A novel benzothiazole derivative J as a fluorescent chemosensor for Zn2+ has been designed and synthesized. The chemosensor J exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity to Zn2+ as fluorescence “turn-on” behavior, which the other cations do not make sense. The detection limit calculated by fluorescence titration method was 1.64 × 10?8 M. Furthermore, the generated J-Zn2+ ensemble could recover the enhanced fluorescence upon the addition of EDTA generating an “on-off-on” recycle. In addition, the test strip based on J was fabricated, which could act as a convenient and efficient Zn2+ test kit.  相似文献

A novel two-channel metal ion sensor has been synthesized from macrocyclic dioxotetraamine and 1,8-naphthalimide derivative. The metal ion-selective signaling behaviors of the sensor were investigated. The sensor presented the selective coloration for Cu2+ and Hg2+ that can be detected by the naked-eye, respectively. Besides, the addition of Cu2+ and Hg2+ quenched the fluorescence of 1 obviously and the detection limit was found to be 3 × 10−7 M for Cu2+ and 7 × 10−7 M for Hg2+. This sensor can be utilized for the visual and spectroscopic detection of Cu2+ or Hg2+ in the presence of the other competing metal ions.  相似文献

A novel single-armed Salamo-type bisoximes (H4L) has been designed and synthesised. An obvious colour change from yellow (H4L) to pale pink (HL-Pb2+) which can be visually observed by the naked eye in visible light. H4L can act as a fluorescent sensor for ratiometric recognition of Zn2+ with high selectivity and sensitivity. Crystallographic data of the [Cu(HL)(μ-OAc)Cu] reveals that the two Cu2+ ions are both penta-coordinated with square pyramidal geometries, and forms a 2D supramolecular plane structure by hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Azo 8-hydroxyquinoline benzoate (2) was synthesized and studied to detect metal ions. Distinct color change was found for compound 2 in the presence of transition metal ions Hg2+ or Cu2+ in CH3CN, respectively, which makes it possible for distinguishing Hg2+ and Cu2+ from other metal ions by the ‘naked eye’.  相似文献

Fluorescent chemosensor 3 can sense Cu2+ ions (1-8 μM) even in the presence of elevated levels of Ni2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Hg2+, Ag+ and Pb2+ (5000 μM). 3 can also analyze for Ag+ ions (50-500 μM) in the presence of Ni2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ (5000 μM) but Cu2+ strongly interferes.  相似文献

Fluorescent Red GK, a commercially available coumarin-based dye, was developed as a “turn-off” fluorescent probe for detection of Cu2+ in aqueous solution. It exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity at room temperature. Upon addition of Cu2+, the strong fluorescence of Fluorescent Red GK was severely quenched and its color changed from orange to colorless under illumination with a UV lamp; the color of the solution also changed from pink to colorless. So, it can be used as a specific colorimetric and fluorescent probe for Cu2+ with a detection limit as low as 0.0634?μM.  相似文献

A Schiff base-type fluorescent probe (1) consist of 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde and glutamide moieties has been designed and synthesized for detection Zn2+ and Al3+. The probe shows pH dependent dual-selectivity for Zn2+ and Al3+ in Tris-HCl buffer, viz. that can selectively recognized Zn2+ at pH 7.4 and Al3+ at pH 6.0, respectively. From Job's plots and MS data, the stoichiometric ratios of the probe with Zn2+ and Al3+ appeared to be 1:1 and 2:1, respectively. The probe can detect as low as 5.5 × 10−8 M−1 Zn2+ and 1.27 × 10−7 M−1 Al3+, whereas respective association constants are 4.27 × 104 M−1 and 3.50 × 109 M−1. Furthermore, it is also confirmed that the probe has good cell-permeability and could thus be used to selectively sense intracellular Zn2+ and Al3+ by bioimaging in different pH environment. Finally the probe has been used successfully for determination of the analytes in real drug samples.  相似文献

