报道三甲基硅基和苯基取代的炔丙基溴在锡存在下与醛的反应, 并讨论了反应的选择性。三甲基硅基炔丙基溴与醛的反应产率约为71-84%。产物中丙二烯醇与高炔丙基醇之比在44 :56到25 : 75之间, 苯基炔丙基溴的反应得到了产物丙二烯醇。  相似文献

A Barbier-type propargylation of carbonyl compounds with propargyl bromide has been achieved with reactive zinc-copper couple under solvent-free conditions. The reaction of aldehydes with propargyl bromide produced the unique homopropargyl alcohols in excellent yields at room temperature without the formation of homoallenyl alcohols. The ketones reacted with propargyl bromide to give the corresponding homopropargyl alcohols in good to excellent yields at −14 to −16 °C. The advantages of this method are excellent yields, short reaction time, high regioselectivity, and avoidance of the use of organic solvents.  相似文献

A series of thermosetting resins were synthesized via phase transfer reaction of allyl chloride and propargyl bromide with cyclopentadiene in the presence of a strong base. Feed ratios of 1 : 1, 3 : 1, and 5 : 1 allyl chloride to propargyl bromide were used to give resins with varying amounts of propargyl and allyl functionality. In all cases the resins could be thermally cured, without added catalyst, at temperatures below 275°C to give black, glassy, brittle materials with densities of 1.15. TGA evaluation of the resins, with heating to 1000°C, resulted in carbon yields ranging from 48 to 66% with increasing propargyl functionality causing increased values. Physical mixtures of ACP and PCP resins were also made and evaluated. Cure of the mixed materials also occurred below 275°C, and carbon yields were comparable to the corresponding APCP resin. APCP/carbon fiber composites gave good mechanical properties with flexural modulus values of 115–130 GPa and flexural strength values of 1000 MPa. Carbonization of 1 : 1 APCP/carbon fiber composites provided materials with interlaminar strength values of approximately 1.14 MPa. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A rapid and regioselective preparation of homopropargyl alcohols was reported. In the presence of SnCl2C6HsMe3NBr and microwave irradiation, the mixture of tin-indium and propargyl bromide reacted quickly with aldehydes in aqueous media to produce the homopropargyl alcohols exclusively in high yields. For benzaldehydes bearing different substituents, electronic effect of the substituents affected the reaction, the electron-withdrawing groups promoting the reaction and the electron-donating groups impeding the reaction. The reactions of benzaldehydes bearing an ortho substituent group on the phenyl ring with propargyl bromide may yield a mixture of regioisomers (homopropargyl and homoallenyl alcohols) or a single homoallenic alcohol due to the steric effect.  相似文献

Cross-coupling of 1-alkynes with vinyl iodides occurs at 80 degrees C in dioxane catalyzed by CuI/N,N-dimethylglycine to afford conjugated enynes in good to excellent yields. Heating a mixture of 2-bromotrifluoroacetanilide, 1-alkyne, 2 mol % of CuI, 6 mol % of L-proline, and K(2)CO(3) in DMF at 80 degrees C leads to the formation of the corresponding indole. This conversion involves a CuI/L-proline-catalyzed coupling between aryl bromide and the 1-alkyne followed by a CuI-mediated cyclization process. An ortho-substituent effect directed by NHCOCF3 enables the reaction to proceed under these mild conditions. Both aryl acetylenes and O-protected propargyl alcohol can be applied, leading to 5-, 6-, or 7-substituted 2-aryl and protected 2-hydroxymethyl indoles in good yields. With simple aliphatic alkynes, however, lower yields were observed.  相似文献

A series of 2-amino-7-hydroxy-4H-chromene-3-carbonitriles 4a–l were synthesized through three-component reaction using sodium carbonate as a catalyst. The reaction was carried out in 96% ethanol-water medium (1:20 ratio in volume). Propargyl ether compounds 5a–l of these chromene-3-carbonitriles were successfully synthesized from corresponding hydroxyl chromene derivatives by reaction with propargyl bromide. Two different procedures were applied in this process: the procedure that used potassium carbonate in dried acetone and the procedure that used sodium hydride in dried DMF. The latter gave the ethers 5a–l in higher yields. The single-crystal X-ray structure of propargyl ether 5g has been recorded.  相似文献

