利用微乳液方法,合成了铈、铽共掺杂的氟镁钾纳米粒子,研究了体系中Ce3+→Tb3+的发光特性以及它们之间的相互作用,结果表明KMgF3:Ce3+Tb3+纳米粒子中存在Ce3+→Tb3+的能量传递过程,即Ce3+可以将吸收的能量直接传递给Tb3+离子,使得Tb3+的绿色发光强度大为增加.  相似文献

在243~263 nm紫外光波段通过质量选择光电离激发谱研究了丙酮(CH3COCH3)的光化学反应通道。分析母体离子CH3COCH3+和碎片离子CH3CO+ 、 CH3+的光电离激发谱和质谱峰宽可以知道: 此光波段丙酮分子的光化学反应主要包括了丙酮分子经由(S1,T1)中间态产生母体离子的(1+1)双光子电离通道,母体离子进一步解离产生碎片离子CH3+的“光电离-光解离”通道和丙酮分子经由(S1,T1)中间态解离成中性自由基碎片CH3CO后再进一步被双光子电离的“光解离-光电离”通道。由母体离子光电离激发谱双光子阈值波长(255.67 nm)给出的丙酮电离势(IP)为(9.696±0.004)eV。  相似文献

M3NS3, the First Nitride Sulfides of the Lanthanides (M = La? Nd, Sm) . The oxidation of the “light” lanthanides (M = La? Nd, Sm) with equimolar amounts of sulfur in the presence of NaN3 as nitrogen source results in the formation of the first lanthanide nitride sulfides: M3NS3 (evacuated silica vessels, some NaCl as flux, 850°C, 7 d). NaCl is afterwards removed from the not moisture sensitive crude product (faint- or orange-yellow to amber-co- loured transparent needles, oftenly intergrown to feltlike bunches) upon rinsing with water. The crystal structure was determined from X-ray single crystal data for the example of Sm3NS3 (orthorhombic, Pnma (no. 62), a = 1 201.18(7), b = 394.32(3), c = 1 285.27(6) pm, Z = 4, R = 0.027, Rw = 0.024), and M3NS3 (M = La? Nd) proved to be isostructural from Guinier powder data. There are three crystallographically different M3+ cations in six- (1 X) and sevenfold (2 X) coordination of the N3? and S2? anions. [(N3?)(M3+)4] tetrahedra connected via two corners forming linear chains [N(M1)1/1(M2)1/1(M3)2/2] 6+ build up the main structural feature. Arranged in the manner of a closest packing of rods, they are held together by three crystallographically different S2? which take care for charge neutrality and three-dimensional interconnection.  相似文献

钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaFeO3和LaCoO3的光催化活性   总被引:25,自引:3,他引:25  
采用柠檬酸法合成了钙钛矿复合氧化物LaFeO3和LaCoO3,并以其为光催化剂对水溶性染料进行光催化降解实验,研究了不同光源和不同光照时间对降解脱色率的影响。结果表明LaFeO3和LaCoO3均有较强的光催化活性,而LaCoO3的光催化活性明显高于LaFeO3,这主要与Fe^3+和Co^3+离子的电子构型以及Fe-O间和Co-O间的结合能有关。  相似文献

采用固相法制备了蓝白色LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料. 测得LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料的发射光谱为一个主峰位于436 nm的非对称单峰宽谱; 监测436 nm发射峰时所得材料的激发光谱为一个主峰位于369 nm的宽谱. 利用Van Uitert公式计算了Ce3+取代LiSrBO3中Sr时所占晶体学格位, 得出433 nm发射带归属于九配位的Ce3+发射, 469 nm发射带起源于八配位的Ce3+发射. 研究了Ce3+浓度对LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料发光强度的影响, 研究结果显示, 随着Ce3+浓度的增大, 发光强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势, 在Ce3+摩尔分数为3%时到达峰值, 根据Dexter理论, 其浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-偶极相互作用. 引入Li+, Na+和K+作为电荷补偿剂时发现, LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料的发射光谱强度均得到了明显的增强. 利用InGaN管芯(370 nm)激发LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料时, 获得了很好的蓝白光发射, 色坐标为(x=0.289, y=0.293).  相似文献

A simple procedure for the selective protection of the endocyclic 1-N of 3-aminopyrazoles as tert-butoxycarbamate (Boc) in good yield is described. A 3-nitropyrazole derivative represents the key intermediate with the nitro substituent determining the regiochemistry of the obtained protected compound. Subsequent acylation at the exocyclic amino group gave rise, after Boc removal, to a series of 3-acylaminopyrazoles in high yields and purities.  相似文献

