Polymerized ionic liquids (PILs) are a platform for fundamental studies of structure‐property relationships in single ion conductors, with potential applications in energy storage and conversion. The synthesis, thermal properties, and ionic conductivities of homologous, narrow dispersity styrenic PILs are described. Hydrophilic poly(4‐vinylbenzyl alkylimidazolium chloride) (PVBn(alkyl)ImCl) homopolymers with constant average degrees of polymerization were synthesized by post‐synthetic functionalization of a poly(4‐vinylbenzyl chloride) (Mn = 15.9 kg/mol, Mw/Mn = 1.34) master batch with N‐alkylimidazoles (alkyl = ? CH3 (Me), ? C4H9 (Bu), and ? C6H13 (Hex)). The chloride counterions of PVBnHexImCl were exhaustively metathesized with BF, PF, and bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (TFSI?) to yield a series of hydrophobic PILs. Thermogravimetric analyses indicate that PVBn(alkyl)ImCl homopolymers are unstable above 220 °C, whereas the hydrophobic PILs remain stable up to 290 °C. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) decrease with both increasing alkyl side‐chain length and increasing counterion size, exemplified by Tg = 9 °C for PVBnHexImTFSI. Hydrophilic PILs exhibit high ionic conductivities (as high as ~0.10 S cm?1) that depend on the relative humidity, water uptake, and the PIL side chain length. The hydrophobic PILs exhibit lower conductivities (up to ~5 × 10?4 S cm?1) that depend predominantly on the polymer Tg, however, counterion size and symmetry also contribute. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of N‐alkylphthalazinone were synthesized by the reaction of phthalazin‐1(2H)‐one derivatives 1a , 1b , 1c with alkylating agents namely, propargyl, allyl bromide, epichlorohydrin, 1,3‐dichloro‐2‐propanol, 4‐bromobutylacetate, and 1‐(bromomethoxy)ethyl acetate to give the corresponding N‐alkylphthalazinone 2a , 2b , 2c , 3a , 3b , 3c , 5a , 5b , 5c , 6a , 6b , 6c , 7a , 7b , 7c , and 9a , 9b , 9c . Alkylation of phthalazin‐1(2H)‐thione to give a series from S‐alkylphthalazine 12 , 13 , 14 and thioglycosides 15 and 17 was performed. Deprotection of compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 9a , 9b , 9c , 15 , and 17 resulted in the formation of the corresponding products 8a , 8b , 8c , 10a , 10b , 10c , 16 , and 18 . The structure of newly synthesized compounds was assigned by IR, 1H, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. Some of these compounds were screened for antiviral and antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Thermoresponsive polymer brushes are grafted on micro/nanostructured polymer substrates as new intelligent interfaces that synergistically enhance wettability changes in response to external temperature stimuli. Thermoplastic poly(styrene‐co‐4‐vinylbenzyl chloride) [P(St‐co‐VBC)] is synthesized using radical polymerization and spin‐coated on a glass substrate. Micro/nanopillar and hole patterns are imprinted on the P(St‐co‐VBC) layer using thermal nanoimprint lithography. Poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PIPAAm) brushes are grafted on the micro/nanostructured P(St‐co‐VBC) layer through surface‐initiated atom‐transfer radical polymerization using 4‐vinylbenzyl chloride as the initiator. The imprinted micro/nanostructures and grafted PIPAAm brush chain lengths affect the surface wettability. Combinations of nanopillars or nanoholes (diameter 500 nm) and longer PIPAAm brushes enhance hydrophobic/hydrophilic changes in response to temperature changes, compared with the flat substrate. The thermoresponsive hydrophobic/hydrophilic transition is synergistically enhanced by the nanostructured surface changing from Cassie–Baxter to Wenzel states. This PIPAAm‐brush‐modified micro/nanostructured P(St‐co‐VBC) is a new intelligent interface that effectively changes wettability in response to external temperature changes.

