The -ribofuranosylazide1 is transformed after usual derivatization by suitable protecting groups into the P–N-ylid2, which gives the corresponding N-Glykosyl-N-alkylcarbodiimides4 and a small amount of the glykosylisocyanatde-rivative3 by reaction with alkylisocyanates. The carbodiimides4 were reacted with hydrazoic acid to give the alkylaminotetrazolnucleosides5 and finally the free nucleosidanalogs6. In the case of5 c the 5-aziridinyltetrazolnucleosid5 h was formed by an usual neighbouring group reaction. In addition the compound1 is transformed into the 3,5-diprotected anchor derivative7 by reaction withTIPSCl2. The latter could be transformed by usual steps into the alkylaminotetra-zolnucleosides8 with a free 2-OH group. In the next step the 2-p-tolylthiocarbo-nates9 were prepared followed by transformation to the 2-desoxynucleosides10 by means of tributyltinhydride. Finally the free 2-desoxynucleosides11 were prepared. By reacting the carbodiimides4 with phenylisocyanate a mixture of the two possible regiouretidinonnucleosidderivatives12 and13 are formed. In the case of the N-glykosyl-N-allylcarbodiimide4 d only the one isomer13 d arises.

Summary The1H,13C and19F NMR spectra of some 2-trifluoroacetylcycloalkanones comprising five-, six-, seven-, and eight-membered ring systems have been studied. These systems have been shown by19F NMR spectroscopy to be over 90% enolized. The effects of ring size on the1H,13C and19F chemical shifts and13C-19F coupling constants are discussed. The direction of enolization in these systems was investigated by1H,13C and19F NMR spectroscopy and evidences were presented in favour of a dominant exocyclic enol form in the five- and an endocyclic enol form in the six-, seven- and eight-membered ring systems.

Zusammenfassung Die1H-,13C- und19F-NMR-Spektren einiger 2-Trifluoracetylcycloalkanone mit fünf-, sechs-, sieben- und achtgliedrigen Ringsystemen wurden untersucht. Mittels19F-NMR konnte über 90% Enolisierung nachgewiesen werden. Der Effekt der Ringgröße auf die chemischen Verschiebungen in den1H-,13C- und19F-NMR-Spektren und auf die13C-19F-Kopplungskonstanten werden diskutiert. Die Enolisierungsrichtung dieser Systeme wurde unter Einsatz der NMR-Spektren untersucht: dabei ergab sich eine dominierende exocyclische Enolform für die Fünfringe und eine endocyclische Enolform für die sechs-, sieben- und achtgliedrigen Ringe.

The reaction of -cyclodextrinwith N-2,3-epoxypropylphthalimide yielded a set of newamorphous host compounds with high solubility whichwas transmitted to the corresponding host-guestcomplexes. Summary The syntheses of 3-chloro derivatives of 2-alkyl-pyrimido[1,6-a]benzimidazol-1(2H)-ones2a, b as well as of 4,4-dichloro and 4,4-dibromo derivatives of 2-alkylpyrimido[1,6-a]benzimidazole-1,3(2H,4H)-diones3 a, b and4 are reported. Methods for converting some of the chloro compounds to azido (5, 6), amino (8), morpholino (9 a,10,11), piperidino (9 b), cyano (12), and methoxy (13) derivatives of the adopted tricyclic system are also described.

The oxime of artemisia ketone is smoothly converted to the pyrazole derivative by sodium nitrite and acetic acid in CHCl3. The structure of the pyrazole was found by x-ray structural analysis. A method for calculating potential energy curves of some low lying states of the diatomic radicals MeIIX (MeII = second group metal, X = halogen) is outlined. Because of the electronic structure of these compounds, applications to electronic transition lasers can be made. The first calculation regards the most simple example of this series, i.e. the BeF radical. Summary. A series of 3-hydroxy- and 3-bromobutyl-substituted isocoumarins was synthesized. The NMR spectral data including high resolution 1H, 13C and 2D NMR for butrin, 3,4,7-trihydroxyflavanone 3,7-di-O--D-glucopyranoside, isolated from flowers of Butea monosperma, are reported here for the first time. Butrin was hydrolyzed using b-glucosidase to butin in high yield. They were subjected to free radical scavenging test using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) spectrophotometric assay. At a dose of 4 × 10-8 mol of tested compounds, the percentage of reduced DPPH for butin was 14.5% while no reduction was observed for butrin (0%).  相似文献

