Substituted 2-(phenylamino)-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were studied by 15N NMR spectroscopy. All signals were assigned on the basis of HMQC and HMBC experiments. Chemical shifts values were correlated with empirical Hammett parameters as well as with calculated electron densities and chemical shieldings.  相似文献

15N NMR data for a series of 12 para‐substituted benzamidoximes and benzamidinium salts were determined in dimethyl sulfoxide. For the amino group of benzamidoximes 1J(N,H) coupling constants were determined using polarization transfer techniques; the other 15N atoms were not detectable owing to fast exchange processes and, thus, standard proton noise decoupled spectra had to be measured. The 15N NMR chemical shifts of the oxime‐type nitrogen atom and the benzamidinium amino group (with two exceptions) correlate with Hammett σ° values (r2>0.95). 15N NMR shift data are a suitable and sensitive means for characterizing far‐ranging electronic substituent effects in these functional groups. Additionally, 13C NMR data in dimethyl sulfoxide solution are given. All spectroscopic data will be used for investigations into the mechanisms of the enzymes involved in the metabolic cycle of oxidation and reduction of benzamidines and benzamidoximes. The synthesis and assignment of (15)N and (13)C NMR signals of the 1,3,4-oxathiazol-2-one ring in a series of para-substituted 5-phenyl derivatives are reported. DFT calculations of (15)N and (13)C chemical shifts correspond closely to observed values. The 1H, 13C and 15N spectra of aryl‐substituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles were recorded. The results obtained were correlated with Hammett coefficients. 15N NMR data of a series of 3‐alkyl[aryl] substituted 5‐trichloromethyl‐1,2‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazolium chlorides (where the 3‐substituents are H, Me, Et, n‐Pr, n‐Bu, n‐Pe, n‐Hex, (CH2)5CO2Et, CH2Br, Ph and 4‐Br‐C6H4), are reported. Experimental and theoretical 15N and 13C NMR data for the three nitrobenzaldehyde guanylhydrazones are reported. The theoretical data were obtained using sequential molecular dynamics/quantum mechanics methodology for the calculation of flexible molecules in a condensed phase, followed by the use of the GIAO/DFT method with the 6–311G** basis set. The 15N NMR chemical shifts of N7‐ and N9‐substituted purine derivatives were investigated systematically at the natural abundance level of the 15N isotope. The NMR chemical shifts were determined and assigned using GSQMBC, GHMBC, GHMQC and GHSQC experiments in solution. 15N cross‐polarization magic angle spinning data were recorded for selected compounds in order to study the principal values of the 15N chemical shifts. Geometric parameters obtained by using RHF/6–31G** and single‐crystal x‐ray structural analysis were used to calculate the chemical‐shielding constants (GIAO and IGLO) which were then used to assign the nitrogen resonances observed in the solid‐state NMR spectra and to determine the orientation of the principal components of the shift tensors. Two series of 2,5‐diaryl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazolines have been studied by multinuclear magnetic resonance and density functional theory calculations. A full NMR spectroscopic characterization has been performed and excellent remote Hammett correlations (σp or ) have been found for para substitution in the two aryl rings through at least 11 bonds, notwithstanding the presence in the path of atoms that should act as insulators and a lack of correlation for some of the intermediate atoms. The computational investigation on the electronic delocalization, performed with the ACID (anisotropy of the induced current density) method, reveals indeed that electrons are delocalized in almost the entire molecule despite the presence of the insulators. In this article, we describe the characteristic 15N and 1HN NMR chemical shifts and 1J(15N–1H) coupling constants of various symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives. The NMR chemical shifts and coupling constants are discussed in terms of their relationship to structural features such as character and position of the substituent in heterocycle, N‐alkyl substitution, nitrogen lone pair delocalization within the conjugated system, and steric effects. 13C and 15N NMR spectra of high‐energy 2,4,6‐triazidopyridine‐3,5‐dicarbonitrile, 2,3,5,6‐tetraazidopyridine‐4‐carbonitrile and 3,4,5,6‐tetraazidopyridine‐2‐carbonitrile are reported. The assignment of signals in the spectra was performed on the basis of density functional theory calculations. The molecular geometries were optimized using the M06‐2X functional with the 6‐311+G(d,p) basis set. The magnetic shielding tensors were calculated by the gauge‐independent atomic orbital method with the Tao–Perdew–Staroverov–Scuseria hybrid functional known as TPSSh. In all the calculations, a polarizable continuum model was used to simulate solvent effects. This approach provided accurate predictions of the 13C and 15N chemical shifts for all the three compounds despite complications arising due to non‐coplanar arrangement of the azido groups in the molecules. It was found that the 15N chemical shifts of the Nα atoms in the azido groups of 2,4,6‐triazidopyridines correlate with the 13C chemical shifts of the carbon atoms attached to these azido groups. Recent developments in dynamic nuclear polarisation now allow significant enhancements to be generated in the cryo solid state and transferred to the liquid state for detection at high resolution. We demonstrate that the Ardenkjaer-Larsen method can be extended by taking advantage of the properties of the trityl radicals used. It is possible to hyperpolarise 13C and 15N simultaneously in the solid state, and to maintain these hyperpolarisations through rapid dissolution into the liquid state. We demonstrate the almost simultaneous measurement of hyperpolarised 13C and hyperpolarised 15N NMR spectra. The prospects for further improvement of the method using contemporary technology are also discussed.  相似文献

The 1H{15N} NMR spectrum of 5,7‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]‐pyrimidine ( 3 ) was measured by GHMQC, unambiguously assigned and compared with the spectra of 1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine ( 1 ) and 5,7‐dimethyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine ( 2 ). A series of Au(III) chloride complexes of general formula AuLCl3, where L = 1 , 2 , 3 , was synthesized and studied by 1HH{15N} GHMQC and 1H{13C} GHMBC. Low‐frequency shifts of 72–74 ppm (15N) and 5–6 ppm (13C) were observed upon complexation by Au(III) ions for the coordination site N‐3 and adjacent C‐2, C‐3a atoms, respectively. The 13C signals of C‐5, C‐6, C‐7 and the 1H resonances of H‐2, H‐6 were shifted to higher frequency. Comparison with analogous Pd(II), Pt(II) and Pt(IV) complexes revealed that in the case of Au(III) coordination the 15N shifts were relatively smaller, whereas those for 13C and 1H were larger.