The radical polymerization of three monomers bearing nucleobases 1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)thymine (VBT), 1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)uracil (VBU) and 9‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)adenine (VBA) was investigated. The corresponding homopolymers could be prepared in high yields via conventional radical polymerization. However, the resulting polymers were found to be only soluble in a few polar solvents. On the other hand, copolymers of dodecyl methacrylate (DMA) with either VBT or VBA could be prepared via both free radical polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization and could be dissolved in a large variety of organic solvents. Moreover, the formed complementary copolymers P(VBT‐co‐DMA) and P(VBA‐co‐DMA) were found to self‐assemble in dilute solutions in dioxane or chloroform via base recognition, as evidenced by a significant hypochromicity effect in UV spectroscopy. Nevertheless, at higher concentrations in chloroform, both dynamic light scattering and optical microscopy indicate that P(VBT‐co‐DMA), P(VBA‐co‐DMA), or P(VBT‐co‐DMA)/P(VBA‐co‐DMA) mixtures spontaneously self‐assemble into micron size spherical aggregates. 1H NMR and FTIR studies confirmed that the self‐assembly process is driven in all cases via H‐bond formation. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. One of the two bridging protons of the aza‐nido‐decaboranes RNB9H10X can be removed by certain bases to give nido‐anions [RNB9H9X] [R/X = H/H ( 1 a ), Ph/H ( 1 b ), p‐MeC6H4/H ( 1 c ), Bzl/H ( 1 d ), H/N3 ( 1 ′ a )]; the stericly demanding base 1,8‐bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene (“proton sponge”, ps) is ideal. In the case of tBu anion, the deprotonation (→ C4H10) may be accompanied by a hydridation (→ C4H8), yielding the arachno‐anions [RNB9H11X] ( 2 a , b , d , 2 ′ a ); these are the main products, when stericly non‐demanding bases like H are applied. The Lewis acid BH3 is added to 1 a and 1 ′ a to give the aza‐arachno‐undecaborates HNB10H12X [X = H ( 3 a ), N3 (in position 2) ( 3 ′ a )]. Thia‐ and selenaaza‐arachno‐undecaborates, [S(RN)B9H10] ( 4 b , c ) and [Se(RN)B9H10] ( 4 ′ b , c ), are obtained from 1 b , c by the addition of sulfur or selenium, respectively. The methylation of the anions 4 c and 4 ′ c gives the thia‐ and selenaazaarachno‐undecaboranes (MeS)(RN)B9H10 ( 5 c ) and (MeSe)(RN)B9H10 ( 5 ′ c ), respectively. The action of HBF4 on the arachno‐borates [HNB10H12X] ( 3 a , 3 ′ a ) leads to a mixture of nido‐HNB9H10X and nido‐HNB10H11X by the elimination of BH3 or H2, respectively; the aza‐nido‐decaborane predominates in the case of 3 ′ a and the aza‐nido‐undecaborane in the case of 3 a . The action of HBF4 on the anion 4 c yields the hypho‐undecaborate [S(RN)B9H10F2] ( 6 c ). The structures of the products are elucidated on the basis of 1H and 11B NMR spectra, supported by 2D COSY and HMQC techniques. Two types of 11‐vertex‐arachno structures and an 11‐vertex‐hypho structure are found for the products. The crystal structures of 5 c and [Hps] 6 c · CH2Cl2 are reported.  相似文献

The protected 2′‐deoxyguanosine derivatives 5a – c undergo N9N7 isomerization in the melt and in solution. The rate of isomerization is much faster than in the case of the corresponding ribonucleosides and occurs even in the absence of a catalyst. In the melt (195°, 2 min), the N2,3′‐O,5′‐O‐tris(4‐toluoyl) derivative 5b and the N2‐acetyl‐3′,5′‐bis‐O‐[(tert‐butyl)dimethylsilyl] derivative 5c gave anomeric mixtures of the N7‐isomers 9b / 10b (43%) and 9c / 10c (55%), respectively. In addition, the N9α‐D ‐anomers 8b and 8c were obtained. Different from 5b , the isomerization of peracetylated 5a resulted in low yields. Compound 5b was also prone to isomerization performed in solution (toluene, 100°, 5 min; chlorobenzene, 120°, 5 min), furnishing the N7‐regioisomers in 24–53% yield. The highest yield of the N9N7 isomerization occurred in the presence of 2‐deoxy‐3,5‐di‐O‐(4‐toluoyl)‐α‐D ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl chloride.  相似文献

