基于63Sn-37Pb钎料舍金在多种非比例应变循环加载下的实验结果,通过考察材料的非弹性应变率与偏应力之间的夹角随累积非弹性应变的变化规律,对63Sn-37Pb钎料合金的非弹性流动特性进行了定量分析。分析结果显示:在相同的非比例加载路径下,当加载等效应变幅值相同时,等效应变率越高,非弹性应变率与偏应力之间夹角平均水平越低,当等效应变率相同时,等效应变幅值越大,相应的夹角平均水平越低;在保持时间范围内,非弹性应变率方向与偏应力方向趋于一致;当非比例路径形状不同时,其非弹性应变率与偏应力之间的夹角随累积非弹性应变的变化趋势明显不同。研究表明,材料的非弹性流动特性强烈依赖于等效应变幅值、等效应变率、保持时间、非比例路径形状。  相似文献

A constitutive model for cyclic plasticity is briefly outlined. Then the model is implemented in a finite element code to predict the response of cyclic loaded structural components such as a double-edge-notched plate, a grove bar and a nozzle in spherical shell. The total stress response of material is decomposed into a sum of an equilibrium stress response and a non-equilibrium overstress response. Correspondingly, the rate-independent intrinsic time and the rate-dependent intrinsic time are defined respectively. Additional hardening functions for describing the isotropic and anisotropic nonproportional effects are assumed to be related to the accumulation of plastic strain component along the normal of equilibrium stress trajectory, in which the effects of geometry of the loading path are included. An endochronic constitutive model for rate-dependent, nonproportional cyclic plasticity is formulated and applied to simulate the stress responses of stainless steel XCrNi18.9 for some typical loading programs at different loading rates. A comparison between predicted results and experimental ones by Haupt and Lion shows that the former are in agrreement with the latter.  相似文献

在Von-Mises屈服准则及正交流动准则的前提下,建立了循环载荷下叠加型A-F(Armstrong-Frederick)非线性随动强化模型的迭代算法,并根据塑性应变增量的收敛控制实现内部的平衡迭代。为验证本文数值方法的正确性,以Chaboche和Ohno-Abde-Karim随动硬化模型为例,将本文方法的计算结果与通用有限元软件ANSYS的分析结果及试验数据进行了比较,均吻合良好,验证了本文算法的可靠性。  相似文献

铁电陶瓷以其优越的力电耦合性作为新型的智能材料使用. 提出基于弹塑性双面理论的宏观铁电本构模型. 根据铁电陶瓷内部电畴在外电场和机械场作用下的微观运动,在宏观上除引入材料的畴变面外,还首次引入饱和面,并考虑以畴变面与饱和面之间的广义距离来表征铁电陶瓷的非线性行为. 数值计算结果与实验数据的比较表明所提出的初步理论可适当地反映力电加载下铁电陶瓷的宏观非线性行为.  相似文献

A coupled isotropic-kinematic hardening material model was developed based on phenomenological observations of performed two stage experiments on a medium carbon steel – SAE 1144, where the first deformation is performed at elevated temperatures and the second deformation at room temperature. Above all, deformations with orthogonal loading at various temperatures were investigated in order to determine the influence of the loading direction as well as of the temperature. Bergström’s theory of work hardening as well as the nonlinear kinematic hardening of an Armstrong–Frederick type were used as a basis for the model development. In the proposed model a relationship between material coefficients of the classical Bergström model and temperature was investigated. The aim of the new material model was to introduce the least possible amount of new parameters as well as to facilitate the mathematical determination of parameters during the fitting of the model with experimental data. The developed model was implemented in an in-house FE-Code in order to simulate the material behavior due to the dynamic strain aging and the hardening behavior after the dynamic strain aging process. Representative simulation results were compared with the experimental data in order to validate the efficiency and the application range of the model.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the design and manufacture of an axial-torsion test specimen, and provide relationships needed when conducting stress-strain characterization experiments with the specimen. The specimen is a short hollow cylinder of rubber bonded between two steel mounting rings, in which simultaneous axial and shear strains are produced via independently controlled axial and twist displacements. We present calculations for the strain-displacement and stress-load relationships, and strain energy density. These relationships have been established and validated via a combination of analytical and experimental techniques, and finite element analysis. We have investigated the extent and effects of strain and stress field non-uniformity in the test specimen. The specimen design is sufficiently simple that a closed-form expression for the strain-displacement relationship has been successfully developed.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with two multi-mechanism based models for application to ratchetting effect. The 2M1C (2 Mechanisms and 1 Criterion) model and 2M2C (2 Mechanisms and Criteria) model, proposed by the authors in a previous article, are modified to incorporate (i) a corrective term in the computation of the local stresses; (ii) Burlet–Cailletaud’s fading memory term in the kinematic hardening evolution rule. Experimental data from the literature are selected to assess the models capability. Numerical results are obtained using the proposed models for a series of uni-axial and multi-axial ratchetting tests performed at different stress ranges of an austenitic stainless steel.  相似文献

