Lp-Norm inequality of the product of pseudo-differential operators involving Hankel transformation

Lp-norm type inequalities for pseudo-differential operators L(x,D) and H(x,D) are derived for 1 ≤ p < ∞. Product of pseudo-differential operators associated with Bessel operator Sμ are defined and its Lp-norm type inequalities are obtained.     

On Hardy-Littlewood-Pólya and Taikov type inequalities for multiple operators in Hilbert spaces

We present a unified approach to obtain sharp mean-squared and multiplicative inequalities of Hardy-Littlewood-Pólya and Taikov types for multiple closed operators acting on Hilbert space. We apply our results to establish new sharp inequalities for the norms of powers of the Laplace-Beltrami operators on compact Riemannian manifolds and derive the well-known Taikov and Hardy-Littlewood-Pólya inequalities for functions defined on the d-dimensional space in the limit case. Other applications include the best approximation of unbounded operators by linear bounded ones and the best approximation of one class by elements of another class. In addition, we establish sharp Solyar type inequalities for unbounded closed operators with closed range.

     

Log-Sobolev inequalities for semi-direct product operators and applications

In this paper, we prove some type of logarithmic Sobolev inequalities (with parameters) for operators in semi-direct product forms (see Sect. 1 for a precise definition). This generalizes the tensorization procedure for this type of inequalities and allows to deal with some operators with varying coefficients. We provide many examples of applications and obtain ultracontractive bounds for some of these operators by using appropriate Hardy’s type inequalities necessary for our method. This theory is developed in the setting of carré du champ with diffusion property.     

Modular Estimates of Integral Operators with Homogeneous Kernels in Orlicz Type Classes

We study some inequalities for integral operators with homogeneous kernel with respect to modular functionals in Musielak Orlicz type spaces. These inequalities are ?odular” versions of the Hardy type inequality.     

Integral equations and inequalities of Volterra type for functions defined in partially ordered spaces

The paper considers Volterra type integral operators acting in L₂(T), where T is a partially ordered topological space as well as equations and inequalities related to them. For the linear operators of this type it is shown that they are quasinilpotent. Explicit estimates for the solutions of linear integral inequalities have been obtained. Nonlinear equations and inequalities have also been considered.

Commutator Inequalities for the Hilbert-Schmidt Norm

Two types of commutator inequalities for the Hilbert-Schmidt norm are established. The first type of these inequalities is related to a classical inequality of Clarkson, and the second type is related to the unitary approximation of positive and invertible operators.

Bohr Inequality for Multiple Op erators

An absolute value equation is established for linear combinations of two operators. When the parameters take special values, the parallelogram law of operator type is given. In addition, the operator equation in literature [3] and its equivalent deformation are obtained. Based on the equivalent deformation of the operator equation and using the properties of conjugate number as well as the operator, an absolute value identity of multiple operators is given by means of mathematical induction. As Corollaries, Bohr inequalities are extended to multiple operators and some related inequalities are reduced to, such as inequalities in [2] and [3].     

Weighted simultaneous approximation with Baskakov type operators

We obtain inequalities for the weighted approximation error of Baskakov type operators and their derivatives. Such inequalities are valid for functions of polynomial growth and are expressed in terms of weighted moduli of continuity.     

A Cotlar type inequality for the multilinear singular integral operators and its applications

A Cotlar type inequality is established for the multilinear singular integral operators. As applications, some two-weight norm inequalities are obtained for the maximal operator corresponding to the multilinear singular integral operators.     

SOME SHARP RELLICH TYPE INEQUALITIES ON NILPOTENT GROUPS AND APPLICATION

We prove some Rellich type inequalities for the sub-Laplacian on Carnot nilpotent groups.Using the same method,we obtain some analogous inequalities for the Heisenberg-Greiner operators.In most cases,the constants we obtained are optimal.     

Super and weak Poincaré inequalities for hypoelliptic operators

Sufficient conditions are presented for super/weak Poincare inequalities to hold for a class of hypoelliptic operators on noncompact manifolds. As applications, the essential spectrum and the convergence rate of the associated Markov semigroup are described for Gruschin type operators on R2 and Kohn-Laplacian type operators on the Heisenberg group.     

Ando–Hiai type inequalities for multivariate operator means

ABSTRACT

We present several Ando–Hiai type inequalities for n-variable operator means for positive invertible operators. Ando–Hiai's inequalities given here are not only of the original type but also of the complementary type and of the reverse type involving the generalized Kantorovich constant.     

On pointwise estimates for the Littlewood-Paley operators

In a recent paper we proved pointwise estimates relating some classical maximal and singular integral operators. Here we show that inequalities essentially of the same type hold for the Littlewood-Paley operators.
