In this paper we present the synthesis and characterization of a new family of thio-ether-footed resorcin[4]arenes (2-4). Diffusion NMR was used to follow the self-assembly of 2-4 in CDCl3 and CHCl3 solutions. We found that all three molecules self-assemble into hexameric capsules. These capsules can accommodate both tertiary alkylamines and ammonium salts. From the diffusion NMR data we could conclude that the hexameric capsules of compounds 2-4 are of nearly equal stability and prevail in other organic solvents, such as dichloromethane and benzene but not in tetrahydrofuran (THF). By measuring the diffusion coefficients of 2-4 in different concentrations, we found that further aggregation, beyond the hexameric aggregates, is obtained, especially in the case of 2 at high concentrations. Different diffusion NMR techniques revealed that water molecules are part of the hexameric capsules of 2-4 in chloroform solutions. In addition diffusion NMR was used to examine the interactions of compounds 2-4 with gold nanoparticles in chloroform solution and provided an unequivocal evidence for the attachment of 2-4 to the surface of gold nanoparticles. No evidence was found for the formation of higher aggregates on the gold nanoparticles.  相似文献

The (perhalophenyl)tin derivatives [SnR4] (1-3) and [SnR3Cl] (4-6) (R = C6F5, C6F3Cl2, C6Cl5) were prepared from SnCl4 and LiR or [SnR4] in the appropriate molar ratio, while the dinuclear complexes [SnR3]2 (7-9) were obtained by treatment of [SnR3Cl] with potassium under toluene reflux. Complexes 2, 6·0.5toluene and 7 were structurally characterized, the latter displaying a Sn-Sn bond of 2.808(7) Å, which indicates a strong tin-tin bond with covalent character in solid state. The hexaaryldistannanes 7-9 undergo transmetallation reactions with gold(I) derivatives, such as [AuCl(PPh3)] or [(AuCl)2(μ-dppm)], affording the neutral species [AuR(PPh3)] (10-12) or [(AuR)2(μ-dppm)] (13-15) or the ionic product [Au3Cl2(μ-dppm)2][Sn(C6F5)3Cl2] (16). The crystal structures of 14·CH2Cl2, 15 and 16·2CH2Cl2 were determined by X-ray diffraction, the latter showing a Au3 nearly equilateral triangular core in the cation with gold-gold contacts of 3.128(7) and 3.227(12) Å. The main difference between the molecular structures of 14·CH2Cl2 and 15 (both of them displaying intramolecular gold-gold contacts of 3.142(6) and 3.160(4) Å, respectively) is the presence of an intermolecular Au?Au interaction of 3.2126(8) Å in the case of the C6F3Cl2 complex that gives rise to a tetranuclear unit.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of 1,3-dithiol linked acridinedione functionalized gold nanoparticles (ADDDT-GNP) is described. ADDDT-GNP was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-vis, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence techniques. Conformational analysis of 1,3-dithiol ligands using density functional theory (DFT) reveals that they can cap on gold clusters through 1,2-capping mode, in which the two sulfur atoms of the dithiol bind covalently with two adjacent gold atoms on the surface of the cluster. The present study shows that three conformers of the ligand can cap in the 1,2-mode of capping. The triexponential fluorescence decay observed in the capped nanogold complex with fluorophore-labeled 1,3-dithiol may originate from the three conformers of the complex in the 1,2-capping mode.  相似文献

The synthesis of atropisomeric 2-substituted benzamides 2a-e, 3a-e, and 4a-e, and characterization by X-ray structure analysis of 2d, 2e, 3c, 3e, 4c, and 4e are reported. Dynamic 1H NMR spectroscopic studies of benzamides 2b-d, 3b-d, and 4b-d indicate that only two of the four possible rotamers are present in solution, with population ratios ranging between 1.5:1 and 4.1:1. The measured free energy of activation to interconversion of the rotamers ranged from 12.4 to 18.9 kcal mol−1. Benzamides ArCON[(S)-phenethyl]2 (2e, 3e, and 4e), exhibited atropisomer ratios between 1.7:1 and 1:1, and free energies of interconversion of the rotamers ranged from 11.5 to 17.6 kcal mol−1. The highest rotation barriers were observed for the ortho-nitro derivatives 2a-e. Molecular calculations at the semiempirical level (PM3MM) gave free energies of activation for benzamides 2e and 3e of 23.6 and 12.4 kcal mol−1, respectively, which are comparable to the experimental values.  相似文献

