[Chemical reaction: see text] The reaction of cyclic beta-keto esters with CF3CO2ZnCH2I provided the corresponding ring-expanded products in moderate to good yields. Although alpha-substituted acyclic beta-keto esters reacted with much less efficient, chain-extension reaction of simple beta-keto esters also proceeded effectively to generate gamma-keto esters in high yields.  相似文献

Reactions of α-lithioisobutyric acid esters were studied as models of partial reaction taking place during anionic polymerization of methacrylate esters. The rates of selfcondensation reactions and condensations with nonmetalated esters were determined for these models. In both cases ketoesters were the final products. Besides esters of α,α,α′-trimethylglutaric acid expected according to Michael's reaction scheme the addition of methacrylate esters to α-lithio esters also yielded oligomeric compounds due to repeated addition of methacrylate esters. The α-lithio oligomers of methacrylate esters underwent cyclization condensation which gave rise to esters of substituted cyclohexanonedicarboxylic acids. The alkali metal alkoxides slowed down all the condensation reactions of α-lithio esters investigated here. Such effect of alkoxides also appeared in the cyclization condensation of compounds formed by repeated addition of methacrylate esters, because in the presence of alkoxides the reaction mixture contained a higher amount of higher molecular weight compounds than in a system without alkoxide. The effect of alkoxides observed here is in accordance with the view that the cyclization condensation is one of the termination reactions of the anionic polymerization of methacrylate esters.  相似文献

The catalytic enantioselective Henry reaction of alpha-keto esters with nitromethane has been developed. The reaction conditions have been optimized by the screening of different chiral Lewis acids, solvents, and bases, and it was found that the copper(II)-tert-butyl bisoxazoline complex in combination with triethylamine catalyzed a highly enantioselective reaction giving optically active beta-nitro-alpha-hydroxy esters in high yields and with excellent enantiomeric excesses. The scope of the reaction is demonstrated by the reaction of a variety of different alpha-keto esters. The catalytic enantioselective Henry reaction of beta,gamma-unsaturated-alpha-keto esters proceeds as a 1,2-addition reaction exclusively, in contrast to the uncatalyzed reaction where both the 1,2- and 1,4-addition products are formed. It is demonstrated that the beta-nitro-alpha-hydroxy esters can be converted into, e.g., Boc-protected beta-amino-alpha-hydroxy esters in high yields and without loss of optical purity. The mechanism for the reaction is discussed, and it is postulated that both the alpha-keto ester and nitromethane/nitronate is coordinated to the metal center during the reaction course.  相似文献

5-氟尿嘧啶N1-甲酰氯分别与Gly、Val、Leu、Ile、Phe、Asp和Glu的苄酯反应,制备了7种5-氟尿嘧啶-N1-甲酰基氨基酸苄酯。氢解后得到了相应的5-氟尿嘧啶N1-甲酰氨基酸。将其进一步与氨基酸甲酯或二肽甲酯缩合,制备了5-氟尿嘧啶N1-甲酰基二肽甲酯和三肽甲酯。5-氟尿嘧啶-N1-甲酰基二肽甲酯也可采用5-氟尿嘧啶-N1-甲酰氯与二肽甲酯直接反应制备。  相似文献

This paper summarizes our recent efforts toward the development of tandem reactions utilizing umpolung reactions of α‐imino esters. A highly diastereoselective tandem N‐alkylation–Mannich reaction of α‐imino esters was developed. A tandem N‐alkylation–addition reaction of α‐imino esters derived from ethyl glyoxylate with various aldehydes proceeded to give 1,2‐amino alcohols. The same reaction also proceeded efficiently using a novel flow system comprising two connected microreactors. Novel syntheses of α‐quaternary alkynyl amino esters and allenoates were developed through the use of umpolung N‐addition to β,γ‐alkynyl α‐imino esters, followed by regioselective acylation. In addition, a highly regioselective tandem N‐alkylation–vinylogous aldol reaction of β,γ‐alkenyl α‐imino esters was discovered. N‐Alkylation of α‐iminophosphonates followed by a Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction with aldehydes occurred to afford enamines, which can be used in a four‐component coupling reaction with methyl vinyl ketone. α‐N‐Acyloxyimino esters served as highly efficient substrates for the N,N,C‐trialkylation reaction to introduce various nucleophiles at the imino nitrogen and carbon atoms.  相似文献

The catalytic enantioselective direct alpha-amination reaction of 2-keto esters with easily available azo dicarboxylates as the nitrogen source and chiral bisoxazoline-copper(II) complexes as the catalyst is presented. The reactions proceed with excellent enantioselectivities and high yields. The scope of the reaction is demonstrated by the direct amination of a series of 2-keto esters having different substituent patterns. The reaction provides an easy catalytic route to optically active syn-beta-amino-alpha-hydroxy esters, as demonstrated for the synthesis of masked syn-beta-amino-alpha-hydroxy esters (as oxazolidinones) and N-Boc-syn-beta-amino-alpha-hydroxy esters. On the basis of the absolute configuration of the products a tentative model for the transition state is suggested.  相似文献

