本文研究了在接近转变温度Tc的区域内,超导薄膜在磁场中的性质。磁场是沿着超导膜的表面。在文章中,首先对Γорьков理论进行了分析,指出这个理论实际上是采用了局域近似,这个近似主要是隐含在他所采用的磁场中电子Green函数Gω0(rr′)的表示式中。作者指出,Γорьков所采用的Gω0(rr′)表示式对于本文研究的问题是不适用的,本文采用Gω0(rr′)按矢势的微扰展开式。本文把Γорьков的补偿方程和电流方程推广到超导膜。对于d<δ0(T)的膜,求出了这二个方程的解,得到超导薄膜的矢势、磁矩、能隙和临界电流的表达式,并研究了超导薄膜在磁场中的相变问题,求得超导薄膜的临界磁场。本文所得到的结果,对比较厚的膜(d?ξ0)和ГЛ理论一致,而对比较薄的膜(d<ξ0)和ГЛ理论有着显著不同(除了临界电流和超导膜在磁场中相变级数的判据外),二者的差异特别是表现在对厚度依赖关系上。由于本文所采用的近似,所得到的结果适用于δ0(T)>d?d*情形,其中2d*=(1/(0.36)×ξ0/p0)1/2,对于Sn,2d*~10-6cm。  相似文献

用一架30厘米×30厘米×10厘米磁场为6200高斯的云室,在海拔3185米的云南落雪高山实验室拍摄了30000对照片,获得105个V0,而可以进行分类的有43个。其中有26个θ10,16个Λ0和一个θ20。本文对θ100和一个θ20进行了研究,其结果如下:1)Q值,Q0)=(36.2±2.5)Mev,Q10)=(233±11)Mev;2)平均寿命,τ0)=(3.19-0.92+2.42)×10-10秒,τ10)=(1.14-0.27+0.49)×10-10秒;3)动量分布与以前的工作没有显著差别;4)N(Λ0)/N(θ10)=0.51±0.22(权衡数);5)Λ0和θ10在质心系的衰变角分布没有明显的不对称性;6)一个θ20在静止坐标系寿命为~10-9秒,衰变类型可能为θ20→π-+0或者θ20→π±?+ν。  相似文献

根据量子力学中的线性叠加原理,构造了由三个强度不等的多模相干态光场|{Zj(A)}>q、|{Zj(B)}>q和|{Zj(C)}>q的线性叠加所组成的第Ⅰ种强度不对称三态叠加多模叠加态光场|ψl(ABC)>q.利用多模压缩态理论,研究了态|ψl(ABC)>q的第一正交方分量(即磁场分量)的广义非线性等幂次N次方Y压缩特性.结果发现:①在上述各多模相干态光场中各模的强度和各模的初始相位各不相等的情况下,态|ψl(ABC)>q的第一正交分量-磁场分量在一定的条件下,总可呈现出周期性变化的、任意等幂次的N次方Y压缩效应;②当上述各多模相干态光场的强度和各模的初始相位相等时,态|ψl(ABC)>q的磁场分量的N次方Y压缩现象消失,态|ψl(ABC)>q可恒处于等幂次N-Y最小测不准态.  相似文献

构造了由多模相干态|{Zj} > q、多模真空态|{Oj} >q和多模相干态的相反态|{-Zj} > q三者的线性叠加所组成的第Ⅰ类三态叠加多模叠加态光场|ψ1(3) > q,利用多模压缩态理论,研究了态|ψ1(3) > q中广义磁场分量的等幂次高次和压缩效应.结果发现:态|ψ1(3) > q是一种典型的三态叠加多模非经典光场;当各模的初始相位和 满足一定的取值条件、并且态|ψ1(3)q中任意两态的态间初始相位差(θpq(R)0q(0))、(θnq(R)0q(0))和(θpq(R)nq(R))等分别在各自的闭区间内连续变化时,则态|ψ1(3) > q的广义磁场分量(即第一正交相位分量)总可分别呈现出周期性变化的、等幂次的奇数模-偶数次、偶数模-奇数次、偶数模-偶数次或者奇数模-奇数次的高次和压缩效应.  相似文献

利用混合物理化学气相沉积法(hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition, HPCVD)可以制备出高性能的MgB2超导薄膜, 再对薄膜进行钛(Ti)离子辐照处理.经过辐照处理后的样品被掺入了Ti元素, 与未处理的干净MgB2样品相比,其超导转变温度没有出现大幅度的下降, 而在外加磁场下的临界电流密度得到了明显的提高,同时样品的上临界磁场也得到了提高. 在温度5 K, 外加垂直磁场为4 T的情况下, Ti离子辐照剂量为1× 1013/cm2的样品的临界电流密度达到了1.72× 105 A/cm2, 比干净的MgB2要高出许多,而其超导转变温度仍能维持在39.9 K的较高水平.  相似文献

