A protocol for the copper-catalyzed C-S bond formation between aryl, alkyl, or heteroaryl thiols and aryl or heteroaryl halides is reported. The reaction is catalyzed by Cu2O which shows the highest catalytic activity with ethyl 2-oxocyclohexanecarboxylate ligand in DMSO at 80 °C. The corresponding coupling products are obtained with good to excellent yields under relatively mild reaction conditions with good chemoselectivity and functional group tolerance.  相似文献

We present here an efficient and ligand-free cross-coupling reaction of organic diselenides with aryl boronic acids using a catalytic amount of CuO nanoparticles in DMSO at 100 °C under air atmosphere. This is a general cross-coupling reaction and was performed with organic diselenides and aryl boronic acids bearing electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups affording the corresponding selenides in good to excellent yields. The CuO nanoparticles can be easily recovered and utilized for further catalytic reactions.  相似文献

A mixture of bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and potassium aryltrifluoroborate in toluene under microwave heating at 120 °C for 20 min provides an interesting and mild reaction protocol for the synthesis of aryl nitrite. The conversion to aryl nitrites from aryltrifluoroborates without transition metal catalyst and base in high yields is remarkable.  相似文献

This study describes a general palladium-catalyzed cyanation of aryl bromides using K4[Fe(CN)6] as the cyanide surrogate. The reactions can be successfully conducted under mild reaction conditions (at 50 °C) in mixed solvents (water/MeCN = 1:1) without any surfactant additives, and afford the desired aryl nitriles in good-to-excellent yields. Particularly noteworthy is that this system allows the mildest reaction temperature reported so far for palladium-catalyzed cyanation of aryl bromides with K4[Fe(CN)6] source in general. Common functional groups, including keto, aldehyde, free amine, and heterocyclic substrates are compatible under this system. Interestingly, the phosphine ligands bearing -PCy2 moiety, which usually show excellent activity in aryl halide couplings, are found less effective than the corresponding ligands with -PPh2 group.  相似文献

The general procedure for the rhodium-catalyzed cross-coupling of thiols with aryl iodides is described. The catalytic system consists of 5 mol % of [RhCl(cod)]2 and 10 mol % of PPh3 as a ligand. A variety of aryl iodides reacted with thiols, giving aryl thioethers in good to excellent yields. It is important to note that the deactivated aryl iodides such as 4-iodoanisole is worked smoothly to provide the corresponding aryl thioethers in excellent yields. Functional groups such as free-amines, chloro, are all tolerated under the employed reaction conditions.  相似文献

Abstract

We have used the sterically hindered N,O-donor ligand 1,4-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl-benzyl)-imidazolidine with various Pd salts as a catalyst for the Suzuki reaction. This system exhibited excellent catalytic activity in Suzuki reactions of arylboronic acids with aryl halides, including aryl iodides, aryl bromides and activated aryl chlorides, using aqueous methanol as solvent under mild conditions. The catalytic system can be reused once without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

In this article, the photocatalytic reaction of aniline and 4-amino N, N dimethyl aniline with methanol, ethanol and isopropanol on anatase TiO2 nano-particles under UV (365 nm wavelength) irradiation was examined. The concentration of unreacted aryl amines and products was measured by gas chromatography picks integration, and then the products were identified by mass spectroscopy analysis. By making a comparison within the rates of photocatalysis of each aryl amine in different alcohols under various irradiation times, it was revealed that, in all cases, the sequence of photocatalysis rate was methanol > ethanol > isopropanol. In reactions where the concentrations of aryl amine were lower than 10 mmol/L, imines were the main products and alkylation of amines was not observed. In the higher concentration of aryl amines, oxidation and dimerization occurred.  相似文献

An efficient method for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with simultaneous reduction of nitro- to amino-group has been developed. This method allows nitro-substituted aryl halides to readily react with arylboronic acids, to afford aryl substituted aniline in low to excellent yields. The reaction was catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2 (3 mol %) at 150 °C under atmospheric pressure in the presence of K2CO3 (3 equiv) in DMF/H2O (5/1).  相似文献

The atom-efficient cross-coupling reaction of sodium tetraarylborates with aryl iodides and bromides was reported. The reaction can be performed directly using a catalytic system composed of palladium chloride, sodium carbonate and methanol (PdCl2/Na2CO3/MeOH) under heat-free conditions at room temperature in an open air conditions. The reactions carried out in an atom-efficient way as 4 equiv of aryl halides coupled effectively with 1 equiv of sodium tetraarylborates to furnish 4 equiv of the corresponding functionalized biaryls in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A novel palladium complex with salicylaldehyde N(4)-ethylthiosemicarbazone has been synthesized and according to its crystal structure the ligand is bound to the metal in an O, N, S-terdentate coordination mode. This phosphorus-free system efficiently catalyzes the Heck reaction of aryl bromides (from electron-rich to electron-poor) with styrene under argon, with turnover numbers of up to 43,000, at 150 °C after 24 h, and with a selectivity toward trans-stilbenes ranging from 92 to 96%. In air, for activated aryl bromides and for a palladium concentration of 1 mM, the yields are essentially the same as those obtained when the reaction was performed under argon.  相似文献