An ?,δ-unsaturated alcohol tethered with a hydroxyl group, that is, (E)-2-styrylbutane-1,4-diol (1) undergoes a smooth bicyclization with various aldehydes in the presence of 10 mol % InBr3 and at 0 °C to afford a novel series of hexahydro-1H-furo[3,4-c]pyran derivatives in good yields with high diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new compound with a sanddalwood odour is described. The synthesis of the lactone1 has been designed by molecular considerations: a bicyclus with a side chain containing 5–7 carbon atoms and an oxygene containing osmophoric group. One route to synthesize1 leads from the ketone3 via theMannich base4 to the -ketonitrile6 which after hydrolysis to the -keto acid7 and reduction of the latter cyclises spontaneously to1. A shorter route starts from the -bromoketone13 which could be transformed by malonic ester synthesis into7. Other synthetic routes, e.g. cyanoethylation to the homologous -lactone16 aldol condensation, alkylation, carboxymethylation and carboxyethylation of3 failed as well as the preparation of the oxazoline protected 3-bromopropionic acid for aGrignard synthesis with3. 1 exhibits a sweet, warm odour, of sandalwood with an interesting note of cedarwood.

A detailed structural study of the inclusion compounds of some substituted phenols such as catechol, guaiacol, protocatechuic aldehyde, vanillin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and eugenol with -cyclodextrin (CD) was carried out by using UV-visible, fluorescence, 1H and solid-state 13C NMR spectroscopic and potentiometric investigations. Based on these studies guaiacol, catechol and eugenol were found to exhibit identical orientations - with the phenyl ring within the cavity and the hydroxyl and methoxyl groups projecting outside; protocatechuic aldehyde, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and vanillin display a different orientation - with the phenol part within the cavity and the aldehyde or carboxyl part projecting outside.  相似文献

The disposition of cholesterol inside the -cyclodextrin cavity(-CD) was deduced from oxidation of cholesterol secondary alcoholgroups by Ca(OCl)2 and H2O2 in thepyridine–acetic acid system. The amount of cholest-4-ene-3-one formedwas found to be proportional to the concentration of -cyclodextrin,resulting in 56.1% of ketone. The oxidation rate was enhanced by-cyclodextrin and its methyl, polymer and 1 : 1copper(II)–-cyclodextrin derivatives. Detailed investigationsinvolving UV-visible, 13C- and 1H-NMR(T1, 1D NOE and ROESY) spectroscopic studies were carried out.A binding constant value of 15,385 ± 1500 M-2 wasobtained for the 2 : 1heptakis-2,6-di-O-methyl--cyclodextrin(DM-CD) : cholesterolcomplex in chloroform from UV studies. Proton and solid state13C-CP MAS spectra of the -CD–cholesterol mixtureshowed large magnitude shifts for the protons from the wider end of the-CD cavity as well as those of ring A and ring B of cholesterol. Both1D NOE and ROESY measurements indicated the proximity between ring A andring B protons of cholesterol and the wider end protons of -CD andDM-CD. Besides, analysis of c,i and tau;m from T1measurements showed not only a lowering of rotational motions but a value of 0.016–0.048 for some of the cholesterol protons, typical of aweak complex. Based on these studies, a probable structure for the 2 : 1complex involving two molecules of -CD/DM-CD was proposed withportions of ring A and ring B being present inside the wider end of the-CD/DM-CD cavity and ring D and the side chain attached atposition 17, projecting into the wider end of the secondCD/DM-CD molecule.  相似文献

The condensation of aminals of -dimethylaminoacrolein and 5-dimethylaminopenta-2,4-dienal with cyclic and acyclic 1,2-, 1,3-, 1,4-, 1,5-, and 1,6-diketones was studied. The influence has been established of the structure of the initial ketone, the reactants, and the reaction conditions on the direction of the interaction of ,-unsaturated ketones of the adamantane series with hydrazine, phenylhydrazine, semicarbazide, thiosemicarbazide, urea, and thiourea. It was found that on interaction with hydrazine and phenylhydrazine both intermediate hydrazones and the final cyclization products, pyrazolines, were formed. Reaction with semicarbazide and thiosemicarbazide leads only to the synthesis of derivatives at the carbonyl group, semicarbazones and thiosemicarbazones, but with urea and thiourea leads to products of addition at the double bond.  相似文献

The geometry and electronic structure of the parent formaldehyde hydrazone and some ethylcyanoacetate phenylhydrazones (ECPHs) are studied at the semiempirical level of MO theory using the AM1 method. The effect of substitution on the geometry of the hydrazone moiety is investigated. The optimized geometry of formaldehyde hydrazone is nonplanar while in the ECPHs the planarity of the hydrazone group and its coplanarity with the phenyl ring increase in the direction of the electron-attracting ability of the para substituent. This has been attributed to an increase in the p– conjugation between the lone pair of electrons on the amine nitrogen and the phenyl ring. Variations of ionization potentials and bond orders with the Hammett constant, p , are examined and straight-line relationships are obtained. The results are correlated with the observed variations in the experimentally measured electrical conductivities of the studied compounds.  相似文献
