We show that the Wigner function W = Tr(△ρ) (an ensemble average of the density operator ρ, △ is theWigner operator) can be expressed as a matrix element of ρ in the entangled pure states. In doing so, converting fromquantum master equations to time-evolution equation of the Wigner functions seems direct and concise. A review of the symplectic tomography method is presented. Superpositions of different types of photon states are considered within the framework of the tomography approach. We consider the problem of testing whether a given matrix in the Hilbert space formulation of quantum mechanics or a function considered in the phase space formulation of quantum theory represents a quantum state. We propose several practical criteria for recognising states in these two versions of quantum physics. We investigate the Wigner distribution function of the general time-dependent quadratic-Hamiltonian quantum system with the Lewis–Riesenfeld invariant operator method. Using the Weyl quantization scheme and based on the Fourier slice transformation(FST) of the Wigner operator,we construct a new expansion formula of the density operator ρ,with the expansion coefficient being the FST of ρ’s classical Weyl correspondence,and the latter the Fourier transformation of ρ’s quantum tomogram.The coordinate-momentum intermediate representation is used as the Radon transformation of the Wigner operator. 相似文献
