchange material was synthesized by hydrolysis with water and ammonia solution. Structural feature of the synthesized titanium oxide was analyzed using X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence and infrared spectrometer technique. Tentative formula of titanium oxide was determined and written as TiO2·0.58H2O. Titanium oxide films were deposited on glass substrates by means of an electron beam evaporation technique at room temperature from bulk sample. The films were annealed at 250, 350, 450, and 550 °C temperatures. Transmittance, reflectance, optical energy gap, refractive index and extinction coefficient were investigated. The transmittance values of 85% in the visible region and 88% in the near infrared region have been obtained for titanium oxide film annealed at 550 °C. Kubelka-Munk function was used to evaluate the absorption coefficient which was used to determine the optical band gap. It was found that the optical band gap increases with increasing annealing temperature whereas the refractive index and extinction coefficient decreases. 相似文献

The drop casting technique has been successfully used to deposit highly uniform and good adhesion rhodamine B (Rh.B) thin films. The structural and morphological properties of Rh.B were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The molecular structure and electronic transitions of Rh.B were investigated by Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) spectra, respectively. The calculated Stokes shift between the excitation and emission of Rh.B reflects the displacement in potential surface between the ground and the excited states. The important absorption parameters such as molar extinction coefficient (εmolar), the oscillator strength (f), and the electric dipole strength (q2) were also reported. The analysis of the spectral behavior of the absorption coefficient in the intrinsic absorption region reveals an indirect allowed transition with a band gap of 1.97 eV and associated phonons of 75 meV. The dispersion of the refractive index is discussed in terms of the single oscillator Wemple-Didomenico (WD) model. The single oscillator energy (Eo), the dispersion energy (Ed), the high frequency dielectric constant (ε∞), the lattice dielectric constant (εL) and the ratio of the free charge carrier concentration to the effective mass (N / m?) were estimated. From the optical constants analysis, the optical conductivity, volume and surface energy loss functions could also be calculated. 相似文献