The reaction of the 6‐substituted 1‐methyl‐4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylates 10a , 10b with hydrazine hydrate gave the 3‐carbohydrazides 7a , 7b , respectively, whose reaction with 2‐, 3‐, and 4‐pyridinecarbaldehydes afforded the 3‐(N2‐pyridylmethylene)carbohydrazides 8a , 8b , 8c and 9a , 9b , 9c . The Curtius rearrangement of compound 7b provided the N,N′‐bis(4‐quinolon‐3‐yl)urea 14 presumably via the 3‐carboazide 11 and then 3‐isocyanate 12 . Compounds 7a , 8a , and 9a were found to possess antimalarial activity from the in vitro screening data. J. Heterocyclic Chem.,(2011).  相似文献

The reaction of di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes R1(H2C═CH)Si(C≡C―R)2 (R1 = Me ( 1 ), Ph ( 2 ); R = Bu (a), Ph (b), Me2HSi (c)) at 25°C with 1 equiv. of 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9‐BBN) affords 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 4a , 4b ), bearing one Si―C≡C―R function readily available for further transformations. These compounds are formed by consecutive 1,2‐hydroboration followed by intramolecular 1,1‐carboboration. Treated with a further equivalent of 9‐BBN in benzene they are converted at relatively high temperature (80–100°C) into 1‐alkenyl‐1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 5a , 5b 6a , 6b ) as a result of 1,2‐hydroboration of the Si―C≡C―R function. Protodeborylation of the 9‐BBN‐substituted 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , using acetic acid in excess, proceeds smoothly to give the novel 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene ( 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 ). The solution‐state structural assignment of all new compounds, i.e. di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes and 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives, was carried out using multinuclear magnetic resonance techniques (1H, 13C, 11B, 29Si NMR). The gas phase structures of some examples were calculated and optimized by density functional theory methods (B3LYP/6‐311+G/(d,p) level of theory), and 29Si NMR parameters were calculated (chemical shifts δ29Si and coupling constants nJ(29Si,13C)). The o‐dihydroxy‐ ( 2a‐b ), dimethoxy ( 3a‐b ), ethylendioxy‐ ( 4a‐b ) and macrocyclic polyethers ( 4c‐i ) are the initial compounds while the 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone compounds ( 5a‐d, 6a‐i ) represent new derivatives. Novel hydrazone compounds were synthesized from the corresponding cyclic ketones ( 4a‐i ) and 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazine in H2SO4/EtOH/H2O solution at room temperature for 1 h. The structures of obtained hydrazone compounds were confirmed by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, EI‐MS, IR spectra and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The syntheses of N7‐glycosylated 9‐deazaguanine 1a as well as of its 9‐bromo and 9‐iodo derivatives 1b , c are described. The regioselective 9‐halogenation with N‐bromosuccinimide (NBS) and N‐iodosuccinimide (NIS) was accomplished at the protected nucleobase 4a (2‐{[(dimethylamino)methylidene]amino}‐3,5‐dihydro‐3‐[(pivaloyloxy)methyl]‐4H‐pyrrolo[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐one). Nucleobase‐anion glycosylation of 4a – c with 2‐deoxy‐3,5‐di‐O‐(p‐toluoyl)‐α‐D ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl chloride ( 5 ) furnished the fully protected intermediates 6a – c (Scheme 2). They were deprotected with 0.01M NaOMe yielding the sugar‐deprotected derivatives 8a – c (Scheme 3). At higher concentrations (0.1M NaOMe), also the pivaloyloxymethyl group was removed to give 7a – c , while conc. aq. NH3 solution furnished the nucleosides 1a – c . In D2O, the sugar conformation was always biased towards S (67–61%).  相似文献

A simple method is reported for the preparation of double‐helical structures through a series of achiral random and block copolymers poly(styrene‐co‐4‐vinylbenzyl triazolylmethyl methylthymine) (PS‐co‐PVBT) with various T units on the side chains through click reactions of poly(styrene‐co‐4‐vinylbenzyl azide) (PS‐co‐PVBN3) with propargyl thymine (PT) and also the synthesis of the A‐appended pyrene derivative (A‐Py) through click chemistry. This double‐helical structure is observed from achiral random‐coil polystyrene (PS) main chains, stabilized through the combination of multiple A–T hydrogen bonds, and π–π stacking between pyrene units and single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs).

