Synthesis, X-ray phase analysis (XRPA), and IR spectroscopic study were performed to investigate the structure of [Cu(m-HBH)2(OH2)2]SO4·H2O, where m-HBH = C7H8O2N2 (3-hydroxybenzoylhydrazine); a = 7.154(3) Å, b = 8.012(2) Å, c = 20.061(2) Å, β = 90.56(2)°; P21, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.046. The structure of the compound consists of the [Cu(m-HBH)2(OH2)2]2+ complex cations, SO 4 2? anions, and one water molecule. The copper atom is surrounded by a tetragonal bipyramid; c.n. is 6 = 4 + 2 (the distances are 2.030(5) Å, 2.054(6) Å, 2.061(5) Å, and 2.097(3) Å (equatorial); 2.459(4) Å and 2.53(4) Å (axial)). In complex compounds of 3d metals containing m-HBH, the function of the latter is probably invariable; the distribution of the anions and water molecules in the structure depends on the type of the metal and on the anion shape and geometry for metals with slightly different ionic radii.  相似文献

A Cu(ll) complex with mepirizole: 4-methoxy-2-(5-methoxy-3-methyl-pyrazoll-yl)-6-methylpyrimidine (L) and oxalate as ligands with the formula [CuL(C2O4)(H2O)]·H2O has been synthesized. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis: monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 7.707(1), b = 14.951(3), c = 14.986(2) Å,β = 92.40(2)°, V = 1725.2(8) Å3, Dm = 1.61(1) g cm−3, Dc = 1.62 g cm−3, R = 0.032 and Rw = 0.035 for 2016 observed reflections. The CuN2O2O′chromophore can be described as square pyramidal strongly distorted towards trigonal bipyramidal. The basal coordination positions are occupied by the two oxygen atoms of the bidentate oxalate group, the coordinated water molecule and one nitrogen atom of the bidentate mepirizole group; the other coordinated nitrogen atom occupies the apical position. Magnetic moment, IR, electronic reflectance and ESR spectra are interpreted in accordance with the proposed stereochemistry.  相似文献

Crystals of [Cu(o-Andp)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (where o-Andp2–is -anisidine-N,N-di-3-propionate) were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are triclinic: a= 12.063(1) Å, b= 12.483(3) Å, c= 13.586(2) Å, = 91.29(1)°, = 111.67(1)°, = 104.00(1)°, V= 1830.5(5) Å3, space group P , Z= 2, and R= 0.0528 for 5965 reflections with I2(I). The two crystallographically independent complexes are isostructural. The tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination of copper(III) involves three O atoms, the N atom of the tetradentate ligand o-Andp2–, and two O atoms from water. The aminodipropionate group of the ligand (average Cu–O 1.939 Å and Cu–N 2.051 Å) and one of the coordinated water molecules (Cu–O(w) 1.991 Å) lie in the equatorial plane. The second water molecule (Cu–O(w) 2.32 Å) and the methoxy O atom of o-Andp2–(Cu–O 2.37 Å) are in the apical positions of the bipyramid.  相似文献

Abstract

The title complex, Cu2(C10H2O8)(C3H4O2)6(H2O)4 · 4H2O, consists of polymeric copper(II) complex anions and discrete copper(II) complex cations. Benzenetetracarboxyl anions bridge copper(II) atoms coordinated to water and imidazole groups to form the anionic polymeric chains along the a axis, while discrete copper(II) complex cations involving four imidazole and two water ligands are packed between parallel polymeric anionic chains, an extensive H-bonding network linking complex cations and anions.  相似文献

From hydrothermal treatment of benzene-1,2-diamine, pyrocatechol, and MoO3 in acetic acid solution, a new compound, [Mo22-O)2(C6H4O2)2(H2O)] · (C8H9N2)2 · 2H2O (I), constructed from pyrocatechol chelated dinuclear molybdenum units and 2-methylbenzimidazole has been synthesized. Single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 23.365(2), b = 7.2214(5), c = 19.3021(16) β = 97.929(4), V = 3225.6(5), Z = 4, M = 808.46, ρc = 1.665 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 0.84 mm?1, F(000) = 1608, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.1484 for 7385 independent reflections with R int = 0.0393. Interestingly, an in situ condensation between acetic acid and benzene-1,2-diamine has occurred, and the unexpected 2-methyl-1-H-benzo[d] imidazoles serve as counterions and N-H donors to form stable hydrogen-bond network in the crystal. Furthermore, intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found among the cations, anions and crystalline water molecules. The double nuclear molybdenum units are connected by O-H...O hydrogen bonds with the crystalline water molecules to form one-dimensional chains, and the chains are further joined together by N-H...O to form a quasi-two dimensional structure.  相似文献