Two types of perfluoro alkyl-containing amphiphilic sulfones 7-9 and 13-15, respectively, and sulfonate betaines 23-32 were prepared using 2-[(perfluoroalkyl)methyl]oxiranes (1-3, RF = C4F9, C6F13, C8F17) or 3-(perfluoroalkyl)propyl iodides (16 and 17, RF = C6F13, C8F17) as the starting compounds. The overall yields of two-step syntheses were above 90%. The compounds 7-9 were prepared by the reaction of oxiranes 1-3 with 2-sulfanylethan-l-ol and subsequent oxidation of intermediate sulfides. Similarly, the amphiphiles 13-15 were obtained by analogous reaction of oxiranes 1-3 with thiomorpholine and subsequent oxidation of the sulfur atom in the morpholine ring. In the syntheses of betaines 23-32, the starting compounds 1-3 or 16 and 17 were first reacted with dimethylamine followed by the ring-opening reaction of the intermediate fluoroalkyl(dimethyl)amines with propane-1,3- or butane-1,4-sultones.  相似文献

The reactions of the trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RR′SiCl (1a-h: R′ = Ph, 1a: R = H, 1b: R = Me, 1c: R = Et, 1d: R = iPr, 1e: R = tBu, 1f: R = Ph, 1g: R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 (Mes), 1h: R = 2,4,6-(Me2CH)3C6H2 (Tip); 1i: R = R′ = Mes) with lithium metal in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at −78 °C and in a mixture of THF/diethyl ether/n-pentane in a volume ratio 4:1:1 at −110 °C lead to mixtures of numerous compounds. Dependent on the substituents silyllithium derivatives (Me3SiO)RR′SiLi (2b-i), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g), Me3SiRR′SiLi (4a-h), (LiO)RR′SiLi (12e, 12g-i), trisiloxanes (Me3SiO)2SiRR′ (5a-i) and trimethylsiloxydisilanes (6f, 6h, 6i) are formed. All silyllithium compounds were trapped with Me3SiCl or HMe2SiCl resulting in the following products: (Me3SiO)RR′SiSiMe2R″ (6b-i: R″ = Me, 7c-i: R″ = H), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2SiMe2R″ (8a-g: R″ = Me, 9a-g: R″ = H), Me3SiRR′SiSiMe2R″ (10a-h: R″ = Me, 11a-h: R″ = H) and (HMe2SiO)RR′SiSiMe2H (13e, 13g-i). The stability of trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2 depends on the substituents and on the temperature. (Me3SiO)Mes2SiLi (2i) is the most stable compound due to the high steric shielding of the silicon centre. The trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2a-g undergo partially self-condensation to afford the corresponding trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithiums Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g). (Me3)Si-O bond cleavage was observed for 2e and 2g-i. The relatively stable trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2f, 2g and 2i react with n-butyllithium under nucleophilic butylation to give the n-butyl-substituted silyllithiums nBuRR′SiLi (15g, 15f, 15i), which were trapped with Me3SiCl. By reaction of 2g and 2i with 2,3-dimethylbuta-1,3-diene the corresponding 1,1-diarylsilacyclopentenes 17g and 17i are obtained.X-ray studies of 17g revealed a folded silacyclopentene ring with the silicon atom located 0.5 Å above the mean plane formed by the four carbon ring atoms.  相似文献

Reaction of [(dppf)Au2Br2] (3) {dppf = 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene} and [(dippf)Au2Br2] (4) {dippf = 1,1′-bis(diisopropylphosphino)ferrocene} with excess bromine yields two new complexes [(C5H4Br3)(PR2)AuBr] (R = Ph, 5; R = i-Pr, 6). Bromination of the free diphosphinoferrocene ligands produces the expected brominated cyclopentenes (C5H4Br3)(PR2) (R = Ph, 7; R = i-Pr, 8) in good yields; however, these compounds could not be complexed to gold due to reduced basicity of 7 and 8. When the bromination is performed under wet aerobic conditions the oxidized pseudo-centrosymmetric product, [doppf][FeBr4] (9) {doppf = 1,1′-bis(oxodiphenylphosphino)ferrocene, is formed as the major product. Solid-state structures of 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9 have been established by means of single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