本文使用文献中的N2H+(1-0)、H13CO+(1-0)、HCN(1-0)和HN13C(1-0)谱线数据研究大质量恒星形成团块的化学性质和演化,发现H13CO+和HN13C的丰度受H2柱密度的影响. 由于从A阶段到B阶段这两个丰度的中值增加了近10倍,H13CO+和HN13C适合追踪大质量恒星形成团块的演化. 从A到B阶段四种分子丰度增长速度从高到低依次为H13CO+、HCN、HN13C、N2H+. 结果表明进行光学薄分子谱线的高分辨率观测对于研究大质量恒星形成团块的化学演化是必要的.  相似文献

本文首先通过对波失星直接乘积的分析指出,如果 *K″∈*K?*K′,则波矢峯Gk″可以有下面四种情况:A)Gk同Gk′,是Gk″的子峯,B)Gk=Gk′=Gk″,C)Gk″=Gs, D)Gs是Gk″的子峯。根据上述四种情况,分别考虑积分A=μ″i″(k″)|fμi(k)|fμ′i′(k′)>的简约。并且证明,对所有四种情况,积分A的值均可由短阵U的矩阵元统一地表达出来。矩阵U是使可约表示Г′简约的转换矩阵,对四种情况,可约表示Г′分别是:A)(Гkik′i′)(?),B)Гik′i′,C)Гki(s)k′i′(s),D)(Гki(s)k′i′(s))(?)。最后,利用准投影算符的方法,对矩阵U进行了计算,导出空间峯Wigner-Eckart定理的表式。  相似文献

Quasi-classical trajectory (QCT) calculations have been performed to study the product polarization behaviours in the reaction O(3P) + D2 (v= 0, j= 0)→OD + D. By running trajectories on the 3A′ and 3A″ potential energy surfaces (PESs), vector correlations such as the distributions of the polarization-dependent differential cross sections (PDDCSs), the angular distributions of P(θr) and P(ør) are presented. Isotope effect is discussed in this work by a comprehensive comparison with the reaction O(3P) + H2 (v= 0, j= 0) → H + H. Common characteristics as well as differences are discussed in product alignment and orientation for the two reactions. The isotope mass effect differs on the two potential energy surfaces: the isotope mass effect has stronger influence on P(θr) and PDDCSs of the 3A′ PES while the opposite on P(ør) of the 3A″ potential energy surface.  相似文献

基于a0(980)和D*sJ(2317)属于1 3P0介子多重态这个主要假定, 在准线性Regge轨迹方案下估计了1 3P0介子多重态成员的质量. 在介子-介子混合的框架下,建议a0(980), K*0(1052), f0(1099)和f0(530)组成基态标量介子九重态, 并且f0(1099)主要由ss组成,而f0(530)主要是uu+dd. 这些态可能分别对应已观察到的标量态a0(980), κ(900), f0(980)和f0(600)/σ. 另外, 在胶球为主的图像下, 估计基态标量胶球的质量大约为1340MeV. 给出的结果与其他不同方法给出的结果是一致的.  相似文献

Phosphorescence excitation spectra of the ã3B1← [Xtilde]1A1 transition of SO2 were measured in the absence and presence of a magnetic field (B = 0?44 T2, P(SO2) = 0?7 Torr). The absorption and phosphorescence excitation spectra of the ã3B1← [Xtilde]1A1 transition of SO2 measured in the absence of a magnetic field show that the relative intensity of the bands of the phosphorescence excitation spectrum is smaller than the relative intensity of the corresponding bands of the absorption spectrum beginning with the (0, 2, 0) band. In the presence of a magnetic field, the intensity of the phosphorescence excitation band falls, for νexc> 26400 cm-1. Under the direct excitation of the ã3B1← [Xtilde]1A1 transition, the dependence of the magnetic quenching of the SO2 phosphorescence on the excitation frequency (νexc) was studied at P(SO2) = 0?7 Torr and B = 0?44 T. The dependence of the magnetic field effect on νexcshows that only the vibrationally excited levels of the ã3B1 state are sensitive to an external magnetic field. The magnetic field strength and the pressure dependence of the magnetic field effects were studied under indirect excitation of the ã3B1← [Xtilde]1A1 transition at λexc = 308 nm. The magnetic field and the pressure dependence were investigated for pure SO2 and for SO2 + RH (RH n-C5H12) mixtures. It was found that the magnetic field effect was saturated at B ? 0?25 T. The saturation value (Gr = l(0?3 T)/l(0)) increases with increasing gas pressure. The magnetic field, the pressure and the excess vibrational energy (νexcess) dependence of the magnetic quenching of SO2 phosphorescence show that the data observed can be explained by an indirect mechanism within the framework of a low level density approximation.  相似文献