The boron-mediated aldol reaction of carboxylic esters is described in detail. Contrary to the general belief that carboxylic esters are inert under the condition of the boron enolate formation, propionate esters are enolized with certain combinations of a boron triflate and an amine. More importantly, the stereochemical course of the aldol reaction can be controlled by the judicious selection of the enolization reagents. Treatment of propionate esters with c-Hex2BOTf and triethylamine produces anti-aldol products, and that with Bu2BOTf and diisopropylethylamine gives syn-aldol products selectively after reaction with aldehydes. Complementary anti- and syn-selective asymmetric aldol reactions with structurally related, readily available chiral norephedrine-derived propionate esters are developed.  相似文献

A series of trialkylsilyl esters were deprotected or transesterificated into their corresponding carboxylic acids or methyl esters under a catalytic amount of CBr4 in alcohol reaction system. This method enables to desilylate secondary sp3-carbon, sp2-carbon, sp-carbon and aryl tethered trialkylsilyl esters to carboxylic acids, whereas primary sp3-carbon tethered trialkylsilyl esters were further converted into their methyl esters under CBr4/MeOH reaction conditions. The highly chemoselective deprotections can be modulated and achieved by the introduced protecting trialkylsilyl groups and the used alcohols such as MeOH and EtOH under this photochemically-induced reaction conditions.  相似文献

综述了蔗糖酯的合成方法及工艺的研究进展,并对其反应机理进行了阐述.蔗糖酯的合成方法主要有四种:溶剂法、微乳化法、无溶剂法以及酶催化法.溶剂法采用DMF或DMSO为溶剂,但是这两种溶剂均有毒,限制了蔗糖酯在食品等行业的应用.微乳化法采用丙二醇或水代替溶剂法所使用的有毒溶剂,并加入乳化剂,使反应体系近似为均相体系.无溶剂法则是通过在反应体系中加入乳化剂或表面活性剂等使熔融相成均一相,反应平稳.但是一般无溶剂法反应温度较高,反应不易进行,产率低,且产品质量得不到保证.酶催化合成法是一种新的生物合成方法,采用生物酶代替传统的催化剂合成蔗糖酯,该法催化活性高、反应条件温和、选择性强、产物易分离等优点.文中还对蔗糖酯粗品的纯化工艺进行了介绍.  相似文献

In the presence of a secondary amine, treatment of α-keto esters with fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides at room temperature afforded N-sulfonyl protected β-amino-α-keto esters in good to excellent yields. This reaction provided a novel, direct and convenient access to N-sulfonyl protected β-amino-α-keto esters from α-keto esters and fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides under mild conditions. However, the reaction of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides with β-ketoester enamines afforded two products: N-fluoroalkanesulfonyl amidines and diazoacetate. The reaction mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

Using ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride as reaction medium, a series of novel cellulose esters containing phosphorus including cellulose diphenyl phosphate (C-Dp) and cellulose acetate (CA)–diphenyl phosphate mixed esters was synthesized homogeneously. The degree of substitution was well controlled by altering reaction conditions, such as the molar ratio of the acylating reagents/anhydroglucose unit and reaction time. The structure and thermal properties of cellulose esters were characterized by FTIR, NMR, wide-angle X-ray powder diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. All the products possessed excellent solubility in some common organic solvents, and transparent films of cellulose esters were obtained by solution casting. In contrast to C-Dp, CA–diphenyl phosphate mixed esters showed clear glass transitions. More interestingly, these cellulose mixed esters exhibited thermoplastic behavior and could be processed by traditional melt processing methods.  相似文献

Action of dimethyllithium cuprate on α,α-dichloro esters at room temperature leads to the formation of α-chloro α-methyl esters together with non chlorinated α-methyl esters; the same reaction performed at ?70° produces α-chloro ester enolates which upon heating to room temperature are transformed into α-methyl ester enolates. Homo-allylic sulfamate esters and sulfonamides are shown to be useful substrates for the tethered aminohydroxylation (TA) reaction. The sulfamate esters undergo the TA reaction delivering 1,2,3-oxathiazinane products whereas the sulfonamides give 1,2-thiazinane products. A range of acyclic homo-allylic sulfamate esters were prepared and subjected to the TA reaction to establish the scope of the process. Nucleophilic ring-opening reactions of the 1,2,3-oxathiazinane products are also described.  相似文献

Cellulose diacetate (CDA) with degree of substitution (DS) of 2.4 was dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide and reacted with octadecenyl succinic anhydrides (OSAs) using 1-methylimidazole as a promoter. FT-IR and 1H-NMR analysis of the reaction products revealed that half-esterification occurred on residual hydroxyl groups of CDA by OSA, providing CDA/octadecenyl succinic acid (OSAcid) half esters at yields of more than 90%. The effects of reaction time and temperature on DS of CDA/OSAcid esters were studied in detail. The higher the reaction temperature, the higher the esterification rate to form CDA/OSAcid half esters. The maximum DS values were 0.41 and 0.33 for CDA/n-OSAcid and CDA/i-OSAcid esters, respectively. The original X-ray diffraction pattern of CDA changed with the introduction of OSAcid substituents into CDA, and CDA/OSAcid esters seemed to have thermoplasticity, depending on DS and the chemical structure of the OSAcids. A soil-embedding test of films of CDA and CDA/OSAcid esters indicated that the CDA/OSAcid esters that were prepared maintained the biodegradability of the original CDA.  相似文献