An efficient route to the novel tridentate phosphine ligands RP[CH2CH2CH2P(OR′)2]2 (I: R = Ph; R′ = i-Pr; II: R = Cy; R′ = i-Pr; III: R = Ph; R′ = Me and IV: R = Cy; R′ = Me) has been developed. The corresponding ruthenium and iron dicarbonyl complexes M(triphos)(CO)2 (1: M = Ru; triphos = I; 2: M = Ru; triphos = II; 3: M = Ru; triphos = III; 4: M = Ru; triphos = IV; 5: M = Fe; triphos = I; 6: M = Fe; triphos = II; 7: M = Fe; triphos = III and 8: M = Fe; triphos = IV) have been prepared and fully characterized. The structures of 1, 3 and 5 have been established by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of MeI to 1-8 produces a mixture of the corresponding isomeric octahedral cationic complexes mer,trans-(13a-20a) and mer,cis-[M(Me)(triphos)(CO)2]I (13b-20b) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The structures of 13a and 20a (as the tetraphenylborate salt (21)) have been verified by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of other alkyl iodides (EtI, i-PrI and n-PrI) to 1-8 did not afford the corresponding alkyl metal complexes and rather the cationic octahedral iodo complexes mer,cis-[M(I)(triphos)(CO)2]I (22-29) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV) were produced. Complexes 22-29 could also be obtained by the addition of a stoichiometric amount of I2 to 1-8. The structure of 22 has been verified by an X-ray diffraction study. Reaction of 13a/b-20a/b with CO afforded the acetyl complexes mer,trans-[M(COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I, 30-37, respectively (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The ruthenium acetyl complexes 30-33 reacted slowly with 2-tert-butylimino-2-diethylamino-1,3-dimethylperhydro-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine (BEMP) even in boiling acetonitrile. Under the same conditions, the deprotonation reactions of the iron acetyl complexes 34-37 were completed within 24-40 h to afford the corresponding zero valent complexes 5-8. It was not possible to observe the intermediate ketene complexes. Tracing of the released ketene was attempted by deprotonation studies on the labelled species mer,trans-[Fe(COCD3)(triphos)(CO)2]I (38) and mer,trans-[Fe(13COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I (39).  相似文献

The 13-hydroxy macrocycles 7a-d were prepared in 40-50% yields by the condensation of 1,ω-bis(4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylsulfany)alkanes 2a-d with 1,3-bis(2-formyphenoxy)-2-propanol (9). Acylation of 7a-d with 2-chloroacetylchloride gave the corresponding esters 11a,b. Amination of 11a,b with different amines in acetone furnished exclusively the target lariat macrocycles 12a,b and 13 in 60-70% yields. Reaction of 2 equiv. of the macrocycles 11a,b with 1 equiv. of piperazine afforded the novel bis macrocyles 14a,b in 50-60% yields. Reduction of 7a-d with NaBH4 afforded the corresponding 13-hydroxyazathia crown ethers 15a-d in 65-70% yields.  相似文献