We have studied the magnetic hyperfine interactions in GdAl3 using155Gd Mössbauer spectroscopy between the temperatures of 4K and 90K. Previous studies on GdAl3 have shown that antiferromagnetic ordering occurs at 18K, and that a fit of the susceptibility to 1/(Tp) yields a θp value of ?89K. The large ratio of θp to TN is indicative of magnetic frustration between competing ferro-and antiferromagnetic interactions, which may be due to a combination of the oscillatory nature of the RKKY interaction and the geometry of the hexagonal lattice. Our studies show that the saturation magnetic hyperfine field at the Gd site is ?24.0 T, with the moments lying in the basal plane. The efg at the gadolinium site is 2.55(1)×1017V cm?2 which is considerably larger than the value predicted by a point charge calculation. This difference may indicate that there is a conduction electron contribution. A helical magnetic structure has been calculated from RKKY theory.  相似文献

In a magnetic field, Cs2 molecules were excited from the ground X1Σ+g(vX=0,JX=55) level to the D 1Σ+u(v=46,J=54) level by dissociation laser light linearly polarized parallel to the field, for which the magnetic sublevels were degenerated and thus all the transitions between them were simultaneously stimulated. Probe laser light excited the dissociated Cs 6p2P3/2 atomic fragments to 6p2D3/2 level and the resultant 6p2P1/2 - 6d2D3/2 emission was detected as the function of the wavelength of the probe light. The populations of the 6p2P3/2,mj magnetic sublevels were determined from the relative strengths of the 6p2P3/2,mj - 6d2D3/2,m'j transitions induced by the probe light. Non-zero orientation O0 was found in the ensemble of dissociated Cs 6p2P3/2 atomic fragments. The orientation O0 increased as the magnetic field strength increased. It was demonstrated both experimentally and theoretically that the orientation O0 was induced through the interference in the excitation and dissociation paths in the presence of an external magnetic field, even when all degenerated transitions between the magnetic sublevels of the molecules are simultaneously excited by the light linearly polarized parallel to the field.  相似文献

Singlet—triplet oscillations in spin-correlated radical pairs have been studied at magnetic field strengths low for one radical and high for the other. Oscillations with frequencies close to the Larmor frequency ω0 of electron spin precession have been predicted under these conditions. Both numerical and exact analytical solutions in arbitrary magnetic fields are presented for three cases of hyperfine couplings in wide-spectrum radical. For the case of unresolved spectrum, singlet—triplet evolution was found to contain a single oscillating term with frequency ω0. In the case of one spin-I magnetic nucleus, there are two low frequency oscillating terms with frequencies ω? = ω0 ? ω0/(2I + 1) and ω+ = ω0 + ω0/(2I + 1), the amplitude of the first term being larger than that of the second. The case of a number of equivalent protons also has been analysed as a superposition of one-nucleus oscillations. The predicted oscillations were observed in a time resolved magnetic field effect for several radical ion pairs produced by X-ray irradiation of alkane solutions with charge acceptors. For pairs (p-terphenyl-d 14)?./(isooctane)+. and (p-terphenyl-d 14)?./(2,4-dimethylpentane)+. the oscillation frequency in a field B 0 of 0.5–4mT is about 20% lower than ω0. Oscillations were observed also in pairs with equivalent nuclei: (p-terphenyl-d 14)+./(C6F6)?. and (p-terphenyl-d 14)?./(hexamethylethane)+.  相似文献

Nano-sized magnetic Y3Fe5O12 ferrite having a high heat generation ability in an AC magnetic field was prepared by bead milling. A commercial powder sample (non-milled sample) of ca. 2.9 μm in particle size did not show any temperature enhancement in the AC magnetic field. The heat generation ability in the AC magnetic field improved with a decrease in the average crystallite size for the bead-milled Y3Fe5O12 ferrites. The highest heat ability in the AC magnetic field was for the fine Y3Fe5O12 powder with a 15-nm crystallite size (the samples were milled for 4 h using 0.1 mm? beads). The heat generation ability of the excessively milled Y3Fe5O12 samples decreased. The main reason for the high heat generation property of the milled samples was ascribed to an increase in the Néel relaxation of the superparamagnetic material. The heat generation ability was not influenced by the concentration of the ferrite powder. For the samples milled for 4 h using 0.1 mm? beads, the heat generation ability (W g−1) was estimated using a 3.58×10−4 fH2 frequency (f/kHz) and the magnetic field (H/kA m−1), which is the highest reported value of superparamagnetic materials.  相似文献