New photoreactive p-methylcalix[6]arene (MCA) derivatives containing cationically polymerizable groups such as propargyl ether (calixarene 1), allyl ether (calixarene 2), and ethoxy vinyl ether (calixarene 3) groups were synthesized with 80, 74, and 84% yields by the substitution reaction of MCA with propargyl bromide, allyl bromide, and 2-chloroethyl vinyl ether (CEVE), respectively, in the presence of either potassium hydroxide or sodium hydride by using tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a phase transfer catalyst (PTC). The p-tert-butylcalix[8]arene (BCA) derivative containing ethoxy vinyl ether groups (calixarene 4) was also synthesized in 83% yield by the substitution reaction of BCA with CEVE by using sodium hydride as a base and TBAB as a PTC. The MCA derivative containing 1-propenyl ether groups (calixarene 5) was synthesized in 80% yield by the isomerization of calixarene 2, which contained allyl ether groups, by using potassium tert-buthoxide as a catalyst. The photochemical reactions of carixarene 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 were examined with certain photoacid generators in the film state. In this reaction system, calixarene 3 containing ethoxy vinyl ether groups showed the highest photochemical reactivity when bis-[4-(diphenylsulfonio)phenyl]sulfide bis(hexafluorophosphate) (DPSP) was used as the catalyst. On the other hand, calixarene 1 containing propargyl ether groups had the highest photochemical reactivity when 4-morpholino-2,5-dibuthoxybenzenediazonium hexafluorophosphate (MDBZ) was used as the catalyst. It was also found that the prepared carixarene derivatives containing cationically polymerizable groups such as propargyl, allyl, vinyl, and also 1-propenyl ethers have good thermal stability. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. [reaction: see text] A variety of alpha-aroylacetones 4a-g have been prepared in excellent yields following a new protocol wherein alpha-aminonitriles 1a-g as the aryl acyl anion equivalents readily react with propargyl bromide as the alpha-bromoacetone equivalent. The alkylated product undergoes one-pot unmasking of the keto functionality along with Markovnikov's hydration of the terminal alkyne with CuSO4 x 5H2O in aqueous methanol at 60 degrees C to furnish the desired target in excellent isolated yields.  相似文献

A variety of mono- and disubstituted phenols are alkylated with propargyl bromide to give phenyl 2-propynyl ethers, which were further coupled with aryl iodides under Sonogashira reaction conditions to give 3-phenoxy-1-aryl-1-propyne derivatives. The latter compounds underwent an initial Claisen rearrangement followed by ring closure to give functionalized benzo[b]furans in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Phenacyl bromides undergo smooth vic-diallylation and dipropargylation with allyl and propargyl indium reagents generated in situ from metallic indium and allyl or propargyl bromide to produce 4-arylocta-1,7-dien-4-ol derivatives in good yields. Phenacyl chloride and azide also participated effectively in bis-allylation. Similar results are also obtained from in situ generated allyl or propargyl zinc bromide.  相似文献

Poly‐(2‐ethynylpyridinum bromide) (PEPBP) having propargyl side chains was prepared by the direct polymerization of 2‐ethynylpyridine and propargyl bromide under mild reaction conditions without any initiator and catalysts. The polymerization proceeded well to give PEPBP with propargyl side chains in relatively high yields. Various spectral data for the polymer structure indicated that the conjugated polymer system having N‐propargylpyridinum substituent was formed. This ionic polymer was completely soluble in water, methanol, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, and N,N‐dimethylacetamide and well processable into thin homogeneous film. The photoluminescence intensity (λmax = 760 nm) of this polymer increased as the temperature was increased. A mild and efficient protocol for the coupling of indoles and pyrroles with allyl halides such as allyl bromide, crotyl bromide and propargyl bromide in the presence of gallium metal in a Bu4NBr-DMF-H2O system has been developed. The reaction is equally effective when cadmium is used in lieu of gallium and the corresponding 3-allyl indoles and 3-allyl pyrroles were obtained in almost comparable yields.  相似文献

Homochiral α-dibenzylamino aldehydes, prepared from the corresponding α-amino acids, react with propargyl bromide and zinc in DMF/THF (1:1) or DMF/Et2O (1:1) at 20 °C to afford, in good yields and dr, homopropargylic 1,2-amino alcohols. anti Diastereomers were always formed as major products in this reaction. These compounds are versatile intermediates for a variety of synthetic targets: γ-amino-β-hydroxy-ketones, 4-amino-1,3-diols, 1,7-diamino-2,6-diols, and ω-amino-δ-hydroxy esters.  相似文献

The Lewis acid-promoted reaction of an ethenetricarboxylate derivative (1) with CF3-substituted propargyl alcohols has been examined. Reaction of γ-CF3 propargyl alcohols in the presence of zinc bromide gave five-membered CF3-containing tetrahydrofurans in 66-85% yield. The CF3 group activates alkyne as an electron-withdrawing group. On the other hand, reaction of γ-trifluoromethyl-α-aryl propargyl alcohols 2 with 1 in the presence of 1 equiv of SnCl4 gave cyclobutane derivatives 6 in 29-49% yield. Formation of cyclobutane 6a arises from the [2+2] cycloaddition between ethenetricarboxylate 1 and chloroallene 8, which is produced by the reaction of propargyl alcohol 2a and SnCl4.  相似文献

Photochromic pyrans, including [3H]naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans, [2H]naphtho[1,2-b]pyrans, indeno-fused naphtho[1,2-b]pyrans, and heteroannulated pyrans, were synthesized in excellent yields through a facile one-pot procedure by reaction of propargyl alcohol and naphthol or phenol derivatives in the presence of 5 mol % PPTS and 2 equiv of (MeO)3CH. Symmetrical and nonsymmetrical bispyrans can also be prepared using the protocol.  相似文献