A series of thirty eight novel imidazolidineiminothiones (6a-g, 10a-h, 13a,b, 15a-d, and 16a), 5-thioxoimidazolidine-2,4-diones (7a-d, 11a-e, 14a,b, and 16b), and bis-imidazolidineiminothiones (17-20) with various fluorinated aromatic substituents at N-(1) and N-(3) were prepared in 75-85% yields. The imidazolidineiminothiones were synthesized from fluorinated N-arylcyanothioformanilides and substituted aromatic isocyanates, and by the reactions of fluorinated aromatic isocyanates with fluorinated and non-fluorinated aromatic N-arylcyanothioformanilides. Subsequent hydrolysis of selected products produced the corresponding 5-thioxoimidazolidine-2,4-diones. Preliminary screening of several compounds against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) cells indicated that 6f and 16a were the most active (90% and 80% inhibition, respectively). Further evaluation for cytotoxicity against other tumor cell lines gave IC50 values ranging from 0.67 to 3.83 μg/mL, where compounds 15a and 16a were markedly active against all cell lines. This highlights the synergistic effect of the suitably positioned fluorinated substituents on N-(1) and N-(3) of the imidazolidineiminothiones. Compounds 6a,e-g, 10a-c, 13b, 15a-d, and 17-20 were tested against microbial organisms (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, and Sarcina lutea), and fungal strains (Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, and Aspergillus flavus). Whereas compound 6a exhibited the highest antibacterial activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, 13b displayed the strongest antifungal activity against all fungal strains, reaching as high as 30 mm. Finally, 15a,b,d were subjected to in vitro testing of antiviral activity against hepatitis A virus (HAV), human herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV1), and Coxsackie B4 (COxB4) viral strain, where 15b was the most effective, reducing virus plaque count of HSV1 and COxB4 by 50% and 60%, respectively.  相似文献

TiO2 nanoparticles were modified with porphyrin derivatives, 5-[4-benzoic acid]-10,15,20-tris[3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl]-21H,23H-porphyrin (Ar-H2P-COOH), 5-[4-benzoic acid]-10,20-tris[3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl]-21H,23H-porphyrin (H-H2P-COOH), and 5,10,15,20-tetra[4-benzoic acid]-21H,23H-porphyrin (H2P-4COOH). The porphyrin-modified TiO2 nanoparticles were deposited on nanostructured OTE/SnO2 electrode together with nanoclusters of fullerene (C60) in acetonitrile-toluene (3/1, v/v) using an electrophoretic deposition technique to afford the porphyrin-modified TiO2 composite electrode denoted as OTE/SnO2/(porphyrin-modified TiO2 nanoparticle+C60)n. The porphyrin-modified TiO2 composite electrodes have efficient light absorbing properties in the visible region, exhibiting the photoactive response under visible light excitation using redox couple. The incident photon-to-photocurrent efficiency (IPCE) values of supramolecular nanostructured electrodes of porphyrin-modified TiO2 nanoparticles with fullerene [OTE/SnO2/(Ar-H2P-COO-TiO2+C60)n, OTE/SnO2/(H-H2P-COO-TiO2+C60)n, and OTE/SnO2/(H2P-4COO-TiO2+C60)n] are much larger than those of the reference systems of porphyrin-modified TiO2 nanoparticles without C60 [OTE/SnO2/(Ar-H2P-COO-TiO2)n, OTE/SnO2/(H-H2P-COO-TiO2)n, and OTE/SnO2/(H2P-4COO-TiO2)n]. In particular, the maximum IPCE value (41%) is obtained for OTE/SnO2/(H-H2P-COO-TiO2+C60)n under the bias potential of 0.2 V versus SCE. This indicates that the formation of supramolecular complexes between porphyrins and fullerene on TiO2 nanoparticles plays an important role in improvement of the light energy conversion properties.  相似文献

Two bromo rhenium(I) carbonyl complexes with the formula of [Re(CO)3(L)Br], where L = 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen-Re) and 5-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-1,10-phenanthroline (Pyph-Re), were successfully synthesized with the aim to analyze the effect of the pyrrole (Py) moiety on the photophysical properties of Pyph-Re. It was found that the triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer dπ (Re) → π*(N-N) emission of Phen-Re and Pyph-Re centered at ca. 527 nm with the luminescence quantum yield (LQY) of 0.015 and ca. 578 nm with the LQY of 0.011, respectively. At the same time, the geometrical structures of the ground state and the absorption spectral properties of Phen-Re and Pyph-Re were also calculated with the 6-31G* basis set employed on C, H, N, O, and Br atoms, and LANL2DZ adopted on Re atom. According to the experimental and theoretical analysis, the red-shift of the photoluminescent spectrum and the lower LQY of Pyph-Re should be mainly attributed to the narrower energy gap between the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital and the more LLCT transition ration of Pyph-Re, respectively.  相似文献

