The existence of a shear homogeneous plane wave trapped by a strip domain moving uniformly in a tetragonal ferroelectric crystal is demonstrated. Using the nonrelativistic quasistatic approximation and a change to the moving frame of reference, the solution is obtained and the dispersion relation is derived for the spatial spectrum of the trapped wave. The uniqueness of the solution is established in the case of the multiple degeneracy of the roots of the characteristic equation when the trapped wave contains an attached wave in the strip domain. The trapped wave is shown to correspond to the antisymmetric mode of the electroacoustic wave of the strip domain at the initial point of the spectrum branch. The specific features of the spatial resonance of the trapped wave with a shear wave obliquely incident on the strip domain are considered.  相似文献

The dispersion properties of electroacoustic wave modes confined by a superlattice of uniformly moving 180° domain walls in a tetragonal ferroelectric crystal are considered. It is shown that the manifold of partial electroacoustic interfacial waves in the lattice is restricted to the first allowed band, the configuration of which in the plane of spectral variables can significantly vary under the action of the moving domain walls.  相似文献

The drift motion of a 180° domain boundary in garnet ferrites with two nonequivalent sublattices is studied in an elastic stress field induced by an acoustic wave propagating in the domain boundary plane. The dependences of the drift velocity on the amplitude and polarization of the acoustic wave are obtained, and the drift motion conditions for a strip domain structure are determined.  相似文献

The interaction of electroacoustic waves with a periodic domain structure formed in a tetragonal ferroelectric by a finite number of uniformly moving 180° domain walls is considered in the quasi-static approximation. It is established that the inclusion of the domain-wall motion leads to a significant modification of the reflectance spectra of electroacoustic waves according to the number, intensity, and location of the Bragg reflectance peaks.  相似文献

The spectral properties of magnetostatic waves in a ferromagnet with a moving periodic domain structure are considered within the exchange-free magnetostatic approximation. It is demonstrated that the Doppler frequency shift caused by the domain-wall motion leads to the splitting of the spectrum of each magnetostatic wave mode into two dispersion branches, namely, into high-frequency and low-frequency branches. It is established that the larger the mode number, the larger the separation between these branches with respect to the mode spectrum in the presence of the static domain structure.  相似文献

Conditions are established for the generation of a wave pattern with stationary nodes by the superposition of plane waves propagating in a uniformly moving medium. These conditions are then used to derive a closed form expression for the natural frequencies and modes of vibration of a thin strip moving between fixed guides with zero tension and to define an algorithm to determine the natural frequencies and modes of vibration for a wide range of problems of a similar type. The pinning and interaction of a single domain wall with normal magnetoelastic waves excited during its motion in a single-crystal yttrium orthoferrite plate, were discovered and investigated by a method based on the magneto-optical Faraday effect. The dependences of the bending wave amplitude and the spectra of shear waves, which can be excited by a moving domain wall, were calculated. The results obtained are interpreted with allowance for the interactions of excited oscillations in both the magnetic and elastic subsystems of the orthoferrite.  相似文献

The radiation characteristics of a two-element array of equilateral triangular patch microstrip antenna on a ferrite substrate are studied theoretically by considering the presence of bias magnetic field in the direction of propagation of electromagnetic waves. It is found that the natural modes of propagation in the direction of magnetic field are left- and right-circularly polarized waves and these modes have different propagation constants. In loss-less isotropic warm plasma, this array antenna geometry excites both electromagnetic (EM) and electroacoustic plasma (P) waves in addition to a nonradiating surface wave. In the absence of an external magnetic field, the EM- and P-waves can be decoupled into two independent modes, the electroacoustic mode is longitudinal while the electromagnetic mode is transverse. The far-zone EM-mode and P-mode radiation fields are derived using vector wave function techniques and pattern multiplication approaches. The results are obtained in both plasma medium and free space. Some important antenna parameters such as radiation conductance, directivity and quality factor are plotted for different values of plasma-to-source frequency.  相似文献

The parametric Doppler effect that occurs upon reflection of a plane monochromatic wave obliquely incident on an inhomogeneity of the refractive index moving in a medium with a frequency dispersion (homogeneous wave regimes) is analyzed. For a plasma-type frequency dispersion, the dependences of the frequency and angle of reflection on the frequency of the incident wave and on the angle of incidence are found.  相似文献

