A novel coordination polymer of [Mg(1,4-BDOA)(CH3OH)2]n (1,4-BDOA2- = benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 12.070(2), b = 7.7088(15), c = 7.3332(15) (A),β = 91.42(3)o, V = 682.1(2) (A)3, Z = 2, Mr = 312.56, Dc = 1.522 g/cm3, μ = 0.168 mm-1, F(000) = 328, the final R = 0.0628 and wR = 0.1591 for 1082 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mg(Ⅱ) atom and 1,4-BDOA2- ligand lie in different inversion centers. The Mg(Ⅱ) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by four carboxyl O atoms from four different 1,4-BDOA2- ligands and two hydroxyl O atoms from two methanol molecules. The Mg(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 1,4-BDOA2- ligands, leading to a 3D infinite network structure.  相似文献

The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 5.962(3), b = 11.224(6), c = 13.664(7) , V = 914.3(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 245.50, Dc = 1.783 g/cm3, μ = 0.445 mm–1, flack parameter = 0.32(16), F(000) = 512, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Mg(II) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(II) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds, through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C13H9N2O)Cl]2·(CH3CN)2 (C30H24Cl2Cu2N6O2), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the tricli- nic system, space group P1, with a = 7.6677(14), b = 9.2375(17), c = 11.227(2) , α = 81.338(3), β = 88.173(4), γ = 66.199(3)o, V = 718.9(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 698.53, F(000) = 354, Dc = 1.613 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.705 mm-1, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.1364 for 2474 unique reflections with 1809 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(II) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(II)–Cu(II) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(II) atoms is 3.0144(15) .  相似文献

合成了新型邻菲咯啉镁(II)配合物 [Mg(H2O)4(phen)](phen)[C6H4(COO)2]?H2O, 并对其进行了元素分析、IR、TG、X-射线衍射等表征。单晶衍射结果表明, 该配合物晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为 P21/c, 晶胞参数:a = 11.873(2), b = 31.992(6), c = 8.144(2) ?, β = 93.98(3), V = 3085.9(11)?3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1336, Dc = 1.375 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.120 mm?1。对于 6889[ Rint = 0.0264]个独立衍射点, 有 3939 个可观测点满足(I≥2σ (I)), 最终的偏离因子 R = 0.0430, wR = 0.1294。标题配合物由 1 个邻菲咯啉合镁阳离子[Mg(H2O)4(phen)]2+、1 个邻苯二甲酸根阴离子C6H4(COO)2)2–、1 个溶剂邻菲咯啉分子和 1 个结晶水分子组成。中心 Mg(II)离子为六配位, 六个配位原子形成畸变的 MgN2O4八面体构型。  相似文献

The reaction of 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane (dadm), malonic acid (H2mal) and Cu(NO3)2 in aqueous solution results in a discrete binuclear Cu(II) macrocycle: [Cu(dadm)(mal)- (H2O)]2(2H2O. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.231(3), b = 11.847(2), c = 9.801(2)A,Z= 106.75(3)o, V = 1693.5(6)A3, Z = 2, C32H40Cu2N4O12, Mr = 799.76, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, λ(MoK() = 0.71073A, μ = 1.325 mm-1, F(000) = 828, the final R = 0.0531 and Wr = 0.1244 for 3421 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(II) is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from a mal ligand, two nitrogen atoms from two dadm ligands and a water oxygen atom to form a triangle bipyramidal motif. 通过水热法合成了一个金属-有机配位聚合物[Co(PDC)(bix)(H2O)]n(H2PDC=2,4-吡啶二甲酸,bix=1,4-双(咪唑基-1-甲基)苯)。并对其进行了元素分析、热重、红外光谱、紫外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射测定。该配合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。晶体学数据:a=2.5255(4),b=1.31898(19),c=1.4415(2)nm,β=118.656(2)°,V=4.213 5(11)nm3,C21H19CoN5O5,Mr=480.34,Dc=1.514 g.cm-3,μ(Mo Kα)=0.857 9 mm-1,F(000)=1 976,Z=8,残差因子R=0.030 5,wR=0.067 4。在晶体结构中,钴原子为六配位与来自2个不同的PDC配体上的2个羧基氧原子和来自2个bix配体上的2个氮原子、来自PDC配体上的1个氮原子以及1个配位水分子配位,呈现畸变的八面体几何构型。而且该配合物通过氢键作用扩展成三维超分子网状结构。  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7N2H7O2)2]n·nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Co(Oac)2 with 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a =7.456(3), b = 9.972(3), c = 10.391 (3) (A), β= 106.435(2)°, V = 741.0(4) (A)3, Z = 2, C14H16CoN4O5, Mr = 379.24, Dc = 1.700 g/cm3, F(000) = 390 and μ(MoKa) = 1.194 mm-1. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0886 for 1516 observed reflections with I>2σ(I) and R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0899 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 3D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel. Each Co atom, adopting a distorted octahedral geometry, is coordinated by two O atoms from two 3,5-diaminobenzoate ligands and four N atoms from four symmetry-related 3,5-diaminobenzoate ligands.  相似文献