The fluorogenic derivatization method for aryl halide was developed for the first time. This method was based on the formation of fluorescent biphenyl structure by Suzuki coupling reaction between aryl halides and non-fluorescent phenylboronic acid (PBA). We measured the fluorescence spectra of the products obtained by the reaction of p-substituted aryl bromides (i.e., 4-bromobenzonitrile, 4-bromoanisole, 4-bromobenzoic acid ethyl ester and 4-bromotoluene) with PBA in the presence of palladium (II) acetate as a catalyst. The significant fluorescence at excitation maximum wavelength of 275–290 nm and emission maximum wavelength of 315–350 nm was detected in all the tested aryl bromides. This result demonstrated that non-fluorescent aryl bromides could be converted to the fluorescent biphenyl derivatives by the coupling reaction with non-fluorescent PBA. We tried to determine these aryl bromides by HPLC-fluorescence detection with pre-column derivatization. The aryl bromide derivatives were detected on the chromatogram within 30 min without any interfering peak derived from the reagent blank. The detection limits (S/N = 3) for aryl bromides were 13–157 fmol/injection.  相似文献

Amination of a variety of functionalized aryl bromides with imidazole and primary and secondary amines was accomplished using a CuI/amino acid catalyst system under microwave heating. Application of microwave irradiation shortened the reaction time from 25–40 h to 6–20 min. Good to very good yields of the corresponding coupling products were obtained when imidazole and secondary amines were used as starting materials. In case of primary amines, the outcome of the reaction was dependent on the character of the substituent on aryl bromide.  相似文献

Phosphine-free palladium-salen complexes, N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-ethylenediamino-palladium and N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,2-phenylenediamino palladium, are found to be highly active catalysts for the Heck olefination of aryl iodides and Suzuki reaction of aryl iodides and bromides giving excellent yields (70-90%) of products under aerobic conditions, in short reaction times (10-60 min).  相似文献

A novel class of compounds bearing indole and benzimidazole rings was designed and easily synthesized from 2‐indolecarboxylic acid and o‐phenylenediamine. The catalytic system derived from a 2‐indolylbenzimidazole‐based ligand and Pd(OAc)2 in situ could lead to complete conversion of aryl bromides at 0.5 mol% Pd loading under mild reaction conditions. In the presence of a catalyst, sterically hindered biaryls were selectively generated in excellent yields by adjusting reaction parameters through the coupling of arylboronic acids with aryl halides. The efficiency of this reaction was demonstrated by its compatibility with various functional groups.  相似文献

Two copper complexes were synthesized from macroporous chloromethylated polystyrene beads. The first one was prepared by sequential attachment of imidazole and copper acetate with chloromethylated polystyrene-divinyl benzene copolymer, and the second one was prepared from 4-vinylpyridine and copper acetate with chloromethylated polystyrene-divinyl benzene copolymer. These catalysts showed excellent catalytic activity in O-arylation reaction of aryl halides with phenol in dimethylsulfoxide using potassium carbonate at 130 °C under open air conditions to give diaryl ethers in high yields. Less reactive aryl bromides and aryl chlorides have also been shown to react with phenols to give good yields of the diaryl ethers. The effects of various parameters such as solvent, catalyst from different copper salt and base on the reaction system were studied. The reaction is applicable to a wide variety of substituted aryl halides and phenols with different steric and electronic properties. These catalysts were recovered by simple filtration, and the reusability experiments showed that these catalysts can be used five times without much loss in the catalytic activity.  相似文献

A simple catalyst precursor prepared in situ from palladium acetate and triphenylphosphine shows high activity for the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of benzylic bromides and chlorides with aryl boronic acids. The reaction can be carried out at low catalyst loading (0.002-1 mol%) and under mild conditions (room temperature to 80 °C) furnishing diarylmethane derivatives in high yields (86-99%).  相似文献

Novel and simple copper-catalyzed C(aryl)-S bond formation of diaryl disulfides with bismuth reagents is described. Reactions of diaryl disulfides with triarylbismuthanes in the presence of CuOAc (10 mol %) and 1,10-phenanthroline (10 mol %) under aerobic conditions led to the formation of unsymmetrical diaryl sulfides in satisfactory yields. The reaction is atom-economic and all three aryl groups of the triarylbismuthanes and both sulfanyl groups of the diaryl disulfides could be transferred to the coupling products.  相似文献