Reaction between 2‐(1H‐pyrrol‐1‐yl)benzenamine and 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde or 3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde afforded 2‐(4,5‐dihydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL1NH, 1a) or 2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(4,5‐dihydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL2NH, 1b). Both 1a and 1b can be converted to 2‐(H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL3N, 2a) and 2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL4N, 2b), respectively, by heating 1a and 1b in toluene. Treatment of 1b with an equivalent of AlEt3 afforded [Al(Et2)(OL2NH)] (3). Reaction of 1b with two equivalents of AlR3 (R = Me, Et) gave dinuclear aluminum complexes [(AlR2)2(OL2N)] (R = Me, 4a; R = Et, 4b). Refluxing the toluene solution of 4a and 4b, respectively, generated [Al(R2)(OL4N)] (R = Me, 5a; R = Et, 5b). Complexes 5a and 5b were also obtained either by refluxing a mixture of 1b and two equivalents of AlR3 (R = Me, Et) in toluene or by treatment of 2b with an equivalent of AlR3 (R = Me, Et). Reaction of 2a with an equivalent of AlMe3 afforded [Al(Me2)(OL3N)] (5c). Treatment of 1b with an equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature gave [Zn(Et)(OL2NH)] (6), while reaction of 1b with 0.5 equivalent of ZnEt2 at 40 °C afforded [Zn(OL2NH)2] (7). Reaction of 1b with two equivalents of ZnEt2 from room temperature to 60 °C yielded [Zn(Et)(OL4N)] (8). Compound 8 was also obtained either by reaction between 6 and an equivalent of ZnEt2 from room temperature to 60 °C or by treatment of 2b with an equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature. Reaction of 2b with 0.5 equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature gave [Zn(OL4N)2] (9), which was also formed by heating the toluene solution of 6. All novel compounds were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The structures of complexes 3, 5c and 6 were additionally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The catalysis of complexes 3, 4a, 5a–c, 6 and 8 toward the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone was evaluated. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Cyclopropanecarboxaldehyde ( 1 a ), cyclopropyl methyl ketone ( 1 b ), and cyclopropyl phenyl ketone ( 1 c ) were reacted with [Ni(cod)2] (cod=1,5‐cyclooctadiene) and PBu3 at 100 °C to give η2‐enonenickel complexes ( 2 a – c ). In the presence of PCy3 (Cy=cyclohexyl), 1 a and 1 b reacted with [Ni(cod)2] to give the corresponding μ‐η21‐enonenickel complexes ( 3 a , 3 b ). However, the reaction of 1 c under the same reaction conditions gave a mixture of 3 c and cyclopentane derivatives ( 4 c , 4 c′ ), that is, a [3+2] cycloaddition product of 1 c with (E)‐1‐phenylbut‐2‐en‐1‐one, an isomer of 1 c . In the presence of a catalytic amount of [Ni(cod)2] and PCy3, [3+2] homo‐cycloaddition proceeded to give a mixture of 4 c (76 %) and 4 c′ (17 %). At room temperature, a possible intermediate, 6 c , was observed and isolated by reprecipitation at ?20 °C. In the presence of 1,3‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazol‐2‐ylidene (IPr), both 1 a and 1 c rapidly underwent oxidative addition to nickel(0) to give the corresponding six‐membered oxa‐nickelacycles ( 6 ai , 6 ci ). On the other hand, 1 b reacted with nickel(0) to give the corresponding μ‐η21‐enonenickel complex ( 3 bi ). The molecular structures of 6 ai and 6 ci were confirmed by X‐ray crystallography. The