Measurements of the specific heat were carried out on deuterated trigylcine selenate (DTGSe) single crystals to clarify its critical nature near the ferroelectric transition point (Tc ). The results obtained have indicated that DTGSe crystals deuterated by 90% exhibit a first-order phase transition.

This paper presents also the electrical conductivity (δ) of DTGSe crystals. The deuterium substitution induces an increase in the Curie point Tc , and a decrease in the conductivity in the para- and ferroelectric phases accompanied by an increase in the activation energy (W) in both phases.  相似文献

本文通过提出电势影响因子的概念描述了尘埃粒子与背景等离子体之间的电势差对等离子体电导率的影响. 电势影响因子与尘埃粒子的电荷数、数密度、半径以及背景等离子体电子数密度成正比, 而与背景等离子体电子温度成反比. 在考虑尘埃粒子电势影响下, 推导和完善了尘埃等离子体的复电导率模型. 选取火箭喷焰为典型实例, 分析比较了微波和近红外波段范围内, 考虑和不考虑电势差影响两种情况下的复电导率. 结果表明, 在给定的尘埃等离子体参数条件下, 随着入射电磁波频率的增大, 电势差对复电导率的影响在减小, 当入射频率增加至给定的近红外区域时, 电势差对复电导率虚部的影响可以忽略.  相似文献

用射频磁控共溅射法制备了Cu体积分数分别为 10 % ,15 % ,2 0 %和 3 0 %的Cu MgF2 复合金属陶瓷薄膜 .用x射线衍射、x射线光电子能谱和变温四引线技术对薄膜的微结构、组分及电导特性进行了测试分析 .微结构分析表明 :制备的Cu MgF2 复合薄膜由fcc Cu晶态纳米微粒镶嵌于主要为非晶态的MgF2 陶瓷基体中构成 ,Cu晶粒的平均晶粒尺寸随组分增加从 11 9nm增至 17 8nm .5 0— 3 0 0K温度范围内的电导测试结果表明 :当Cu体积分数qM 由 15 %增加到 2 0 %时 ,Cu MgF2 复合薄膜的电阻减小了 8个量级 ,得出制备的复合薄膜渗透阈qCM 应处于 15 %和 2 0 %之间 .qM 在 10 %和 15 %之间的薄膜呈介质导电状态 ,而在 2 0 %和 3 0 %之间的薄膜则呈金属导电状态 .从理论上讨论了复合薄膜中杂质电导和本征电导的激活能及其对电导的贡献 ,并讨论了Cu MgF2 复合纳米金属陶瓷薄膜的渗透阈 ,得到了和实验一致的结果  相似文献

Dispersed ionic conductors are random mixtures of a solid salt, e.g. AgI, LiI, with fine particles of an insulating second phase, like Al2O3 or SiO2. These composites can show a dramatic increase in ionic conductivity compared to the pure homogeneous system. Generally, this observation is attributed to an increased conductivity along the internal interface between the conducting salt and the insulating material. In this work a three-component random resistor network (RRN) model for dispersed ionic conductors is reviewed. In the model, the ionic conductor is represented by normally conducting bonds, the insulating material by non-conducting bonds and the interface between the two phases by highly conducting bonds. A special feature of the model is the existence of two critical concentrations of the insulating phase, p′c and p″c , for interface percolation and bulk conduction, respectively, where critical transport properties corresponding to conductor/superconductor and conductor/insulator networks are predicted. The model describes satisfactorily the dependence on composition of the conductivity and activation energy of dispersed ionic conductors. Furthermore, the observed effect on the conductivity of the size of dispersed particles can be described qualitatively well by a generalized version of the RRN model, which in addition predicts a sensitive dependence of the critical thresholds on particle size. Non-universality features in the critical exponents for the conductivity are also discussed within a continuum percolation analog of the model.  相似文献

