Unambiguous and complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for three structurally complex labadane diterpenoids isolated from Leonotis ocymifolia (leonotin, leonotinin and nepetaefolin) and six other related compounds (hispanolone, 7α‐ and 7β‐hispanols, marrubiin, villenol and andalusol), previously isolated from Labiatae species, are presented. The assignments are based on 2D shift‐correlated [1H, 1H‐COSY, 1H, 13C‐gHSQC–1J(C,H), 1H,13C‐gHMBC–nJ(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)] and DPFGSE 1D‐NOE experiments. The structure of 3beta-hydroxyballotinone, a new labdane diterpenoid isolated from Ballota undulata, has been established by NMR spectroscopic studies. In addition, complete and unambiguous assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of three other already known labdanes (ballotinone, ballonigrin and ballonigrinone) isolated from the same source have been achieved. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated (1)H--(1)H COSY, (1)H--(13)C gHSQC [(1)J(C,H)] and (1)H--(13)C gHMBC [(n)J(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)], and NOE experiments.  相似文献

An NMR study of 11 naturally occurring abietane diterpenoids is described. In addition to one‐dimensional NMR methods, including DPFGSE 1D‐NOE spectra, two‐dimensional shift‐correlated experiments [1H,1H COSY, 1H,13C‐gHSQC 1J(C,H) and 1H,13C‐gHMBC nJ(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)] were used for the complete and unambiguous 1H and 13C chemical shift assignments of these substances. Five new xanthones, namely Garcinexanthones A-E (1-5), were isolated from the barks of Garcinia xanthochymus. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis, primarily NMR, MS, and UV. The complete assignments of the (1)H NMR and (13)C NMR chemical shifts for the compounds were achieved by using 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including DEPT, HSQC, and HMBC NMR experiments.  相似文献

A new prenylated benzopyrancarboxylic acid, 1a (3,4‐dihydro‐5‐hydroxy‐2,7‐dimethyl‐8‐(2‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)‐ 2‐(4‐methyl‐1, 3‐pentadienyl)‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐6‐carboxylic acid) was isolated from Peperomia amplexicaulis and fully characterized by 1D and 2D NMR and high‐resolution mass spectrometry. In the course of this investigation, the structure of a related compound (minus the carboxylic acid group) which was previously assigned as 2b was corrected to structure 1b . This paper describes the synthesis of thiophene-substituted sulfinyl monomers. It comprises a four-step reaction by which the thiophene unit is built in via Suzuki coupling. These monomers could be used as building blocks for the preparation of conducting polymers via a new concept: the sulfinyl precursor route i.e. via thiophene substituted poly(p-phenylenevinylene) precursors. Furthermore, the complete 1H and 13C NMR signal assignment is presented. In addition to being essential for the characterization of the polymers concerned, it offers useful input information for further improvement of chemical shift prediction software. Furthermore, the T1C relaxation decay times are demonstrated to have the potential of being a fast and robust criterion for the spectral assignment of analogous monomers.  相似文献

Ten sesquiterpenens were isolated from Inula helenium. Among them, three eudesmanolides: 15-hydroxy-11betaH-eudesm-4-en-8beta,12-olide (1), 3alpha-hydroxy-11betaH-eudesm-5-en-8beta,12-olide (2) and 2beta, 11alpha-dihydroxy-eudesm-5-en-8beta,12-olide (3) are new compounds. A new natural product named 6,8,1'-tri-O-methyl averantin (1) has been isolated together with five known anthraquinones 1'-O-methyl averantin (2), 6,8-di-O-methyl averufin (3) averufin (4), versicolorin C (5) and 6,8-di-O-methyl averufanin (6) from a mangrove endophytic fungus ZSUH-36 collected from the South China Sea. NMR techniques including COSY, HMQC, and HMBC were used to elucidate the structures of these compounds. Endocyclic sulfonamide templates bearing both an exocyclic ketone function and an internal olefin underwent reaction with a variety of hydroxylamines to effect an intramolecular nitrone–olefin cycloaddition to afford a new class of compounds suitable for derivatization by high‐throughput medicinal chemistry. Structural elucidation via complete assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this new class of compounds was achieved using gradient‐COSY, gradient heteronuclear multiple quantum‐coherence spectroscopy and gradient heteronuclear multiple bond correlation spectroscopy. Additionally, double pulsed field gradient spin echo–nuclear Overhauser effect experiments were carried out in order to study the spatial conformation of this new type of molecule and assess the stereo‐ and regio‐selectivity of the chemical transformation. Four new prenylindole derivatives, (R)‐6‐(2,3‐dihydroxy‐3‐methylbutyl)indole (1), (R)‐6‐(2,3‐dihydroxy‐3‐methylbutyl)indolin‐2‐one (2), and an unseparated mixture of (Z)‐6‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbut‐2‐en‐1‐yl)indolin‐2‐one (3a) and (E)‐6‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbut‐2‐en‐1‐yl)indolin‐2‐one (3b) with a ratio of 3 : 2, were isolated from the culture broth of a streptomycete isolated from Ailuropoda melanoleuca feces. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by Mosher's method. We describe the complete 1H and 13C NMR analysis of three aryltetralin lignan lactones (polygamain, morelensin and 4,5-dimethoxymorelensin) using modern NMR techniques such as COSY, HMQC, HMBC, 2D-J-resolved and NOE experiments. The relative stereochemistry of these compounds, which is very important with regard to their biological activity, was completely determined.  相似文献

An NMR study of one new and several known abietane diterpenes isolated from the roots of Aegiphila lhotzkyana is described. In addition to 1D NMR, several 2D shift‐correlated NMR pulse sequences (1H–1H‐COSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC) were used to establish all the structures, and unambiguously perform the 1H and 13C chemical shift assignments of the new natural diterpene and three derivatives, the NMR data for which have not been reported previously.