The photoluminescence (PL) property effect of Sc3+ on the Er3+/Y3+/Yb3+ doped Al2O3 powders prepared by sol-gel method has been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) implied that the distribution of dopants (Er3+ , Y3+ , Yb3+ , Sc3+) was improved effectively with the rise of Sc3+ concentration. The Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) results demonstrated that the ligand around the quenching center -OH and the population of -OH were altered by introducing different amounts of Sc3+ . The PL intensity centered at 1530 nm was increasingly improved with the rise of Sc3+ concentration, as well as the corresponding full widths at the half maximum (FWHM) and lifetime. The optimized PL intensity was 4.7 times higher than that non-Sc3+ doped sample for the Al2O3 powders codoped with 10mol% Sc3+ . This material can be promising candidates for optical fiber amplifier.  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVA/[Y(NO3)3+Yb(NO3)3+Er(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,将其在适当的温度下进行热处理,得到Y2O3∶Yb3+,Er3+上转换纳米纤维.XRD分析表明,复合纳米纤维为无定形,Y2O3∶Yb3+,Er3+上转换纳米纤维属于体心立方晶系,空间群为Ia3.SEM分析表明,复合纳米纤维的平均直径约为150nm;随着焙烧温度的升高,纤维直径逐渐减小.经过600℃焙烧后,获得了直径约60nm的Y2O3∶Yb3+,Er3+上转换纳米纤维.TG-DTA分析表明,当焙烧温度高于600℃时,复合纳米纤维中水分、有机物和硝酸盐分解挥发完毕,样品不再失重,总失重率为83%.FTIR分析表明,复合纳米纤维与纯PVA的红外光谱一致,当焙烧温度高于600℃时,生成了Y2O3∶Yb3+,Er3+上转换纳米纤维.该纤维在980nm的半导体激光器激发下发射出中心波长为521,562nm的绿色和656nm的红色上转换荧光,分别对应于Er3+离子的2H11/2/4S3/2→4Il5/2跃迁和4F9/2→4Il5/2跃迁.对Y2O3∶Yb3+,Er3+上转换纳米纤维的形成机理进行了讨论.  相似文献

Although there was a strong steric effect, isopentenyl and geranyl moieties were successfully introduced into C3 position in flavone skeleton so as to synthesize the 3-isopentenyl flavone and 3-geranyl flavone under two cyclization conditions(AcOH/HCl and concentrated H2SO4/MeOH) in this report. It was found that the optimum cyclization conditions for 3-isopentenyl flavone and 3-geranyl flavone were, respectively, AcOH/HCl and H2SO4/MeOH. Furthermore, the donating electron ability is in the sequence 3-geranyl flavone>3-isopentenyl flavone according to the density functional theory(DFT) calculations, suggesting the longer alkyl chain at 3-position would be more favorable for enhancing the donating electron ability. The present synthetic routes might reveal potential applicability in our continued studies on the total syntheses of other natural 3-alkyl flavonoids.  相似文献

Fe_3O_4/SrTiO_3复合光催化剂降解甲基橙   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用共沉淀法制备了SrTiO3光催化剂及Fe3O4/SrTiO3复合光催化剂.通过紫外-可见漫反射光谱、XRD、SEM-EDX对其进行表征,以甲基橙为探针分子考察其光催化性能.结果表明,适量Fe3O4的掺入可明显提高Sr-TiO3光催化剂对可见光的吸收,从而增强其光催化性能;在光降解甲基橙的反应中,掺杂10%Fe3O4的SrTiO3光催化剂其催化活性是纯SrTiO3光催化剂的两倍.  相似文献

用低温溶剂热法以乙二醇为溶剂合成了Er3+和Yb3+共掺的In2O3纳米晶。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、漫反射光谱和上转换发光光谱对样品进行了分析。XRD和TEM结果表明,产物为纯的立方相In2O3结构,粒径约为30 nm;漫反射光谱显示了In2O3∶Er3+,Yb3+纳米晶在522、653和975 nm附近有3个吸收带;在980 nm近红外光激发下,样品发射出中心波长为525及555 nm的绿光和662 nm的红光,分别对应于Er3+的2H11/2→4I15/2、4S3/2→4I15/2和4F9/2→4I15/2跃迁;研究了Er3+和Yb3+离子的不同掺杂浓度对发光强度的影响,确定了Yb3+和Er3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度均为3%;双对数曲线显示绿光和红光的发射过程均为双光子吸收过程,对样品的上转换发光机制进行了初步讨论。  相似文献