A new pyrene-containing fluorescent sensor has been synthesized from 2,3,3-trimethylindolenine. Spectroscopic and photophysical properties of sensor are presented. The large change in fluorescence intensity (I/I0 = 0.13) at 381 nm and affinity to Hg2+ over other cations such as K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Pb2+, and Cu2+ make this compound a useful chemosensor for Hg2+ detection in hydrophilic media. The sensor (6.0 × 10−6 M) displays significant fluorescence quenching upon addition of Hg2+ in pH 7.4 HEPES buffer without excimer formation. Job’s plot analysis shows the binding stoichiometry to be 2:1 (host/guest).  相似文献

A new rhodamine B derivative bearing a hydrazone group has been designed and prepared. The synthesized colorimetric and fluorescent molecular chemosensor can be used as a dual probe, selectively detecting Al3+ and Cu2+ in acetonitrile solution by monitoring changes in the absorption and fluorescence spectral patterns. The results show that Al3+ ions can induce a greater fluorescence enhancement, while the addition of Cu2+ ions induces a strong UV–vis absorption enhancement with weak fluorescence. The limits of detection of Cu2+ and Al3+ were estimated to be 2.9 × 10−7 M and 8.3 × 10−9 M, respectively.  相似文献

A new thiacalix[4]arene based fluorescent sensor bearing two dansyl groups has been synthesized in cone conformation. In CH3CN:CH2Cl2 (1:1), the presence of Cu (II) induces the formation of a 1:1 metal:ligand complex, which exhibits increasing emission at 433 nm at the expense of the fluorescent emission of 1 centered at 504 nm. The detection limit of the sensor for Cu2+ is 2×10−7 mol L−1. For anion sensing, 1 shows a high selectivity for fluoride ions over other anions tested.  相似文献

A click generated quinoline derivative (1) has been synthesized and used as a fluorescent probe for sequential recognition of Cu2+ and pyrophosphate (PPi) in DMSO/H2O (1:1, v/v, HEPES 20 mM, pH = 7.4) solution. Probe 1 displays high selectivity to Cu2+ ions, and the in-situ prepared probe 1-Cu2+ exhibits high selectivity toward pyrophosphate (PPi) with emission recovery of probe 1. Therefore, 1-Cu2+ complex can be applied as a fluorescence turn-on probe for PPi with high selectivity and sensitivity.  相似文献

A novel Cu2+-specific “off-on” fluorescent chemosensor of naphthalimide modified rhodamine B (naphthalimide modified rhodamine B chemosensor, NRC) was designed and synthesized, based on the equilibrium between the spirolactam (non-fluorescence) and the ring-opened amide (fluorescence). The chemosensor NRC showed high Cu2+-selective fluorescence enhancement over commonly coexistent metal ions or anions in neutral aqueous media. The limit of detection (LOD) based on 3 × δblank/k was obtained as low as 0.18 μM of Cu2+, as well as an excellent linearity of 0.05-4.5 μM (R = 0.999), indicating the chemosensor of high sensitivity and wide quantitation range. And also the coordination mode with 1:1 stoichiometry was proposed between NRC and Cu2+. In addition, the effects of pH, co-existing metal ions and anions, and the reversibility were investigated in detail. It was also demonstrated that the NRC could be used as an excellent “off-on” fluorescent chemosensor for the measurement of Cu2+ in living cells with satisfying results, which further displayed its valuable applications in biological systems.  相似文献

A FRET-based chemosensor L containing donor phenanthroline and acceptor fluorescein moiety was designed, synthesised and characterised for the ratiometric fluorescent detection of Cu2+ in organo-aqueous solution. Probe L showed high selectivity and excellent sensitivity towards Cu2+ ions by exhibiting both colorimetric and fluorometric changes due to opening of the spirolactum ring of fluorescein upon complexation with Cu2+. In presence of Cu2+ ions, probe L formed L-Cu2+ complex in 1:1 stoichiometric fashion which is established on the basis of Job’s plot and mass spectroscopy. We also performed DFT computational studies to know the binding nature and coordination feature of the complex. Furthermore, fluorescence imaging studies revealed that probe L was cell permeable and could be used to detect intracellular Cu2+ in living cells.  相似文献