molecular structure of 6 ai shows a dimeric η1‐nickelenolate structure. However, the molecular structure of 6 ci shows a monomeric η1‐nickelenolate structure, and the nickel(II) 14‐electron center is regarded as having “an unusual T‐shaped planar” coordination geometry. The insertion of enones into monomeric η1‐nickelenolate complexes 6 c and 6 ci occurred at room temperature to generate η3‐oxa‐allylnickel complexes ( 8 , 9 ), whereas insertion into dimeric η1‐nickelenolate complex 6 ai did not take place. The diastereoselectivity of the insertion of an enone into 6 c having PCy3 as a ligand differs from that into 6 ci having IPr as a ligand. In addition, the stereochemistry of η3‐oxa‐allylnickel complexes having IPr as a ligand is retained during reductive elimination to yield the corresponding [3+2] cycloaddition product, which is consistent with the diastereoselectivity observed in Ni0/IPr‐catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reactions of cyclopropyl ketones with enones. In contrast, reductive elimination from the η3‐oxa‐allylnickel having PCy3 as a ligand proceeds with inversion of stereochemistry. This is probably due to rapid isomerization between syn and anti isomers prior to reductive elimination.  相似文献

The reactions of diethylaminoethynyl(trimethyl)silane (1), bis(diethylaminoethynyl)methylsilane (2), diethylaminoethynyl(trimethyl)germane (3), dimethylaminoethynyl(triethyl)germane (4), diethylaminoethynyl(trimethyl)stannane (5) and methyl(phenyl)aminoethynyl(trimethyl)stannane (6) with trialkylboranes [BEt3 (7b), BPr3 (7c), BiPr3 (7d) and 9‐alkyl‐9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes 9‐Me‐9‐BBN (8a) and 9‐Et‐9‐BBN (8b)] were studied. The alkynes 1 and 2 did not react even with boiling BEt3, whereas the reactions of 3–6 afforded mainly novel enamines [(E)‐1‐amino‐1‐trialkylgermyl‐2‐dialkylboryl‐alkenes (9, 10), (E)‐1‐diethylamino‐1‐trimethylstannyl‐2‐dialkylboryl‐alkenes (11, 12), (E)‐1‐methyl(phenyl)amino‐1‐trimethylstannyl‐2‐dialkylboryl‐alkenes (13, 14)]. This particular stereochemistry is unusual for products from 1,1‐organoboration reactions, indicating a special influence of the amino group. The starting materials and products were characterized by multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H, 11B, 13C, 15N, 29Si, 119Sn NMR). Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In continuation of our previous work, a series of novel thiophene derivatives 4 , 5 , 6 , 8 , 9 , 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e , 10 , 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 were synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 2‐amino‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene‐3‐carboxylate ( 1 ) or 2‐amino‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene‐3‐carbonitrile ( 2 ) with different organic reagents. Fusion of 1 with ethylcyanoacetate or maleic anhydride afforded the corresponding thienooxazinone derivative 4 and N‐thienylmalimide derivative 5 , respectively. Acylation of 1 with chloroacetylchloride afforded the amide 6 , which was cyclized with ammonium thiocyanate to give the corresponding N‐theinylthiazole derivative 8 . On the other hand, reaction of 1 with substituted aroylisothiocyanate derivatives gave the corresponding thiourea derivatives 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e , which were cyclized by the action of sodium ethoxide to afford the corresponding N‐substituted thiopyrimidine derivatives 