The hydrohalogenation reaction of 1-alkyl substituted 1,2-allenyl carboxylic acid esters (1) with MX (M= Na, or Li, X= Cl, Br, I) afforded a mixture of (5,7-unsaturated 3-halo-3-alkenoates (2) and α,β-unsaturated 3-halo-2-alkenoates (3) in HOAc, while using a mkture of HOAc-CF3CO2H (1:1) or CF3CO2H as the reaction medium the corresponding reaction cleanly produced β,γ-unsaturated 3-halo-3-alkenoates (2) as the sole products in high yields. 为了探究在Dy~(3+)掺杂Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3荧光粉中共掺Eu~(3+)离子对其发光性能的影响,我们采用传统高温固相法制备了一系列Dy~(3+)、Eu~(3+)单掺杂和共掺杂Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光发射光谱和荧光衰减曲线对样品进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的荧光粉呈闪铋矿立方相。在近紫外光激发下,Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+)发射光谱在487和578 nm处有两个窄带发射峰,呈冷白光发射;Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Eu~(3+)发射光谱的窄带发射位于594和616 nm处,呈发橙红光。在Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)中,由于Eu~(3+)离子补偿Dy~(3+)冷白光发射所缺的红色组分,从而实现了色纯度高、色温适中的暖白光发射。进一步探索了Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)荧光粉发光机理。所制备的Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)单基质白光荧光粉在白光近紫外激发白光二极管(UVWLED)领域具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

The IR-to-visible upconversion fluorescent crystals, Yb:Ho:LiNbO3, with a constant Ho3+ concentration (0.1 mol%) and different doping concentrations of Yb3+ (0.5, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mol%) are synthesized by Czochralski method in air atmosphere. X-ray diffraction shows that the obtained crystal is a single phase of LiNbO3 and the rare-earth ions occupied the Li+ or Nb5+ sites instead of the interstitial sites. Under 980 nm excitation, green and red emission bands due to the Ho3+ (5S2, 5F4)/5I8 and Ho3+ 5F5/5I8 energy transitions are observed in these samples, respectively. Power dependence studies on these samples with different Yb3+ dopant concentrations indicate that the red and green emissions are based on a two-photon process. The intensities of the red and green upconversion fluorescence increase with Yb3+ ions of 0~2.0 mol% because of an increased Yb3+ sensitization, but decrease at higher concentrations owing to the back-energy transfer between the Yb3+ and Ho3+ ions.  相似文献

反式-1-氯-3, 3, 3-三氟丙烯 (HCFO-1233zd (E))是近年来正在研发的第四代发泡剂,其大气臭氧消耗潜能值为0.00024,温室效应潜能值为7.0,毒性低,常态下不燃,使用安全;它也是合成含氟精细化工品的中间体,以及合成氟树脂和氟弹性体的单体。本论文制备了Al,Zn,Co改性的Cr2O3催化剂,将其成功应用于1, 1, 3, 3-四氯丙烯(HCC-1230za)与氟化氢反应中,高选择性地合成HCFO-1233zd (E),复合催化剂Zn / Cr2O3显示高稳定性,其中HCC-1230za转化率高达99.4%,HCFO-1233zd(E)的选择性高达98.2%。反应条件诸如反应物HF / HCC-1230za 的摩尔比和反应温度等对产物分布有显着影响。在相对较低的温度(200?C)和较大的HF / HCC-1230za 摩尔比(10:1)下,对HCFO-1233zd(E)的选择性有利。通过XRD,XPS,BET和V70吡啶吸附红外光谱技术对复合催化剂Zn / Cr2O3进行了表征。 XRD结果表明,催化剂中大多数无定形Cr2O3和高度分散微晶相Cr2O3共同导致催化剂的高活性和高稳定性。HCC-1230za的转化率与预氟化处理催化剂Zn / Cr2O3的比表面积有关,催化剂的比表面积越高,催化活性越高。XPS光谱表明,在预氟化过程中,表面铬氧化物可能与F原子强烈相互作用,从而导致Cr原子的化学环境发生广泛变化。V70吡啶吸附红外光谱和氨-程序升温脱附技术结果证明尚未失活的催化剂Lewis 酸和Br?nsted酸中心的数目和强度与新制备的催化剂相比明显提高。  相似文献

A series of 5,6-bis(4-substitutedphenyl)-2H(3)-pyridazinones 2a–f have been synthesized from the condensation of the corresponding benzil monohydrazones 1 either with ethyl cyanoacetate or diethyl malonate in ethanol. The synthesized pyridazinones were converted to the corresponding 3-chloro derivatives 3a–f by the action of phosphoryl chloride. Reaction of the latter halogenated pyridazines with various aromatic amines led to the formation of new 3-aminoaryl pyridazines (4) in moderate yield. The structures of all new compounds 2b,c,e,f, 3b–e, 4 were fully identified by the analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR and mass spectra. Some of these synthetic heterocyclic compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activities but they were almost negative.  相似文献

在X3LYP /6-311+G(2d,p)的水平下系统地研究了一系列高价有机铼氧化物(R—ReO3·Ln)的几何构型和电子结构. 研究结果表明, 用X3LYP方法预测的几何结构与实验值符合得很好, 键长的误差一般小于0.001 nm, 而键角的误差小于1°. 同时发现不同配位类型的R基和L配体显著影响铼氧化合物的酸性以及Re—O键能. 应用NBO分析和前线轨道理论可以合理地阐明配体调变的实质.  相似文献