A theoretical rigid-plastic analysis for the dynamic shear failure of beams under impulsive loading is presented when using a travelling plastic shear hinge model which takes into account material strain hardening. The maximum dynamic shear strain and shear strain-rate can be predicted in addition to the permanent transverse deflections and other parameters. The conditions for the three modes of shear failure, i.e., excess deflection failure, excess shear strain failure and adiabatic shear failure are analyzed. The special case of an infinitesimally small plastic zone is discussed and compared with Nonaka's solution for a rigid, perfectly plastic material. The results can also be generalized to examine the dynamic response of fibre-reinforced beams.  相似文献

对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行菱形应变路径的非比例循环本构实验.根据实验结果及分析,对双面本构模型给出了一个极限面定义,以保证屈服面不与极限面相交.在这个极限面定义及实验结果的基础上,对不同本构模型所定义的距离与塑性模量的相关性进行了讨论,表明Mró z和Chen的距离与塑性模量有较好的相关性.  相似文献

针对新发展的、能够描述循环硬化行为应变幅值依赖性的粘塑性本构模型,讨论了它的数值实现方法。首先,为了能够对材料的循环棘轮行为(Ratcheting)和循环应力松弛现象进行描述,对已有的本构模型进行了改进;然后,在改进模型的基础上,建立了一个新的、全隐式应力积分算法,进而推导了相应的一致切线刚度(Consistent Tangent Modulus)矩阵的表达式;最后,通过ABAQUS用户材料子程序UMAT将上述本构模型进行了有限元实现,并通过一些算例对一些构件的循环变形行为进行了有限元数值模拟,讨论了该类本构模型有限元实现的必要性和合理性。  相似文献

采用圆筒爆炸实验研究了内爆炸载荷作用下7A55铝合金的动态性能,用扫描电镜和光学显微镜 对破裂样品的断口形貌、金相组织等进行了微观分析。结果表明:在本文实验条件下,7A55铝合金能够承受 360MPa的内部爆炸加载;合金的断裂方式为剪切断裂,裂缝与筒壁的径向近似成45角;靠近圆筒内侧组织 中存在剪切变形带、绝热剪切带和裂纹,沿最大剪切应力面向外扩展。  相似文献

This paper gives the results of an experimental study of the deformation and fracture of a spheroplast under uniaxial low-cycle loading (compression and unloading) at a temperature T = 25 and 100°C. Various mechanisms of damage accumulation at various temperatures and degrees of damage to the material are studied. The experimental results are compared with the well-known dependences taking into account damage accumulation for metals. 为研究双折线抗力模型对空爆荷载梁式构件振动位移的影响,提出了柔性、刚性两类梁式构件正向弹塑性振动及回弹阶段弹塑性振动的分析法。应用等效单自由度法建立了各阶段振动方程并依据不同的初始条件推导出了各阶段的理论解。采用此理论解和代表性塑性强化系数,开展了双折线抗力模型中不同塑性强化程度对两类梁式构件正向弹塑性振动及回弹阶段弹塑性振动位移的典型工况验证。研究结果表明:基于双折线抗力模型位移理论解的适用范围更广;随着双折线抗力模型塑性强化系数的增大,两类梁式构件的最大弹塑性位移、残余变形均逐渐减小,且残余变形降低程度高于最大弹塑性位移;塑性强化系数增大到一定程度,梁式构件回弹阶段将出现塑性振动位移,进一步降低残余变形,无塑性回弹位移的理想弹塑性抗力模型会高估空爆荷载下梁式构件的残余变形。