A series of aluminum and zinc complexes supported by functionalized phenolate ligands were synthesized and characterized. Reaction of 2-(3,5-R2C3N2)C6H4NH2 (R = Me, Ph) with salicylaldehyde or 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde afforded 2-((2-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenylimino)methyl)phenol derivatives 2a-2d. Treatment of 2a-2d with an equiv. of AlR23 (R2 = Me, Et) gave corresponding aluminum aryloxides 3a-3e, while reaction with an equiv. of ZnEt2 afforded zinc aryloxides 4a-4d. Treatment of 2c with 0.5 equiv. of ZnEt2 formed diphenolato zinc complex 5. All new compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The structures of complexes 3a, 4a and 5 were further characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The catalytic activity of complexes 3-5 toward the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone was studied. The zinc complexes (4a-4d) exhibited higher catalytic activity than the aluminum complexes (3a-3e). The diphenolato zinc complex 5 showed lower catalytic activity than the ethylzinc complexes 4a-4d. The aluminum complex (3b) is inactive to initiate the ROP of rac-lactide, while the zinc complex (4d) is active initiator for the ROP of rac-lactide, giving atactic polylactide.  相似文献

Novel carbon-rich photochromic dihydroindolizine DHI derivatives and new spirocyclopropenes have been synthesized. Three alternative synthetic pathways for the synthesis of DHI 10 have been established. Different Sonogashira-mediated coupling reactions have been applied to optimize the reaction conditions and to obtain the best yields. Palladium-mediated Sonogashira coupling of DHIs with 4-(thioacetyl)iodobenzene 13 and iodobenzene 17 yielded coupling products, which have potential applications in molecular electronics. Irradiation of photochromic DHIs 10a-f, 12a-f, 14a-f, 16a-f and 18a-f with polychromatic light leads to betaines 9a-f, 13a-f, 15a-f, 17a-f and 19a-f. The coloured betaine forms are obvious in CH2Cl2 solution with concentration of 1×10−5 mol/L at room temperature because of their slower 1,5-electrocyclization. All the absorption maxima of the coloured betaines were found to be in the visible region and lie between 524 (betaine 9a) and 639 nm (betaine 15f). The kinetics of the thermal 1,5-electrocyclization was studied using multichannel UV-vis spectrophotometry. The kinetic measurements showed that the half-lives of the coloured betaines are in the second domain and lie between 112 and 1379 s. A highly pronounced increase in the half-lives of betaines bearing dimethyl substituted pyridazine compared with non-substituted pyridazine betaines was monitored. A large increase in the photostability of both DHIs and betaines under investigation compared with the standard DHI was observed. The charged zwitterionic betaine structures were stabilized by increasing the solvent polarity due to the electrostatic interactions between them. The tuning of the absorption maxima and the kinetic properties by changing the substitution in the fluorene part (region A) and pyridazine part (region C) will help these compounds to find their applications.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the dichloromethane extract of the Red Sea marine sponge Lamellodysidea herbacea led to the isolation of seven new polychlorinated derivatives 3-6 and 8-10 in addition to the known dysidamide 1, dysidamide B 2 and dysidamide C 7. Their structures were established by extensive NMR spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of compound 9 was determined by X-ray crystallographic diffraction analysis. Dysidamide 1 exhibited neurotoxic effects towards both mesencephalic and cortical murine neurones at 0.8 μg/ml.  相似文献

Stereoselective synthesis of 10 unique bifunctional stereoisomeric adjacent bis-THF intermediates (R = Bz), including 5.1-5.4, 5.7-5.9, 5.11, and 5.15-5.16, of 16 possible compounds, is described. The key steps used in the synthesis of these compounds included the rhenium(VII) oxide-mediated and the Co(modp)2-catalyzed trans oxidative cyclizations (OCs), the OsO4-catalyzed cis OC, and the Williamson’s type etherification reactions. The remaining six bis-THF intermediates (R = Bn) can be prepared from 5.7-5.9, 5.11, and 5.15-5.16 (R = Bz) in two steps, including protection of the free alcohol as benzyl ether followed by the benzoate deprotection. These intermediates should provide access to all 64 asimicin stereoisomers and their analogs.  相似文献

