The title compound 4-bromo-5-ethoxy-3-methyl-5-(naphthalen-1-yl)-1-tosyl-1H- pyrrol-2(5H)-one 1 (C24H22BrNO4S, Mr = 500.40) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.8562(15), b = 18.118(3), c = 14.055(2) , β = 99.855(3)o, V = 2221.9(6) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.496 g/cm3, μ = 1.975 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , F(000) = 1024, R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1371.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(H3-SSA) with o-phenanthroline(Phen),NaOH,and Mcl2(M=Zn,Cu) affords Zn(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2(1) and Cu(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2 (2),respectively ,compounds 1 and 2 are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectra and single crystal Xray diffraction analysis.The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructure.The 5-sulfosalicylic acid ligand loses two protons at the sulfo-group and carboxylic group during the reaction.The Zn(II) and Cu(II)ions are sixcoordinated and adopt distorted octahedral geometry,which are surrounded by two N atoms from Phen,two O atoms from two water molecules,one O atom from-SO3 group and one oxygen from carboxylic group of the other H-SSA.Compounds 1 and 2 have unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain formed by a repeating mononuclear structureal unit.which is bridged by H-SSA.The fluorescence intensity of 1 and 2 is stronger than that of Phen and H3-SSA at 400nm.The lowest excited single states of these complexes are assigned as mainly Phen localized 1(π π),The antibacterial activity test shows that compounds 1 and 2 strongly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus haemolyticus,Straphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Complexes { [Ln(H20)2(TsGlyH)a]m·nH2O}∞ (Ln=La (1), m=2, n=6; Nd (2), m=2, n=7; Eu (3), m=2, n= 0; Gd (4), m=2, n=2; Er (5), m=3, n=5 and Yb (6), m=3, n=0, TsGlyH=N-p-tosylglycine monoanion), have been prepared and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis, and TG-DTG 4 and 5 were structurally determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, showing that both of them are comprised of a one dimensional chain structure established via the coordination of μ-carboxylate groups from N-p-tosylglycinate to the corresponding lanthanide(Ⅲ) ions. The one dimensional chains were found inclined to form two-dimensional network via hydrogen bonding and then three dimensional network structure via non-classical hydrogen bonding. The fluorescence spectra of them revealed that the fluorescence of the ligand was quenched by Ln(Ⅲ) ions. In the tested biological activity experiments, they behaved inhibiting effects against the growth of bacteria, indicating that it is a potential medicament worthy of further investigation.  相似文献

A variety of symmetrically or unsymmetrically 3,4-disubstituttd furoxans such as dicyano, dialkyl, diacyl, bis(phenylsulfonyl), N.N'-dialkyldicarbamoyl, 3(or 4)-methyl-4(or -3)-phenyl(or nitro, ethoxy, phenoxy, phenylthio, pyrrolidinyl, phenylsulfonyl), 3(or 4)-ethyl-4(or -3)phcnyl, and 3(or 4)-ethoxy-4(or -3)-phenylsulfonylruroxan reacted with dipolarophiles in toluene or xylene at the refluxing temperature to give nitrone-type 1,3-dipolar cycloadducts, 5-substituted 1-aza-2,8-dioxabicyclo-[3.3.0]octanes and/or 3-substituted 2-isoxazoline 2-oxides. On the other hand, some of the furoxans gave 2-isoxazolines via nitrile oxide 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition in a toluene (or xylene)-DMF solvent at the refluxing temperature.  相似文献

Electrophoresis is the transport of dissolved molecules or suspended particles in a homogeneous polar liquid (such as water) under the influence of an electric field. Most molecules or particles acquire a surface electric charge when dissolved or suspended in buffered water (or other polar liquids), owing to ionization or adsorption of ions present in the water. The complexation equilibria of the hydrogen salicylate ion, HL(-), have been studied, at 25 degrees C, by potentiometric measurements with a glass electrode in 1 M NaClO4 for uranyl and Nd(III) ions and in 3 M NaClO4 for Pb(II) ion. The ligand concentration (CL) was varied between 10(-3) and 0.05 M. In the system with U(VI) the concentrations ranged between: 10(-3) < or = [U(VI)] < or = 0.01 M, 0.5 < or = CL /[U(VI)] < or = 10 and 10(-2) < or = [H+] < or = 10(-5) M; for neodymium system: 2 x 10(-3) < or = [Nd(III)] < or = 0.01, 1 < or = CL /[Nd(III)] < or = 10 and 10(-2) < or = [H+] < or = 10(-7) M; for lead system: 10(-3) < or = [Pb(II) < or = 3 x 10(-3), 1 < or = CL /Pb(II)] < or = 2 and 10(-5) < or = [H+] < or = 10(-7.3) M. The experimental data have been explained with the formation of UO2HL+, UO2L, UO2(OH)L(-), (UO2)2(OH)L2(-) UO2(HL)L(-), NdHL(2+), NdL(+), Nd(OH)L, PbHL(+), PbL and PbL2(2-). The ene reaction of sulfur dioxide with enoxysilanes or with allylsilanes generates silyl sulfinates that can be brominated (Br(2) or NBS) or chlorinated (NCS or Cl(2)) to produce the corresponding sulfonyl halides. They react with primary and secondary amines or alcohols to give the corresponding sulfonamides and sulfonic esters, respectively. The hetero-Diels-Alder addition of sulfur dioxide to 1-oxy- or 1,3-dioxy-1,3-dienes generates zwitterions that add to enoxysilanes or allylsilanes giving silyl sulfinates that can be converted in situ into polyfunctional sulfonamides or sulfonic esters. This realizes quick access to libraries of complicated sulfonamides and sulfonic esters applying one-pot, three- and four-component methods.  相似文献

The diastereomeric thiophosphoramidate analogs [(R(P))- and (S(P))-3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-Tnp(s)T] and the phosphoramidate analog [3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-TnpT] of thymidylyl-3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-thymidine were prepared and their hydrolytic reactions over the pH-range 1-8 at 363.2 K were followed by RP HPLC. At pH < 6, an acid-catalyzed P-N3[prime or minute] bond cleavage (first-order in [H(+)]) takes place with both 3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-Tnp(s)T and 3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-TnpT, the former being about 12 fold more stable than the latter. At pH > 4, Tnp(s)T undergoes two competing pH-independent reactions, desulfurization (yielding TnpT) and depyrimidination (cleavage of the N-glycosidic bond) the rates of which are of the same order of magnitude. Also with 3[prime or minute],5[prime or minute]-TnpT the pH-independent depyrimidination competes with P-N3[prime or minute] cleavage at pH > 5.  相似文献

The synthesis of fused tetracyclic naphthothiopyranopyranones from dihydronaphthothiopyranones I or II has been studied. Compounds I or II have been cyclised in good yield to the corresponding dioxaborin difluoride complexes III, IV, XIII and XIV by treatment with acetic or propionic anhydride and boron trifluoride etherate. These complexes and the Vilsmeier reagent reacted to produce fused tetracyclic 3-substituted naphthothiopyranopyranones V, VI, XV or XVI . The reaction of dioxaborin difluoride complexes III or IV with dimethylthioformamide (DMTF) afforded dimethylaminovinyldioxaborin difluoride complexes IX or X . Treatment of IX or X with hydrochloric acid solution gave naphthothiopyranopyranones VII or VIII . The reaction of VII, VIII, XV or XVI with DMTF/acetic anhydride yielded new products, which was identified as naphthothiopyranopyranthions XI, XII, XVII or XVIII .  相似文献
