Four new Hofmann-type clathrates of the form M(bpa)2Ni(CN) 2m-xylene (M = Mn , Fe , Co and Ni; bpa = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane) have been synthesized and characterized by vibrational spectroscopy. The M(bpa)2Ni(CN)4 (M = Fe and Co) host structure is similar to the classical Hofmann-type host framework composed of layers of a two dimensional catena-metal tetra--cyanonickelate(II) network, but in M(bpa)2Ni(CN)4 (M = Mn and Ni), the Ni(CN)4 moiety behaves as a bidentate –[NC-Ni(CN)2-CN–]– unit in the host framework.  相似文献

Reactions of copper(II) sources with 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (bpe) yielded metal-organic networks with diverse topologies and dimensionalities. Compounds [Cu(bpe)2(dmf)2]n(ClO4)2n·2ndmf (1·2ndmf), [Cu(bpe)2(dmf)2]n(ClO4)2n·3.5ndmf (2·3.5ndmf), [Cu(bpe)2(NO3)2]n·2nH2O (4·2nH2O) and [Cu2(bpe)(O2CMe)4]n·0.7nH2O (5·0.7nH2O) have been isolated by altering the copper(II) source, the reaction solvent and the crystallization process. Compounds 1·2ndmf and 2·3.5ndmf consist of cationic [Cu(bpe)2(dmf)2]2+ repeating units assembled to 1D and 2D (4,4) networks, respectively, and represent supramolecular isomers due to the conformational isomerism of the bridging bpe molecules. Compound 4·2nH2O consists of neutral mononuclear [Cu(dpe)2(NO3)2] repeating units assembled to inclined interpenetrating (4,4) sheets describing an overall entanglement that is 3D in nature, and compound 5·0.7nH2O consists of neutral dinuclear repeating units assembled to cross-linked 1D chains.  相似文献

The quantitative synthesis and complete characterization of 1,2-bis(p-vinylphenyl)ethane (p,p-BVPE) and its meta-, para-mixed isomers are reported. These crosslinkers copolymerize randomly with p-methylstyrene, leading to random crosslink distributions. The crosslinkers are prepared by Grignard coupling of (m,p)-vinylbenzyl chloride in tetrahydrofuran at low temperature to give the statistical mixture of m,m-, m,p-, and p,p-isomers in quantitative yield. Pure p-vinylbenzyl chloride is converted to pure p,p-BVPE. p,p-BVPE has also been separated from the mixture of isomers. The isomers are characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR and by reversed-phase HPLC. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The reaction of copper(II) acetate or fluoride with classic dioximes in the presence of 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane resulted in four novel compounds with the compositions [Cu2(dmgH)4bpe] (1), [Cu2(NioxH)4bpe] (2), [Cu2(dpgH)4bpe] (3), and [Cu2(dpgH)4bpe][Cu(dpgH)2bpe]2·2DMF (4) (where dmgH2 = dimethylglyoxime, NioxH2 = 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime, dpgH2 = diphenylglyoxime, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane, and DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide), whose crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In the binuclear molecules 1-3, as well as in both binuclear and mononuclear molecules in 4 each Cu(II) atom has an identical N5-environment formulated by four oximic nitrogen atoms of two monodeprotonated ligands in a slightly distorted square planar mode, and the nitrogen atom of the bpe molecule being in the apical position. The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Luminescence investigations for 1, 2 and 4 were carried out to clarify whether the guest inclusion in the crystal lattice is accompanied by changes in the emission spectra.  相似文献

Condensation of triallylborane with octa-1,7-diyne followed by treatment of the reaction mixture with methanol afforded a mixture of stereoisomeric 1,4-bis(3-methoxy-3-bora-bicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-en-7-yl)butanes (1a,b). Hydroboration of the latter with a solution of BH3 in THF yielded the tetrahydrofuran complex of 1,2-bis(1-boraadamant-2-yl)ethane (2) as a mixture of diastereomers. Pure racemate (2a) was obtained by crystallization from the reaction mixture and it was converted into the pyridine complex of 1,2-bis(1-boraadamant-2-yl)ethane (3). The structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. In this work, the experimental vapor pressures of four amines 1,2-bis(dimethylamino)ethane, 1-methylmorpholine, 1,2-bis(2-aminoethoxy)ethane and N-benzylethanolamine using a static apparatus are reported. The temperature range is comprised between 273.18 and 364.97 K and the pressure range between 0.782 Pa and 333 kPa. The molar enthalpies of vaporization at 298.15 K were calculated from Clausius–Clapeyron equation fitted on the experimental results.  相似文献

1,2-Bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)ethane (bbe) and its copper(II) complex, {[Cu(bbe)Br2]2}·2DMF ( 1 ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ultraviolet–visible, and infrared spectra. The single crystal structure analysis of 1 shows two crystallographically independent but chemically identical [Cu(bbe)Br2] molecules. The coordination geometry of the copper atoms may best be described as a distorted tetrahedron (τ4 = 0.740 for Cu1 and 0.696 for Cu2). The cyclic voltammogram of complex 1 represents quasi-reversible Cu2+/Cu+ pairs. in vitro antioxidant tests showed that complex 1 has significant antioxidant activity against superoxide and hydroxy radicals. Photoluminescence investigations showed that the fluorescence intensity of complex 1 is significantly weaker than that of the ligand. This may be due to the paramagnetic effect of divalent copper to cause quenching of fluorescence.  相似文献

Several preparative routes to bis[N(substituted-phenyl) 4-nitro-thiobenzamidato] mercury(II) complexes are presented, including the reaction of mercury(II) oxide, fluoride, chloride, bromide, cyanide, acetate, and nitrate with N(substituted-phenyl) 4-nitro-thiobenzamide derivatives. 1 H-NMR, Raman, and IR measurements confirmed the complexation of mercury to sulphur.  相似文献