A new thiazole sulfonamide (TTP, 1) based Zn2+ selective intrinsic chemosensor has been synthesized and investigated. The chemosensor shows a selective fluorescence enhancement (3.0 fold) with Zn2+ over biologically relevant cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, and K+) and biologically non-relevant cations (Cd2+) in an aqueous ethanol system. It produces an increase in the quantum yield and a longer emission wavelength shift (64 nm) on Zn2+ binding with the potential of a ratiometric assay.  相似文献

In this work, we have successfully developed novel silver nanoconjugates of pyrazolone analogue and screened its chemosensing potential in aqueous medium. Bispyrazolone silver nanoparticles (Bispyra-AgNPs) were synthesised and characterised through FTIR, UV-visible spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The sensing ability was explored towards Ca2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Li+, Pb2+, La3+, Hg2+, Mg2+, Ni2+ and Ba2+ metal ions, respectively. Bispyra-AgNPs showed a highly quenching potential in selective recognition of Cu2+and colour of the solution immediately turned from yellow to purple, after the addition of Cu2+ in to the solution. The developed method also displayed a remarkable selectivity for Cu2+ over others interfering metal ions. The binding ratio and stoichiometry of host-guest complex was found to be 1:1 and determined by Job’s method. The propose method is facile and sensitive to detect Cu2+ with detection limit of 10 µM.  相似文献

Here for the first time, we present a novel electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor based on graphitic carbon nitride/graphene oxide (g-C3N4/GO) hybrid for the ultrasensitive detection of Cu2+, which is a common pollutant in environmental system. The g-C3N4/GO shows stable ECL signal in the presence of the self-produced coreactant from oxygen reduction, and the ECL signal could be effectively quenched by Cu2+, the possible ECL detection mechanism has been proposed in detail. GO can not only significantly enhance the cathodic ECL signal of g-C3N4 (∼3.8 times), but also serve as immobilization platform for g-C3N4. After optimization of experimental conditions, the proposed protocol can offer an ultrasensitive, highly selective and recyclable method for the detection of Cu2+ with a low detection limit of 1.0 × 10−11 M and a wide linear range from 1.0 × 10−11 to 1.0 × 10−7 M. Moreover, the practicability of the ECL sensor in real wastewater samples is also tested, showing that the proposed ECL sensor could be a promising alternative method for the emergency and routine monitoring of Cu2+ in real sample.  相似文献

The design, synthesis, and photophysical evaluation of a new naphthalimide-based fluorescent chemosensor, N-butyl-4-[di-(2-picolyl)amino]-5-(2-picolyl)amino-1,8-naphthalimide (1), were described for the detection of Zn2+ in aqueous acetonitrile solution at pH 7.0. Probe 1 showed absorption at 451 nm and a strong fluorescence emission at 537 nm (ΦF=0.33). The capture of Zn2+ by the receptor resulted in the deprotonation of the secondary amine conjugated to 1,8-naphthalimide so that the electron-donating ability of the N atom would be greatly enhanced; thus probe 1 showed a 56 nm red-shift in absorption (507 nm) and fluorescence spectra (593 nm, ΦF=0.14), respectively, from which one could sense Zn2+ ratiometrically and colorimetrically. The deprotonated complex, [(1-H)/Zn]+, was calculated at m/z 619.1800 and measured at m/z 618.9890. In contrast to these results, the emission of 1 was thoroughly quenched by Cu2+, Co2+, and Ni2+. The addition of other metal ions such as Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Fe3+, Mn2+, Al3+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Ag+, and Pb2+ produced a nominal change in the optical properties of 1 due to their low affinity to probe 1. This means that probe 1 has a very high fluorescent imaging selectivity to Zn2+ among metal ions.  相似文献