The Claisen rearrangement/cyclization of 5-propargyloxyindoles (2) to afford dihydropyrano[3,2-e]indoles (3) as direct precursors to tetrahydropyrano[3,2-e]indoles (1, a rotationally restricted phenolic analog of 5-hydroxyindole) was examined using either refluxing bromobenzene (156 °C) or Au+1 catalysis in refluxing dioxane (101 °C). This transformation was best effected using Au+1 catalysis (i.e., tris[triphenylphosphinegold(I)] oxonium tetrafluoroborate) because this method required a lower reaction temperature and gave better yields when compared to the simple thermal reaction conditions (156 °C).  相似文献

A total of 18 compounds 1-6 derived from triphenylamine as core group were prepared and characterized, and their mesomorphic properties were also investigated. Compounds 1-4 and 5,6 were prepared from p,p′,p″-triformyltriphenylamine and p,p′-diformyltriphenylamine with appropriate alkoxyphenylamines. The phase behavior of these mesogenic compounds was characterized and studied by differential scanning calorimetry, polarized optical microscopy, and powder XRD diffraction. Compounds 1-3 exhibited columnar mesophase, however, compounds 4-6 were nonmesogenic. The mesophases observed in compounds 1-3 were found to be side dependent. Compounds 1a, 2a, and 3a appended with one, two, or three side chains exhibited lamellar columnar (ColL) phases, and compounds 2b and 3b with four or six side chains formed hexagonal columnar (Colh) phases. The formation of the mesophases, lamellar or columnar mesophases, was probably induced by H-bonding formed between -CH2NH groups. The oxidation process determined by cyclic voltammetry showed two redox waves, one appeared at 220-255 mV and the other one at 503-677 mV, which gave energy to HOMOs range of 5.02-5.36 eV. The fluorescent properties of the compounds were examined. All λmax peaks of the absorption and photoluminescence spectra of compounds occurred at ca. 307-392 nm and 368-456 nm, respectively. Compound 4a has a larger red shift due to a better conjugation linked by CC double bonds instead of -CH2NH in other compounds.  相似文献

The synthesis, mesomorphic behavior, and optical properties of two new series of metal complexes 1a,b-M (M=Pd, Cu, Zn) derived from benzoxazoles 2a,b are reported. The crystal and molecular structures of mesogenic 5-decyloxy-2-(6-decyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl)phenol and nonmesogenic bis[5-octyloxy-2-(6-octyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl) phenol]Pd(II) were determined by means of X-ray structural analysis. Two benzoxazoles 2a exhibited monotropic SmA phases, and all benzoxazoles 2b were nonmesogenic. On the other hand, metal complexes 1a-M exhibited distinctly different mesomorphism from complexes 1b-M. Complexes 1a-Pd formed SmC phases; complexes 1a-Cu and 1a-Zn formed crystal phases. In contrast, complexes 1b-Zn exhibited columnar phases, and complexes 1b-Cu and 1b-Pd were nonmesogenic. The difference of the mesomorphism in 1a-M and 1b-M was probably attributed to the geometry and/or the overall molecular shape created by 2a and 2b. The electronic configuration of metal ion might play an important role in forming the mesophases. The fluorescent properties of these compounds were also examined.  相似文献

Chromatographic fractionation of methanol extract from roots of the Piper chaba Hunter resulted in the isolation of four new dimeric alkaloids, chabamide H (1), I (2), J (3), K (4) together with 11 known compounds (5-15). Their chemical structures and relative stereochemistry were determined on the basis of the comprehensive spectroscopic techniques (IR, Mass, and NMR) and further confirmed by comparison of the data with those reported in literature. In addition, cytotoxic activities of all the dimeric amides (1-7) along with their monomers (8-10) were evaluated against cervical (HELA), breast (MCF-7), liver (HEPG2), colon (HT-29), and colon (COLO-205) cancer cell lines. Among the tested isolates, 5 and 7 exhibited potent cytotoxic activity against COLO-205 cell line with IC50 value of 3.10 μg/mL and 0.018 μg/mL, respectively. To prove biogenesis of the newly isolated compounds, biomimetic synthesis has also been carried out via Diels-Alder reaction by using copper(II) salts in aqueous medium.  相似文献
