以乙基三乙氧基硅烷和甲基三乙氧基硅烷为有机硅源, 分别通过转动和静态干胶转化法一步合成出乙基和甲基功能化杂化分子筛并对其进行了表征. 通过对合成路线、 有机基团碳链长度、 凝胶配比等的调变, 实现了对杂化分子筛疏水性的有效调控, 合成出水接触角为124°的疏水性杂化分子筛. 以疏水性杂化分子筛为载体制备的Ru负载催化剂在催化苯酚加氢反应中表现出优异的催化性能, 这归因于疏水/亲油的催化剂表面有利于苯酚分子在催化剂表面的富集进而促进反应的进行.  相似文献

Many applications require a method for translating a large list of bond angles and bond lengths to precise atomic Cartesian coordinates. This simple but computationally consuming task occurs ubiquitously in modeling proteins, DNA, and other polymers as well as in many other fields such as robotics. To find an optimal method, algorithms can be compared by a number of operations, speed, intrinsic numerical stability, and parallelization. We discuss five established methods for growing a protein backbone by serial chain extension from bond angles and bond lengths. We introduce the Natural Extension Reference Frame (NeRF) method developed for Rosetta's chain extension subroutine, as well as an improved implementation. In comparison to traditional two-step rotations, vector algebra, or Quaternion product algorithms, the NeRF algorithm is superior for this application: it requires 47% fewer floating point operations, demonstrates the best intrinsic numerical stability, and offers prospects for parallel processor acceleration. The NeRF formalism factors the mathematical operations of chain extension into two independent terms with orthogonal subsets of the dependent variables; the apparent irreducibility of these factors hint that the minimal operation set may have been identified. Benchmarks are made on Intel Pentium and Motorola PowerPC CPUs.  相似文献

Zeolite synthesis in contemporary chemical industries is predominantly conducted using organic structure-directing agents (OSDAs), which are chronically hazardous to humans and the environment. It is a growing trend to develop an eco-friendly and nuisanceless OSDA for zeolite synthesis. Herein, choline is employed as a non-toxic and green OSDA to synthesize high silica Y zeolite with SiO2/Al2O3 ratios of 6.5–6.8. The prepared Y zeolite samples exhibited outstanding (hydro)thermal stability at ultrahigh temperature owing to the higher SiO2/Al2O3 ratio. The XRF, SEM, 29Si-NMR and 13Na+ results suggested that choline plays a structure-directing role in the synthesis of Y zeolite, while the feed molar fraction of Na+ is a crucial determinant for the framework SiO2/Al2O3 ratio and the crystal morphology.  相似文献

New Alkaline Halogenopalladates(II) with Incorporated Iodine Dumb‐Bells — Crystal Structures, Phase‐Transitions, and Vibrational Spectra Dark‐reddish crystals of Cs2[PdBr4]I2, Cs2[PdCl4]I2, and black crystals of Rb2[PdBr4]I2 were obtained by solvothermal reaction from diluted hydrohalogenic acids and crystallize in space group I4/mmm with Z = 2. Unitcell parameters for Cs2[PdBr4]I2 are a = 848.96(1) pm, c = 908.53(2) pm; Cs2[PdCl4]I2 a = 814.65(2) pm, c = 899.10(1) pm and for Rb2[PdBr4]I2 a = 840.9(1) pm, c = 902.3(1) pm. The compounds contain isolated [PdX4] building units (X = Cl, Br) which are supplemented by embedded iodine dumb‐bells. Cs2[PdBr4]I2 and Cs2[PdCl4]I2 show reversible pressure induced phase transitions above 78 kbar and 199 kbar, respectively.  相似文献

Zeolites catalyzed methanol‐to‐olefins (MTO) conversion provides an alternative process to produce light olefins such as ethene and propene from nonpetroleum resources. Despite of successful industrialization of the MTO process, its detailed reaction mechanism is not yet well understood. Here we summarize our work on the hydrocarbon pool reaction mechanism based on theoretical calculations. We proposed that the olefins themselves are likely to be the dominating hydrocarbon pool species, and the distribution of cracking precursors and diffusion constraints affect the selectivity. The similarities between aromatic‐based and olefin‐based cycles are highlighted.  相似文献

The thermodynamics of the conversion of aqueous glucose to fructose has been investigated using both heat conduction microcalorimetry and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). The reaction was carried out in both aqueous Tris/HCl buffer and in aqueous phosphate buffer in the pH range 7–8 using the enzyme glucose isomerase and the cofactors CoCl2 and MgSO4. The temperature range over which this reaction was investigated was 298.15–358.15 K. We have found that the enthalpy of reaction is independent of pH over the range investigated. A combined analysis of both the HPLC and microcalorimetric data leads to the following results at 298 15 K:ΔG° = 349 ± 53 J mol-1, ΔH° = 2.78 ± 0.20 kJ mol-1, and ΔC p ° = 76 ± 30 J mol-1 K-1. The stated uncertainties are based upon an analysis of both the random and systematic errors inherent in the measurements. Comparisons are made with literature data. The percent conversion of glucose to fructose has been calculated for the temperature range 300–373.15 K.  相似文献

在高浓度体系下,以粗孔硅胶和偏铝酸钠为原料,TPABr为模板剂,水热晶化法制备了ZSM-5分子筛,单釜产率23%.用不同浓度的氢氧化钠溶液对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性,采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、NH3-TPD、XRF、N2物理吸附等方法对改性前后的样品进行了表征,并考察了改性后ZSM-5分子筛甲醇催化转化制丙烯(MTP)反应性能.结果表明,氢氧化钠改性未破坏分子筛的骨架结构,改性后样品的酸量、介孔孔容和BET比表面积均有增加,从而改善了催化剂的抗积碳性能和反应性能.在MTP反应中,增产丙烯的效果不明显,但表现出了更好的催化稳定性(催化剂使用寿命从85 h提升至110 h),并且有利于提高副产物汽油组分(∑C5+)的产量.  相似文献