The technology of selective plasma etching was applied to increase the surface roughness of graphite/polymer composite. Etching was performed with a low pressure weakly ionised oxygen plasma created with a RF generator of the output power of 200 W and frequency of 27.12 MHz. The density of charged particles, density of neutral oxygen atoms and the electron temperature was about 1×1016 m−3, 4×1021 m−3, and 5 eV, respectively. The effects of plasma treatment were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron microprobe (EMPA) and Talysurf. It was found that the surface roughness was increased by approximately 15 times, from a virgin sample at the roughness of Ra=0.27 μm to a very rough surface with Ra=4 μm. The roughness increased with increasing plasma exposure time. The EMPA results showed that the amount of sulphur in the surface layer decreased with increasing etching time indicating that PPS polymer was the material etched preferentially.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to enhance the room temperature conductivity of solid alkaline composite polymer electrolytes (ACPEs) based on polyvinyl alcohol/potassium hydroxide/propylene carbonate (PVA–KOH–PC) composites by cross-linking the PVA and bond scission of the PC by γ-radiation. The ACPEs were prepared by solvent-casting technique and irradiated with doses up to 200 kGy at room temperature. The microstructure of the ACPEs was measured using XRD spectrometer, and the results show the structural change from semicrystalline to amorphous, indicating that the cross-linking has been achieved at higher doses. It was found that the PKOH composite at 40 wt% KOH and PPC composite at 60 wt% PC show higher conductivities. The conductivity of the PKPC composites is dominated by dc conductivity at higher frequencies and that PC with 60 wt% has the highest conductivity at a dose of 200 kGy.Paper presented at the International Conference on Functional Materials and Devices 2005, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, June 6–8, 2005.  相似文献

利用水热法生成了形状规则、粒径均匀的球形ZnO纳米颗粒, 并超声分散于水中, 制备得到稳定的水基ZnO纳米流体. 实验测量水基ZnO纳米流体在体积分数和温度变化时的电导率, 并测试室温下水基ZnO纳米流体在不同体积分数下的热导率. 实验结果表明, ZnO纳米颗粒的添加较大地提高了基液(纯水)的热导率和电导率, 水基ZnO纳米流体的电导率随纳米颗粒体积分数增加呈非线性增加关系, 而电导率随温度变化呈现出拟线性关系; 纳米流体的热导率与纳米颗粒体积分数增加呈近似线性增加关系. 本文在经典Maxwell热导模型和布朗动力学理论的基础上, 同时考虑了吸附层、团聚体和布朗运动等因素对热导率的影响, 提出了热导率修正模型.将修正模型预测值与实验值对比, 结果表明修正模型可以较为准确地计算出纳米流体的热导率. 关键词: 水热法 电导率 热导率 热导模型  相似文献

Several DC electrical conductivity models have been proposed to explain the properties of composite materials. In particular, generalized effective medium model was used, but, in many cases, the obtained parameters do not fit accurately the data. In this paper, we extended the study to Mamunya model, with adjustable parameters. Using different carbon black nanocomposites, we obtained a good agreement with the experimental results, but only for concentrations above the percolation critical concentration. We investigated the influence of the precursor, graphite, size on the synthesis and reduction of graphite oxide. Three precursors of graphite with different size were used to synthesize the graphite oxide which was consecutively reduced by hydrazine of different concentration ratios. Size dependent effect on the reduction of the graphite oxide was found, and the graphite oxide of the smallest size provided the best reduction result. Electrochemical properties of the reduced graphene oxide were investigated in both of the base and acid electrolytes, finding the reduced graphene oxide of the smallest size gives the best electrochemical performance due to the high reduction. Therefore, the precursor size is a very important factor in the synthesis and reduction of graphite oxide, affecting the electrochemical performance considerably for the energy storage applications.  相似文献

在传统的Rose-Fowler-Vaisberg(RFV)模型基础上引入辐射激发项,解释了辐射感应电导率与辐射剂量率的指数关系及范围.利用改进后的模型分析了不同辐射条件下材料感应电导率的变化情况,其结果表明,辐射剂量率主要影响感应电导率的大小,对感应电导率的整体变化趋势无显著影响,决定感应电导率长时间衰减的是材料载流子复合率.  相似文献