Two organic–inorganic compounds based on Keggin building blocks have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods, (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)?·?PMo12O40?·?2H2O (1) and (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)2?·?AsMo12O40?·?3H2O (2) (C7N2H6?=?benzimidazole). Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that 1 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?9.8980(4)?Å, b?=?11.2893(4)?Å, c?=?25.8933(9)?Å, α?=?93.307(2)°, β?=?90.630(2)°, γ?=?108.330(2)°, V?=?2740.68(18)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?=?0.0740, ωR 2(F 2)?=?0.1511, and S?=?1.037; 2 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?12.3353(4)?Å, b?=?13.2649(4)?Å, c?=?20.2878(6)?Å, α?=?95.6630(10)°, β?=?100.1720(10)°, γ?=?99.3940(10)°, V?=?3195.72(17)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?= 0.0329, ωR2 (F 2)?=?0.1236, and S?=?1.088. The two compounds show a layer framework constructed from Keggin-polyoxoanion clusters and benzimidazole via hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, resulting in a 3-D supramolecular network. Both have high catalytic activity for oxidation of methanol. When the initial concentration of the methanol is 5.37?g?m?3 in air and the flow velocity is 4.51?mL?min?1, methanol is completely eliminated at 150°C for 1 (160°C for 2).  相似文献

The complexes [Cd(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (I) and [Co(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (II) were obtained in the crystalline state by reactions of cobalt chloride and cadmium chloride with ammonium 4-nitro-2,3,5,6-tetraoxopyridinate, (NH4)2 · (C5HO6N2)2. Their cocrystallization gave the heterometallic complex [Cd0.32Co0.68(H2O)6](C5HN2O6)2 · 2H2O (III). The crystal and molecular structures of complexes I-III were determined by X-ray diffraction. It was demonstrated that the complexation reactions occur by replacement of two ammonium cations 4-nitro-2,3,5,6-tetraoxopyridinate by the complex cations [M(H2O)6]2+. The tetraoxopyridinate anions and the complex cations are hydrogen-bonded through the coordinated and crystallization water molecules as well as through the O atoms of the organic anion. The thermolysis of complexes I and II was examined by TGA.  相似文献

A reaction of dimercury(I) dinitrate with nitrilotris(methylenephosphonic acid), N(CH2PO3)3H6, gave the complex [(Hg2)2(H2O){N(CH2PO3)3H2}] · H2O. The crystals of the complex are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 2, a = 8.3436(3), b = 9.0744(3), c = 11.1124(4) Å, α = 91.875(3)°, β = 104.452(3)°, γ = 92.195(3)° (CIF file CCDC no. 1051860). The atoms of either dimercury cation are coordinated differently, making up a distorted tetrahedron and a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The ligand is coordinated to the Hg atoms through seven donor atoms: six (out of nine) O atoms and a N atom. The coordination involves the formation of chelate rings: two four-membered, three five-membered, a six-membered, and an eight-membered ring (CIF file CCDC no. 1051860).  相似文献