The propagation of shear waves in a tetragonal ferroelectric with a moving superlattice of 180° domain walls (DW) is considered in a quasistatic approximation. It is found that the spectrum of shear waves consists of alternating allowed and forbidden bands in both cases of static and moving superlattices. It is shown that, due to the Doppler shift in the wave eigenfrequencies, the motion of the DW superlattice causes the degenerate roots of the dispersion equation to split and the splitting increases with the vibration mode number. The acoustic nonreciprocity induced by the moving DW superlattice in the ferroelectric is discussed.  相似文献

Theoretical dependences of the maximum bending of a strip domain’s borders on the parameters of a magnetic elliptical inhomogeneity are obtained. The propagation of surface and volume magnetostatic waves in unsaturated films of yttrium iron garnet is studied experimentally for the case when the wavelength greatly exceeds the domain width, while the domain width is comparable to the film thickness. The characteristics of these waves are examined for symmetric linear, asymmetric linear, and symmetric zigzag strip domain structures in the films. This paper deals with waves propagating in a one-dimensional flow moving through a randomly layered medium. The flow velocity is assumed to be greater than the group velocity of the waves in the reference system of the flow. As a result, in the laboratory reference system, all the waves propagate in a single direction. Amplitudes of these waves moving through a randomly inhomogeneous medium are growing exponentially. This effect is analogous to the wave localization phenomenon in a randomly inhomogeneous passive medium. The only difference is that the wave propagation in a passive medium is described by the boundary value problem, while all the oscillations in a medium with flow propagate in a single direction and hence the corresponding problem is formulated in the form of the initial value Cauchy problem. In the former case exponentially decreasing solutions are realized in the direction of the wave incidence, while in the latter case (as in the case of parametric resonances) the exponentially increasing solutions are realized.  相似文献

This is a study of nonlinear traveling wave response of a cantilever circular cylindrical shell subjected to a concentrated harmonic force moving in a concentric circular path at a constant velocity. Donnell's shallow-shell theory is used, so that moderately large vibrations are analyzed. The problem is reduced to a system of ordinary differential equations by means of the Galerkin method. Frequency-responses for six different mode expansions are studied and compared with that for single mode to find the more contracted and accurate mode expansion investigating traveling wave vibration. The method of harmonic balance is applied to study the nonlinear dynamic response in forced oscillations of this system. Results obtained with analytical method are compared with numerical simulation, and the agreement between them bespeaks the validity of the method developed in this paper. The stability of the period solutions is also examined in detail.  相似文献

The impact of noise fluctuations of the beam is studied, and the dependences of the amplifier’s noise factor are obtained. The diagram of stability of the domain wall polarity in a magnetic field is calculated. 通过建立微波激励下的非对称条形多铁纳磁体的微磁模型,研究了倾斜角和缺陷角对该形纳磁体的铁磁共振谱和自旋波模式的影响.通过对微磁仿真得到的动态磁化数据进行分析发现,非对称条形纳磁体倾斜角度增加,铁磁共振频率随之增加,而这一现象与纳磁体的缺陷角度无关.倾斜角不变,非对称条形纳磁体的铁磁共振频率与缺陷角度呈单调递增关系,并且不同缺陷角度纳磁体的自旋波模式显示出极大的差异.非对称条形纳磁体与矩形纳磁体相比,它的自旋波模式局部化,具体为非对称条形纳磁体的自旋波模式不对称且高进动区域存在于边缘,表现为非对称边缘模式.倾斜角改变导致纳磁体内部退磁场变化,引起纳磁体边缘模式的移动,而中心模式对倾斜角的变化并不敏感.最后,对建立的模型在高频微波磁场激励下的磁损耗进行了分析,验证了模型的可靠性.这些结论说明缺陷角和倾斜角可用于纳磁体自旋波模式和铁磁共振频率的调谐,所得结果为可调纳磁微波器件的设计提供了重要的理论依据和思路.  相似文献

The transformation of a shear surface magnetoelastic wave by the motion of the 180° confining domain wall in a ferromagnet is considered. Changes in the wave spectrum due to the motion of the wall are correlated with the variations of the energies of the elastic and magnetic subsystems. The efficiency of surface wave transformation by the domain wall motion is estimated in terms of energy. The frequency dependences of the mean energy density of the wave are found. It is shown that the energy density grows with wall velocity.  相似文献

Using Galileo's transformation for moving to the rest frame of the Bloch wall in the exchange-free magnetostatic approximation, we obtain the dispersion relation for a shear surface wave guided by a moving 180-degree domain boundary of a ferromagnetic crystal. It is found that the motion of the domain boundary has the orienting action on the wave normal of the shear surface wave and significantly changes the spectrum of forward-propagating waves in the frequency band below the scattered-field ferromagnetic resonance.  相似文献
