An efficient, unusual Mannich type reaction of tertiary aromatic amines, formaldehyde and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds is described in aqueous micelles catalyzed by boric acid to afford dialkylaminoarylated 1,3-dicarbonyls. In this unusual Mannich type reaction, tertiary aromatic amines react with formaldehyde to generate an N-alkyl-N-(4-methylenecyclohexa-2,5-dienylidene)alkylaminium intermediate (aza quinone methide), which undergoes nucleophilic addition with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds. The reaction is highly regioselective, and exclusively para functionalized products are formed in high yields.  相似文献

Cycloadducts of hexafluorothioacetone (HFTA) were prepared in high yield by a CsF catalyzed reaction between readily available 2,2,4,4-tetrakis-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3-dithietane (as a source of HFTA) with conjugated electron-rich hydrocarbon dienes, such as cyclopentadiene, 2,3-dimethylbuta-1,3-diene, cyclohexa-1,3-diene or (1Z,3Z)-cyclohepta-1,3-diene. Cyclohexa-1,4- and (1Z,5Z)-cycloocta-1,5-dienes, also undergo the reaction with in situ generated HFTA, but form the products of insertion of HFTA into the C-H bond of the diene as a result of ene-reaction. The highly selective reaction of HFTA with (1Z,3Z,5Z)-cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene and (1Z,3Z,5Z,7Z)-cycloocta-1,3,5,7-tetraene leads to the formation of cycloadducts derived from exclusive addition of thioacetone to the corresponding bicyclic isomers—bicyclo[4.1.0]hepta-2,4-diene or bicyclo[4.2.0]octa-2,4,7-triene, respectively. The corresponding cycloadducts of HFTA with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene-1,3-cyclohexa-1,3-cyclohexa-1,4-dienes and (1Z,3Z,5Z)-cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene were also prepared by direct reaction of sulfur/hexafluoropropene/KF and the corresponding hydrocarbon substrate at 35-45 °C in DMF.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 1,2-dithiole-3-thiones with alkynes to form 1,3-dithioles is one of the most studied reactions in this class of polysulfur-containing heterocycles. Nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atoms in dimethyl 2-(1,2-dichloro-2-thioxoethylidene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dicarboxylate, which was obtained by addition one molecules of DMAD to 4,5-dichloro-3H-1,2-dithiole-3-thione, led to a series of 2-chloro-2-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)ethanethioamides. Cycloaddition reaction of 2-chloro-2-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)ethanethioamides with activated alkynes led to the unexpected formation of 2-(thiophen-3(2H)-ylidene)-1,3-dithioles via new intermediate, 1-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)-N-phenylethan-1-yliumimidothioate. Structure of dimethyl 2-(4,5-bis(methoxycarbonyl)-2-(phenylimino)thiophen-3(2H)-ylidene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dicarboxylate was finally proven by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. Optimized reaction conditions and a mechanistic rationale for the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of novel intermediate are presented.  相似文献

Two directions for self-condensation of β-(isoxazol-5-yl) enamines under treatment with either acetyl chloride or acids were found leading to new 1,3-diisoxazolyl-1,3-dieneamines and 1,3,5-triisoxazolyl benzenes. The effect of solvent, acid, temperature and the reaction time on the ratio of reaction products were investigated. Trans-E-cis configuration of prepared 1,3-diisoxazolyl-1,3-dieneamines was unambiguously confirmed by 2D NMR spectra and X-ray analysis. A new mechanism of 1,3-diisoxazolyl-1,3-dieneamines formation was proposed.  相似文献

Toluene- and naphthalene-dioxygenase-catalysed oxidation of six bicyclic disulfide substrates, using whole cells of Pseudomonas putida, gave the corresponding monosulfoxides with high ee values and enantiocomplementarity, in most cases. Two alcohol-sulfoxide diastereoisomers, formed from the reaction of the (R)-1,3-benzodithiole-1-oxide metabolite with n-butyllithium and benzaldehyde, were separated and stereochemically assigned. Treatment, of enantiopure (1R,3R)-benzo-1,3-dithiole-1,3-dioxide, obtained by chemoenzymatic synthesis, with alkyllithium reagents, resulted in a novel ring-opening reaction which proceeded with inversion of configuration to yield a series of acyclic disulfoxides.  相似文献

Here we reported a Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction between acrylate derivatives and BTP (2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene) to access 3-trifluoromethylated 1,3-dienes. The reaction allows the formation of the corresponding products in good to excellent yields and moderate Z/E diastereoisomeric ratios. The direction of the reaction of propane-1,3-dichalcogenolates with 2,3-dichloroprop-1-ene in the system hydrazine hydrate-KOH depends not only on the conditions but to a greater extent on the chalcogen nature. Dipotassium propane-1,3-dithiolate and propane-1,3-diselenolate give rise to products of substitution of the chlorine atom on the sp 3-carbon atom, which are capable of undergoing further transformations (domino reaction). A practical synthetic procedure for the preparation of the charge-separated pyridinium-Meldrum acid zwitterionic salts was developed through a unique one-pot three component reaction of pyridine, acetylenedicarboxylate and Meldrum acid. Other nitrogen-containing heterocycles such as N-methylimidazole, 2-picoline, quinoline, isoquinoline and other cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds such as 1,3-cyclopentanedione, 1,3-cyclohexanedione, barbituric acid also took part in the reaction to give corresponding zwitterionic salts in moderate yields, respectively. In one case an unusual isoquinolinium 1,3-cyclopentanedionate was obtained. A feasible explanation is given for this novel one-pot tandem reaction and the formation of different kinds of products.  相似文献