碳纳米管具有优异的导电性, 是未来电子元器件的理想候选材料, 应用前景广阔. 针对碳纳米管在空间电子元器件的应用需求, 本文研究了170 keV质子辐照对多壁碳纳米管薄膜微观结构与导电性能的影响. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)及电子顺磁共振谱仪(EPR)对辐照前后碳纳米管试样的表面形貌和微观结构进行分析; 利用四探针测试仪对碳纳米管薄膜进行导电性能分析. SEM分析表明, 170 keV质子辐照条件下, 当辐照注量高于5×1015 p/cm2 (protons/cm2)时, 碳纳米管薄膜表面变得粗糙疏松, 纳米管发生明显弯曲、收缩及相互缠结现象. 目前, 质子辐照纳米管发生的收缩现象被首次发现. 基于Raman和XPS分析表明, 170 keV质子辐照后碳纳米管的有序结构得到改善, 且随辐照注量增加, 碳纳米管的有序结构改善明显. 结构的改善主要是由于170 keV质子辐照碳纳米管所产生的位移效应导致缺陷重组. EPR分析表明, 随着辐照注量的增加, 碳纳米管薄膜内的非局域化电子减少. 利用四探针测试分析表明, 碳纳米管薄膜的导电性能变差, 这是由于170 keV质子辐照导致碳纳米管薄膜中的电子特性及形态发生改变. 本文研究结果有助于利用质子辐照对碳纳米管膜结构和性能进行调整, 从而制备出抗辐射的纳米电子器件.  相似文献

利用一种新颖的催化生长方法,在生长BN纳米管的过程中直接引入F原子,获得了均匀F掺杂的BN纳米管.高分辨透射电子显微镜研究表明,构成BN纳米管的六元环由于F掺杂而被严重扭曲,纳米管壁由一些高度卷曲的连续片层构成.电学性质测量表明,相对于无掺杂的BN纳米管而言,F掺杂BN纳米管的电导显著增加.  相似文献

A convenient method for synthesis of tetragonal FeS using iron powder as iron source, is reported. Nanocrystalline tetragonal FeS samples were successfully synthesized by reacting metallic iron powder with sodium sulfide in acetate buffer solution. The obtained sample is single-phase tetragonal FeS with lattice parameters a = 0.3767 nm and c = 0.5037 nm, as revealed by X-ray diffraction. The sample consists of fiat nanosheets with lateral dimensions from 20 nm up to 200 nm and average thickness of about 20 nm. We found that tetragonal FeS is a fairly good conductor from the electrical resistivity measurement on a pellet of the nanosheets. The temperature dependence of conductivity of the pellet was well fitted using an empirical equation wherein the effect of different grain boundaries was taken into consideration. This study provides a convenient, economic way to synthesize tetragonal FeS in a large scale and reports the first electrical conductivity data for tetragonal FeS down to liquid helium temperature.  相似文献

The effect of the electrical field on the conductivity of linear low-density polyethylene/carbon nanotubes/ (LLDPE/CNT) composites during temperature cycling has been investigated. Under applied voltage a positive resistivity temperature coefficient was observed during heating already at low (2–3 wt%) CNT content, followed by a large negative temperature coefficient during cooling whose value depends on the applied voltage. The resistivity values after thermal cycling were markedly lower, while they slightly increased in the absence of an electrical field. The effects of thermal cycling on structural and physical properties of the composites have been evaluated by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry.  相似文献

The ionic conductivity, σ, of mixtures of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfone)imide (LiTFSI) was measured as a function of molecular weight of the PEO chains, M, over the range 0.2-5000 kg/mol. Our data are consistent with an expression σ = σ0 + K/M proposed by Shi and Vincent [Solid State Ionics 60 (1993)] where σ0 and K are exponential and linear functions of inverse temperature respectively. Selected physical properties of the ionic liquids might be quantitatively predicted based on the volumes of the ions these systems are composed of. It is demonstrated that the ionic volumes calculated using relatively simple theoretical quantum chemistry methods can be utilised to estimate the viscosities and electrical conductivities of various commonly used ionic liquids. The fitting formulas of the exponential form are offered and their predictive usefulness is verified. The quality of such predictions is discussed on the basis of several ionic liquids involving [Tf2N]? and [BF4]? anions and 16 various cations. The dependence of the viscosity and electrical conductivity of the ionic liquids on the temperature is also investigated and the temperature-dependent equations are derived and compared to the experimentally measured values.  相似文献