A new lanthanum complex, (H3O)2[La(C7H3NO5)2(H2O)212.3(H2O) or (HaO)E[La(HChel)2(HEO)E]2.3(H2O) 1 (H3Chel = 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic(chelidamic) acid), has been prepared by the hydrothermal reaction, and its crystal structure was determined based on single-crystal diffraction data. Compound I crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pi with a = 9.6939(19), b = 10.176(2), c = 11.502(2)A, α = 111.52(3), β = 93.74(3), γ = 103.33(3)°, V = 1013.0(3)A3, Dc = 1.912 g/cm3, Z = 1, Mr = 1166.40, p = 2.188 mm-1, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073 A and F(000) = 574. The final R = 0.0342 and wR = 0.0737 for 4080 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I), and R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0772 for all data. Compound 1 contains two lanthanum ions, four chelidamic acid ligands, four coordinated water molecules, two hydroniums, and three discrete water molecules. The LaⅢ atom is ten-coordinated by four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms from two tridentate chelating chelidamic acid ligands, two carboxylic oxygen atoms from an adjacent chelidamic acid ligand and two coordinated water molecules, leading to a distorted dodecahedral geometry. The compounds [Mg{In(SC{O}Ph)4}2] (1) and [Ca(H2O)x{In(SC{O}Ph)4}2].yH2O (x = 0, y = 1, 2 major product; x = 1, y = 0, 2a minor product; x = 2, y = 2, 2b minor product) have been synthesized by reacting InCl3 and M(SC{O}Ph)2 (M = Mg and Ca) prepared in situ in the molar ratio 1:2. The structures of 1, 2a, and 2b have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The structure of 1 consists of two tetrahedral [In(SC{O}Ph)4]- anions sandwiching the Mg(II) metal ions through six carbonyl O atoms. The coordination geometry at the Mg(II) metal atom is distorted octahedral with an O(6) donor set. The structures of 2a and 2b consist of two [In(SC{O}Ph)4]- anions sandwiching the Ca(II) metal ion through five and four carbonyl O atoms, and the octahedral coordination at the Ca(II) centers is completed by one and two aqua ligands, respectively. Two aqua ligands and two lattice water molecules form a H-bonded water chain in the channel created by [Ca{In(SC{O}Ph)4}2] molecules in the crystal structure of 2b. The thermal decomposition of 1 and 2 indicated the formation of the corresponding MIn2S4 materials, and this was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction patterns.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5) , α = 101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600(10)°, V = 1459.44(8) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm3, μ = 0.539 mm–1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the MnII atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D’…A’ H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O–H…O, N–H…O and N–H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)+, [Mn(pydc)2]2– and crystal water.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

The title compound {Cu2(pdc)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)(3H2O}2 1 (H2pdc = pyridine-2,6- dicarboxylic acid, also known as dipicolinic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.2278(3), b = 10.6259(4), c = 17.7614(6)A, α= 79.5990(10), β = 83.6300(10), γ = 71.8280(10)o, V = 1272.60(8)A3, C48H44Cu4N8O24, Mr = 1371.07, Z = 1, Dc = 1.789 g/cm3, μ = 1.747 mm-1, F(000) = 696, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1137 for 3938 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). There are two kinds of Cu coordination environments, and each central copper(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geo- metry. Four copper(II) atoms are linked by four pdc and two 4,4′-bipy ligands to form an annular rectangle structure. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions involving carboxylate O atoms as well as coordinated and free water molecules lead to the formation of a three-dimensional network struc- ture.  相似文献