Addition reaction of 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides derived from ketones and aldehydes with lithium α-cyano carbanions gave nitrile adducts in high to quantitative yields. Treatment of the nitrile adducts derived from acetonitrile with excess i-PrMgCl in THF resulted in the formation of cyanocyclopropanes via the intramolecular SN2 alkylation of the generated magnesium carbenoids. The intermediate of this reaction was proved to be a cyclopropylmagnesium chloride and was reactive with electrophiles to give multisubstituted cyanocyclopropanes. On the other hand, the reaction of the nitrile adducts derived from arylacetonitriles with i-PrMgCl resulted in the formation of 2-arylcyanocyclopropanes by the 1,3-carbon–carbon (1,3-CC) insertion reaction of the generated magnesium carbenoid intermediates. This reaction was found to proceed in a highly stereospecific manner. The key reactions, intramolecular SN2 alkylation and 1,3-CC insertion reaction of the magnesium carbenoids, are the first examples for the reaction of the magnesium carbenoids bearing a nitrile functional group.  相似文献

The intramolecular keto-ene/cyclization tandem reaction of γ-N-allylamino ketones is an effective means of producing 1,3-oxazines. The reaction usually requires high temperatures and/or pressures. We discovered that N,N-diallyl amines undergo the reaction at lower temperatures than their monoallyl analogs. An extreme example, 1-N,N-diallylamino-9,10-anthraquinone, undergoes the keto-ene reaction near ambient temperature. In the case of 1-N,N′-dialkylaminoanthraquinones, electron deficient ene components can even be used, allowing the preparation of a broad spectrum of oxazines. Furthermore, the N-allyl-1,3-oxazine can be easily deallylated to produce a 1,3-oxazine that contains a secondary amine.  相似文献

We present a novel, convenient, and efficient method for synthesizing polysubstituted 3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines via a three-component reaction. The zwitterions generated from the reaction of isocyanides and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates react with 2-imino-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one to produce the title compounds in good yields.  相似文献

Bidentate aluminum chelates derived from biphenol, binaphthol and catechol were found to be efficient catalysts for aldol-transfer reactions of ketone to ketone aldol adducts with aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes giving rise to the formation of aldol adducts of ketones to the aldehydes. In the presence of an excess of an aliphatic aldehyde, a catalytic tandem aldol-transfer—Tischtschenko reaction is observed. The tandem reaction produces monoesters of 1,3-diols with high anti selectivity and with modest to good chemical yield. 1,2-Unsaturated aldehydes are less reactive in the aldol-transfer reaction and require 2-4 times higher load of the catalyst to be used than aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes. Poor diastereoselectivity was observed in the formation of α-substituted aldols and 2-substituted monoesters of anti-1,3-diols indicating that the aldol-transfer reaction is not diastereoselective with the catalysts studied. The utility of the highly 1,3-anti selective formation of diolmonoesters was found to be limited by acyl migration.  相似文献

Cyclic carbonates substituted with 1,3-butadienyl moiety were synthesized by a palladium-catalyzed reaction of dienylic carbonates including a carbon dioxide elimination-fixation process. A nickel-catalyzed diastereoselective alkylative three-component coupling of 1,3-diene and aldehyde with organoboron or organosilicon reagents has been realized. The diastereoselectivity was dramatically changed depending on the class of organometallic reagents. The reaction using ArB(OH)2 in the presence of PPh3 afforded 1,3-syn-substituted 4-penten-1-ol derivative as a single diastereomer. On the other hand, the coupling reaction with tetraorganosilicon reagent using NHC as a ligand under similar conditions exclusively produced the corresponding 1,3-anti isomer.  相似文献

Catalytic difunctionalization of 1,3-enynes represents an efficient and versatile approach to rapidly assemble multifunctional propargylic compounds, allenes and 1,3-dienes. Controlling selectivity in such addition reactions has been a long-standing challenging task due to multiple reactive centers resulting from the conjugated structure of 1,3-enynes. Herein, we present a straightforward method for regiodivergent sulfonylarylation of 1,3-enynes via dual nickel and photoredox catalysis. Hinging on the nature of 1,3-enynes, diverse reaction pathways are feasible: synthesis of α-allenyl sulfones via 1,4-sulfonylarylation, or preparation of (E)-1,3-dienyl sulfones with high chemo-, regio- and stereoselectivity through 3,4-sulfonylarylation. Notably, this is the first example that nickel and photoredox catalysis are merged to achieve efficient and versatile difunctionalization of 1,3-enynes.

A mild reaction protocol for regiodivergent sulfonylarylation of 1,3-enynes via dual nickel and photoredox catalysis has been developed, which led to efficient synthesis of α-allenyl sulfones or 1,3-dienyl sulfones.  相似文献

An expedient method for the synthesis of ferrocene grafted β-C-glycosydic spiroheterocycles is reported through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction (1,3-DC reaction). The novel C-glycosyl dipolarophiles derived from d-glucose, d-mannose, and d-ribose underwent neat [3+2] cycloaddition reaction with the azomethine ylides generated from 1,2-diketones and secondary amino acids to give the corresponding β-C-glycosidic heterocycles in good yields. 4-Alkyl-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes were prepared in good yields with high regioselectivity under mild conditions by the reaction of selenocarbamates with I2 or NIS. The resulting 4-alkyl-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes on dehydrohalogenation gave 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes. The formation of the (Z)- or (E)-isomer of 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-oxaselenolanes, strongly depends on the configuration of the double bond of O-allylselenocarbamates.  相似文献
