光学微透镜在光学成像、信号探测、生物传感等方面有重要的应用。针对现有固体微透镜难以变焦和生物不兼容的问题,提出将细胞内的叶绿体作为天然的微透镜,并研究了叶绿体微透镜的聚焦特性及其在光学成像和信号探测中的应用。研究结果表明,叶绿体微透镜对不同波长的入射光能产生聚焦效应。借助光镊产生的光力可实现叶绿体形状的可控变化,进而可实现对叶绿体微透镜焦距的调节,调节范围为15~45μm。由于叶绿体微透镜具有光束聚焦特性,故其能够应用到亚波长结构的成像和荧光信号的增强中。在实验中,叶绿体微透镜实现了对线宽为200 nm的光栅结构和细胞内部肌动蛋白丝的光学成像,以及对量子点荧光信号的探测和增强。 相似文献

精确的波前探测是反射镜面型检测及光束波前畸变测量的重要依据,论文根据Shark-Hartmann理论对波前探测技术进行了模拟和实验研究。将平行光经过球面透镜/柱面透镜后形成的球面波/柱面波作为探测波前。实验采用商用的微透镜阵列和CCD搭建Shark-Hartmann传感器,利用实际光束作为参考光,避免了参考光的不准直性对实验的影响。模拟计算结果表明平均曲率误差为13.423 mm,实验结果实现了对球面/柱面/倾斜波的探测及复原。 相似文献

提出了一种基于单柱面聚焦透镜的热透镜技术差分测量构型,并采用相移理论和高斯光束ABCD传输定律建立了热透镜信号理论模型,导出了最优构型条件及测量灵敏度理论极限,结果表明该测量构型能够获得与双柱面聚焦透镜测量构型相同的测量灵敏度。采用理论计算及有限元分析相结合的方法分析了构型参数对探测平面光强分布及热透镜信号幅值的影响,理论结果和有限元结果的一致性证明了单柱面聚焦透镜差分测量构型的可行性及理论模型的正确性。 相似文献

给出了连续调制激励光照射下光学薄膜样品表面热变形场的理论分布,并由此定义了表面热透镜(STL)信号。根据表面热透镜理论实验测量了一个BK7基底高反膜样品的形变,给出了表面热透镜信号随调制频率的变化曲线。实验结果表明:在采用的STL实验构型中,探测了最小1.985 nm的直流形变,对应不调制时的形变为3.97 nm,相应的形变探测灵敏度达到了10 pm量级;直流形变与功率成线性关系;交流表面热透镜信号随着频率增大而减小,在高频端近似成线性减小。 相似文献

针对开放光路TDLAS(可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术)气体检测系统中,由于角反射器在生产及使用过程中表面光洁度下降及大气传输扰动造成回波信号入射方向与接收透镜光轴非严格平行,从而导致系统探测灵敏度下降的问题,分析回波信号与菲涅尔透镜光轴夹角不同时的汇聚点偏移量,设计了由圆锥体反射器和抛物面反射器组成的二次光学元件,并运用TracePro光学软件对其参数进行优化。在回波光线-6°~6°入射角偏差范围条件下对优化设计的光学接收组件进行聚光特性模拟。模拟结果表明:优化设计的光学接收组件接收角为4.9°,光学效率为78.24%,与单独菲涅尔透镜及菲涅尔透镜-复合抛物面聚光器(CPC)光学接收组件相比聚光性能明显提高,适用于实际检测过程。 相似文献

The experimental result with recording mark size of 240 nm is obtained corresponding to a potential of density of tens of gigabits per square inch. Principles and applications of time-domain optical data storage using stimulated photon echo are briefly reviewed. Special emphasis is laid upon the comparison of this memory with holography; both memories use the interference between two optical waves. Some new experimental developments are introduced using samples of europium-ion-doped crystals, one of the most promising candidates in time-domain data storage. Five-zone binary phase filters (FBPFs) are proposed for decreasing the spot size and/or increasing the focal depth of the near-field optical storage system with a hemisphere solid immersion lens (SIL). The design of filters is based on the vector diffraction theory and the MATLAB optimizing toolbox. Three FBPFs with rotationally symmetrical pupil function have been designed, where the one FBPF is for increasing the focal depth as big as possible, the second FBPF is for improving the resolution as high as possible, and the third FBPF integrate the increase of focal depth with the improvement of resolution. Numerical results show that compared with the three-zone amplitude filter, the designed five-zone binary phase-only filters have more prominent performances in improving the focal depth and the resolution of the near-field SIL optical storage system. 相似文献

为进一步提高光存储密度,利用固体侵没透镜(SIL)与数值孔径为0.55的长工作距离物镜对飞秒激光脉冲进行聚焦,完成了PMMA及石英介质上的存储实验,并对聚焦物镜焦点与SIL底面离焦时的介质内焦点位置和系统的数值孔径进行了模拟。实验结果表明:当聚焦物镜焦点与SIL底面适当离焦时,实际聚焦在介质内的焦点深度不断加深,且系统的有效数值孔径不断增大。利用这一结果,在距PMMA表面20μm的地方得到了点间距1μm,层间距2.5μm的6层空间点阵;在距石英介质表面15μm的地方获得了点间距为0.6μm,层间距为2.5μm的5层空间点阵,其存储密度可达1.1×1012bits/cm3。 相似文献

Blue ray optical storage is one of the important trends in the area of information storage, and attracts a number of researchers. Static tester for blue ray optical storage plays an important role in storage media research. We designed and constructed a static tester, in which modularization makes it very convenient to expand function. Employment of modulation/demodulation technique weakens test error so as to increase test precision. Focus move mode and the nano-positioners facilitate the relocation of recording marks. Only one laser with wavelength 406.7 nm is used. In this paper, system design and characteristics are represented in detail, and some experimental results are also given to show that the static tester can perform successfully, acting as research platform for blue ray optical storage. 相似文献

采用固体浸没透镜的光存储方法是提高光存储密度的比较实用的近场光存储方法,而严格控制SIL下底面与光存储介质之间的亚波长级距离是此光存储系统正常工作的前提.本文采用电容法测量SIL的飞行高度,采用弹性悬臂将SIL加载在转盘表面上,转盘以不同速度转动时SIL将悬浮在不同的高度.计算机首先采集到SIL的飞行高度信息,再与设定的飞行高度作比较,根据比较结果调整转盘转速,从而达到调整SIL飞行高度的目的.采用此方法,可以动态地将SIL的下底面控制在距高速转动的转盘表面上150~600 nm范围内的一定高度上. 相似文献

A solid immersion lens (SIL) has been applied to the writing and reading of three-dimensional optical datastorage in transparent materials. Using a SIL with n=1.516 to focus a 150-fs, 800-nm Ti:sapphire laser,the 5-layer reading and writing of data are achieved in fused silica and polyethylene methacrylate at adensity of 1.1× 1012b/cm3. A pupil-plane filtering technique is applied to data-signal detection in an optical data-storage system that uses a solid immersion lens (SIL) and a four-layered phase-change recording medium. We have confirmed by numerical calculations and experiment that the technique improves signal contrast and makes the contrast less sensitive to the gap width between the bottom surface of the SIL and the top surface of the recording medium. Light that is incident upon the objective lens that is used with the SIL is linearly polarized, and the full vectorial feature of the light is considered in the calculations. 相似文献