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e . Condensation of 2 with acid anhydrides in refluxing acetic acid afforded the corresponding imide carbonitrile derivatives 11 , 12 , 13 . Similarly, condensation of 1 with the previous acid anhydride yielded the corresponding imide ethyl ester derivatives 14 , 15 , 16 , respectively. The structures of newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS spectral data, and elemental analysis. The detailed synthesis, spectroscopic data, LD50, and pharmacological activities of the synthesized compounds are reported.  相似文献

Carbazole ( 1 ) undergoes electrophilic aromatic substitution with various iodinating reagents. Although, 3‐iodocarbazole ( 1b ) and 3,6‐diiodocarbazole ( 1d ) obtained by iodination of carbazole were isolated and characterized sometime ago, 1‐iodocarbazole ( 1a ), 1,6‐diiodocarbazole ( 1c ) and 1,3,6‐triiodocarbazole ( 1e ) had never been isolated from the reaction mixture. The preparation and subsequent isolation and characterization of 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 1e are reported (mp, tr, Rf, 1H‐nmr, 13C‐nmr and ms). As iodinating reagents, NaIO4/I2 and NaIO4/KI mixtures in (i) ethanol doped with catalytical amount of sulfuric acid and in (ii) acetic acid, and N‐odosuccinimide and N‐iodosuccinimide‐silica gel in dichloromethane and in chloroform have been used and their uses have been compared. The iodination reaction of different carbazole derivatives such as 2‐acetoxycarbazole ( 2 ), 3‐bromocarbazole (3) and 3‐nitrocarbazole ( 4 ) was also studied and the corresponding iododerivatives, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b , are described for the first time. Semiempirical PM3 calculations have been performed in order to predict reactivity of carbazole ( 1 ), substituted carbazoles (2‐4) and iodocarbazoles ( 1a‐1e, 2a‐2c, 3a‐3b, 4a and 4b ) (Scheme 1). Theoretical and experimental results are discussed briefly.  相似文献

A series of 7‐fluorinated 7‐deazapurine 2′‐deoxyribonucleosides related to 2′‐deoxyadenosine, 2′‐deoxyxanthosine, and 2′‐deoxyisoguanosine as well as intermediates 4b – 7b, 8, 9b, 10b , and 17b were synthesized. The 7‐fluoro substituent was introduced in 2,6‐dichloro‐7‐deaza‐9H‐purine ( 11a ) with Selectfluor (Scheme 1). Apart from 2,6‐dichloro‐7‐fluoro‐7‐deaza‐9H‐purine ( 11b ), the 7‐chloro compound 11c was formed as by‐product. The mixture 11b / 11c was used for the glycosylation reaction; the separation of the 7‐fluoro from the 7‐chloro compound was performed on the level of the unprotected nucleosides. Other halogen substituents were introduced with N‐halogenosuccinimides ( 11a → 11c – 11e ). Nucleobase‐anion glycosylation afforded the nucleoside intermediates 13a – 13e (Scheme 2). The 7‐fluoro‐ and the 7‐chloro‐7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyxanthosines, 5b and 5c , respectively, were obtained from the corresponding MeO compounds 17b and 17c , or 18 (Scheme 6). The 2′‐deoxyisoguanosine derivative 4b was prepared from 2‐chloro‐7‐fluoro‐7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyadenosine 6b via a photochemically induced nucleophilic displacement reaction (Scheme 5). The pKa values of the halogenated nucleosides were determined (Table 3). 13C‐NMR Chemical‐shift dependencies of C(7), C(5), and C(8) were related to the electronegativity of the 7‐halogen substituents (Fig. 3). In aqueous solution, 7‐halogenated 2′‐deoxyribonucleosides show an approximately 70% S population (Fig. 2 and Table 1).  相似文献