The quinquedentate complex trans(H2O,O5)-[Cr(1,3-pddap)(H2O)]?·?2H2O (where 1,3-pddap is the 1,3-propanediamine-N,N?′-diacetate-N-3-propionate ion) was prepared and its structure established by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna21, a?=?17.290(2), b?=?10.821(2), c?=?7.872(1)?Å, Z?=?4. The metal atom is surrounded octahedrally with two nitrogen and three oxygen donors of (1,3-pddap)3?, forming two six-membered and two five-membered metal chelate rings, and with one water molecule occupying the trans position with respect to the oxygen of the axial glycinate ring. Conformational analysis of the five geometrical isomers of [Cr(1,3-pddap)(H2O)], performed with the Consistent Force Field (CFF) program and recently developed edta force field, revealed that the global minimum is indeed the trans(H2O,O5) isomer with the geometry in a very good agreement with the crystallographic structure. General patterns for the conformational preferences of edta-type complexes of trivalent first-row transition metals are exposed and discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis and characterization of the dinuclear Cu(II) complex [Cu(μ2-OH){Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph21O,O′}(1,10-phen-κ2N,N′)]2·2H2O (1), 1,10-phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline, is described. X-ray crystallographic studies reveal that the Cu(II) centers of 1 are bridged by two OH? groups and are coordinated by the (O,O)?= Ph2P(O)NP(O)Ph2? ligand in a monodentate fashion, unprecedented for Cu(II). The crystal lattice of 1 also contains H2O molecules, which are involved in the formation of a hydrogen bonding network with bridging OH? groups and noncoordinated O atoms of the (O,O) ligand. These H2O molecules are arranged in the crystal lattice of 1 as tetrameric clusters. The packing of molecules in the structure of 1 was investigated by Hirshfeld Surface analysis.  相似文献

A dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni2(MOBPT)2(N3)4] · 2H2O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR, ESI-MS, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P 1 with a = 9.877(2) Å, b = 10.396(2) Å, c = 11.975(3) Å, α = 71.638(3)°, β = 74.968(3)°, γ = 64.747(3)°, V = 1044.2(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0371 for 5774 observed reflections. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni2N8 unit is almost planar with each Ni2+ coordinated by four nitrogens from two MOBPT ligands and two axial azides in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.  相似文献

Two new polyoxovanadates (Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2))(2)[{Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)]·5H(2)O (1) and (Ni(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2))(2)[{Ni(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)]·8H(2)O (2) (N(3)C(5)H(15) = N-(2-aminoethyl)-1,3-propanediamine) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized. In both structures the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) shell displays the main structural motif, which is strongly related to the {V(18)O(42)} archetype cluster. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 14.3438(4), b = 16.6471(6), c = 18.9186(6) ?, α = 87.291(3)°, β = 83.340(3)°, γ = 78.890(3)°, and V = 4401.4(2) ?(3) (1) and a = 14.5697(13), b = 15.8523(16), c = 20.2411(18) ?, α = 86.702(11)°, β = 84.957(11)°, γ = 76.941(11)°, and V = 4533.0(7) ?(3) (2). In the structure of 1 the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) cluster anion is bound to a [Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)](2+) complex via a terminal oxygen atom. In the Co(2+)-centered complex, one of the amine ligands coordinates in tridentate mode and the second one in bidentate mode to form a strongly distorted CoN(5)O octahedron. Similarly, in compound 2 an analogous NiN(5)O complex is joined to the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) anion via the same attachment mode. A remarkable difference between the two compounds is the orientation of the noncoordinated propylamine group leading to intermolecular Sb···O contacts in 1 and to Sb···N interactions in 2. In the solid-state lattices of 1 and 2, two additional [M(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)](2+) complexes act as countercations and are located between the [{M(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](4-) anions. Between the anions and cations strong N-H···O hydrogen bonds are observed. In both compounds the clusters are stacked along the b axis in an ABAB fashion with cations and water molecules occupying the space between the clusters. Magnetic characterization demonstrates that the Ni(2+) and Co(2+) cations do not significantly couple with the S = 1/2 vanadyl groups. The susceptibility data can be successfully reproduced assuming a distorted ligand field for the Co(2+) ions (1) and an O(h)-symmetric Ni(2+) ligand field (2).  相似文献

Two new Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(C4H6N2)2(C4H2O4)(H2O)2] n (1) (where C4H6N2?=?2-methylimidazole, C4H2O4?=?fumarate), and [Cd(C4H6N2)(H2O)(C4H4O4)] n ?·?nH2O (2), (where C4H4O4?=?succinates), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 in a one-dimensional chain structure, in which carboxy is monodentate; a three-dimensional supermolecular network structure was formed through hydrogen bonding. In complex 2, the coordination geometry of the Cd atoms is a pentagonal bipyramid, and a two-dimensional sheet is formed though carboxyl group bridging. In 1 and 2, IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging carboxyl groups, confirmed by structure analyses.  相似文献

