In this paper, we deal with a class of BAM neural networks with distributed leakage delays on time scales. Some sufficient conditions which ensure the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for such class of BAM neural networks are obtained by applying the exponential dichotomy of linear differential equations, Lapunov functional method and contraction mapping principle. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical predictions. The obtained results in this paper are completely new and complement the previously known publications.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of neutral‐type neural networks with delays in the leakage term on time scales are considered. By using the Banach fixed point theorem and the theory of calculus on time scales, some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for this class of neural networks. The results of this paper are new and complementary to the previously known results. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our results. This paper is concerned with the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution for a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with continuously distributed delays. Some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution are derived by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function and a new differential inequality. The proposed method can also be applied to study the impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with finite distributed delays. The results in this paper extend and improve the earlier publications. Finally, two examples with numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a class of delayed competitive neural networks with discontinuous activations. Without assuming the boundedness and local Lipschizian on the activation functions, some new criteria ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for the neural network model considered in this work are established by constructing some suitable Lyapunov functionals and employing the theory of nonsmooth analysis. Finally, we present some applications and numerical examples with simulations to show the effectiveness of our main results. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper deals with the existence and global exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for quaternion-valued high-order Hopfield neural networks with delays by a direct approach. Based on the contraction mapping principle, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence and uniqueness of almost periodic solutions for the networks under consideration. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, the global exponential stability criterion of the almost periodic solution are derived. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the main results of this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks(SICNNs) with time-varying delays in leakage terms on time scales are investigated. With the aid of the existence of the exponential dichotomy of linear dynamic equations on time scales, fixed point theorem and the theory of calculus on time scales, we establish some sufficient conditions to ensure the existence and exponential stability of almost automorphic solutions for the model. An example with its numerical simulations is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical findings.  相似文献

In this paper, we first propose a concept of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic functions on time scales and study some basic properties of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic functions on time scales. Then, we establish some results about the existence of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic solutions to linear dynamic equations on time scales. Finally, as an application of our results, we study the existence and global exponential stability of weighted pseudo‐almost periodic solutions for a class of cellular neural networks with discrete delays on time scales. The results of this paper are completely new. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of global exponential stability for bidirectional associate memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms. By using some inequality techniques, graph theory as well as Lyapunov stability theory, a systematic method of constructing a global Lyapunov function for BAM neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms is provided. Furthermore, two different kinds of sufficient principles are derived to guarantee the exponential stability of BAM neural networks. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of delayed quaternion‐valued cellular neural networks (DQVCNNs) with impulsive effects. By using a novel continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, the existence of anti‐periodic solutions for DQVCNNs is obtained with or without assuming that the activation functions are bounded. Furthermore, by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, some sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the global exponential stability of anti‐periodic solutions for DQVCNNs. Our results are new and complementary to the known results even when DQVCNNs degenerate into real‐valued or complex‐valued neural networks. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

Using M-matrix and topological degree tool, sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point of bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with distributed delays and subjected to impulsive state displacements at fixed instants of time by constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional. The results remove the usual assumptions that the boundedness, monotonicity, and differentiability of the activation functions. It is shown that in some cases, the stability criteria can be easily checked. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the presented criteria.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays is discussed. By using the properties of M-matrix, Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI) approach and general Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, some new sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence of periodic solutions and the global exponential stability of the fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays. These results have important significance in the design of global exponential stable BAM networks with delays. Moreover, an example is given to illustrate that the conditions of the results in the paper are feasible.  相似文献

In this paper we study the stability for a class of stochastic bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with reaction-diffusion and mixed delays. The mixed delays considered in this paper are time-varying and distributed delays. Based on a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Poincaré inequality as well as stochastic analysis theory, a set of novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically exponential stability of the trivial solution or zero solution. The obtained results show that the reaction-diffusion term does contribute to the exponentially stabilization of the considered system. Moreover, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this article, the probl of state estimation for discrete‐time neural networks with mixed time‐varying delays is investigated. The mixed time delays consist of both discrete and distributed delays. An appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional put forward to reflect the mixed time‐varying delays is proposed to establish sufficient conditions for the existence of admissible state estimators. The conditions are described in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which guarantee the estimation error to be globally exponentially stable in the presence of mixed time‐varying delays. Then, the desired estimator matrix gain can be characterized in terms of the solution to these LMIs. A numerical example is addressed to show the effectiveness of the proposed design method. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 20: 38–48, 2014  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate exponential stability for stochastic BAM networks with mixed delays. The mixed delays include discrete and distributed time-delays. The purpose of this paper is to establish some criteria to ensure the delayed stochastic BAM neural networks are exponential stable in the mean square. A sufficient condition is established by consructing suitable Lyapunov functionals. The condition is expressed in terms of the feasibility to a couple LMIs. Therefore, the exponential stability of the stochastic BAM networks with discrete and distributed delays can be easily checked by using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toobox. A simple example is given to demonstrate the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, dynamical behaviors of Hopfield neural networks system with distributed delays were studied. By using contraction mapping principle and differential inequality technique, a sufficient condition was obtained to ensure the existence uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for the model. Here we point out that our methods, which are different from previous known results, base on the contraction mapping principle and inequality technique. Two remarks were also worked out to demonstrate the advantage of our results.  相似文献