Na3RuD7 – Synthesis and Structure Na3RuD7 was synthesized by the reaction of sodium deuteride with ruthenium powder under a hydrogen pressure of 6000 bar at 900 K. X‐ray investigations on powdered samples and elastic neutron diffraction experiments led to the atomic arrangement (space group: P42/mnm), which is characterized by isolated [RuD7]‐anions. The coordination polyhedron formed by the seven deuterium ligands can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramide.  相似文献

A new Anton Paar vibrating-tube densimeter, calibrated with an uncertainty of ±0.5 kg m−3 was used to perform these measurements. The experimental density data were fitted with the Tait-like equation with low standard deviations. The rare‐earth metal germanides RE2Ge9 (RE = Nd, Sm) have been prepared by thermal decomposition of the metastable high‐pressure phases REGe5 at ambient pressure. The compounds adopt an orthorhombic unit cell with a = 396.34(4) pm; b = 954.05(8) pm and c = 1238.4(1) pm for Nd2Ge9 and a = 395.46(7) pm; b = 946.4(2) pm and c = 1232.1(3) pm for Sm2Ge9. Crystal structure refinements reveal space group Pmmn (No. 59) for Nd2Ge9. The atomic pattern resembles an ordered defect variety of the pentagermanide motif REGe5 (RE = La; Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb) comprising corrugated germanium layers. These condense into a three‐dimensional network interconnected by eight‐coordinated germanium atoms. The resulting framework channels along [100] enclose the neodymium atoms. With respect to the atomic arrangement of the pentagermanides, half of the interlayer germanium atoms are eliminated in an ordered way so that occupied and empty germanium columns alternate along [001]. The rare‐earth metal atoms of both types of compounds, REGe5 and RE2Ge9, exhibit the electronic states 4f 3 and 4f 5 (oxidation state +3) for neodymium and samarium, respectively, evidencing that the modification of the germanium network leaves the electron configuration of the metal atoms unaffected.  相似文献

Aqueous‐Phase Reforming (APR) is a promising hydrogen production method, where biomass is catalytically reformed under high pressure and high temperature reaction conditions. To eventually study APR, in this paper, we report a high‐pressure and high‐temperature microfluidic platform that can withstand temperatures up to 200°C and pressures up to 30 bar. As a first step, we studied the phase transition of four typical APR biomass model solutions, consisting of 10 wt% of ethylene glycol, glycerol, xylose or xylitol in MilliQ water. After calibration of the set‐up using pure MilliQ water, a small increase in boiling point was observed for the ethylene glycol, xylitol and xylose solutions compared to pure water. Phase transition occurred through either explosive or nucleate boiling mechanisms, which was monitored in real‐time in our microfluidic device. In case of nucleate boiling, the nucleation site could be controlled by exploiting the pressure drop along the microfluidic channel. Depending on the void fraction, various multiphase flow patterns were observed simultaneously. Altogether, this study will not only help to distinguish between bubbles resulting from a phase transition and/or APR product formation, but is also important from a heat and mass transport perspective.  相似文献

Gadolinium disulfide was prepared by high‐pressure synthesis at 8 GPa and 1173 K. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P121/a1 (No. 14) with lattice parameters a = 7.879(1) Å; b = 3.936(1) Å, c = 7.926(1) Å and β = 90.08(1)°. The crystal structure is a twofold superstructure of the aristotype ZrSSi and consists of puckered cationic [GdS]+ double slabs that are sandwiched by planar sulfur sheets containing S22– dumbbells. The thermal decomposition of GdS2 proceeds via the sulfur‐deficient polysulfides GdS1.9, GdS1.85 and GdS1.77 and eventually results in the sesquisulfide Gd2S3. GdS2 is a paramagnetic semiconductor which orders antiferromagnetically at TN = 7.7(1) K. A metamagnetic transition is observed in the magnetically ordered state.  相似文献

The effect of weak base modification on the catalytic performance of ZSM‐5 catalyst for conversion of methanol to aromatics was investigated. The catalysts were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray fluorescence, N2 adsorption–desorption, NH3 temperature‐programmed desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetry. The results showed that catalysts treated with weak base (NaHCO3, Na2CO3 and NH3⋅H2O) exhibited a pore structure with interconnected micropores and mesopores. The existence of mesopores was beneficial for improving the diffusion of reactants and products, and the coke deposition resistance capacity of treated catalysts was enhanced greatly. Meanwhile, compared to traditional ZSM‐5 zeolite, the ratio of Brønsted to Lewis (B/L) acid sites of ZSM‐5/NH3⋅H2O (B/L = 7.35) zeolite slightly increased but the amount of acid sites reduced, while those of ZSM‐5/NaHCO3 (B/L = 0.127) and ZSM‐5/Na2CO3 (B/L = 0.107) significantly reduced. Further, the catalyst treated with NH3⋅H2O solution was evaluated in the methanol to aromatics reaction and led to an enhanced aromatization reaction rate. The liquid hydrocarbons product distribution exhibited higher aromatic hydrocarbons yield (56.12%) and selectivity (40.28%) of benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX) with isoparaffin content reducing to 26.17%, which could be explained by appropriate B/L acid sites ratio, higher pore volumes and higher surface area.  相似文献