The two-dimensional (2D) iron trimellitate [Fe(H(2)O)(2)(C(9)O(6)H(4))].H(2)O, labeled MIL-67, has been obtained under hydrothermal conditions (473 K, 48 h). In the 2D structure of MIL-67, the Fe(2+) ions display two different octahedral environments: [FeO(4)(H(2)O)(2)] and [FeO(2)(H(2)O)(4)]. These octahedra share an apical water molecule to form infinite chains. The chains are linked by partly deprotonated C(9)O(6)H(4)(2-) anions to give hybrid organic-inorganic layers; the remaining acidic-CO(2)H group is dangling in the interlayer space. Below 8(1) K, MIL-67 displays a canted antiferromagnetic behavior, according to analyses via magnetic measurements and M?ssbauer spectroscopy. Crystal data for MIL-67 are as follows: triclinic; space group P1 (No. 2), with a = 6.9671(2) A, b = 7.3089(3) A, c = 12.5097(3) A, alpha = 78.758(1) degrees, beta = 89.542(2) degrees, and gamma = 65.197(1) degrees; volume V = 565.21(3) A(3); and Z = 2.  相似文献

This paper reports the ac electrochemical synthesis of the crystals of Cu(I) hexafluorosilicate π-complex with N,N′-diallylpiperazinium of the composition [Cu(H2O)2.5{μ-C4H8N2H2(C3H5)2}0.5]SiF6·H2O, i.e., the π-complex of Cu(I) synthesized for the first time, where the Cu(I) atom simultaneously coordinates three H2O molecules. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/a, a = 13.470(6) Å, b = 10.025(6) Å, c = 9.864(5) Å, γ = 112.19(4)°, V = 1233(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0555 for 1252 independent reflections, R w = 0.0634 for 1145 reflections with F ≥ 4σ(F). The structure consists of the {(H2O)2.5Cu(C4H8N2H2(C3H5)2)Cu(H2O)2.5} dimers and the Sif 6 2? anions bonded through hydrogen contacts O-H…F and C-H…F.  相似文献

In this study, a new μ-oxamido-bridged binuclear copper(II) complex [Cu2(heap)(H2O)2](pic)2 ? 2H2O, where heap and pic stand for the anion of N,N′-bis(N-hydroxyethylaminopropyl)oxamide and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol, respectively, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV, molar conductance, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex has an embedded inversion center at the middle of the C–C bond of the oxamido group. Each copper(II) is in a square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The bridging ligand (heap) adopts a bis-tetradentate trans conformation and the oxamido group is in an imidic acid configuration. Hydrogen bonds contribute to a 3-D supramolecular structure in the crystal. The interaction of the binuclear complex with herring sperm deoxyribonucleic acid (HS-DNA) has been investigated by using absorption and emission spectra, electrochemical techniques, and viscometry. The results suggest that the binuclear copper(II) complex interacts with HS-DNA by electrostatic interaction with intrinsic binding constant of 2.67 × 104 (mol L?1)?1. The influence of anions on the structure and the interaction of the binuclear complex with HS-DNA were preliminarily discussed.  相似文献

The title compound (C4N2H12)2Zr(C2O4)4·H2O 1 was synthesized by the reaction of ZrOCl2·8H2O, H2C2O4·2H2O and piperazinium in aqueous solution. Single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that compound 1 (C16H26N4O17Zr, Mr = 637.63) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.0425(3), b = 13.3844(3), c = 19.1191(5)A, β = 98.365(1)o, V = 2289.34(11) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.850 g/cm3, F(000) = 1304, μ = 0.577 mm-1, the final R = 0.0240 and wR = 0.0628 for 4386 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal-structure analysis suggests that compound 1 consists of [Zr(C2O4)4]4- anion and two protonated piperazinium cations. The anions are linked through hydrogen bonds of piperazinium. FT-IR and Raman spectra clearly show the existence of oxalate groups in the crystal lattice.  相似文献