Dithienylethenes containing the thiophene rings with benzothiazolyl substituents in position 2 were synthesized. 1,2-Bis[2-(benzothiazol-2-yl)benzothiophen-3-yl]hexafluorocyclopentene and 1,2-bis[2,5-di(benzothiazol-2-yl)-3-thienyl]hexafluorocyclopentene possess photochromic properties. The open forms of 1,2-bis(2-benzothiazolylhetaryl)ethenes fluoresce, but introduction of the benzothiazole rings into dihetarylethenes significantly lowers the fatigue resistance of photochromes and favors thermal reversibility.  相似文献

The manganese carbonyl complex [MnBr(CO)3 L ] ( 1 ), where L = Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2, was prepared by reacting [MnBr(CO)5] with the bidentate ligand 1, 2‐Bis(diphenylphosphinite)ethane. From this compound and the appropriate phosphite, phosphinite or phosphonite ligands were synthesized the complexes [MnBr(CO)2 LL ′], where L ′ = P(OMe)3 ( 2 ) or P(OEt)3 ( 3 ) and [MnBr(CO)3 L ′2], where L ′ =PPh(OEt)2 ( 4 ) or PPh2(OEt) ( 5 ). The obtained compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) spectroscopies and X‐ray diffractometry for the complexes 1 , 4 and 5 .  相似文献

The synthesis, structure and magnetic properties of [Fe(bpe)4(H2O)2](TCNQ)2 ( 1 ) are reported. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P space group, a = 13.481(5), b = 14.887(3), c = 16.663(4) Å, α = 101.048(18), β = 112.84(2), γ = 90.92(2)°, V = 3009.6(14) Å3, Z = 2. The iron atom defines a compressed octahedron with the equatorial positions occupied by the bpe molecules which act as monodentate ligands and the two axial positions occupied by water molecules. The TCNQ? radical counterions are uncoordinated and interact by pairs defining (TCNQ)22? units strongly coupled antiferromagnetically. The iron(II) atoms are in the high spin state and its magnetic behaviour indicates the occurrence of zero‐field splitting of the S = 2 ground state.  相似文献

Mixed ligand complexes of different compositions were prepared with water, sulfate ion and 1,2-ethanediol as ligand. IR spectra and the thermoanalytical curves of the complexes were recorded. Oxygen atoms bound by one or two coordinate bonds to the metal ion, or by hydrogen-bonds in the crystal, were observed. As for the water molecule, 1,2-ethanediol molecules of crystal and monohydrate type were found, depending on the type of binding of the oxygen atoms.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

A new 3D hemidirected mixed‐ligand lead(II) coordination polymer with the ligand 1,2‐di(4‐pyridyl)ethane bpa) and the two metal coordinated anions nitrate and thiocyanate, [Pb2(bpa)2(SCN)3(NO3)]n ( 1 ), has been synthesized and characterized by CHN elemental analysis, IR‐, 1H‐ and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray data of compound 1 show that the complex is a three‐dimensional coordination polymer with two different Pb atoms with stereoactive electron lone pairs and six‐ and five‐coordinate hemidirected geometries, respectively.  相似文献

Three new cocrystals based upon 2,2′-diamino-4,4′-bis(1,3-thiazole) (DABTZ) with 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy), 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (bpe) and 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp): [(DABTZ) (4,4′-bipy)], [(DABTZ) (bpe)] and [(DABTZ) (bpp)] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-, 1H NMR-, 13C NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal and X-ray crystallography. Self-assembly of these compounds in the solid state is likely caused by both hydrogen bonding, and π-π stacking.  相似文献

The geometry, frequency, and intensity of the vibrational bands of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (which is abbreviated as impy) were obtained by the density functional theory (DFT) calculations with BLYP, B3LYP, and B3PW91 functionals and 6-31G(d) basis set. The optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles are in good agreement with the available X-ray data. The infrared spectrum of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine was computed by the DFT method in order to reproduce the vibrational wavenumbers and intensities with an accuracy, which allows reliable vibrational assignments. Total energy distribution and isotopic shifts have been calculated in order to help for the perfect assignment of the vibrational modes. The zinc halide complexes Zn(impy)2X2 [X = Cl, Br, and I] have also been synthesized. The compounds were characterized using the elemental analysis, FT-IR spectra, and quantum chemical calculations. The geometry optimization of Zn(impy)2X2 yields distorted tetrahedral environment around Zn ion.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2 with bpe and 4,4'-dpdo in an aqueous-alcohol solution affords the formation of red crystals of [Co(H2O)2(bpe)(OAc)2](4,4'-dpdo (bpe = trans-1,2-bis(4- pyridyl)ethylene, 4,4'-dpdo = 4,4'-dipyridyl N,N'-oxide). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 7.6146(9), b = 8.6691(11), c = 10.344011 A, α = 88.311(3), β = 76.992(3), γ = 75.809(3)°, V = 644.7613 A3, Z = 1, C26H28CoN4O8, Mr = 583.45, Dc = 1.503 g/cm3, μ = 0.724 mm-1, F(000) = 303, T = 223(2) K, the final R = 0.0477 and wR = 0.1177 for 3199 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the crystal the cobalt atom is six-coordinated by oxygen atoms from two carboxylic molecules, two nitrogen atoms from the bpe ligands and two water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The structure of the title complex consists of neutral chains containing cobalt(II) ions bridged by mutually trans bpe molecules. The adjacent chains are connected through weak hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional structure.  相似文献
