The crystal structure of the sesquiterpene lactone pyrethroidinin, in the independent part of the elementary cell of which there are two molecules, has been determined by x-ray structural analysis. Summary 6,6-Methylenebisdeoxyvacisinone and its homologs have been synthesized by the reaction of methylenebisanthranilic acid with lactams (-butyrolactam, -valerolactam, -caprolactam, and -chloro- and ,-dichloro--caprolactams). From the epigeal organs ofSilene scabrifolia Kom. has been isolated the new phytoecdysteroid 2-deoxy--ecdysone 3-acetate (II) (0.0011%), C29H46O6, mp 216–218°, [] D 20 +131.9° (methanol). The enzymatic hydrolysis of (II) led to 2-deoxy--ecdysone (I). The acetylation of 2-deoxy--ecdysone (I) yielded (II) and the 22-monoacetate (III) and 3,22-diacetate (IV) of 2-deoxy--ecdysone, which have been described previously. The effect of representing dielectric properties in terms of the complex polarizability c = – i is examined. Loss curves ( and tan ) are shifted towards higher frequencies, revealing the existence of new relaxations and allowing the clarifications of ones already known. We have calculated the shift ratios (at maximum or tan )/ (at maximum or tan ) from the more conventional empirical equations representing the dielectric behavior. Some examples are given.  相似文献

Summary By the reaction of -hydroxymethylene- and -dimethylaminomethylene-2,3-polymethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-ones with acid anhydrides and primary and secondary amines, the corresponding -acyloxymethylene- and -mono(di)-substituted aminomethylene-2,3-polymethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-ones have been synthesized. Literature information is given on the current state of the study of the chemical transformation of cycloartane triterpenoids. A method has been developed for the transformation of the genin part of glycosides of 20,24-epoxycycloartan-25-ols with retention of the carbohydrate constituents. Zusammenfassung N-Dichloracetyläthanolamin (I) wurde über das mit SOCl2 erhaltene N-Dichloracetyl--chloräthylamin (II) durch Alkali in das 2-Dichlormethyl-oxazolin (III) übergeführt, dessen sehr leicht erfolgende hydrolytische Umwandlungen beschrieben werden. Kondensation von 4-Nitrobenzaldehyd mit (III) erfolgt ohne jedweden Katalysatorzusatz unter den mildesten. Bedingungen an der überaus reaktiven Methingruppe des Dichlormethylrestes von (III) zu 2-[-(4-Nitrophenyl)--oxy-, -dichloräthyl]-oxazolin (VI), dessen Konstitution an Hand eines O-Acetats und durch die saure Hydrolyse zu einer -(4-Nitrophenyl)-, -dichlorhydracrylsäure und Äthanolamin bewiesen wird.Herrn Prof. Dr.L.