The possibility for echo signal switching-off and the switching of echo polarization between the ±45° positions is demonstrated for the photon echo (PE) and stimulated photon echo (SPE) generated in Yb vapor at the (6s6p)3 P 1 ? (6s 2)1 S 0 transition by two pulses of the resonant linearly polarized radiation at appropriate experimental parameters in the weak magnetic field limit. The experimental data are in qualitative agreement with the theoretical analysis and the calculations made for the 1 ? 0 transition. The strong magnetic field limit leads to unpolarized PE and SPE signals generated by linearly polarized radiation pulses. The possibility of the generation of a long-lived echo in ytterbium vapor due to the magnetic field induced mixing of the upper working level with the metastable level is discussed. The results can be employed for the optical data storage and processing.  相似文献

A 57FeBO3 single crystal is studied by the nuclear forward scattering (NFS) method. The NFS time spectra from 57Fe nuclei are recorded at room temperature under high pressures up to 50 GPa in a diamond anvil cell. In the pressure interval 0<p<44 GPa, the magnetic field H Fe at the 57Fe nuclei is found to increase nonlinearly, reaching a maximum value of 48.1 T at p=44 GPa. As the pressure increases further and reaches the point p=46 GPa, the field H Fe abruptly drops to zero, indicating that a transition from the antiferromagnetic to a non-magnetic state occurs in the crystal. In the pressure interval 0<p<46 GPa, the magnetic moments of the iron ions lie in the (111) basal plane of the crystal. Several possible mechanisms of magnetic collapse are discussed.  相似文献

The influence of an electric field on the energy levels of the 6d2D3/2-state in the Tl I-spectrum was studied by measuring the shifts of level crossing signals relative to their magnetic field positions. The following values of the magnetic hyperfine constantA and the Stark parameterβ were deduced: ¦A¦=42(2) Mc/sec · gJ/0.8, ¦β¦=0.12(1) Mc/sec/(kV/cm)2 · gJ/0.8 and A/β>0. Assuming that the main part of the energy shifts are caused by admixtures of the 7p2P-states the sign of the Stark parameterβ and —from the measured ratio A/β>0 —the sign of theA-factor should be negative. For electric field strength E?30 kV/cm the energy shifts of the 6d2D3/2state are considerably greater than the hyperfine structure splitting. Therefore the case of decoupled hyperfine structure is considered.  相似文献

The magnetic-field dependences of the critical current I c and the pinning force F p in single-crystal semiconductor PbTe/PbS superlattices on KCl and YBa2Cu3O7–δ films in magnetic fields oriented perpendicular to the plane of the samples or parallel to the current were investigated. Oscillations of I c and F p were observed for superlattices with a parallel orientation of the magnetic field and with two directions of the field for the YBa2Cu3O7–δ film. A model was proposed for the vortex structures which correspond to extrema of the pinning force in superlattices. It was shown that the single points (extrema and points of inflection) of the field dependences of F p for superlattices and a YBa2Cu3O7–δ film appear for critical values of the magnetic field equal to H cr = (p/q)H 0, where p and q are integers, H 0 = 838.37 Oe, and H 0 = cheR 0 2 is determined by the length R 0 = 88.607 nm, somewhat less than the reciprocal of the Rydberg constant R = me 4/π?3 c (R ?1 = 91.127 nm). It was inferred on the basis of published data that the temperature and magnetic-field dependences of the properties of superlattices and HTSC materials follow general laws.  相似文献

The n = 0 → > n = 1 Landau level and 1s ?2p+ impurity transitions in GaAs were investigated up to energies above the optical phonon energy ?ΩLO and d.c. magnetic fields up to 25 T. Pinning of both transitions to an energy slightly above and below ?ΩLO was observed. At an energy very close to ?ΩLO two additional impurity transitions are found. These features are attributed to the resonant polaron effect which leads to hybridization and dipole selection rule breakdown. Also the spin doublet splitting of both transitions were resolved showing a strong magnetic field dependence which can not be explained by nonparabolicity of the conduction band alone.  相似文献
